How long had it been since he truly had a day off? That he could call that it was a good day and that he had enjoyed himself? Idle thoughts led Kan's mind back to that journey to the fair for a brief time before the man stepped off of the trailmon line.
"Certainly a gentle day it seems."
A gentle day. But one that we agreed on none the less.
The human stretched a bit and looked around, briefly blinking as he could see that the sun was already starting to wane in the sky. It had taken most of his day to just get to whitewater after all. He wasn't going to get to really enjoy it in his flesh so much as silvermon was going to get to enjoy it in their digital bits.
He'd step off to one side and use his digivice to digivolve into the beast type digimon away from the prying eyes of those that would be around. He didn't want people to think he was going to start trouble or something. That was the last thing he needed in another city after all.
He'd breathe out softly, bringing a hand up to run the fingers through the fur. Stepping out of that alley he'd look around briefly before trotting towards the beach. The digimon had said it wanted to feel the sand on it's fur, a drink in it's hand and if possible see if it could make a few new friends. Silvermon was a little more personable than kan was, but ultimately they both represented something about the other.
"Beach, bar and it seems that I can maybe catch a little bit of the waning rays..."
A small chuckle and the digimon would first start at a nearby bar, to get himself a small drink. He didn't want to get slammed after all! In fact he'd much rather have a few light drinks and be able to manage the day... well manage the rest of the day.

"Aaah... that's life..." Cion uttered as finished taking a sip of a delicious, fruity and ice cold drink. Her voice young and full of bliss, the Arniomon smiled and beheld the radiant colors of the tasty juice inside her glass, quietly contemplating her current state of being. She had been promoted to the rank of officer in the organization of PROFIT with short time and set record levels of earnings, had ascended to her apex form of which she already had control over its restrained subtype she decided to make her status quo, and overall led an existence of pride, accomplishment and of course pleasant luxury.
Not to mention all the fantastic friends, companions and colleagues she gladly accepted among the ranks of her friendship circle. The only matter that still needed to be properly dealt with was that of her family, for Owen, Logan and Koharu had seemingly widely different idea of what kin meant to them. As the silver fennec saw it, providing the Offmon with a stable life and proper home to return to, even as a partner of a digi-destined, was of utmost importance to her. Money was of no concern due to her efforts, yet... there was uncertainty and a lack of communication.
However... she refused to let herself be affected by these recurring thoughts as there was in reality nothing she had to worry about - the two exceptions being the black vitiation and the crimson parasite currently plaguing the digital world. But she had enough faith and trust in those she called siblings and nephew as to not be concerned of their well-being. Besides, she knew exactly what a fanatic desire for control was and felt like, and it was not something she wished to impose on the four she treasured.
Sighing with the almost full glass in her hand, she calmly sat at a pseudo-Hawaiian bar, her legs crossed as she leaned against the counter as to behold the beauty of the slowly yet steadily setting sun. As mundane as the sight actually was, it never failed to amaze her and reminded her of life flourishing on their planet. Some were unfortunately haunted by bane, a condition Cion sought to change with every passing minute, but overall their realm was a decent place to exist in. Not perfect and definetly demanding, but certainly with one inherent aspect - hope.
Briefly looking at her signature green, short scarf, the Arniomon shook her head and stretched herself good. Letting out a chary yawn as to not bother the few others, her mind drifted away and back into her checklist while her gaze lingered on the aureate sunset reflected on the ocean's glittering surface. ..... Whitewater seemed to be the best city for a youngling to grow up in, not?

The spirit user turned digimon would gaze around quietly enjoying the scenery of the location for a short time. He'd gently take a seat and stare out towards the setting sun. He had to admit that he didn't get to see those very often and would enjoy seeing it for a least a little bit.
It maybe took him ten or fifteen minutes of staring before he noticed quite firmly the lack of people here along with the sense that he wasn't actually alone. Turning his head this way and that he eventually found his eyes laying on that of a form he wasn't familiar with.
But with a scarf he would be.
The human turned digimon would blink a few times before slowly standing up. The last time he had seen them had been at a beach out in the binary archipelago technically. Well at least before that whole fair business that he had to admit made him somewhat nervous. With a small exhale he'd slowly pad over to the being pretty sure that it indeed would be the one he knew even if their form didn't keep to what he remembered.
"Cion was it?"
There was a moment of hesitation and an odd glance backwards. His hand still held his drink of course but there was an air of uncertainty to go along with it. He remembered quite clearly what they looked like before and he had to admit back then he hadn't felt this range of power from them.
"You look a lot different than I remember. It's uh.. Me. Kan?"
The digimon rubbed the back of his head staring quietly at the super mega; he wasn't expecting this. Hell he wasn't even sure how to really address the fact that she was here of all places; what was she doing out here? Well besides relaxing in such a place watching the scenery like he was of course...

"Huh?" Cion uttered quietly as she got pushed out of her thoughts by a voice that was... not unfamiliar. Blinking several times for the glittering spectacle of the radiant ocean at dusk had unknowingly bedazzled her, she shook her head and tilted her gaze to the large, fluffy stranger who had approached her. With an ever so slightly open maw, the Arniomon beheld the odd entity of humanoid proportions next to her. Light brown to beige armor, bizarre pseudo-armor, cyan talons... winged ears? The being was sort of a feline Leomon with a obvious attributes of chimeras added - and above all something she had never encountered before.
As the silver fennec listened to the words the newcomer spoke, her spirit was immediately beaming with curiosity and wonder. She looked a lot different than the male digimon remembered? Who could this lad possibly be? Thankfully, the answer revealed itself shortly afterwards, and the restrained cosmic sentinel's response did not keep the old friend waiting either. "Kan..." She said with an almost dreamy tone, eyes and toothy smile widening dramatically as her floppy ears peaked. Sincere joy overcame the vulpine warden; one that came from the reunion with a missed companion
Unable to hold herself back, Cion gently leapt towards the Silvermon-X and gave him the tightest bear hug she was able to do with her small, slender frame. Heck, she was barely capable of fully closing the embrace as her arms were too short. But the cozy pelt on Kan's chest was sufficiently inviting and cuddly for her not to mind. Biting her lower lip, unaware of her comrade's and colleague's reaction, she savored this desired encounter for all that it was worth - with a cute murr.
Eventually, her state of trace caused by bliss ceased and the polite, graceful fox returned to properly interact with Kan. However, that did not mean she let go off him! Taking another close look at him, her elation definetly did not diminish. "You look... good!" The Arniomon stated without hesitation, curious about why the to her sudden shift in appearance from gloomy beast to a colorful one. After all, she had meant it both figuratively and literally.

Kan wouldn't expect the other to remember him as he was; the last time they would of seen this form it was twisted; corrupted and forced to act like a caged animal rather than the knightly creature he had the honor of using. The Silvermon-x hesitated a little bit as he was looked over by the Arniomon; was it wise to approach this being here? When they were obviously enjoying themselves?
The spirit user rubbed his neck looking somewhat out of sorts about this whole thing. Though when she said his name he'd dip his head in a slow but firm nod. His eyebrows shot up and he'd let out a surprised sound at the sudden leap that the other took at him. He was expecting something but certainly not this! The tightest bear hug was awkwardly met with a gentle pat on her head; she was certainly a strong little digimon in this form? He could just feel the power radiating from Cion with how close she was.
He'd let out a slow but steady exhale rubbing once more at the back of his neck. He'd give an awkward smile down to the Arniomon. Easily aware that she wasn't letting go of him; but he wasn't about to turn her away. It had been quite some time since they last met and lord was it under better circumstances.
"Thanks I feel good as well. You do too; and it seems that you've gotten much stronger as well. How have you been?"
How could he explain this change? It wasn't sudden, it wasn't slow. It was a methodical change that an angel had helped him along with. The Silvermon-x let out a little sigh at the thought and was unsure in his entirety of what to do with this digimon. He was used to most of his companions operating at arm's length...

Not caring for any sounds of surprise the deeply missed friend had let out, Cion instead savored their reunion happily yet firmly for as long as possible. When Kan put his furry paw on her head to gently stroke it, the silver fennec purred the most adorable of all pleasant murrs. Similar to the trio she dearly treasured, she felt like she did not have to keep up a persona of grace and sophistication in the presence of the Silvermon, despite not having spent much time together. Call it intuition, but their shared trip to the funfair had been such great fun that mutual sereneness seemed natural.
After clearing her throat and taking a good look at the strange yet lion-heartedly looking, humanoid beast, the Arniomon nodded and let go off him to carefully climb on one of the bar's stools. There, she took a few more moments to inspect the unique appearance of her companion, wondering how former crepuscule had shifted to these nice shades of brown and cream. The man almost looked like a big, crunchy cookie, which was likely another reason why she had lovingly pounced him. Or maybe she was simply starting to feel hunger creep into her system. But banter was prior-ranking!
Upon hearing that Kan was as fit as a fiddle, both physical and mentally, her rapt, toothy grin widened ever so slightly, happy to know that he was doing well for himself. As for her... gosh, it was kind of embarrassing to even talk about it considering their common vocation. "Oh - splendid for the most part, thank you. Working for PROFIT and becoming one of its officers was incredible balm to the soul. And yes, I indeed have reached my... eheh... final form, thanks for noticing." Cion stated, doing her absolute best to not appear boastful much less superior. Their powers and ranks were not meant to define their relationship and friendship after all.
Letting out a hushed sigh, vulpine sentinel folded her hands together and motioned her acquaintance to take a seat next to her. Swiftly, she took her ice cold glass of fruit juice back into her clutches, her gaze often swaying between it and the spirit-wielder. "And how have you've been?" She asked with genuine, audible interest in what the part-time lone wolf had done over so many months of walking separate paths.

The spirit user shifted just a little bit when the smaller digimon let out a somewhat pleased sound at the gentle pat to the top of their head. He wasn't sure why but it of course was relaxing to be around the other; he didn't have to really worry about much when they were about he felt. At least it was they that had unknowingly started him on this path to purity amusingly enough.
He'd shift and watch the Arniomon move back to one of the bar's stools. He could feel her eyes upon him, inspecting him. There had been much in the way of change when it came to this form both minor and not. Ultimately both of the forms had been canine in some way, both of them were upright and both of them had wings. The devil was in the details and even with 'similarities' such as that they were vastly different.
His ears flicked forward and the spirit user tilted his head a little bit. That was right, she worked for PROFIT didn't she? She was an officer now of all things? This was her final form too? The spirit user inspected the form for a few moments, it was small yes but he had to admit that it was appealing in a sense. Power, sublime and gentle was easy to see here; but he wasn't going to gawk at this friend of his. He knew that it must of taken a while to get to this point and would of course respect the digimon for the effort that she must of put into getting this form.
"An Officer of PROFIT now? I Suppose that makes you one of my superiors then."
There was a soft chuckle and the spirit took a seat on the bars-tool next to Cion scratching at his own ear for a few moments. His own drink for the most part had been left untouched; he would get to it in due time but the spirit also enjoyed the idea of just simply having a single drink over this period with a friend.
"It's certainly unlike anything I've seen before; and trust me there's a lot in there."
The spirit user's ear flicked a little bit however when she asked how he had been. He'd rub his chin thoughtfully and let out a soft earnest sigh. There had been quite a lot that he had done, quite a bit that he still needed to do.. along with other business related things.
"Busy. Mostly been trying to track down the data fragments of my spirits and working on equipment in the human world when I'm not. So it's more of a full time venture. So busy but good you know? I'm not sure what I'm going to do once all the spirits are found and have all the data they should. Might travel the digital world again, been a while since I had."

There had been a certain sense of suspense as Kan took a few moments to think about a proper response to all of her previous answers, leaving Cion with wide eyes and faintly fidgety extremities. Upon hearing Kan's first comment however, a brief second of shock and denial overcame the modest, at times shy fennec. Shaking her head violently, she tried her best to make herself not appear 'superior'. "No I'm not - well... technically I am, but you know. Business and relationships are different things, right?" The apex digimon rhetorically asked with a nervous chuckle, her grin turning equally jittery.
The canine warrior's soft laughter calmed her soul down ever so slightly, her mind grasping that someone like her friend did not hold her promotion and position against her. Still, for people as humble as Cion, it was often difficult to call themselves the boss of anyone else. Especially when considering how much she cared for the opinions and contributions of others - she simply did not want to be treated differently and possibly achieve worse results due to a lack of input. Yet again this train of thought was probably fatuous, for those she considered dear and treasured were clearly open-hearted chaps.
Clearing her throat, the restrained Arniomon was in the end just happy to see her companion accepting her invitation to take a seat next to her. Taking a sip from her fruity, ice-cold drink, another pleasant sigh escaped her barely visible lips as she beheld the aureate radiance of the sunset's light reflecting on the glittering surface of the ocean. If nothing else worked, the beauty of the natural world, despite it being digital, helped. However, Kan's compliment immediately turned her cheeks similarly auburn. "Hehehe... uhhm... thanks. Yeah, most tend to be hulking paladins, not? And I'm sure yours will be magnificent as well."
Inhaling a deep breath, the vulpine sentinel whispered inaudible prayers of gratitude to the very concept of fate, thankful for the young, furry man's verbose answer to the question she requested a response for. Quietening down, the silver fox listened to what her friend had to say about himself, "Sounds great. I'm happy you are doing well for yourself. And hey, if you're ever bored, just come to me and we'll smack some common sense into baddies." She offered without hesitation, excited by the idea of erasing the existence of those who savored to do the same to others.
Vigilantism and bounty hunts were rather enjoyable in her point of view - and next to another trip like the previous visit to the funfair, it gave the two beasts something to do in pleasing togetherness. But first they had this wonderful evening in Whitewater to relish.

The silvermon chuckled lightly and reached out gently patting the top of the head of what amounted to one of his 'bosses' in PROFIT. She didn't seem to want the idea of people thinking her superior to them just because they were 'lower' than her in a sense.
"I'm aware Cion, I'm teasing."
The wolfman chuckled again and took a small sip of his own drink. He ultimately didn't care of her promotion and position; knowing that it couldn't of gone to anyone else. She was a fine choice for this and whomever made the decision was right in their mind. She'd do well by the group of course. He'd look at his free hand and flick his ear before turning to look at the Arniomon.
"The few that I've seen are usually massive beings clad in armor yeah. Though a few of them are dragons, eldritch monstrosities or... Well. Simple beings that are beyond words."
The idea of that small, orb like creature t hat spoke with a gentle heart and gentle soul was also the one that started him on this path to redemption. Started him on getting his spirits purified by taking care of the most corrupted individual out of his spirits.
While the angel had been something that was soothing and gentle; Arniomon was in their own way completely different from anything he had ever seen and likely would ever see. It was... refreshing. The Silvermon chuckled and patted the pommel of his sword.
"It's a slow burn, but thank you. Bored? Baddies? Hmm Hmm... I think I'll have to take you up on that, but maybe not when I've been drinking huh?"
The wolf man gave the smaller digimon a big grin before turning a little bit. Sitting calmly and staring out towards what amounted to the remainder of the sun. He'd exhale softly and feel the last vestiges of warmth on his face.
"Doing well, doing things and helping people. It's a huge change of pace to what I'm used to. Doing sales and just worrying about day to day expenses. Now it's just... Calm. I don't have to really worry about as much anymore. Even in the human world things seem to be picking up."
The man swirled his drink and stared at it quietly.
"Business after business that used to be my competitors are coming to me for advice, larger companies are taking interest in my store. Soon I think I might end up getting bought out. But that's good.... Really good. Something I dreamed of as a kid yah know?"

Glad that Kan's previous statements had merely been a way to tease her, Cion actually let out a pleasant murr upon being petted by the big, humanoid wolf. As much as she attempted to be a gracile, sophisticated lady, her mammalian nature was often too difficult to overcome. Physical contact like this, cuddling and hugging were an intense, great pleasure to her, an aspect she clearly shared with Owen who loved belly rubs. Clearing her throat as the kind treatment ceased, a faint, nervous chuckle escaped her lips as she observed the Silvermon taking a moment to contemplate further responses.
Nodding calmly, it appeared that their perception of apex digimons was similar, as it was the truth. Most were hulking warriors or beasts, with only a few exceptions having an appearance akin to the Arniomon or something different entirely. Overall, the silver fennec appreciated the diversity in life that the digital world offered, regarding it just as beautiful as the radiant dusk they were beholding. There were obviously some exclusions that usually carried with them a wicked heart, but those were swiftly dealt with to be reborn into a frame and personality that better suited the increasingly modernized planet.
Though the restrained sentinel cheered upon hearing her friend's mutual interest in wrecking villains in their spare time as a team, when it came to drinking she truly had no idea of what he was talking about - after all, alcoholic beverages and burdens like inebriation and sickness were at best rarity in the virtual plain of existence. "But... hydration is healthy, not?" Cion asked with audible perplexity in her voice, scratching her cheek to pronounce her confusion. Shrugging, she awaited an answer, but until then decided to join Kan in his wish to watch the setting sun.
As she heard the young man's opinion of his latest contributions, a sincere, warm smile overcame the muzzle of the tiny fox. Knowing that he had found peace and tranquility, surpassing the hectic rush of his former life, was reassuring unlike anything else. "Yeah... seeing others cheerful because of one's own actions is quite the balm to the soul, isn't it?" She more or less thought out loud and rhetorically, fully aware of the fact that both of them knew the correct reply.
As for business, the Arniomon was honestly surprised to hear that her companion sought to get rid off his store - his lifework so to speak. Leaning forward, her large black eyes and the white sheen within them shifted to the cyan ones of the furry warrior. "What is it you dreamed to do with your money and freedom afterwards? Settle here to focus on PROFIT... perhaps?" She amicably questioned the impetus that drove the spirit-wielder to alter himself this way. But there was also... something... absolutely genuine to the way she voiced the words chosen. So was her inquisitiveness as if it came from understanding - which she indeed had.

The spirit user rubbed the back of his neck, feeling somewhat odd as she addressed hydration. He'd dip his head in a small somewhat firm nod. It was healthy yes, but drinking too much liquor was a bad thing after all.
"It is, but some drinks make your body react in negative way, some actually can dehydrate you for certain effects. It pays to be careful about intake."
The digimon swirled his drink and held up the last few sips for the other to see.
"Like this for example, too much of it and your judgement goes out the window along with waking up in the morning with a very bad headache."
He'd give the other a small smile that followed suit; he was used to that after drinking as he really never did that sort of thing when he was younger thanks to the violent nature of his spirits at the time. He'd ease out a sigh and lean back tapping his muzzle before setting down his drink.
"It's something I never really went for other than just fixing people's technical problems. Cars, equipment, whatever... never really thought they were making an impact. Didn't really think about how helping people physically was so much more rewarding."
The man sighed gently and placed a hand on his cheek. Leaning forward slightly and stared firmly at his glass. His ear flicked slightly and he'd glance at the digimon for a few long painful seconds.
"I don't know what I'm going to do with all my free time, I've been working in that shop for the last twelve years. For digital time that's about Eighty I think."
The spirit rubbed his eyes with a middle finger and thumb before turning to face the other. He'd give her a soft; somewhat cheerful smile.
"Well... Maybe take care of things on profit half. As much as.. I cared about my shop I suppose it was holding me back in the human world. I couldn't progress. Maybe if I open up in the digital one somewhere either in whitewater or the PROFIT holdings themselves I could do more."
He'd curl his hands into fists frowning slightly.
"The hands of this form are more dexterous, listen quicker and are easier to maintain than my human ones making any work I do on technology practically immediate. From the few fractured memories I have from my spirit, my next one is going to be even more so. I look forward to having that one so I can better do my work, but also work on myself too."
He'd look up at cion and flick an ear.
"I'm often jealous of Digimon you know, having bodies and such like this. But I'm human, and will be for the rest of my days here. But it's a kindness that I'm a spirit user. I get to enjoy that sort of thing more than others do."

Kan's explanation concerning hazardous juices was certainly disquieting, especially when considering the fact that he was happily chowing his own down without a care in the digital world. Ingestible liquids that not only dehydrated people but also had intoxicating effects on the mind and body - why would anyone consume them on purpose? They sounded more like poisonous means of torture than a refreshing beverage. "Then... why do you drink it?" Cion wondered openly, not seeing any reason for someone as astute as the young man to intentionally contaminate himself with such dangerous substances.
Perplexed by his calm simper and unwounded shrug, the Arniomon briefly licked her upper lip. Ultimately, she was glad that the topic at hand shifted to the positive impact of goodwill on the consciousness and soul. And rewarding was quite an accurate attribute to describe the way they perceived their benevolent acts. "I believe both are fine in their own ways. A job well done begets a smile just as much as a good deed." She calmly voiced her thoughts, knowing that as long as she was capable of helping anyone deserving in need she would be content with the time and energy spent. After all, that was one of her justifications to stay with PROFIT.
As Cion listened to the ideas her friend had in regards to getting rid of his previous life as a craftsman on Earth, many notions came to the vulpine officer's mind. Further cooperating with the organization they belonged to was of course a splendid plan, particularly since it possibly included his already existing set of skills as a mechanic. What truly caught her attention however was how much Kan swooned over his form as a digimon of a very high level, specifically when it came to its dexterity. The silver fox nodded, grasping that humans were frail and blundering in comparison to many digital entities.
Yet... although her companion appeared to be satisfied, a strange sensation of repressed frustration emanated from him. Scratching her chin, the Arnimon suddenly displayed confidence and firmly patted the furry man's haunch to get his attention. "Never say never, darling. Nothing's impossible here." She encouraged him to not lose hope, especially to negative influences like jealously and double-edged gratitude. Whatever he wished to accomplish... even if it was shedding his humanity forever... there wasn't a hint of doubt in her that would have ever made her dissuade him from achieving his dreams.

"Me? I usually don't. But they end up making people feel good in one way or another; and for my case it's more a treat because of how it tastes. Pretty fruity and relaxes me just a bit."
The wolfish man stretched a little bit and cracked his neck with a soft groan. He had been very stiff as of lately; but it wasn't because of his spirits or anything like that. He was starting to get to that age where taller people would get stiff in certain places. As a human he was a big one after all.
"Huh, you really think so? Something to consider then."
The man quietly turned to stare at the skyline; his ears flicking and his tail helping him shift the way his body was sitting without much of a second thought. His head would jerk a bit and he'd gaze in an easily assumed confusion at the Arnimon as she patted his haunch to get his attention.
Her words made the wolfish man pause visibly. He gave her a mix of a hurt look and a somewhat hopeful one for all of a split second before he'd break that with an uneasy smile.
"You're right that's something I should of learned by now."
The man reached out again, and if allowed he'd gingerly pat the top of cion's head again before turning his attention more to his companion than the scenery.
"So you came here to relax right? Just sort of lazing around or did you have something in mind?"
He was more curious as the last time he had really interacted with the other was a far time removed from now. Back when his form had been much more bestial and the spirit user himself had been much more reserved; much more worried...

People considered the intoxicating beverages a pleasure to consume, despite knowing their effects? So there weren't just digimons that acted like sirens, but items as well? What a bizarre, at times ridiculously noxious realm they were living in. Yet as Cion sighed, she calmly looked at dear Kan, understanding that the amount of toxins inside his drink had no effect on his body and mind. It was likely that she was overreacting in her thoughts, but as someone who wished to know everyone she cared for safe, such stuff was simply a small fright. "Well... I rather have my smoothie."
And with her opinion on ways of contributing to the good of the digital world apparently taking root within her companion's consciousness, there was no reason to linger on finished topics of conversation. Instead, the Arniomon observed the reaction to her well-meant words of reassurance - an expression of hurt quickly followed by tainted hope. Had she said something wrong? Visible trepidation crept into her, confused by the fact that confidence had led to a less than stellar gestical response. And in the end, all that was left were an uneasy smile and reluctant acceptance of her advice.
Leaning back for a moment while thinking of a way to ease the tension of their current situation, it was the unexpected yet pleasant stroke of her head, again by the kind young man, which filled her with assurance that everything was alright. "And..." The silver fennec spoke quietly, needing a few seconds before she mustered sufficient vim to voice her thoughts without hesitation. "... and whatever it is you require help with, you need but ask me - yes?" She confidently assured him that it was a point of honor for her to assist any friend, especially those who strove for the betterment of the populations quality of life.
As to be expected, Kan too had questions in regards to her experiences and drives to be here in Whitewater, though the answers were quite plain. "Relax - right. Celebrating my promotion to officer and... contemplating some things." Cion answered with lowered volumne, although she did not appear to be reserved. It was more the facts that the subjects she often thought were either of personal or global importance, hence it was difficult for her to make them sound... promising. With those two aforementioned threats arising and the future of her... family... uncertainty became the status quo of almost every notion.
However, there was one certainty to be had, and it was clearly audible for the lupiform warrior, too. Amidst the beach and the nearly empty bar during dusk, a peculiar, booming noise resounded. It was with wide eyes and a faint blush that the tiny fox tugged at the fur over her stomach, internally pleading for it to cease its natural signals. "Ehehehe..." She chuckled nervously, trying to drown out her inner anatomy. "That and maybe a fine dinner. Ääh... wanna join? It would be nice having someone to revel with, and I'd pay."
