MPC Prompts: Old Man Tamer, Monster Mash Word Count Requirement: 3000 Participants: Martian, Spire Reward Requested: Bits Thirty years had passed since Marshal North and Coronamon's last big adventure. Since then, the two had settled down in Whitewater. The two had even gotten married to their respective partners. Marshal was with his longtime friend Robyn, and Coronamon and Bellamy had finally tied the knot a while back. Coronamon and Bellamy still had Finn, along with two other kids. Marshal and Robyn had even managed to have a few kids of their own. Their first child was a young 9-year-old named Tyson, and the younger sibling was a young girl named Evelyn. The new additions to the family weren't the only changes. While Coronamon had stayed largely the same, Marshal's appearance had pretty drastically changed over the course of time. For one, his formerly dark brown hair had turned a brighter orange after Biomerging with Coronamon many times, and he was now sporting a bushy beard. His quiet lifestyle away from training and combat had caused him to pack on a few pounds, giving him a softer, rounder look. Today was a very special day for the North family. It was Coronamon and Bellamy's 30th wedding anniversary, and it was also little Evelyn's sixth birthday. The typical tradition with the North and James families was that children were matched with their Digimon partners once they turned six. Marshal, ever the doting father to his little girl, had been planning for this occasion for months. He had invited the entire James family over extremely early that morning to surprise Evelyn before she woke up. At present, he sat on the deck at home in Whitewater, eagerly awaiting his guests' arrival. Nobody else in the house was awake, not even Coronamon.

At the end of this thread I'll take posts for Colin please.
Bellamy could hardly believe it had been 30 years since he had married his beloved Coronamon. Yeah he knew it had been a while, but... 30 whole years? Wow. So much had changed since those early days of flying around the digital world, going on adventures and finding more and more exciting ways to show affection to his other half. While these days he was mostly mellowed out, well, one thing that hadn't changed was the love he felt for his family.
The one who had probably changed the most among the three of them was Colin. He had grown into a very large adult human, standing 6'3" and still had his lean muscular athletic body. His hair was still jet black, but was starting to be dusted with grey. But, he was still full of kindness and joy around his friends and family. Luke and Bellamy had changed a little too. The fur around Luke's nose and cheeks was starting to go grey too, and their once rich and soft fur was growing a little more grizzly. Scars had accumulated on the three of them as well. But, they were all still fairly healthy.
And all of them now had families too. Colin had married and his wife (who is conveniently offscreen for this MPC) had four children - twin daughters Jessica and Louise, currently 17, a son Andrew, 16 and a "baby" daughter Ashleigh, 13. Obviously they wanted digimon partners of their own once they became of age. Why, with loving digimon uncles, they could hardly go without. And of course, the digimon themselves were somehow making children, so, why shouldn't they get some action? The digimon were bonded to their children and soon the house resembled a large petting zoo with small children and talking animals.
Thankfully they didn't go on dangerous adventures like Colin had in his young age. Indeed, at the age of 18, Colin had mostly retired from activity in the digital world, but still remained to do non combatative things, eventually settling down with family. And so his partners settled down with theirs, Bellamy with Coronamon and Luke with Gryz and/or Warg. All was just swell in their later lives.
Of course, Colin's and Marshal's friendship had lasted a while, their digimon keeping their families close. Even if Colin mostly lived in Terminus and the Norths in Whitewater, he frequently visited on the trusty old airship digimon Daedalus. And of course such a big wedding anniversary was an occasion for a big party between the two families.
Soon, Daedalus was landing on the outskirts of Whitewater. And the Jameses soon found the place where they would be celebrating, Marshal's house. They saw him as they approached.
"Heya, Marshal!" Colin called, the middle-aged man waving. He and his children were accompanied by their digimon partners, making for quite a big party of nearly a dozen. The confident and bubbly Jessica and Louise had Gazimon and Terriermon partners; the quiet and bookish Andrew had his Labramon, while the wild and curious Ashleigh had her BlackGabumon. Of these, only Luke and Bellamy were wearing clothes - smart looking shirts and ties. Even in their old age, trousers were avoided like the plague. Not with Colin of course, he was wearing a tropical shirt and cargo pants like usual.

Marshal grinned as Colin approached. It had been quite some time since the James family had made the trek down to Whitewater. They were able to make the journey a lot easier thanks to Daedalus, but Marshal still felt a little guilty that he didn't visit them up in Terminus more often. It was a little harder to do lately, since Evelyn didn't have a partner.
"Colin James, how the hell are you?" Marshal asked, giving a hearty belly laugh as he did so. He did a quick scan of the group. Luke and Bellamy were around, as always, and all the kids and their partners seemed to be present. All of Colin's children's partners were descendents of Luke or Bellamy. While Terriermon and Labramon were Luke's children, Gazimon and BlackGabumon were the spawn of Coronamon and Bellamy.
That wasn't to say that Colin's kids had all the Digimon to themselves. Tyson's partner was none other than Finn, Coronamon and Bellamy's first child that had been born not long before they got married. He had been reconfigured around three years ago and ended up partnered to Tyson through some sort of miracle, but still retained most of his memories of his previous life.
While Marshal and Colin exchanged a friendly hug, Coronamon stumbled out of the front door. It looked like he had just woken up. After rubbing his eyes for a moment, he was immediately woken up by the mere sight of Bellamy. He quickly sprang off the deck and nearly tackled Bellamy, ensnaring him in a fond embrace and planting a quick, tender kiss on his cheek. "Happy anniversary, babe," he grinned.
Marshal smiled. He was happy to see that Coronamon still had that spark in his heart for Bellamy, even after thirty years. "Congrats on thirty years, you two," he congratulated, patting Coronamon on the back as he stood back up. Once that moment was past, he turned back to Colin. "I have everything set up for Evelyn's party," he explained. "All I have left to do is get everyone in their positions and wake her up."

Colin didn't personally mind that Marshal hadn't visited much in the past few years. Of course he had his obligations to his family, and, well, Colin had twin partners. Of course Bellamy could simply take a Trailmon or hitch a ride on Daedalus to visit them and have some quality time with his husband whenever he wanted to. And in return, Bellamy would stay to look after Colin and his family whenever Luke wanted to spend quality time with Gryz. It seemed like a fair enough arrangement.
However, Bellamy was starting to think that at their age, it might be best to leave the glitz and lights of Terminus and settle down at Whitewater, near the Norths. That way they could essentially live across the street from each other and live the rest of their years in harmony. It'd be wonderful if Tetsu could do the same, then any one of their extended family could all be in the same area. Indeed that was something that Bellamy would rather like, considering how horrified he had been at the news that Finn had been "reconfigured", but, it seemed it hadn't been nearly as bad as he had thought.
"Heh, going pretty well" Colin grinned back at the jolly bearded man Marshal had become. He exchanged a manly hug with a chuckle. Then Bellamy and Coronamon locked eyes, and all happened as it always had. Bellamy stumbled as Coronamon embraced him, but didn't fall down. As skinny as he was, he was used to his husband's embrace.
He chuckled and exchanged the kiss. "Happy anniversary, hotstuff~" he said. "I'd do more, but, not while my partner's kids are watching, heh heh"
"Oh we know what you get up to by now, uncle Bellamy" Ashleigh said, smirking. She was easily Bellamy's favorite out of Colin's children - snarky, tomboyish, sharp with her mind, and didn't back down with banter. And her BlackGabumon partner reminded the Impmon of his younger self, which he liked. "Hopefully you can still keep up with whatever it was you got up to though".
"Ooh, bold words for a bratty little punk that just had her first sex ed class" Bellamy drawled back. There was a competitive glint in Ashleigh's blue eyes, but Colin quickly intervened.
"Settle down kids, we just got here" he said. He turned back to Marshal, remembering the second event today. "Ah, right, Evelyn's just turned six right?" he asked. That meant she'd get her digimon partner. Another child of Bellamy and Coronamon's no doubt. What a good day to make it known.
"Ooh, I can't wait to see how they get along" Bellamy giggled at his husband. The ring that Coronamon had given him 30 years ago was still where it was, right on his tail. The Impmon would've worn it on his finger, but, it wasn't like anyone could see it under his glove, right?
So then, they'd gather in Evelyn's room and wake her up? Well, as long as it didn't frighten her, Colin thought, but as long as they did it gently it should be fine. Well then, not wanting to spoil Marshal's wishes, Colin and his family would go where they were indicated.

Marshal laughed. It seemed that not much had changed in thirty years. It just was easier for him to have fun along with the others now. He was a lot happier than he was before he first met Coronamon. After realizing who Bellamy was talking to, Marshal did a double take. "My goodness, is that Ashleigh? Man, you've grown so much!" Marshal hadn't seen Colin's whole family in almost three years, so the growth that all the kids had undergone was staggering. The twins, Jessica and Louise, were nearly adults, and the boy Andrew was not far behind. Coronamon blushed as Ashleigh and Bellamy exchanged their banter. It sometimes was a little bit concerning how transparent everyone was with what he and Bellamy did in their spare time, as if their three kids weren't evidence enough. Speaking of which, Coronamon quickly grabbed both Gazimon and BlackGabumon and put his arms around their shoulders. "Hey, kids!" he said cheerfully. "Hope you two are taking care of Jessica and Ashleigh!"While the reunion was wrapping up, Marshal lead the group into the house and had them sit in the dining room. On arrival, they'd discover Marshal's wife, Robyn, along with his oldest son, Tyson. While Robyn was nearly pushing 50 at this point, like Marshal, neither of them really looked that old. Her hair was quite a bit shorter now, but other than that Robyn had definitely stood the test of time. She smiled as the James family walked in. "Good morning, everyone!" she said pleasantly, an ever-gracious host. Tyson, meanwhile, had a tough time recognizing most of the humans in the room. The only face he was clearly able to remember was Bellamy's, since he came around more often than the rest. The last time they had all been together like this was for his own sixth birthday party, when he had been bonded with Finn. Speaking of which, both Finn and Robyn's partner Dracomon were hustling and bustling about, setting breakfast items on the table. Finn saw his dad and immediately dropped what he was doing to give him a hug. "Hi, Dad!" he said, childlike innocence shining through. Since reconfiguring and partnering up with Tyson, he had been acting much like he had when he was born thirty years ago. Marshal wasted no time in laying out the plan. "I'm gonna go wake Evelyn up, and I want you all to just sit at the table and eat breakfast as if everything's normal. When she comes in, wait until she realizes that you're all here to surprise her. Be gentle! We don't want to scare her off." With that, he tiptoed down the hall to his daughter's room, springing giddily. The love Marshal had for his kids was seemingly endless, and it showed in everything he did for them. Coronamon couldn't help but chuckle. "He's turned into such a goofball," he noted. "He's such a good dad, though."Tyson smiled as Finn finished setting the table. "Good job, buddy!" he praised, scratching his Digimon partner on the top of the head. Having a Digimon that was able to help around the house sure helped lighten the chore load on him, much to Robyn's chagrin. "Joke's on you," she giggled. "You're gonna be doing the dishes afterwards!" Tyson groaned, but he and his mother both knew that it was all in good fun.

Eh, Bellamy wasn't that bothered by what Ashleigh was saying, he was happy enough to be with Coronamon for over 30 years and he didn't really care what others said about it. Besides, he was glad that Ashleigh was old enough for him to say cheeky things around without Colin and [Offscreen mother] telling him off.
Ashleigh gave a smirk, assuming a cocky sort of pose, but it was BlackGabumon that spoke first. "She ain't the only one that's grown!" he said, having a similar voice to his father. And, like the rest of their kids, he had inherited Bellamy and Coronamon's green eyes. "I can evolve to champion now!"
"Yep, ain't he great?" Bellamy asked, patting BlackGabumon proudly. "Woulda been nice if he didn't do it in the house though"
"Heh, he digivolved because he was scared of a horror movie" the Gazimon that was Bellamy and Coronamon's daughter snickered.
"But I still digivolved and that's that" BlackGabumon said, folding his arms and poking his tongue out at his sister. This was soon followed by the two of them hugging their other father.
"Heyy, dad!" Gazimon cheered. "Of course we are! Well... with what we can anyway, I'm not allowed to save Jessica from exams..."
They followed Marshal into the dining room. It was all very lively with all the digimon around, but at least Colin's kids were old enough to be relatively civil. All except Ashleigh, who was boisterous and eager to be the life of the party.
"Hiya, Robyn, how's things going?" Colin asked Marshal's other half. "[Offscreen wife] sends her apologies, she's tied up with work in Terminus" he explained.
Bellamy then exchanged Finn's merry hug, delighted he was alive and well again. It had been horrifying news to hear that Finn had reverted to a digiegg three years ago, but it was only a very minor setback, his eldest son was still here.
So then, they were about to surprise Evelyn huh? Bellamy grinned, he looked forward to that. "Speakin' of, where's that little kid of ours?" he asked, looking at Coronamon, wondering where their youngest kid was hiding.

Robyn smiled. "It's no problem, Colin!" she assured. "I know how busy [Offscreen wife]'s job can be! It's always nice to have you all come down to see us!"Coronamon looked at Bellamy, a puzzled expression decorating his face. "Um...we might have a bit of a problem," he mumbled. "I think we're out of children!" Probably not the best phrasing, but it was true! Their youngest child was BlackGabumon, and he was already bonded with Ashleigh! This could throw a wrench in the entire plan! Marshal would be upset, and nobody wanted to see Marshal upset about something regarding his kids. Meanwhile, Marshal had reached Evelyn's room at the end of the hallway. He quietly opened the door and tiptoed in. Once he reached the little girl sound asleep in her bed, he knelt over and gently kissed her forehead. "Time to wake up, sweetie," he said soothingly. "Mom's making breakfast!"A pair of bright green eyes fluttered open, still drowsy. "Five more minutes, daddy," a little voice pleaded. It seemed that Evelyn shared her father's affinity for being asleep. Marshal chuckled, and gently shook his daughter awake. "Not quite, Sleeping Beauty," he said, slowly coaxing her to sit up and shake off the grog. "You have a big day today!" He stood her up, and laughed as her eyes were still totally closed. "Come on," he said, grabbing her and giving her a big bear hug. "You don't want to sleep all the way through your birthday, do you? I'll let you wear your PJ's to breakfast, at least, but you have to come eat!" He set the little girl down and led her out to the kitchen, where the rest of the family was waiting. Evelyn was still rubbing her eyes as she took her place at the table. "Good morning, Mama," she mumbled incoherently. Robyn couldn't help but giggle. "Someone must have been too excited to fall asleep!"Marshal stepped back into the room. "Well we have a big day planned, so she'd better get bright-eyed and bushy tailed really quick!" He winked at everyone else, hoping they wouldn't let on that they were in the room until the time was right.

Bellamy's eyes widened when Coronamon told him the news. "Wait what do you mean, babe? I thought we had one a few years back..."
"To this day I still have no idea how you guys get these kids" Colin admitted. He thought that while it was sweet that two digimon of any gender that loved each other seemed to be able to infuse their data into an egg to give the baby within their own life essences, well, it was all so mysterious and unknown and he didn't really want to invade his partners' privacies like that. Of course his four children had been born the usual human way.
"Colin, what's that thing you humans get when you can't have kids anymore?" Bellamy asked his partner. "Y'know, when you get hot flushes and stuff".
"Bellamy, I seriously don't think you or Coronamon have menopause" Colin told him. "But... well, we could always take Evelyn to the Village of Beginnings?" he suggested to the two digimon.
"Hmm, might have to..." Bellamy said, knuckling his forehead with anxiety. Well, best hide it for now, it'll all work out.
They took their places at the table and greeted Evelyn with waves as she realized they were there. "Hiya, Evelyn!" Luke called. "Well, six already? You've sure grown!"
Colin looked curiously at Marshal as he winked. Exactly what did he have in mind? Surely Bellamy was worrying over nothing, Marshal obviously wouldn't have implied that they were going to get Evelyn's partner today if he didn't have the preparations done wouldn't he? Well, all he'd have to do was wait and see.

Coronamon struggled to remember this child Bellamy swore they had some time ago. The concept wasn't entirely impossible, but what could've happened? His memory felt hazy. Marshal, of course, had no idea that this was an issue. He still wasn't sure how their Digimon were even able to have kids, and figured that Coronamon and Bellamy would've just been able to do it on the spot.
Evelyn barely registered Luke's comment to her, and instead sleepily took a forkful of her waffle. She looked almost like a zombie with her eyes still closed!
Marshal laughed heartily. "Open your eyes, cupcake!" he teased. "Some people are here to see you!" Evelyn fluttered her eyes open and was immediately shocked at the sheer number of people in the kitchen.
"What the-"
"SURPRISE!" everyone shouted. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EVELYN!"
Evelyn didn't know how to react, but giggled happily after a moment. "Oh, daddy!" she said, giving him a light slap on the arm. "You're so silly!"
"Not as silly as you," he teased back. "Now let's dig in! We have a lot of food to eat for breakfast, and a big, fun-filled day ahead of us!" The father of two sat down and immediately dug into his meal.

Indeed, if Bellamy wasn't put on the spot like this, he could've probably drawn Coronamon into a spare bedroom and come up with a solution a few minutes later, but, it was Marshal's confidence that the Impmon was banking on for the moment. Still though, if the house was a little less crowded, he would've easily been in the mood to try anyway and make a spare. But, even though he still absolutely loved his husband after 30 years, it would probably require a little more prompting for him to resort to that.
It seemed that Evelyn was so tired that she didn't even notice that they were there until Marshal said they were. There was much chuckling when they finally chanted that there was a surprise. BlackGabumon meanwhile spoke up.
"You don't remember? Oh come on, I'm the second youngest in the family, even I knew what this day meant" he pouted. Ashleigh meanwhile pulled him into a cuddle in an effort to make him stop being such a party pooper.
After all, there was so much good food on the table. Colin and family dug in as soon as they were invited to, glad that they had saved their bellies for this. All the food was delicious, and all of them looked forward to see what Marshal had in store next.

The whole group immediately chowed down on the lovely breakfast and had a grand old time. After Tyson and Finn cleared the table and did the dishes, the North and James families mingled some more for a bit before finally going outside to have some fun in the sun.
Evelyn was clearly enjoying herself, running around and chasing all the Digimon. She didn't seem to be absorbed in the fact that she would likely be recieving her own partner today as well.
Robyn and Dracomon decided to stay inside. Robyn suddenly wasn't feeling well, and didn't want to sour the mood of the party. Everyone seemed to be understanding and hoped she would be back later after a short rest.
Tyson and Finn were enjoying some quality time with Evelyn. Finn was large enough yet where Tyson could ride on his back easily, but it probably wouldn't last much longer. The kid was growing faster than anyone could keep track of.
Coronamon was off flirting with Bellamy and reminiscing about the past thirty years. "Gosh, it feels like only yesterday," he mused, cuddling up to his husband as they sat on the porch. "Do you remember the first time I confessed to liking you?"
Marshal was similarly conversing with Colin as the two stood on the yard, monitoring the children's activities. "It's sure hard to believe how things have worked out," he said, smiling wistfully. "It almost feels too perfect. If you had asked me thirty years ago how I thought my life would pan out, I probably couldn't have even told you what the next five would entail. I'm happier than I've ever been." He grinned as he watched Evelyn jump onto Finn's back and bring both him and Tyson down at the same time. The three of them laughed and picked themselves back up, continuing to chase each other around.

The digimon that were part of the James family thoroughly enjoyed playing about in the yard. Even if Bellamy and Luke were among the eldest and had been part of many battles, little more could please them than playing with their children and their partners. It all seemed to be a most satisfying chapter in their lives.
And the younger digimon themselves, they all enjoyed playing with their brothers, sisters and cousins. BlackGabumon in particular enjoyed playing with Finn, having been very frightened and scared he wouldn't see him again before his reconfiguration. Gazimon felt a similar way, the two grey digimon cuddling their Guilmon-X brother quite a lot in their reunion.
Bellamy meanwhile could have nothing more than a grin on his face as he watched his kids, having Coronamon cuddle up to him. "Heh. Of course I remember" he said, rubbing his nose against his husband's. "We flirted, we dated, then we danced on the rooftop, heh, best night of my life". He said this with honesty. That was honestly one of the most romantic memories he had of Coronamon, feeling the mutual love spread through them as the night grew longer.
"30 years, babe... and right now, you're still the brightest sun in my life as you were back then" he leaned his cheek against Coronamon's, so very happy.
Colin meanwhile enjoyed his can of soda talking to Marshal. "Yeah, I can't believe what happened in all this time either, but, I'm glad our families remained this close" he smiled. Of course, if ever Marshal needed help, Colin was eager to grant it. And the same happened in return. Even if Marshal was 5 years his senior, Colin felt a kinship with him after all that time. Perhaps it was because their partners were deeply in love with each other, eh, he didn't know. It was probably so, because Colin felt a similar kinship with Tetsu, the partner of Luke's husband Gryz.
"So, uh, just between us, Marshal, you do have a plan for Evelyn to meet a partner, right?" Colin asked his friend quietly.

Coronamon smiled as he recalled scenes from his past. "I remember feeling so flustered around you the first time I saw you as a Rookie," he admitted. "I could never figure out why until that night in Terminus."
Marshal was a little confused by Colin's question, but quickly put the pieces together. BlackGabumon was the youngest of Coronamon and Bellamy's children, and that meant that they had all been partnered. "Oh, no," he gasped. "We don't have a partner lined up for Evelyn." Panic started to set in quickly as he realized the most important detail of the day that he had so meticulously planned had been completely left by the wayside.
Of course, this panic only compounded as the sky around the house began to darken. Nobody even had time to react as a Myotismon flashed onto the yard like a crimson lightning bolt. "Hello," he said, his voice eerily pleasant. "I hope you don't mind if I borrow one of your children." Before anyone was able to react, he grabbed both Evelyn and Ashleigh and began to fly off.
"Evelyn!" Marshal screamed. He might have looked out of shape, but nobody was prepared for the speed at which the middle-aged father of two would take off after Myotismon. However, the passage of time and lack of training didn't prepare him for such an outcome, and before he knew it, Myotismon was out of his reach.
"Dad!" Tyson shouted, running up to his father. Finn was close behind, and Coronamon followed too, but they all stopped suddenly and unexpectedly. None of them could explain why, but in that moment, the aura radiating off Marshal was enough to strike fear in all of their hearts.
"Kids, you stay here," he said calmly. The way the words would hang in the air, though, made things seem everything but calm. "Dad has some work to do. Coronamon!"
Coronamon finally snapped out of his daze and realized what was coming. "It's about time!" he said, vaguely excited while also panicking. "I've been waiting almost thirty years for some damn action!"
Marshal turned to Colin, the shadow of his brow hanging over his eyes. "Once more for old time's sake?" he asked.

Bellamy smiled and stroked his husband's cheek. "Yeah... it took a little while for me to remember too" he said. "But, when I first saw you in Whitewater, I felt... well... genuinely warm inside. Yeah I flirted around with a lot of other digimon, but, then we kinda figured it out, and, it just felt so much more right with you than everyone else".
In his previous life, Coronamon had been the only digimon other than Luke that had treated him with genuine kindness. It was little wonder that both of those digimon were now part of his family.
Yes, not all of those 30 years were heaven. Of course, they had their quarrels and times apart like all couples do, but, there seemed to be something real that bound them together. While sometimes Bellamy would nag and complain sometimes as everyone does, he never, ever hurt Coronamon or would even think of something unforgivable. 30 years was a long time after all, and for them to still be together, that made it clear to the Impmon that he had chosen right with no regrets.
Colin gasped a little when Marshal admitted that they didn't have a partner lined up for Evelyn. Gosh, that would be so disappointing. Still he had to be optimistic. "It's alright though, maybe we could stop by the Village of Beginnings?" he suggested.
Then, all at once, the very worst happened. Obviously they had gained many enemies over the years, and some digimon still tried to take potshots at them. But the last ambush had taken place 15 years earlier and Colin was not expecting this. As the Myotismon appeared, he leapt into the yard and called his four children to him. Although Jessica and Louise looked ready to fight, Andrew looked frightened. Ashleigh meanwhile was abducted. She struggled and fought, but it was little use.
"Ashleigh! No!" BlackGabumon cried, grabbing on to Myotismon's foot and bit down hard on his leg, but the Perfect level simply laughed it off. He didn't even attempt to shake him off either, simply taking him with them.
Colin was speechless for a moment as the Myotismon flew off with his daughter. Bellamy meanwhile was full of rage. Both of them had one of their children taken. On this, what was meant to be a happy day. But no. Bellamy would not stand for it.
"I'm with you all the way, brother" Luke assured him. Colin meanwhile addressed Jessica and Louise.
"You two and your partners look after everyone, alright?" he asked them. The twins nodded, While not as powerful, they would do their best to protect Andrew, Tyson and their partners.
Marshal asked Colin to join him. Colin gave a determined look back. "You don't have to ask. We're doing this" he said, taking his trusty, worn, but still working digivice from his pocket, along with a faded old card.
"Digimodify! Biomerge Activate!" he cried, and the three souls merged into one. BlackJupitermon once again reigned the skies, which turned black and stormy at once from his power. This Myotismon would pay. He would swear it.

"Dad, wait!" Tyson shouted. "Finn and I are coming, too!""Absolutely not," Marshal said, sternly shutting down his son's offer. "This is way too dangerous for the two of you. You'll be better off here. Let your mother know what's going on and don't leave the house." The young orange-haired boy looked dissatisfied with this answer, but knew better than to argue with his father when he looked so serious. Colin and his twins Biomerged into BlackJupitermon, giving both Marshal and Coronamon a rush of nostalgia. They looked at each other and both grinned simultaneously, knowing what was about to come next. "You think you can handle this still, old man?" Coronamon joked. Though the situation was certainly precarious, Marshal couldn't help but belly laugh. "You're no spring Cockatrimon, yourself," he reminded his Digimon partner. With the jokes out of the way, the two fist bumped and began to glow. "Coronamon Biomerge to...Apollomon!"The form that the two took seemed completely untouched by time, as if they had suddenly gone back thirty years and plucked the Marshal and Coronamon of that time. It was truly awe-inspiring, and seeing the two Super Mega Digimon left Tyson and even Finn in shock. In an instant, Apollomon was flying through the air in Myotismon's direction, with BlackJupitermon surely in tow.
