Tch!
Well, that didn't go nearly as well as Mikemon had hoped: his sudden strike, paired with Dio's own, was intended to force K as far outside of the Library as he could manage. Outside, K's electrical attacks would have far less impact, as she wouldn't have the metal within the library's frame, as well as the array of highly flammable objects around, to work with. Seeing her manage to wedge herself in the door-frame, the cat couldn't help but grit his fangs. Her arms sparked with an electrical surge, her sight and bloodlust bearing right down on Mikemon!
"Damn it, K!" His words right now were nothing more than a frustrated utterance, the cat forced to focus on the fight in front of him. As much as he would have liked to, he simply couldn't utilize his Crystal Shield - no, right now, he had to focus on pushing as much damage through as he possibly could. If K was going to go for a direct strike, then Mikemon would meet her head on, a dark aura surrounding his paw! "Shadow Stitching!"
He didn't even need to throw it far: raising his left arm to take the brunt of the claw, Mikemon would throw that ball of shadow energy right at the center of the Raguelmon's chest. This, of course, meant the cat would be struck: slashed across the arm, and blown a few yards backwards, he grit his teeth and stood his ground: should that energy have hit, the shadows would have already started to settle and burrow into her armor.
That said, with Titania and Dio going for a direct assault of their own, Mikemon took a moment to catch his breath. His left arm was held limp off to his side, data dripping from the forearm, as static coursed through his body. If Wisemon's grip held, and if these two could get another shot in, well, it would likely only take one more follow-up!
Log: Digizoid Will Cooldown: 1/2 Shadow Stitching is cast! Duration: 1/3 Shadow Stitching: A pulse of dark energy can be shot from his paw, and on impact, the blast explodes outward for several meters. Anyone caught in the radius will feel dark patches over their surface, spreading into several dark needles to pierce through the surface. This has the ability to pierce Digizoid, and deals dark, corrosive, and virus damage.

So they thought that it would be that simple, that there would be something that would make this easy. That the fighter in front of them didn't have a few more tricks up her sleeves so to speak.
Titania's attack was aimed in a rough spot; her midsection of all things. It would get a grunt of irritation from the raguelmon as the blue eyes flicked over the fairy. Certainly that attack was strong if you thought about it but against a mega of all things?
"Really child?"
Dio as he did let out a scream of rage; not a howl; not some fierce roar or something of the like. But he almost seemed childish with how he launched himself at her. The raguelmon let out a small snickering laugh as she was hit by at least four of these attacks. But it didn't stop her from slamming her attack home in the mikemon. It stung most certainly and her shift in stance and reading of the movement that dio used was just all about that could of kept her out of the entire thing.
"Tsk Tsk; I thought I taught you better than that. Suppose you'll need a little more time alone with your teacher eh? Just like that week in the forest."
Then came the spellcasters; the foolish spellcasters that ended up not only binding her to one place but lit her ablaze as well. The pain was certainly intense; but it didn't compare to the pain she had felt before. It didn't match the pain of literally getting torn apart data line by data line and then stitched back together by something that barely knew what it was doing. The miasma of suffering that would of been brought to her normally only ended up eliciting a pleasure induced shudder. Was she actually enjoying getting hit by these attacks?
"More"
Though this bode ill for her; the fact she couldn't move from this spot. It only made Mikemon's shadow stitching land without failure. She'd grit her teeth a little bit as she felt it sink in. Their attacks were starting to get through that was no question. But she had to do something before she could even consider anything else. Cupping her hands together the Raguelmon took a moment before drawing out a long thin Javelin made of it's own energy. The sparking twisting and warping bolt of energy looked much like her black lightning but seemed more alive. She'd take a moment to aim at her target; who was now a reasonable distance away from her.
"Lightning-Javelin."
A matter of fact statement; followed by a very much so matter of fact attack. She threw this bolt of energy like you would a spear; it leaping from her fingertips and speeding towards the mikemon's head. If the attack could disorientate their 'healer' as it was that would make the following fight that much easier.
"You'll block it won't you? But what will stop me from going after the humans next when you do? These whelps?"
-K has taken Noble Fairy Dance, Bloody claw barrage, Relativia warp, Armagus flare and Shadow stitching in one go. Though she looks somewhat more less for it; her front is somewhat marred by damage making it hard to see where the damage starts and her armor ends. -K has aimed and thrown a Lightning-Javelin at the good doctor. -K is on fire but doesn't seem terribly bothered by it. Though she seems to be enjoying the pain in some degree.
Attack Used: Lightning Javelin: This digimon cups it's hands together and draws out a long thin Javelin made of it's own energy. It can throw this projectile accurately up to a mile away if it has line of sight of it's target. Deals high single target damage and can cause burns to uncovered flesh. Three post cool down.
Duration: Sabetour-De-Force: [1/3]
Passives: Charge: For each empowered basic attack or Lightning based move, this digimon builds up a stack of charge. Upon three charges this digimon may release an explosive bolt of lightning dealing high damage to a single target. While there is no cool down on this move it requires others to operate. A target must be within a hundred feet. This digimon doesn't lose charge but must hit a digimon to gain charge.
Voltic Core: This digimon can absorb electricity that it hasn't produced to heal itself. Whether from environment or from moves; moves that would damage it heal it by half instead while the environment if given a constant surge heals it by a medium amount per turn until fully healed.
Cool-downs: El-thor: [2/3] Sabetour-De-Force: [0/3]
Charges: [2/3]

Titania maneuvered around and up, remaining in the air as everyone else's attacks had found purchase along with hers. She noted the armor on the midsection a little too late, so she didn't...quite do as much as she had hoped. Oh well...? She had to think fast. And hit hard, too. This weird cat digimon was -enjoying- this and it was kind of uncomfortable. Yet...all of that was buried. Buried under something else.
This -BITCH- called her a child.
And that -really- pissed Titania off. Unreasonably so. As K launched a javelin towards Mikemon, she snarled. "Listen here and listen WELL, mongrel. LOATHE as I am to say it, the humans are more important to me than almost any other creature in this world, so you most certainly WILL need to go through me! But that's not going to happen!" She readied her claws as they began to glow green. Wait, what's that mean? "Because THIS STOPS HERE." She flew back before propelling herself forwards in melee range of the flaming K, before she swiftly thrust both of her claws forward with a yell of "Gilgamesh Slicer!" Where were the claws aimed, might one ask?
They were aimed for K's face. They were aimed to pierce. How'd she handle that?
Naoko just looked at Carlos and Alice, meanwhile, "I don't have any cards, I have -ZERO- idea how I could be useful here!" ...She looked incredibly distressed right now.
Grace of the Queen - Maniac: Every turn that passes by while a bleed effect is on an opponent allows Titania a passive regeneration. Flying Fairy: Every three turns, Titania can toggle a piercing effect for whichever move she’s using.
Titania pops her passive before she takes a bit of a risk by trying to use Gilgamesh Slicer on a flaming opponent's face! Talk about a direct assault.
Gilgamesh Slicer: Shutumon flies for her opponent and attempts to carve them into pieces with her claws!
Also Naoko's panicking.

As soon as he finished his attack Dio took a jump back, putting as much distance as he could from K's possible counter attack. All their attacks were hitting their mark, the armor on the digimon's chest dented and charred from all the impacts. And now thanks to Alice and Dorothy, she was on fire. She didn't seem all too worried about it however. Had Dio not known better, he would have almost believed she was...enjoying it. But that couldn't be the case, could it? Yet it seemed that they were doing some damage. Not enough to stop her, barely enough to make her flinch...but they were getting somewhere. Yet as he approached for another attack, what almost made the demon freeze for a moment where not her actions, but her words. "Suppose you'll need a little more time alone with your teacher eh? Just like that week in the forest..."Those words did more than just send a cold chill down his spine. They did worse than any lighting she could have thrown. Those words were bad enough to reopen really deep and painful scars, as memories that he had been trying to ignore ever since she bursted throught the door came flooding back. Unpleasant memories. Memories of his data leaking out from his wounds, slowly being drained. His escape thwarted every single time by his captor with sadistic glee... and the pain... "SILENCE." Dio suddenly snapped at the cat, his eyes seething with rage. That was in the past, he would never allow this thing to win. Not again. Not while he could still draw breath. With cold determination he charged forward once again, ignoring completely the attack she shot afterwards. Clearly it was aimed at Mikemon, hopefully he'd be able to withstand it, but that was out of Dio's hands now. All he could think about was to continue their offensive. "D-NAIL."With a purple crackle of energy his claws glew with a purple hue, bright energy surrounding them. What better way to strike her teacher down than using the same technique she had taught the imp all that time ago? The irony was certainly not lost on Dio. But this still wasn't enough. The glowing needle like blades flashed even brighter, as a white light began emanating from the demon's right hand, spreading into an aura of pure light that coated his body and followed his every move. The now white claws reached forward as he lunged in K's direction. He noticed Titania was aiming for her head, a rather risky target, but one that even someone as strong as K would have trouble shrugging off. As such, Dio aimed just a bit lower, his sharp nails aiming to tear into the feline's neck. After all, one couldn't talk without a throat. All of this was lost on Carlos, who simply shook his head, sighing somewhat defeated. So she didn't have anythign up her sleeve either. As if things weren't hard enough. "Ok, then...we should really get to a safer place then. We're sitting ducks here and we'll only make things more hard on everyone if we stay here risking our neck." He reasoned, looking around for a safe escape route. Truth be told he hated the idea of leaving Alice and the partners behind to handle this madness, but if K decided to target them it would only make a bad situation worse. Passives:
Shadow Talisman: At the start of combat, your attacks gain 'Ethereal'. The first shield, per thread, that your attack comes into contact with is ignored, OR The first instance of your opponent's teleportation or intangibility is cancelled. A dull gray stone on a metal string, said to originate from the Core of Darkness.
Actives: Burning Gauntlet: A silver bangle, adjusting to the size of a Digimon per form. On use, all attacks gain the 'Holy' element for three posts. Once per thread.
[RAM Upgrade Giga] D-Nail: Focusing power on either of his clawed hands, Dio summons forth a set of sharp needle like blades of pure, glowing purple energy enveloping his fingers. Having an advanced form now means he’s finally able to wield this power somewhat efficiently, no longer making it elemental. The blade will disappear after either three successful attacks or a block, and can only be used for either attack or defense per activation (it can't used to block after doing one swing). Three posts cooldown.

Burning Gauntlet : (0/3)
D-Nail : (0/3)

"More, you say?" Alice almost seems amused by the fact that the horrific, dark feline demands more suffering, the emerald haired woman keeping her distance alongside her partner, but stepping just a little bit away . "I can do that, too, if you'd like..." It's clear that whatever Alice is doing to perform so-called sorcery is hurting her, but she doesn't care, the smile on her face almost deranged in its intensity. She readies a familiar violet colored magic circle, the skin on her arm burning slightly as the signals go through her body, and laughs as she unleashes a spray of toxic gas at the enemy. "Help yourself to some more misery!"Perhaps doing this might buy some more time, Alice thinks to herself. Her head aches slightly, a dull, throbbing sensation seeping through her body... Perhaps a sign to stop her relentless assault for now and let her own Digimon contribute a little more. "Now, Dorothy!"In response to her Tamer's orders, she taps the red and blue orbs together, the pair of bizarre spheres clicking together as runes and symbols surround her and spread out a fair distance, forming a pattern on the floor, things seeming... Off afterwards, at least to K. "And here's something for noʎ to chew on... ɟO ʇǝN Alameria!" To her target, everything on her seems a little softer, more brittle, just a little bit frailer. And that's exactly the intended effect of the spell, the heavily robed spellcaster laughing as it kicks in. The pair of Digimon and Tamer briefly glance at each other, with the human of the pair simply trying to look her best despite the discomfort she's going through, cracking a small smile back at Dorothy as if to insist she's fine. This, however, worries the Wisemon a little bit, her expression unable to be seen, but undoubtedly a little concerned. "You look kinda uǝʇɐǝq up. Ya sure you wanna keep going?""...Yes. I'll be fine." Alice's response is as stubborn as it is determined, an almost atypically aggressive grumble coming from her. "I want to see her burn."
Alice casts Poison Storm!Poison Storm: Sprays what basically equates to fast acting Tear Gas at foes or in an area, be it small or large, to cripple their combat capabilities and prevent them from fighting back. At this point, it's potent enough to actually cause lasting damage to humans, something that worries both Dorothy and her tamer greatly. Neither of them can deny its' effectiveness, however. (The magic circle color for this attack is purple.)
Stuns for 1 turn, blinds for 1 turns after the stun wears off. Only does minor damage. 3 turn cooldown. Dorothy casts Net of Alameria. Net Of Alameria: Charges the Space-Time stones with energy and they begin to slightly distort the local physics of an area temporarily, strengthening the materials composing Dorothy and weakening those composing that of her foes. Some might say it's an overly complicated way to accomplish such a simple thing, and you'd probably be right.
Reduces the defensive capabilities of up to two enemies caught in the radius for 3 turns, and enhances Dorothy's defenses for 1, also drawing attention to her. 4 post cooldown.

K had one thing right: Mikemon had no option but to block the Lightning Javelin. If he didn't, there was nothing that would stop that bolt of energy from sinking deep into the Great Moving Library - the entire room would go up in a harsh blaze, and the foundation of the building itself would be at great risk.
However, the words betrayed something critical about this version of K:
She had no idea how Mikemon's shield actually worked!
Rather than play along with the threat, the doctor kept calm, and with a flick of his wrist, directed his crystal ball into place, right in the path of the javelin. In that same motion, Mikemon sprinted off to the right, clenching that focusing hand into a small fist: "Crystal Shield!" From around that floating orb, that familiar disc took shape, the lightning crashing into it a moment later, static diffusing off of its surface as the attack was blocked. Even the slight surge that raced around the shield would find no target...
... Because Mikemon hadn't used the shield to protect his own position - nor was he moving to protect the tamers like K had taunted! No, everyone else had moved up to try and end this, and Mikemon would do the same: sprinting forward and claws tensed, he'd try and quickly close the difference to the entrance of the library - and from below, he'd pivot and try to jump up, to try and slam his right shoulder and elbow directly into K's stomach! If all went well, that sudden hit would force the cat to stand upright, and feel the brunt of everyone else's attacks!
Log: Mikemon uses Crystal Shield, remotely, to protect the building from the Javelin. Subsequently, Mikemon charges K, and attempts an unnamed attack to strike at K's lower torso from below!

The amusing thing is that the simple attack that Titania did had an easy alternative; all she had to do was move her head in such a fashion to avoid getting hit in the eyes and she would be fine. K's usual stoic silence during fights returned thankfully for a brief instant as Dio also followed up almost immediately with something simular.
Two attacks directly to her upper portion? Immediately making it obvious how she was going to avoid this. She could shift her body in thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of ways to avoid these two. But the simplest action? Would be to duck.
It wouldn't be hard to notice that her full attention wasn't on the two in front of her. Nor the spellcasters in back; nor the humans. Her eyes were following mikemon's movements.
Had he taken the bait?
The brief introduction to poison storm and the Net of Alameria was enough to make the mega snort in derision. The poison storm stung that much was certain as well as the net making it feel like her armor was doing slightly less than it should of.
The Crystal shield blocked her attack? Well it made sense that it would of; that the attack would be so simple and so straightforward would the mikemon really think that she'd go after the humans? No. He was smarter than that; he knew this fight needed to end faster than not and would rush in.
Like that, the cat sprang towards her attempting to keep it so that she was standing in the way of these attacks. But he failed to notice the fact of a very specific item that the Raguelmon snatched off of her hip.
Ageless leather binding snapped open, an eternity of voidbound pages yawned open for a moment and the mega snarled grabbing at the mikemon with one hand while forcing the book into the face of the unaware soon to be 'reader' of a very specific item.
One that carlos and dio would recognize immediately.
A wisemon tome.
Battle Log: -K avoids the two attacks aimed at her upper body. -K takes poison storm and Net of Alameria in stride. -K uses this oppurtunity to use the Wisemon tome in her possesion to attempt to seal Dr. Mikemon away in it!
Duration: Sabetour-De-Force: [2/3]

"We should, but at the same time, do we really want to risk her following?" That -thing- was bad enough being kept in one place, one room and being ganged up on.
The idea that it'd follow them OUT OF THERE and maybe towards Calumon was gut wrenching in nature. Ultimately she opted to leave it up to Carlos if they were to really relocate. But as it stood? They were useless.
Meanwhile, Titania and co.'s struggle with K continued. Her attempt to blind the Raguelmon had been in vain, something that served only to infuriate her further.
No, no. You can't go nuts on this. Think, thi--
...She had landed briefly and craned her head to see K take out a book and remembered something she had been taught a long time ago. If your enemy pulls out something at any point in the fight, always assume it can and will kill you. She could still execute another Gilgamesh Slicer...In fact.
Titania felt like she knew what she had to do. What needed to be done?
Everything. With another cry of "Gilgamesh Slicer!" the Shutumon aimed this strike of her claws towards K's arm with the tome. Titania was at least hoping it'd do something. Distract her, maybe make her drop the tome...SOMETHING.
Passives:
Grace of the Queen - Maniac: Every turn that passes by while a bleed effect is on an opponent allows Titania a passive regeneration.
Flying Fairy: Every three turns, Titania can toggle a piercing effect for whichever move she’s using.

As their combined attack seemed to be completely negated by K's rather nonchalant looking dodge, Dio let out a frustrated snarl. Dammit, she was playing them all like a damn fiddle! She knew exactly what buttons to press and how to take advantage of every misstep, just like... ...just like she had always done. Only now it hit Dio how similar of a situation this felt when compared to...really every other fight where K had been involved. A sudden thought occured to him: could it be possible for him to predict how K would fight against them, even on such a different form? Elsewhere, Carlos shook his head, unsure. Naoko did have a point: even if they ran, they could unknowingly lead K to her real objective. "I know, you're right but if we just stay here and get in the crossfire it will be just as bad."Besides, she didn't knew her way around the library, and it wasn't exactly a small place either. If they played their cards right, they had a reasonable chance at hiding somewhere where she wouldn't be able to find them. Just as he was about to mention this however, he decided to take a quick glance at the battle, and it was then where his eyes widened, as he set his gaze upon a very familiar object carried by K. A wave of nausea washed over him. He had seen that book before, not too long ago, during the Northen Province incident... Memories of a white void filled his mind, endless plains filled with black scrawlings, the scratching of something against paper.......As impossible as it seemed, Carlos felt his heart rate growing even more frantic, the blood pumping seemingly straight into his brain. Not again... Clutching at his head as if trying to keep the sudden headache away the man got up, not even thinking about the consequences. "Doctor! Close your eyes!" Was the first thing he could muster, yelling at the cat at the top of his lungs. Then, as if only now suddenly realizing how exposed he was, he immediatelly ducked behind their cover. "Guys, whatever you do, don't look at that book!" He yelled again, trying to let everyone else know just how dangerous that accursed tome could be. Breathing in and out quickly he shot a glance at Naoko, something between determined and downright terrified. There was no more time to hesitate. They had to move."Look, but we can't risk ourselves be this close anymore, if she gets to us, that will be even worse than if she just follows us. We have to go." And with that he rose to his feet, pulling from Naoko's arm to help her up as well without caring for the girl's possible protests, before breaking into a run towards the exit, hoping they would reach it in time. Was this stupidly risky? Yes, but it beated staying put doing nothing.
Somehow Carlos' yelling was able to be heard above the carnage, Dio taking particular notice of it and how...afraid it felt. What could have made his tamer sound so distressed? A quick glance at K revealed the answer to him, almost making his own core skip a beat as well. He too remembered that book. They could not allow her to use that book.Much like the fairy, he too moved quickly with the hopes of stoppoing whatever K was planning to do with Mikemo. As he now knew aiming at the same spot would only make it easier for her to dodge, he instead aimed for the opposite side, his glowing claws trying to slash the armored Mega across the lower section of her chest. This time however his hands seemed to be coated in a different light, a pale veil of bits of coding covering bothclaws and palm. If his attack were to land, he'd take away something more than the satisfaction of hurting this monster. Regardless of if the attack landed or not once he was done, Dio would kick the ground, jumping away from the mega level threat in an attempt to keep as much distance as it could. If his hunch was right and K did indeed fight like she always did, staying all clumped together near her would be a dumb move. They had to keep their distance and wittle her away without letting themselves be hurt. But then again, all his knowledge would be worthless if he didn't share it, right? "Keep your distance from her!" He ordered both Titania and (hopefully) Mikemon. hoping the other two would be able to take the hint and follow suit. He already knew what the feline was capable off, and knew if he didn't do his best to avoid the same mistakes from last time, there would be no hope for victory.

What the hell is going on? Alice barely understands the situation at this point, the green haired woman only hearing something horrible about a book and that the group needs to separate, somehow... Of course, staying very far apart from each other is impossible, given the fact everyone is indoors. With no real attacks able to come from Dorothy, Alice prepares something herself, slowly getting used to the pain... At least, a little bit. A ring- of magic forms from Alice channeling energy, waiting, hoping for a better opportunity... It stings slightly, the human gritting her teeth as she focuses on her own book, rather than the much less pleasant one. "Carlos, what does that book do!?" She demands to know, her slightly hunched, angry posture only making her question more harsh, now turning her attention to K herself, her words getting angry. "What the hell are you even here for?" She's not expecting anything rational, yet alone a response in the first place, simply hoping that whatever the sole male human of the Field Club thinks will happen won't. Dorothy grumbles, holding the two colored stones in her hands, but feels nothing within them for now, her own frustration growing. "...C'mon, you think you can reason with her when she's already attacked or somethin' ?" The exhaustion is evident in her voice, becoming angrier as she hears Alice. "You know what, whatever... I'm beginning to get sick of your attitude, and you're getting sick of mine. Let's just do what we can... The last thing we need to do is start arguing!" Alice snaps back at her own partner, glaring back with a slightly wilder expression than normal. "We just need to keep focusing on what's here now... And make sure she doesn't get any further." Instead of just leaving the ring of magic around her arm, she channels a blue circle while reciting the command from her book, the two connecting as a stream of high velocity water is shot at the black feline, specifically at the arm holding the book.
Combat stuff (put into spoiler to keep things neat) Alice uses an instance of Spell Charge to instantly use Aquary Pressure!Spell Charge (RAM UPGRADE 1): The user creates a white magic circle with a hollow interior, like a ring, that acts as an amplifier for all of her spells, allowing much more devastating and powerful effects. Provides a passive effect that enhances her next attack in a different way depending on what attack is used: Poison Storm blinds for two turns. Baluluna Gale does greatly increased damage (and impact). Aquary Pressure requires no time to charge, and can be used immediately after Spell Charge if needed.Shardallion Lens protects up to three targets from projectiles. Armagus Flare ignites for two turns. Mark Of Golachab's effects last for 4 turns. Can only be used three times per thread. Aquary Pressure: A blue magic circle gradually forms at the user's hands as she focuses, and when sufficiently charged, it glows brightly before focusing into a pinprick-sized beam of ultra-high pressure water capable of cutting through objects, piercing holes in walls, and shredding flesh apart. Ignores most defensive buffs, shields, armor, hiding in cover, and so on. Takes one post to charge up. Dorothy is waiting for her abilities to cool down. Cooldowns:
Relativia Warp 1/3 Armagus Flare 2/2 READY Poison Storm 1/3 Net Of Alameria 1/4

In that one moment, the chaos in the room seemed to slow to a halt for the doctor. Kicking off from the ground, aiming for a basic tackle with K's midsection, Mikemon didn't anticipate the Raguelmon's counter: not an electrical outburst or an attempt to swat him away, but rather the appearance of a book. A rather terrifying tome, that Mikemon doubted anyone but Carlos and Dio would be familiar with.
The furor behind fell to silence - Carlos' warning fell on deaf ears, and the sounds of battle crawled to a halt, as Mikemon grit his teeth. Was this her plan from the start? With that tome mere feet away, and that arm outstretched to try and snag him out of the air, the doctor knew his options were limited. One-on-one, his momentum would have simply had him dive head-first into it, but in a group, K needed to try and force him directly towards those pages.
Tch... at this rate... No, no, not that kind of thinking! Mikemon discarded those thoughts from his head: as much as he wanted to rely on the group, the group was relying on him as an anchor! If he fell here, the fight was going to fall to shambles - and thus, the cat did the one thing that came to mind:
He shoved his closest arm forward, intent to slam his wrist against K's palm. By instinct, he figured the cat might try and grab him there - but in that same instant, the light of Digivolution surrounded the feline.
Not for a stage upward, but for several stages down: that very forced arm would vanish, a Salamon appearing in Mikemon's place. Out of K's grip, it was no longer a matter if K could simply endure the onslaught to take him, but she'd also have to keep her balance! With that, Mikemon yelled out towards the team:
"Keep piling it on!"
He'd get back to his mega form soon - but for now? He had to rely on his team, so they could rely on him!
Log:
To K's attempted grapple, Mikemon forced an arm forward, attempting to stop the claw from grabbing around his main body. A moment later, he would degenerate to Rookie in an effort to escape that same grip!

The first attack was met with a somewhat dissatisfied grunt; the gilgamesh slicer managing to clip through a good chunk of her armor and nicking the flesh underneath. It was more than enough to make her body have to shift to avoid the arm itself dealing damaged further from that but in that simple action brought another problem.
The lower section of her chest was wide open and her reaction was more focused on her appendage that the Demon didn't seem to care for. It was somewhat problematic and the cat let out a snarl of pain as she felt the demon's claws do more than tickle across her flesh.
The very next thing that occured was a split second instant of her glaring with a multi level of harshness at the demon. There was no doubt in her mind that she needed to do something to clear the zone of how many pesky fighters there was.
Her arm buckled and twisted from getting hit by the Aquary pressure; the question that Alice posed fell on deaf ears. She had already answered them multiple times for what she was here for and if they knew anything about how this was going they'd know she was here for the calumon.
That was enough to make that arm useless wasn't it? She felt her grip loosen on the book and agonizingly this also meant that she missed with the attempt to capture the mikemon. His effort was largely over the top but her grapple attempt had ultimately failed; she had failed in this junction to capture him easily...
But that's what spurred her body forward to greater action than earlier; something that she was afraid to have happen again. Something that she hated beyond all else down to her true core.
Her tail whipped around and immediately closed the book tightly pulling it away from the doctor. Following suit?
"EL-THOR"
One hand drew back, the other was spinning mid air along with the upper most part of her fore-arm. While unintentional they had managed to sever the arm holding the book; thinking it broken the cat relied on the only working appendage for her technique.
Black electricity danced across her form and lanced around her body for a moment before slamming into the floor. To those nearby without proper groundings, metal body pieces and even those far away they'd hear that crackle of energy as it seemingly homed in on them
All of this happened in less than a couple seconds which only left the one flick of her eyes locking onto the Doctor in front of her.
"Pathetic."
Battle Log: -K has taken Gilgamesh slicer, moving her arm to try to mitigate the damage. -In practicality she was unable to move out of the way of Dio's attack. Taking the brunt of it to her midriff. -The high pressured attack from Alice has scored a direct hit! -While likely unintional; the mix of attacks landing on her arm have managed to slice it clean off! -Using her tail she's caught the book and snapped it shut in an effort to save it. -Sabetour-De-Force has ended.
Duration: Sabetour-De-Force: [3/3]
Attack Used: El-Thor: This digimon slams it's fists into the ground sending out a super nova of lightning all around it. This lightning bounces and twists through metal objects; conducting through them rending their forms in twain. Metal wearing individuals will find their items super hot and burning at the touch. Robotic digimon, armor clad digimon or those with metallic weapons will find the damage to them is immense. This move can be negated through grounding oneself in some fashion or another. Three post cool down. Range of 50 feet.

With every passing moment, the chaos within the library grew, more and more. The combined efforts of the group had actually caused -noticeable- damage to K rather than damage that simply made it harder to tell whether they were doing something or not.
However, Titania had to think quick. Quicker than quick. Was there a word for that? No time. No time no time no time no time- oH FUCKING
Her own thoughts had been cut off as K's response to her arm being sliced off had been to utilize the other arm to repeat her opener. At a time where she couldn't use Protect Shade to mitigate the damage. At a time where the doctor--the one they should probably be protecting, mind you, was at his weakest. Naoko was behind cover so this wouldn't harm her much...would it...?
She hoped she would forgive her partner for this momentary lapse of judgement. As the lightning roared out, Titania moved to shield Mikemon with her own body, screeching in pain as the lightning coursed through her.
Was this a terrible idea?
Hell the fuck yes it was.
Meanwhile, Naoko got to her feet, with Carlos' help. Yeah. They needed to move, and badly. Fortunately they were just out of reach of the El-Thor, which spared Naoko from a second dose of lightning as she scrambled for the exit!
Grace of the Queen - Maniac: Every turn that passes by while a bleed effect is on an opponent allows Titania a passive regeneration.
Flying Fairy: Every three turns, Titania can toggle a piercing effect for whichever move she’s using.
Titania doesn't attack, but she does shield Mikemon from the El-Thor, sustaining the brunt of the damage!
She's sizzlin'!
Cooldowns:
Protect Shade is at 3/3
Flying Fairy is at 2/3.

“I’m not sure how, but that book can trap anyone inside it. Whatever you do, don’t look or touch it!” The running man would try to explain to Alice, warning her of just how bad that book was for them. The details surrounding his own trapping inside said book we’re blurry in his mind, at best, but he remembered enough of it to know it was bad. Luckily for him and Naoko though, it seemed as they had just managed to get to a safer position without being killed. To be honest, Dio could help but let out a small, darkly amused chuckle as his claws dug into the cat’s flesh, and an even louder one as he saw her freaking arm come off. Maybe things were going to go well, or at least so he thought as he absorbed the small figments of coding he had extracted from K on his last attack. It wasn’t nearly enough to fully heal his wounds from her opening attack, but it would have to do. However, their good luck was not to last, as while the doctor had managed to get away with a well place de-evolution and quick thinking, K was still not done, as she once again slammed her remaining arm against the floor, another nova of lighting being released. Knowing the worst was to come, the NeoDevimon decided it was now time to take the metaphorical gloves off. He had to do something to stop K, now. And he knew just the thing that could do it…though it would probably hurt. A lot. There was only one good shot at this, and seeing how Titania was busy taking the attack for the Doctor, Dio knew it was going to be up to him to defend the others, however temporary it would be. Against every instinct of self preservation, the demon turned himself around, facing the full brunt of the lightning head on. Once again his body was engulfed by electricity, the Dark Lord letting out a cry of anguish as the energy burned through his body, the metal encasing large amounts of his body usually meant as protection only amplified the pain. Eventually however, the attack would cease, the pain and burning fading…just as the demon lord’s consciousness was. Dio collapsed forward, his inert body flopping loudly against the ground, small trails of smoke coming from it. Carlos felt his hearth tighten inside his chest as he saw his partner falling. He wanted to run right there and help him up, but he knew he couldn’t, it would only put him in unnecessary risk. But then again…could they really get much farther with one less team member? Such pessimistic thoughts were swept away however, as Carlos noticed a small…change about his partner. It was a rather hard to miss one, even accounting for the sheer level of general chaos going on the library. Dio’s body seemed to be exuding an inordinate amount of black smoke, a small hint of a red tinged aura surrounding his body. The sheer change in energy around him was so big that Carlos almost lost his footing for a second. He…had seen this happen before. He took a step back, motioning Naoko to do the same. They really had nothing else to do here now, and the farther they could get from the ensuing madness, the better. Slowly, the demonic digimon would stand up, almost as if moved by an outside force, like a puppet on strings. The emanating smoke wouldn’t stop flowing, the energy surrounding his claws flickered in and out. Once he was back on his two feet he would simply stare at the large cat in front of him for a moment, his red eyes that before showed fear and doubt now only conveyed one single feeling. Rage. With a roar of pure, incomprehensible hatred, the dark lord’s eyes would start glowing once again for a second as he readied his attack, the burning beam barely showing a hint of that fading white glow, its red crackling looking larger, more powerful than ever before. Once again, the old instincts of another incarnation of Sloth were rearing their ugly, pissed off heads. How ironic that this would happen once again because of that wizard’s doing. Dio heals a small fraction of the damage taken so far with Faustian bargain, but is hit with the full force of El-Thor. Crimson Curse has been activated as a result, followed by an empowered Red Ray.
Passives
Shadow Talisman: At the start of combat, your attacks gain 'Ethereal'. The first shield, per thread, that your attack comes into contact with is ignored, OR The first instance of your opponent's teleportation or intangibility is cancelled.
A dull gray stone on a metal string, said to originate from the Core of Darkness.
Actives
Crimson Curse: Staying true to his barely suppressed virus nature, once his health is reduced by 50% this digimon can "toggle" a berserk like trance, allowing his lust for fighting to take control of him during a fight, forcing him to attack every turn if possible, but also buffing him to deal 40% increased damage while also taking 10% more damage from all sources. Additionally, his bloodlust is so great he has trouble differentiating friend from foe in the heat of combat, so he will not hesitate on attacking those that get in his way. He can however, with enough exertion of will power, stop himself from attacking for the turn. Doing this repeatedly has a slowly increasing risk of Neodevimon harming himself, however. Lasts until the end of the fight, can only be used once per thread. Red Ray: Fires a long ranged (100ft) red energy beam from his visor. This attack is not particularly powerful damage wise, but can easily pierce through armor of its same level and below. Three posts cooldown. Durations:
Burning Gauntlet : (0/3)
D-Nail : (1/3)
Crimson Curse : Active
Cooldowns:
Faustian Bargain (1/3)
Bloody Claw Barrage (3/3)
Red Ray (0/3)

Having actually accomplished some damage is enough to make Alice smile, a genuinely accomplished grin on herself despite the inevitable nausea of seeing someone lose their arm. That feeling overcomes her not long after, intentionally taking a step back to gather her composure, knowing that it was necessary, but disgusted all the same. Never did she think combat between Digimon would get this brutal... And she's got a front row seat, more or less. Dorothy, on the other hand, attempts to avoid being hit by the sheer brutality of the Mega's attack, but cannot find a way to do so completely, lightning scorching the mage's body. Even with less metal and enhanced power, the injuries are significant at best, scorched and burned by the electric current and clearly worse for wear afterwards. Alice, too, feels it, though not nearly in the same way or nearly as intense, a second hand sensation undoubtedly brought upon by the strong connection the two have. "G-Gyahhh... I can still fight. C'mon." "...Yes. And as long as you can, I can." Another pulse of burning pain goes down Alice's body as she glances around, frustrated that she couldn't have protected the group in the time she had available. And now, most of the group seems to be worn down... Would they be able to do this? Would she be able to pull through? The doubt is very much there as the pair prepare to act next. Perhaps another instance of... No, too soon, and too much water would put the dark feline at a further advantage than it already is... There has to be a way to turn this around further. Closing the book, she smirks, putting it under her arm awkwardly as she takes something out from her bag, Digivice in her other hand... She pulls out a card, something she obtained from her many times visiting Terminus, and slides it across her Digivice, finding the temporary relief from doing taxing things herself pleasing, yet a little disappointing... Oh well. She'll deal with that later. "Digi-Modify... Ladydevimon, Darkness Wave, Activate. Hope this works..." Her Digivice glows once more, the gadget reading the card's data and soon sending signals to Dorothy in the form of dark, black runes with a sickening purple glow being used in a spell, the Wisemon channeling energy into an attack, the phantom image of a different Digimon forming in front of her and releasing a pulse of dark, undoubtedly evil energy at K with an emotionless gaze, the illusory Digimon merely a puppet for Dorothy to command as it unleashes rays of evil energy. As soon as the false Digimon fades away, Dorothy cackles. "Told ya that kinda thing would come in handy..." She's not ready to attack under her own power yet, but seeing that some progress is being made and damage is being dealt makes the two more confident than when they started. When Alice slips the card away, she puts the book back in her hand again, and smiles. "Yes. You did... I was hoping we'd have to not resort to it this soon, but..." She feels like she's already won, but of course, she probably hasn't, that slightly triumphant pose making her Digimon partner a bit less than amused. "C'mon, ya big dork, you don't need to show off..." The robed spellcaster Digimon grumbles, her glowing orange eyes briefly turning into semicircles of discontent before focusing back on the battle at hand. "And you're the one sayin' I don't take things seriously."
