Job Description
One might think that hiring talented workers to construct an entire city in the middle of nowhere from practically nothing but a forest's glade was an extremely difficult and time-consuming task. After all, there was an incredible amount of spots with different roles to fill. Manual laborers with big muscles and light-fingeredness that were not too reluctant to get their hands dirty, engineers and architects that were smart enough to create blueprints for buildings that could endure the environmental effects of the Mediterranean timberlands, and carpenters and metalworks skilled in art of crafting their respective material into perfect shapes,
People tended to believe it was almost impossible to amass this many competent digimons, much less organize them to undertake their tasks properly. Thankfully, as it was often the case when the Arniomon encountered vile, rash or unlettered individuals, she could easily correct them and emphasize how absolutely wrong they were. As much as Cion enjoyed being a paragon of virtue who helped out those who were in need or simply ignorant, she was also a bit overconfident and had fun in correcting others. Today, it only required her partner Vertigo the AceJetmon to fulfill her responsibility.
Technology and connections - key ingredients to any type of success
Sitting on the edge of his partner's open glass cockpit, the large monitor inside displayed a fancy website that advertised for the construction effort of Rosewood. Putting bits into an IT-expert and a commercial artist was all that had been needed to craft an appealing domain for applications. Links to PROFIT, Facebook, Instagram and other social media websites as well as job exchanges assured that her message got spread to everywhere and everyone within the digital realm of the digital world. And as eager as folks wished to help out they desired to make good money.
The promise of free board, accommodation and protection were the icing on the cake that was bound to attract plenty of unemployed people and members of companies. Fortunately, the silver fennec did not have to spend a single byte to adequately pay the hired employees. Cion did not know this group of leading digimons personally who had come up with the idea of building another civilization here close to the Village of Beginnings, but neither was meeting them of concern to her. They had requested her assistance and that of the company she belonged to, and it was an opportunity too good to decline. Whence their riches came was not important, especially when they were spent for such a noble cause.
Pushed out of her thoughts by the ear-deafening sound of an arriving Trailmon, the tiny mercenary cleared her throat and went through her speech she had prepared a final time. Workers did not need a grand commencement for as long as the promises made on the website were upheld, but boosting moral and loyalty in those who already were virtuous in their ethics did not hurt either. And gosh... the wagons of the sentient train were full to the brim and the some. "Darling? Uuuh... please fly to Terminus and buy more food, will ya?" She nervously instructed her partner, believing she needed much more gruel.
