Kan was greeted with a view very similar to the floor that he had been on only a few moments ago. Several doors likely leading to rooms much like the one they were in... But kan had a few moments to collect himself. Ears flicking about and his face slipped into a frown. All of these doors were in a lockdown mode of some kind. Were these more fighters that they had under their belts and they were waiting or were these rooms empty? Things to consider for later more than anything.
The more frustrating part was He didn't see Deceimon nor did he see any trace of Cassandra. He didn't even see any forces from the arena immediately so there was very little doubt in his mind that this floor was the wrong one. It didn't take long however before he heard muffled fire of some kind. They were far enough down to where he had trouble hearing it completely, but it gave him a general feel of where he had to go if that was her.
But that also meant that if he could hear it and it was quiet elsewhere that their enemies would hear it too. Gritting his teeth the Silvermon would rapidly phase through the floors. Counting to himself as he did so; it would be good to know how many levels down he went and the spirit user could use that for later at another time if he needed.
Landing on the floor he figured that the gunfire came from he'd keep his sword at the ready, ears straining as he was still trying to locate his allies...
Log: -Kan rapidly went through the floors in order to get to the same floor cassandra is/was on.

Cassandra's method of trying to zig-zag and move erratically might have worked against organic eyes, but to the Andromon, it was nothing more than an equation to be solved. After all, he not only had the advantage in setting, he also had a live view of the floor map in his eyes, and by moving to block off certain exits, well, the doctor didn't run into that dead-end by chance.
No, she was led here by this skilled guard, one who wouldn't even dignify Cassandra's words with a response. His arm was raised, taser primed... just as the Deceimon dropped, out of nowhere! They had cut it close, the powerful bolt fired out, the twin prongs of the taser slinging right over Cassandra's shoulder, sparking harmlessly against the wall behind her. As a machine, the order was simply executed, the Andromon slipping down onto one knee as his vision blacked out...
... Just in time for Kan to rejoin the group. But that also meant that the lower party was all in one place, and Cassandra's position was likely well-known - just what were they supposed to do, so deep in enemy territory? Heck, they were still on the same level as the Andromon, and it wasn't as if the reinforcements were simply going to stop: metallic footprints clambered and sprinted closer, the Datamon once more booming over the comms:
"In case it isn't clear yet, get them!"
Huh, his tone seemed less patient and playful than before, more akin to desperation - was it a risk for them to be down there? One thing was clear:
They were on the right floor.

Cas flinched away from the tazer momentarily sagging with relief at the sight of Deceimon as she leaned heavily against the wall chest heaving from her break neck run. The appearance of Kan was likewise an even more welcome sight as the Deceimon's form warped and gave way leaving behind a Dark Knightmon and Duramon as the twins stumbled.
"Kan can you phase other people through walls?" Cas asked quickly pulling up the file on her D-terminal scanning through it with rapid flicks of her fingers eyes devouring the text for any speck of info on the Apocolymon and whether he was their enemy or merely yet another unfortunate victim. There was little time to waste.
"We need to get somewhere we can hide. I've got the file on the Digimon they've got locked in that massive armored room. I think they're planning to use him as some sort of bomb, but I'm not certain. There's gotta be info on it in here some~" The Doctor rambled her tone calm, mechanical even, but her movements nearly frenzied in their efficiency. Though she wouldn't even finish her sentence before the sickening shhnk~ of metal and flesh being pierced through filled the air as Cloak rammed the red tip of his spear straight through the helpless Andromon.
"You'll have the info you need Hime." Cloak rumbled out with a low growl as the Andromon phased and sparked before his form turned to fractured static as the Dark Knightmon swiftly loaded him. Leaving Dagger standing aghast swords limp at the Duramons sides and the Doctor blinking with a mix of surprise and brief horror, before her gaze hardened with something akin to resolve.
"What are we dealing with?" She questioned. Cloak Loads the Andromon

"Just myself unfortunately."
The Silvermon sighed and shook his head; if he could of done so he would of. His spirits had always just been pretty straightforward about that sort of stuff, so if he COULD they would leap at the opportunity to tell him. Kan rolled his shoulders and frowned a little bit glancing around.
"I don't really think hiding is much of an option right now, as we've got company approaching. That and our dear friend doesn't seem to be terribly pleased with us being down here either."
The wolfen digimon turned and flinched as he heard the sound of what cloak was doing. He could already piece together what the other was going to do with that tone. He didn't like the idea of it, he didn't approve of that idea but... Well. What ese could they really do in this situation?
"Never was much for loading. But I guess we have no choice in the matter."
Kan gritted his teeth and kept watch for approaching enemies. Knowing that at least a little bit of warning would give them some time to react. Even if the metallic footsteps weren't a dead give away...
"We're probably going to have to fight our way to where we need to go."

'What are we dealing with'?
As that question was asked, directing Cloak's thoughts, he would feel a stir in the Andromon's data as he sought out the answer. Though this would have ordinarily been simply the thought of a guard, as a machine, he was directly linked to the network, and truth be told, not all of the guards were exactly faithful to the cause.
Thus, Cloak would see a memory that didn't originate from the Andromon, but would still be from the direct perspective of an observer. Unfortunately, the exact shapes of the figures before him would be illusive, like inky shadows against a canvas. But their shapes would be distinguishable enough, their voices crystal clear.
"Hm... is that it, then?" Out in the harsh environment of the Dark Area, Cloak would see a humanoid figure, the light of a Digivice escaping his palm. His tone was both casual and inquisitive, taking note of a massive basin-line structure just a hundred or so feet ahead. A bird, perching on his shoulder, would nod.
"Troublesome as its guardian was, that is it, the Dark Throne. Legend has it that to even take a seat upon it is to gather great power. No wonder the Onyx Castle met its demise, though..."
"Hm?"
"Er... my apologies." The bird gave a nod. "But will it serve our purpose?"
"Hardly. Like we can simply afford to sit and wait." The tamer gave a chuckle. "But if its last owner is anything to go by... hm. Then we'll wait."
"Sir?"
"You know. Give it to someone who'll use it for their own means. Give it a few months, destroy the new holder of the throne, and take its data. Even if we're caught in the act, we'll be held as heroes rather than scoundrels."
"... Are we really in that much of a bind?"
"Hm..." The figure looked off to the left, a faint red glow echoing in the background. "More than likely..." It was quite the amount of information to take in at once - but perhaps Cassandra's guess as a 'bomb' was a little bit off. Or, perhaps the situation had already spun out of this mysterious tamer's control. But how did the Andromon have such detail?
Regardless, it didn't take long for the group to be found once more. With Cloak and Dagger split into their respective forms, it didn't take long for them to be found...
... And this time? It would be the arena's own elite guard: a pair of TigerVespamon ((X)), blades twirled in hand, each with only a single brand on the back of their respective arms.
The Silvermon was their primary target, having already proven to be an illusive bugger: almost as soon as the first would turn the corner, a blade was raised right in the spirit wielder's direction, a rapid burst of electrical energy surging in his direction, aimed square for the chest. After firing, he'd make a straight charge right at the fox.
Meanwhile, the other swordsman would charge towards Cloak, aiming to lock the DarkKnightmon in a draw of blades. But he would give him good reason to meet head-on: left alone, the machine would make a beeline, straight towards Cassandra!
Log:
TigerVespamon A uses Stinging Shot - a Sharp and fast bolt of electricity with the power to temporarily stun an opponent. TigerVespamon B moves to lock Cloak in a draw, sword-on-sword.
Main objective: Destroy the Dark Throne

"It seems you were right Hime. He's not a bomb, but he is being raised like a lamb for slaughter. The throne they have him wired into~" Cloak began to explain only for the group to get jumped. The sudden lunging of the TigerVespamon forcing the Dark Knightmon to close into combat with him sword to axe as the ultimate skidded back a few feet from the impact letting out a strained groan.
"The throne is a dark artifact and needs...ugh! Needs to be destroyed!" The Dark Knighton panted out trying to hold off the assault as getting his bearings Dagger snarled his form flashing golden with light as he evolved up to Mega the Durandamon lunging for the TigerVespamon assaulting his twin as he moved to bring his swords gleaming with power down like a guillotine aiming to slice off the TigerVespamon's arms at the elbows and kick the offending Digimon back to buy his twin and tamer some space.
"Fuck~" Cas hissed through clenched teeth as she quickly slid a mirror shield card through her card reader the reflective surface popping up in front of Kan to protect the spirit user from the blast. "Kan can you get us out of here?" She questioned eyes darting around for any exit.
Dagger Evolves to Durandamon Dagger Uses Twenty Slash - Twenty Slice: Focuses its fighting spirit into the blades on both arms and slices the enemy with them cutting them with glowing blades which burn away at corrupted data. Cooldown two turns

Kan's perseverance of the area proved to be thankfully a boon as he was greeted with the sight of not one but two TigerVespamon's. The Spirit user didn't even question why they were in that level nor why they were so strong. However the spirit user wasn't expecting to be the primary target here. So his defense was a little slower than he would of liked, his sword slow in comparison to that strike that was careening towards him.
But blessings came in small numbers, a shield of light appeared around him to reflect the initial attack that the TigerVespamon had sent his way. But that still left the charging bug. His eyes flicked towards cloak and the Silvermon backpedaled to try to get closer to his allies.
"No! I can't. I can't take other people! Cloak! Dagger! One of you break my sword! No questions just DO IT."
The silvermon snarled and brought his sword up in a defensive posture. He didn't have the strength, the speed or the health to really fight against a mega that looked to be perfectly healthy as he was. But there was another that did, one that was stronger than him. Faster than him. A creature that would hopefully level the playing field for a moment. The destructive prowess could likely plow through the area and help them get to their 'target' of sorts.
Problem being? They were locked away in the blade the Silvermon was carrying.
Log: -Kan is grateful for the shield but moves closer to the twins while making a strange request.

Thankfully, the Dark Knightmon wasn't alone, especially for his monologue. Dagger himself would ascend to mega, just as the robotic Digimon would parry Cloak's axe back with a flick of his wrist.
Just as well: he needed his full attention to deal with the Durandamon as it was! The TigerVespamon was not interested in being cut through, of course, and raised his twin swords in an effort to block, holding those blades a good foot above his shoulder. At a glance, it looked like a good time for Cloak to interrupt, but those same blocking blades would give off a powerful spark, a frighteningly powerful electric current attempting to race right through the Durandamon's blades.
As for the gunner? Even as that shield was raised, the pursuer would simply try and cut the distance between himself and the Silvermon, blade raised as he try and meet the Silvermon in a draw. In a similar fashion, his own blade would spark, a powerful current discharging in an effort to take down this intruder.
It seemed that neither swordsman was to give their adversary even an inch to breathe!
Tigervespamon A and B both use 'Royal Discharge', sending a powerful electric current through their blades to damage the opponent, by direct contact with their block.

As Dagger stepped forward Cloak stepped back his form becoming infused with dark light as he shifted up to his Mega form and quickly tagged out with his twin who released a short scream of pain as lightning rocketed through his metal form making his armor steam. "You asked for this~" The Tactimon growled out as he unsheathed Jatetsufūjin-maru bringing it down swiftly on the Silvermon's blade before spinning on his heel arcing the sword up as power coalesced along the blade to try to clothes line the TigerVespamon attacking Kan with a burst of rapid slashes as he released his Five Sided Fortification attack.
"You're going to regret that!" Dagger hissed his armor still sparking from the charge as his chest glowed bright releasing a blast of energy right at the TigerVespamon that had locked swords with him.
"We need to push them back. We have to reach that central room." Cas ordered though there was little the Doctor could do at the moment backed into the corner as she was in the dead end with her partners and Kan fighting off the attackers at the entryway into the hall and their only exit.
Cloak uses -Five Sided Fortification: Slashes with the Jatetsufūjin-maru five times, generating five deadly vacuums of force that explode outwards upon contact capable of rendering a single enemy to pieces with great prejudice or being flung at up to five opponents. Cooldown two turns. -Against All Odds: Whenever Tactimon is outnumbered or outgunned his attack power increases by ten percent for every additional enemy that joins the fight or twenty-five percent for every level above his own his main opponent possesses. Whichever is higher. (Passive)
Dagger uses - Light Lance: Fires a piercing beam of energy from it's chest tearing through it's enemies defenses to do massive damage and marking the enemy with a burning twenty which harms the enemy searing away at their form with prolonged damage for three turns. Cooldown three turns. - Pierce The Heavens: One of the Legend-Arms said to be able to pierce the heavens themselves. It's swords are designed to slice through any substance like paper. As such shields and defensive abilities used to block Durandamon's strikes function as one level lower in terms of stopping it's attacks. Cooldown of one post between activations. (Passive)

Kan wasn't in the best position to fight these swordsmon as he was and the gunner that tried to rush him? That discharge that danced along it's length made the Silvermon's eyebrows shoot upwards; they weren't going to give him any room to really do anything.
But his 'demand' to cloak was met with a quick response. His blade wasn't strong enough to ward off the Tactimon's and the material practically shattered leaving the hilt the only thing that was there. Dark wisps curled and danced from the broken pieces of his sword and slipped back into their proper host.
It took all of a moment for that writhing, pulsating wretched blackened light of digivolution to wrap around his form. His limbs extended, horns twisted and curled growing where none were before. Bones sprang up along a lengthy tail and his snout grew far more draconic. The mixed face of a skull and paint stared out at the Tigervespamon; even if cloak was somewhat in the way.
As for his ally that was standing in front of the now mega level spirit? Well Kan would punch straight through the other mega level's chest, his arm phasing through it like it simply wasn't there to attempt to crack the bug's chest armor. If used right well... his ability to phase through solid objects that weren't trying to hit him would well... work nicely in combat.
Log: -Kan's sword done broke -Kan's spirits were freed! [oh no] -Kan digivolved to mega. -Kan used in phase to make a basic attack through cloak at the TigerVespamon.
Passives: levitation: Using supernatural abilities this digimon is able to Levitate itself off of the ground and "fly" in a manner suited for such a being. This ability may be used in combat.
Phase: This digimon may phase through solid objects.

Well, this was getting quickly out of control: what had started out as three ultimate levels had quickly accelerated to three mega, and each was going to make cleaning up this problem a bit more challenging.
Just a bit, however. Like it or not, the twins and the Silvermon still had their back against the wall, cut off on this dead-end. Their room to maneuver was far more limited, a difference that was clear to see as the Tigervespamon attacking Kan simply gave a back-step to distance himself from the vortexes summoned by Cloak's blade. The opposite machine raised his arms to block, the armor deeply singed as he skidded several yards back, righting himself next to his partner.
Right here? The two TigerVespamon were going to take advantage of their position, their blades turning from a pulsing blue to a fierce red, their mechanical voices echoing in unison:
"Full Discharge!"
The blades were shunted forward, even as Kan's blade would try and cut the distance towards one of the machines. In this limited space, the two let forth a combined attack that could only be described as a huge electrical surge, intent on expanding outward to encompass that entire dead end. Kan, who was airborne, would likely feel the sheer brunt of it without an effective way to discharge it...
... Not that it was going to be easy for the twins, or even the doctor, to escape unscathed!
The TigerVespamon retreat a few yards down the hall, before unleashing a combined, heavy discharge of electrical energy, to attack the entire 'dead end' at once.

"Take her and go!" Cloak snarled out to his brother as the TigerVespamon pulled back. Their retreat meaning nothing good for the group as a whole as Dagger half turned grabbing the Doctor about the waist as he scooped the small Woman up into his arms....right as the scent of ozone filled the air.
"Oh shit" The trio muttered in near perfect union as the Durandamon disappeared in a flash of light. Reappearing right behind the two TigerVespamon as they released their barrage leaving him to dart down the hallway casting a worried glance back towards his twin and their ally right as the hallway was filled with a blazing electrical blast.
"Cloak!" Cas screamed half scrambling over the Durandamon's shoulder as she slid a card through her card reader, nearly biting through her lip with fear. However, she understood what the dark armored samurai was doing. He was buying them time. Time to free the Apocolymon. Time to destroy the throne.
The Tactimon himself would half turn vision zeroing in on the TigerVespamon he had previously been locked in combat with as they fired. Grasping hold of the Ancientpower the Tactimon's form flickered and shifted, and suddenly the TigerVespamon found himself staring down the end of his own blast. While the Tactimon appeared next to the other one sword whirling as he moved to take off it's head with a slice of his blade.
Dagger Uses Ride The Light to dodge the blast and escape the hallway. Making a break for the Apocolymon's 'cell' - Ride The Light: Durandamon teleports himself and anyone he is currently holding in a flash of light within line of sight. Likewise he may choose to target and teleport a willing ally instead of himself. Cooldown two turns.
Cas Uses AncientPower on Cloak! NS-31 Card Name: Ancientpower Type: Modify Rank: Platinum Duration: 3 Posts Effect: The target Digimon is able to access one of previous form's attacks/abilities of their choice. This move is treated as if used by your Digimon's current level, not the previous one, for purposes of power.
Cloak uses Scapegoat on TigerVespamon he locked blades with as it fires Full Discharge - Scapegoat: In a blink of an eye Dark Knightmon switches places with any target it has marked via damage within three turns or a willing ally within line of sight leaving them to suffer whatever fate or attack might have befallen the Digimon himself in his place. Cooldown three turns.

With a growl the Kryptmon drew his arm back again readying to throw another punch with the Tigervespamon directly in front of them. However the individual gave a good backstep to put him out of range of those vortexes cloaked summoned up and any melee he could make.
His eyes widened a little bit as that full discharged activated, the collective cursing that followed suit from the three didn't change his reaction. Being airborne and that being lightning? Well he had just one reaction that he could make, which was to ground himself in the quickest way possible.
Slamming his tail so hard against the ground to push it into the earth in a desperate attempt to mitigate the damage. At the same time the Tacticmon vanished and was replaced by the TigerVespamon that he had clashed with.
The electrical surge hit kan full force and he let out a sharp cry of pain feeling his muscles alla cross his body scream in pain. At the same point he made an attempt to slam his horned head down against the TigerVespamon's own with his horns engorging themselves to add a little punch into it.
Log: -Kan is struck by both discharges, heavily damaging him. -Kan attempts to headbutt the TigerVesparmon next to him with Gore.
Move: Gore: Horns are designed for two things. Defense and offense. In that effect this move allows it's digimon to extend it's horns out further than natural. It may charge an opponent as often as it desires; though if it hits none within a two post variable the horns break off and join onto those that grace it's tail. The digimon must wait till it's next use of this digivolution to try again. Upon successful use Gore has to wait four turns to be used again.
Passive: levitation: Using supernatural abilities this digimon is able to Levitate itself off of the ground and "fly" in a manner suited for such a being. This ability may be used in combat.
Phase: This digimon may phase through solid objects.

Unfortunately for Cloak, simply switching positions with one of the TigerVespamon wasn't enough to cause one to fall into the other's line of fire. Rather, the separate discharges would collide in the center - and, yes, crash both electrical surges down on the hapless Kryptmon. And it wasn't as if the machine guarding the end of the hall was simply going to take it lying down: as that sword would swing in, the mechanical insect would take advantage of both the confined space and his smaller, more agile weapons.
Flicking his thrusters into full power, the Tigervespamon would attempt to shoulder-check Cloak straight in his chest, and pin him heavily against the wall. Though Cloak definitely had some close-range potential, there would be far less he could use that sword for at close range.
As for Kan? Actually, he would manage to strike with the Gore, though that was perhaps not among the best ideas that he had. The machine sparked, but was still operational - and affixed on those horns, the machine had a clear view of a giant weak-spot. Both blades would be raised, and slammed straight down - simply intending to stab right through the dark mega's exposed back! Fortunately, Cloak and Kan had managed to turn the fight to an effective two-on-two, allowing Cassandra and Dagger to make their escape. The electrical interference from the fight seem to have thrown the communications to nothing but a pile of static... was she in luck?
Or was this a terrible idea? She'd find herself right by the door to that central chamber...
Log:
The TigerVespamon nearer Cloak activates his thrusters to attempt to pin the Tactimon to the wall, keeping close-range to be out of the massive blade's range.
The TigerVespamon nearer Kan uses Royal Discharge to amplify his blades with electricity.

The Tactimon was quick to throw up an arm to try to shield his eyes from the blinding light of the blast as his sword went over the ducking TigerVespamon's head. The enemy Digimon managing to shoulder check him in the chest as he felt it's thrusters kick in slamming him backwards into the wall with a harsh "Oof!" As Cloak felt the wind knocked from him. Snarling in near blind rage the two sworsman were now reduced to to close range struggling where neither could get a blade in, Leaving the Tactimon to reach down over the TigerVespamon's shoulder where he'd dipped to slam into Cloak and keep him pinned and dug his armored fingers into the fragile wings and backthrusters. Then once he was certain he had a good grip Cloak wrenched aiming to rip the TigerVespamon's wings and thrusters from it's back with the ugly sound of tearing metal and data.
"This is either a terrible idea or a great one. I suppose we're about to find out." Cas muttered as Dagger set her down. The Doctor motioning with a wave of her hand towards the door. "Care to do the honors?" She quipped a little of her old wry humor showing through as Dagger chuckled.
"It'll be my pleasure." The Durandamon rumbled out blades glowing with the light of the Twenty-slice once more before. After all he wasn't a legend-Arm for nothing as his blade sank through the door like butter before he wrenched sideways popping the lock as the heavy metal barrier swung open.
"Hold your attack. I've come to Bargain." The Doctor called out as she stepped up to the doorway spine straight, eyes steely, to look upon the Apocolymon for the first time.
Cloak attempts to rip the wings and thrusters off of the TigerVespamon.
