[li]Navigation chart. Erika is more than ready to travel the sea!
Erika will never turn her back at an adventure. She might not be the smartest or the strongest, but her willpower will most definitely take her anywhere. More often than not, Erika does not have a plan or a course of action to follow and will just follow her instinct. However, she is perfectly capable of following someone she considers to have bigger expertise on a certain matter.
The Treasure Hunter bases most of her actions in her gut feeling. She gives high priority to the people she likes, especially her crew members. Regardless of the situation, Erika will jump in to protect those she cares about at the best of her capabilities, even if she’s far inferior to the enemy.
When it comes to her objectives, Erika will fight bravely to reach her goal, although she understands that she cannot do that by herself. All of these objectives swirl around her dream: finding Astrivia, the ancient city that has been lost for almost a thousand years and putting her hands on its treasure.
Peace is overrated. Within the pirate lies a thrill for chaos and conflict. Erika believes when things are crazy, it probably means she has done something to upset someone, which means she is probably moving in the right direction. Maybe that’s part of her pirate spirit living within her. Like any good pirate, Erika loves drinking. Any type of alcohol works for her, even though she does have a certain liking for that old, antique beer stored in barrels inside some old, half-abandoned canteen Due to all of the expertise on this topic she has gotten, it’s very hard to get her drunk. Yet still, if you get her alcohol, you are a lot closer to reaching her heart.
Erika constantly shouts ‘Kayo!” in different types of situations; whether she is thrilling or disappointed. Nobody knows what it means so far, but it’s definitely her favorite word.
[/li]Human form:
It is unknown if the human Driorumon scanned had that glowing orange/light brown hair that Erika bestows right now, but it is beyond any doubt that this is her most notable feature. Its color changes under certain levels of luminosity, which gives it a very unique vibe. Her eyes are an oddity too. They waggle between green and blue depending on the situation. Some say they are dark green when she is upset and sky blue when she is happy. Her skin is pale white and her features are a little uncouth, maybe due to the fact that she has never worn any makeup. These features are usually accompanied by very non-feminine expressions. Regarding her body, her long legs are a probably her most defining feature and her complexion is a bit on the chubby side.
Erika’s wardrobe consists of only pirate outfits. The main thing changing between these is the colors. These include but are not limited to: green, pink, brown, blue and golden. Her pirate hat is always the same, a flamboyant black hat with a skull design right at the center.

Erika’s memory is a bit hazy regarding the times when she was a Driorumon. Sometimes, it looks like she doesn’t remember ever being one and that she actually believes she is a human. How did she get to scan a human girl and acquire this or where is the actual human girl she scanned right now is a mystery to her, although it is not something that keeps her awake at night at this point. Absolutely no one alive knows she is actually a digimon, but probably because nobody has any reason to ask. In her book, a Hookmon is her father, and that is not going to change, regardless of what she may discover later on. He not only taught her basic manners, how to walk, read and speak properly but also gave her life meaning. This pirate digimon was the only one who once knew Erika is not a human but actually a Driorumon who scanned a human girl's appearance.
Hookmon was a Treasure Hunter. A group known by their skills at finding important treasures, especially inside the blue sea. Treasure Hunters have existed for ages, but their name has been tainted since long ago, due to a certain event. Since she was very little, Erika read all of the books that there was to read about all of the most valuable materials and objects that had been found or discovered during the course of history. Chrome Digizoid, Digital Gold, Platinum; you name it. Erika knows about it and where it can be found. As she grew older, she discovered this knowledge was only part of something much bigger. Thanks to her only ability as a digimon and the enormous amount of information she had compiled during her life, she discovered that, by studying an inorganic object from up close, Erika could give a rough estimate about its composition. This meant she could decry what types of materials and elements actually composed the object. Combined with her knowledge of all types of materials, their location, and their value, this made her the perfect Treasure Hunter.
Even when disgrace struck Erika, her father's death only motivated her to be the best Treasure Hunter there was. After reading about an ancient city known as Astrivia that has been lost somewhere around the Digital World for more than a thousand years, she knew this was not akin to anything she had ever studied before. The result? A solid resolve to find the treasure that lied inside this lost city.
Not long after starting this trip to find this ancient treasure, an encounter with a certain very unorthodox digimon made her want to be a warrior of the sea. Someone who could discover all of what this world had to offer her by traveling across the deep blue oceans of data. When she combined her thirst for finding treasures with her burning desire for adventure, she discovered there was a name for what she wanted to be… a pirate.

Species: Driorumon
Appearance: Driorumon is a silver sphere of data of around a 30 centimeters' radius. The bits of data have a square, straight shape that just swirls around the sphere erratically as if it was a swarm of small bugs composing the digimon. No eyes or other features appear in their physiognomy and it can be implied that their movement occurs thanks to the scanning they do of their surroundings. Driorumon floats around four feet above the ground constantly, and whenever it is not moving the data seems to show a more organized shape. Every bit of data randomly flickers every two seconds without having a defined pattern.
Whenever Driorumon finds something interesting to scan, every squared bit of data starts glowing in a bright green color, making the whole sphere acquire the same tonality. Before this scanning, a chirping sound seems to come from Driorumon's core. At first, it is almost impossible to listen to it, but once the scanning has started, the sound gets louder.
Attribute: Unknown
Family/ies: ?
Type: Data Scanner
Fighting Style: Driorumon is unable to engage in any combat and has no fighting skills.
Abilities:
[Non-combat] Adaptation: Since they hatch, a Driorumon has the sole purpose of finding a living being they can scan. The scanning takes around 2 minutes and can only be performed once in Driorumon’s lifetime. Once the scanning is complete, Driorumon will replicate the subject’s body and acquire each of their functions, traits, strengths, weaknesses and physical features for the rest of Driorumon's life. Driorumon’s internal structure will change to the subject’s too, so by all means, they become the subject that they scanned. Driorumon will also age according to how the subject is supposed to age. If they are a digimon, Driorumon will also replicate all of their evolved forms and if they’re a human, Driorumon will age according to how the human would age. Most of the times, Driorumon performs this technique at a very early stage of their life (around their first living hour), making them unable to remember they were actually a Driorumon once.
Adaptation can only be used once in a lifetime and Driorumon will lose the ability to use it once the scanning is completed. Unless, of course, Driorumon had scanned another Driorumon.
[Non-Combat] Scanning: Driorumon can scan and roughly determine the composition of any non-organic material they study from up close. Scanning is the only technique Driorumon is able to keep using after using adaptation and will occur as a background process, making impossible to tell when they’re using it.
