Have a moveset revamp so that I can work on dusting Ophi off In-Training(Just as a quick modification, I'd like to change Ophelia's Boing! passive to be +30% instead of +25%) Rookie[NONCOMBAT PASSIVE] Prominence Native: Having particularly thick fluffy fur, and having been raised in the coldest parts of Prominence, Ophelia is able to withstand even the coldest of extreme temperatures as long as she keeps her fur dry - as well as keep her footing on even the slickest of surfaces. However, this does not necessarily give her resistance towards ice-based attacks in combat.
[NONCOMBAT PASSIVE] Cryokinesis: Ophelia, being an ice-element Digimon, has a certain control over ice; shown primarily in her move set. On top of this however, she is also able to produce a number of different types of ice weapons at will to flavor her attacks, and shape and manipulate snow and ice to make simple constructs and tools.
[PASSIVE; RAM] Tempo: Ophelia is a scrapper who prefers getting up close and personal - and the more she fights, the easier it gets for her as she gets into the rhythm of it. When Ophelia uses an [ATTACK] move, she gains a stack of Tempo, at a maximum of 1 per turn. Each stack of Tempo gives her +10% Attack, capping out at 5 stacks - or 50% Attack - maximum.
[PASSIVE; RAM GIGA] Lionheart: Ophelia is stubborn, willful, and passionate - especially in the heat of battle. Those who try to influence her mind or emotions find it difficult to overcome this side of her - and more often than not, she powers thru from sheer will alone! Ophelia is immune to effects that influence her mind, emotions, or disposition, such as mind control, taunts, rage, fear, or pacification, unless she otherwise allows it.
[ABILITY] Force of Will: Ophelia is stubborn and tenacious - even when a digimon tries to handicap her, she'll shake off the effect through sheer willpower alone. Heals a single debuff that may be afflicting Ophelia (damage over time, stat reduction, mute, etc.) or - alternatively - counteracts an enemy's attempt to increase her cooldowns, by reducing affected cooldowns by 1 turn. She can only target herself with this move. [1 Turn Cooldown]
[ABILITY; RAM] Icy Ascent: Ophelia leaps upwards and into the air - aided by suspended icy platforms where necessary - to attempt to dodge an incoming move, and to get as high up as she can or otherwise desires. Regardless of if the dodge succeeds, any [ATTACK] that Ophelia uses has 30% increased Attack and Accuracy against flying foes until the end of her next turn. [3 Turn Cooldown]
[ATTACK] Icesplitter: Using preferably a heavy or otherwise large weapon, Ophelia swings it down at her foe with great force - dealing a good amount of ice damage, and the strength of the attack being able to crack the ground beneath her and her target in its wake! [2 Turn Cooldown]
[ATTACK] Chilling Fist: After being targeted by a close-ranged ability, Ophelia takes advantage of the close quarters and swings a fist at the enemy, aiming for their gut. Upon making contact, her fists let out a burst of icy subzero wind, sending her foe flying and chilling them to the bone! Knocks back struck opponents. [1 Turn Cooldown]
[ATTACK] Blue Blade: Maintaining the name of her 'old reliable' Blue Blade; Ophelia picks her weapon of choice - her own fists being an equally valid option - and enhances it with her ice, striking at the foe..! Additionally, she is able to overcome environmental effects that might slow her down or upset her balance - such as difficult terrain, tremors, or strong winds.

If a struck opponent is flying, they are smashed into the ground and grounded for the next turn. [4 Turn Cooldown]

Pierces active defenses/blocks. [3 Turn Cooldown]
[ATTACK] Secondary Strike: Whilst wielding a weapon with her offhand or tail, Ophelia strikes at the enemy with a basic attack as either a lead-in or a followup to an additional melee [ATTACK] of her choice! [2 Turn Cooldown]

Retroactive nerf to Force of Will (all instances) - When using it to reverse a cooldown, she can reduce the cooldown increase by 1 instead. Having a 1-cd move be able to completely negate an opponent's 3-cd (standard of altering a cooldown by 2) or 5-cd (standard of altering a cooldown by 3), on top of being able to remove debuffs is a bit much.
Secondary Strike - At 2-cd, this move can be no stronger than a basic attack.
