Well here it was, the large murky disgusting place that was the river. Shibuya river to be exact. Dust silently moved towards the place not that worried that Eva was following him or not, after all she said she had a tracker so if she lost him she could find him again right? Wrong cause unknown to Dust he couldn't be detected by stuff like that, a engima to even him while he was using it.
Taking a step forward he thought he saw something near the portal, the entire trip had been uneventful with a lack of people around the central Shibuya, at least this part since most knew about this river as it is and choose not to go here. With a small halt and a light shrug Dust continued forward before looking around the area trying to take note of something, or someone in the area. "You see anyone Eva?" Dust asked a bit quietly just in case someone was here.
Little did he know but near the portal two were near it, one small rookie Dust knew. And another girl with white hair and a pendant he knew all to well.

Eva was still following, the cloak flickering and failing just as Dust turned to talk to her. She looked around, looking at the state of this place. Dust had mentioned earlier that tourists sometimes go here? Eva really wasn't seeing the attraction of a filthy river.
"I don't see anything. Switching to thermal."
There was a subtle whirr as the optics switched modes and refocused, tiny lenses and sensors moving and refocusing inside the cybernetic eyes.
"Two contacts direct front. Can't get a positive ID on them, but..."
More clicking and whirring as Eva squinted to try and get a better look, the optics making subtle little noises as they zoomed in on the two figures. In this open terrain there wasn't exactly much in the way but the thermal mode didn't exactly have the highest resolution, the limited space inside the optics reserved for normal light and night vision modes, the thermal just to identify potential threats at long range rather than give a super crisp image.
"One of them's a human, and I think that's a digimon with... her? I think that's a female. Digimon might be a dog though, thermal mode isn't the clearest."

Dust had his arms crossed but when she said something about a digimon he silently switched back to his old form, the Beelzemon. "So one digimon huh? Might be a tamer. Female and dog digimon. That sounds sorta familia-." Dust was cut off from talking before the figure who was ID as a human female broke out of her Holo suit closing the gap between her and Dust before decking him in the face.
Dust was knocked back a little bit from the punch, not that bad but enough for him to notice. When he looked up he saw a pissed off Crescemon grab him by the jacket before shaking him. "Oh don't worry Luna I won't need to use the Motorcycle you can use it while I investigate." the ultimate level digimon said while shaking him.
Dust got a clear look and the voice was the same. "Yeah nice to see you also Luna." Dust said while being shook as the Hackmon that Eva noticed from before came out while sighing. "Geez Luna, I know you're mad but come on. Its his anyway." he reminded.
The Ultimate level digimon let go of Dust before pointing at Hackmon. "Yeah his, he should at least remember when his girlfriend borrows it so she doesn't face plant into the dirt." she retorted, and was kinda right. "Sorry Luna I forgot." Dust managed to say.

Oh crap, incoming! Eva quickly switches into what was a well trained combat stance, trying to prepare for whatever this stranger had, her "shades" snapping over her eyes again as she readied for combat. The fact that she went over and decked Dust in the face all but confirmed her suspicions of this digimon being hostile until... They started talking as if they knew eachother.
She returned to a more normal stance, the eye shields folding back into their frames now it didn't seem like a fight was going to break out immediately.
"Friend of yours?"

Luna quickly looked over at Eva before she stopped shaking Dust with one hand. "Oh, yeah I'm a friend of his." Luna said as she let go of Dust letting him drop, luckily he was quick enough to catch his balance before standing up tugging at his jacket. "Yeah, she's the one I told you about." Dust quickly told Eva before looking at Hackmon. "Why didn't you talk her down? You're good at that." Dust asked the rookie. "Because I'm a little mad also about face planting into some sand, especially with a Ultimate level crushing me." Dust let out a small laugh. "Sorry?"
Luna quickly walked over to the newcomer before offering her hand. "Hello my name's Luna, least that's what everyone calls me, nice to meet you." from one hundred to zero she became really calm and cheerful. Luna also seemed to not really care how she looked nor that she was with Dust, she trusted his judge of character.

Eva accepted the handshake, optics clicking and whirring as she looked at this new arrival. Seemed to be another digimon leaps and bounds ahead of NanoWerx's technological capabilities in almost every regard lending more evidence to what Dust was saying earlier.
"I'm Eva. Nice to meet you too."
Eva was her usual calm stoic self, not seeming at all phased that just moments ago a potential hostile was barrelling towards her and Dust.

Hackmon having been done talking to Dust simply raised his hand and waved, since he couldn't really do the handshake thing. "Hackmon, nice to meet you Eva." as that happened Luna let go of her hand before looking at Dust. "So what are you two doing? I thought you were looking around that broken school place?" Luna questioned the digimon. Dust simply shrugged. "Yeah I did, and I met her and now I'm showing her to the digital world."
Luna looked at Eva wondering for a moment before giving a small nod. "Alright then." she didn't really want to question much, but it seemed like there was a lot to question about this. "Well portals still over there like normal." Luna said pointed to where she was before she lunged over and decked Dust in the face.
Hackmon thought about something for a moment before asking a question. "So are you with a tamer or do you have amnesia like Dust?" Hackmon questioned finding it kinda odd she didn't know about a portal, that was common knowledge in the digital world right? Dust scratches the side of his head. "It's complicated." was all he could say, unless Eva wanted to explain

Eva regards the Hackmon with a nod and a "You too." before turning back to Luna as she spoke up again.
"Neither. It's complicat- yeah, that. I'll tell you about it once we get through the portal. Area's clear for now but we're exposed here. If anyone for any reason comes around, we're going to be seen, and I don't have one of those hologram generators or whatever that is you two have been using."
Eva looked towards the direction Luna indicated. Nothing seemed amiss, and there were no seemingly obvious energy signals. Perhaps it only triggered when they were closer? As in, right on top of it?

Dust nodded his head. "Ya Luna she's right, come on switch back." Dust said before quickly just switcing back to his Holo suit form, simply just in case something did come over here. "Fine, Fine." Luna said before switching back to the white haired girl she was before, hard to tell she was a tall digimon holding a weapon and a shield.
"Yeah I don't have one of those things either, they are called Holo suits." Hackmon pointed out, he had no idea why he couldn't have one, he just couldn't.
Dust simply walked over to the area followed by Luna, Hackmon and hopefully Eva unless she got some reason just ran away.

Nope, Eva was still following, and still looking around for any signs of this portal. So far optics on all vision modes were showing clear, nothing but empty fields and a stinking dump of a river. Wasn't really much more to say as Eva prepared herself for what she presumed would be an out of this world experience, judging by what information she had gotten from Dust.
"Not seeing any signs of a portal yet. So, either of you have any more intel on where exactly in the digital world this leads?"

Well since she asked where it led Dust looked back before deciding to say something. "It leads to a placed called Terminus city, basically the central hub of the digital world, lots of movement and lots of digimon. But things won't go bad." Dust said the last part a bit unsure, not like he could predict everything, anything could happen once they go there. The end of the world came to mind.
Luna decided to add something else. "People there keep to themselves a lot. So don't bother them and they won't bother you, normally. And here we are." Luna said standing in front of a small open place. The area around it looked normal except a small part of the air seemed to slightly ripple occasionally.
Dust looked at it before holding out his arm, slowly it reacted to the data of a digimon being near it and slowly opened up revealing a portal that would seem similar to what Hackmon or Luna seemed like on Eva's radar, data. "Well, just gotta jump right in." Dust saif as Luna and Hackmon just went in like it was second nature.
Dust simply motioned Eva to come as he walked through.

One last check for people in the area. Nothing, coast was clear as she looked this portal up and down, checking the readings on her HUD showing that this was indeed some sort of data construct, just like her, Dust, and these two newcomers, Luna and Hackmon.
The digimon was still somewhat nervous about just jumping into a seemingly random portal that as far as she knew violated most laws of physics, but a random person in the distance walking their dog quickly put that into perspective. Now or never! She stepped through, the portal quickly fading behind her leaving nothing for that human to find.
