PERSONALITY

---

To be frank, Kon-chan is no-nonsense girl, the type that would say "I'm a strong woman that need no man" sort. She's very sassy and honestly very proud of it. She can shoot abuses at you if she's really angry, and it feels so good for her. While her bark is loud, she's reluctant to bite, but if she bites, her bites is definitely hurt. Kon-chan often plays the tsukkomi between the three, with Koharu and Warg being the Boke. At times she swore that she doesn't even have enough ammunition to retort to her partner and brother, but she swore that with this, she'll increase her maximum bullet count. Deep inside her very prickly and rough exterior is actually a caring partner that understood Koharu a lot. Koharu often only show her weak side to her, who understood most. Despite so, it still doesn't make it any less tiring for the Commandramon to rein in her partner's antics. While Kon-chan shoots verbal expletives a lot at her partner and her brother, it doesn't mean she hates them. She loves them and if someone tried to cross them, she'll make sure they pay.

Combat Passive:
Sniper's Creed:
Kon-chan can snipe, and increase the damage of her attack by 20%, but she cannot move from her spot. At least a turn must be spent in full snipe mode when it's used.

Skills:
DCD Bomb:
Toss a bomb at the opponent. It's nondamaging, but instead would temporarily shock the opponent enough to reduce their reaction speed and various senses by 10% for 2 turns. When done under Snipe mode, this skill gives 20% extra reduction. Cooldown for two turns

Shoot to Immobilize:
Shoot the opponent. In snipe mode, this attack also gives debuff for a turn, related to what body part is hit (ie, if arm is hit, the  performance of that arm will go down). Cooldown for a turn.

Gloves are ON:
Without any weapon, perform strengthened melee attacks at the opponent, striking their body. If somehow the enemy already previously weakened on that very specific part, this attack deals 20% more damage. 1 turn cooldown.

Non-Combat Passive:
Swimming Master:
While she's unable to breathe underwater, a tool equipped on her allow her to stay underwater for prolonged time. She also can swim much better than non-aquatic machine Digimon

Flashlight:
It's just standard issued flashlight and search eye.

Passive:
Silent Assassination:
In the darkness or water, against enemy that's not used to fighting in such condition, her attacks deals 20% more damage. It also decreases the chance she would be discovered.

Scouter's Eyes:
All sort of condition that affects sight would only very minimally affects her. It can still caught her off guard, but if she know which are coming, she could easily switch the vision to different modes.

Skills:
Vital Hit:
During 2 turns, her aim become more precise and the damage of her attacks increased by 10%. Cooldown for two turns.

Wristgun Barrage:
While most of Sealsdramon no longer believed in the need of long range attack, Kon-chan instead believed that no matter what you need lot of attacks that able to put you in a beneficial position. Shoot barrages of gunshots. If Vital Hit is active, this attack will produce almost next to none sound. Cooldown for a turn.

Wingcutter:
Backstabs the enemy, imbuing them with some sort of paralyzing poison or virus (up to the target). While the effect is weak, the enemy speed drops by 20% and their action speed by 10% for 2 turns. Cooldown for 4 turns.

Bomb Drop:
Toss a hand grenade, damaging the enemy and gave them burn damage. If hit, all debuff attacks did by Warg and Kon-chan have 10% more potency added for two turns. Cooldown for two turns. Unstackable effect with same skill.

Tankdramon/Perfect/Machine/Virus/ME

Non-Combat Passive:
No Terrain Problem:
As long as it's on ground, she have no terrain problem, so no worries. If the terrain is like a shallow body of water, that's no problem for her too.

Passive:
Defense Cracker:
All attack that Kon-chan did whittles enemy's defense by 5% per action for 2 turns, stackable. Every new stacks that added, the duration is refreshed (into 2 turns again). The maximum stack is about 25%

Stalwart Fortress:
Increases defense by 5% per debuff and debuff stacks gained, with max of 35%. Decrease defense loss granted by debuffs by 10%.

Skill:
Striver Cannon:
AoE missile attacks that aimed toward the enemy. As side effect, the ground become razed, adding flame based field hazard for three turns. Cooldown for three turns. Kon-chan is immune to the field hazard

Blast Gatling:
Imbue "Gatling Support" effect on all of her attack for three turns starting from the next, in where if she attacks her enemy, the Gatling Gun on her sides also attacked. Compared to her usual attacks, it only gives moderate damage but allows her to pressure her enemies better. 2 turns cooldown from last shot.

Anti Debuff Field:
All debuff that is purely nondamaging and is not compounded with an attack are cancelled within this small field of 20m x 20m for the turn it's activated. 3 turns cooldown.

Smog Field:
Decrease enemy's accuracy greatly (by about 30%) for 3 turns. Gives very minor damage over the time due to coughing and eyes irritation. 2 turns cooldown.

Burn Cannon:
Shoot the enemy with flamethrower, but if side effect of Striver Cannon is active, the flame field is cancelled, but the attack damage is increased by 30% per the turn left it's active. One turn cooldown.

Noncombat Passive:
Flight

Combat Passive:
Dread Dragon (Left):
As long as Darkdramon in the field, all enemies' speed is lowered by 5% if they're Ultimate. If they're lower, for Perfect they're 10%, 20% for adult and 30% for child. (No effect for SU)

Up and Down:
Kon-chan's attack gets more damaging the more buff the enemy have in hand. Capping at 20% for 5 stacks of buff.

Gravity Master:
Each time Kon-chan's attack hits an opponent, their speed lowered down by 5%, capping at 30%. If the hit is not connecting for two turns or more, then the debuff is cancelled.

Terror Gaze:
Improved version of Scouter Eye. All debuff that affects her vision is totally nullified.

Relentless Pursuit:
Each per three turns, Kon-chan can use two skills instead of one.

Skills:
Gae Bulg:
Although not the real lance itself, this attack is a charge attack aimed at the enemy's vital point, shocking them with massive electric damage that would lower their speed, but increase their defense by 20% for 2 turns, nonstackable. 2 turns cooldown.

Dread Roar:
Roars at the opponent, decreasing their strength but increasing their defense by 20% for 2 turns, stackable only with Gae Bulg, 2 turns cooldown.

Tableturner:
Shoot a lance of dark energy at the enemy. While normally a weak, armor-piercing move, the damage it deals greatly increases as an opponent's defense does. Deals damage equals to 5x of the defense buff on enemy (ex: defense buff is 80%, then the damage is 400%). 1 turn cooldown

Reversal Shot:
Shoots dark matter shaped lance at the opponent, heavily damaging them and switching their buff into debuff and debuff into buff for the remainder of the turn it's active. 3 turns cooldown.

Darkdramon Chaos - Kenshin/Super Ultimate/Armatization/Virus/NSo

Passive:

Combat Passive:
Dread Dragoon:
Presence of this dragon is like both dragon combined. As long as Koharu's in this form, all enemies lost 15% on defense and speed if they're Super Ultimate, or 20%, 25% and 35% respectively for Ultimate, Perfect and Adult. Child level fighting her? Plz get real.

Locking Presence II:
A target that she's actively fighting with will lose 8% of their speed per turn with maximum stack of 40% at 5 turns. Changing target refresh the stack.

Eye of the Storm
Starts the battle with three Eye of the Storm stack.
Each turn gain 1 naturally, gain 1 extra everytime a damaging skill hits opponent successfully.
Max stack is 6
Eye of the Storm have two modes. First mode is Windrider, generally signaled by Koharu enveloped by sphere of wind or followed by light that lets out wisp of wind. The second mode is Lightningflow, signaled by Koharu clad in electricity. Element of the attack is generally up to which one is active. Windrider makes the skill damage mostly wind while Lightningflow makes the skill damage mostly lightning.

Skills:
Flow Change:
Toggle Eye of the Storm's effect. Does not count as a skill action. 2 turns cooldown

Jump:
Classic jump command--actually, decrease the Eye of the Storm stack by 1, appears above the enemy immediately and strike down while clad in lightning and wind. Unusable without the stack.
Windrider: Koharu can consumes more stack for more damage (150% for total of two stacks used, 200% for three, 250% for four, 300% for five).
Lightningflow: The secondary effect is increasing speed and strength by 10% per stack for two turns. Two turns cooldown

Stormbringer:
Refresh Eye of the Storm stack to 6. 7 turns cooldown.

Ventosus' Blade:
Rain down blades of wind from the sky, AoE, 25mx25m area. Two turns cooldown.
Optional:
Windrider: Drops enemy's attack power by 50% for two turns for 3 stacks.
Lightningflow: Drops enemy's defense power by 50% for two turns for 3 stacks.

Tri Disaster:
Windrider: Consumes three stacks, call out three typhoon to strike enemies at wide area. It's far more effective on flying enemy. Reduces their defense by 50% for two turns. Four turns cooldown.
Lightningflow: Consumes three stacks, Tri Disaster will instead summon three gigantic lightning to strike the enemy on the same area. If this attack is not strong enough to destroy enemy's barrier, the barrier will be destroyed but the target is unharmed by this skill. Four turns cooldown

Levin Concerto:
Doubles the limit for Eye of the Storm for five turns. During the five turns, Koharu can uses skill twice. In the end of the effect, should Eye of the Storm count exceed 6, the leftover will not be reimbursed. Three turns cooldown.

Chain Lightning:
Calls forth lightning bolts to strike the enemy by consuming one stack. Should the enemy dodged or defended against, it would change target to the next enemy and strike with 100% extra power (or 200% if another stack is consumed) (if it's 1vs1 or there are no other enemy, the lightning returns back to its first target). The lightning only can rebound once. The radius for rebound is 100 meters. One turn cooldown.

Dragoon's Dance:
Raises one target speed and strength by 50% for two turns. Cooldown for two turns.
Optional
Windrider: Consumes 3 stacks of Eyes of the Storm. All allies in 100 meter radius from the target will gain 50% strength and 50% speed boost for 1 turn (minus the target that gets 2 turns).
Lightningflow: Consumes 3 stacks of Eyes of the Storm. Heal the said target's by 1/4 of their full health.
