Agumaru's Armor Avolution- I mean, Evolution

First off, an easy request: I would like to add that Agumaru made a backpack out of the storage cube I bought. Second of all, I would like to register an Armor Champion form for him.

Appearance: In this form, Agumaru is about five feet tall, with a slightly chubby build. His body is covered in a fine, sleek blue fur similar to an otter's fur. His arms are somewhat short, ending in hands that are a cross between the feet of a mole and those of a duck's. His feet, however, are regular duck feet. His hands and feet are both yellow. On his legs are hooked spurs shaped like claws or the fangs of a viper, which grow beyond the length of his legs when using his Venom Kick ability. The upper half of his yellow beak and huge flat tail, along with some areas on his head, back, shoulders, and hips, are covered in red and green armor plates - the ones on his tail look almost like Lego bricks, and the one on his forehead holds the Crest of Determination, an arrow piercing two smaller arrows.

Fighting Style:
Platymon relies on his extrasensory abilities to locate his enemies, and prefers to fight in the water rather than on land, but is capable in both environments. He fights recklessly, relying on his stamina and ability to take a few hits and keep going. His Venom Kick is used mainly as a finisher.

Electrosense (Passive): Can detect life forms within a 100 meter radius on land, or 500 meter radius in the water.
Water Hammer: A water-elemental tail strike. 1-turn cooldown.
Rapid Kick: A series of weak but fast kicks. 1-turn cooldown.
Quack Cannon: Fires electrified sound waves from his beak. 2-turn cooldown.
Heavy Tail Counter: Parries melee attacks and redirects projectiles by countering them with his tail. 3-turn cooldown
Venom Kick: The "fang" on one of his legs grows to the length of his leg plus a half-foot. He then kicks - usually a diving/flying kick on land - to deliver a toxic strike that deals moderate poison damage. 3-turn cooldown.
