That question was one Mizu, too, could barely even attempt to find an answer to. But, for the sake of her dearest Titania, she would try. "...perhaps...perhaps there is a mistake in the celestial bureaucracy...perhaps a fate reserved for someone evil is accidentally given to a good person...this is a tragedy, but...but they always try to make up for it. Karma works like that...even if it is not fair sometimes...it always comes around to even the scales...to restore balance..." It sounded beyond silly, but it was the best she could come up with. Hopefully, it would be enough to calm down Titania at least a bit...

"T-Then there had better be someone I can beat up to correct it because I think I'd rather do that than be feeling like this right now...And if it's like that then when's it going to balance out?"
At least Titania was going along with it and actually questioning it, really. Titania lifted her head and pulled back from the hug a little bit to look at the ceiling for a few moments in thought before sighing. "...I...I think I got it out of my system?" She couldn't be too sure. That's the problem with emotion. When you think they're done, they just spring right back at you. Titania gave her darling a pat on the back, in the meantime. "...Thank you..."

"When will it happen? We do not know. Karma functions according to its own schedule, we cannot foresee what it might do. But it will happen. When you least expect it." This was a weak answer, but Mizu was amazed she had gotten this far already. Perhaps just having any answer was enough to placate her girlfriend.
Mizu smiled. Seems that Titania did feel better now. That was a relief. "Ah, that's good news. Take all the time you need, just in case there's hidden cashes of anger in your gut! Wouldn't want those to come back to pester you, eh?"

Divinity and all forces pertaining to it were, as per usual, hilariously unreliable. What else was new? Regardless having an answer to this was...indeed enough tp placate Titania. If only a little bit. "...There are, actually. I'm...not the kind to just let go of stuff like that..." Titania admitted. It was almost...feeble.
"...Sorry for thrusting all of this on you. G-Genuinely. It's...mostly consequence after consequence and I'm not sure how else to handle this. How...do you think I should proceed? Go say sorry?"
Was there really any way to handle this aside from swallowing one's pride, finding the wronged and apologizing? Or was that the universal way of fixing problems like this? That -could- work....But it wouldn't bring Haru back, right?

Mizu patted her fairy girlfriend once more. "Oh, don't worry! Telling someone is always better than bottling it up endlessly! Bottling up just leads to damage and pain! You did the right thing telling me! And I will keep it all to myself!...except towards Yuki, probably, that girl has a terrifying talent for telling when I am lying or hiding something...b-b-but she can keep a secret even better than me!...because she'd probably rather jump into a crevice than disappoint someone, but that is neither here nor there!" She looked at the ceiling for a bit. "I feel you two need some time to think! If you just come back now you'll probably both still hold resentment and end up back at square one! So let Naoko calm down a bit! And you too! I can ask Yuki if you can stay with us! And if not, well, Usako is sure to let you stay here! After all, you weren't one of those who broke parts of her library..."

So maybe more than four people would know about this. Okay. Okay. That's not so bad... "...She and Naoko are both incredibly apt when it comes to things like that. That's the real scary thing..." Titania murmured. "Honestly, that was my plan. Just let her...cool off for a bit in the human world and just lay low somewhere. I was considering just heading home for a while but it did occur to me here's a nice place to stay. It moves all the time. So the view's always different."
And that was fine by her. "...Also, no, I'm not K but hey, I can hold my own against the doc's wife. That's got to count for something. I suppose the one question I have left is...how long is your definition of 'some time?' Because...as I said, I don't know how long it takes for humans to...get over things like that..."

"Uuuuuh, how long? I'd say...a week, at least! Uh, Human World Week, of course! A digital week would be too short!" Mizu then slowly rose. "Well, if you got that out of the system, how about we go to the kitchen for some snacks? Snacks are good for any broken heart! I think Solomon is there, he makes the best pancakes!~" Mizu was relieved now. Seems that Titania feels better! To be perfectly honest, situations like these tend to overwhelm her a bit! She isn't Yuki, Yuki can remain calm and reasonable even in the most dire situations! But if someone is sad, it makes her be sad too, and that don't help anyone!

"...Sooo...About a month here." Titania mused before she got to her feet. "...Snacks sound nice. Pakes also sound pretty nice." Wait did she just call pancakes pakes? What the actual heck? Well, at least she was feeling a little better.
It was strange, though. Titania, despite being a being that can sometimes be overwhelmed with emotion, rarely ever got like this. Just how bad was what had happened in the desert?
Regardless.
Titania leaned down to plant a kiss on Mizu's cheek. "I don't quite know where the kitchen is, still. I get .lost a ton in here, nothing against Usako...But...uh...Could you lead the way?" She was managing the best smile she could.

"hey, a month isn't too bad, and this building is so huge, you will never get bored! Heck, the place with all the books alone got enough to read for -years-! So chin up, it won't be too bad!~" She froze briefly when she got kissed, and giggled. At least she's no longer going gaga over these kisses! "H-h-h-hahaha, sure thing! I'll lead you to the pakes! Just follow the good looking red fin!" And so, she waddled off.
She had no idea what she would do next. She never had to deal with a death in the club before. But, that's what she had Yuki for. The girl always seemed like a total nervous wreck, yet she also always knew the best course of action to take! Maybe she can find out what they could do...

"Not the worst, really. I've had punishments that lasted for almost a year! And...Yeah. I thought as much given this is supposed to be a library...on...wheels...Hey, what -does- the library move on?" Titania had to admit, she was impressed that Mizu didn't freak out at the mere prospect of kisses anymore. She was also glad nobody had to ask what pakes were.
More importantly...At least Titania didn't need to bear this burden alone. Granted, she wasn't -really- alone in the first place but with Naoko taking what was essentially a month long break?
Yes, she felt she was alone for now. Except Mizu counteracted that. This was good. Titania followed the red fin off to the promised land of pancakes.
