'A couple floors down' was not the most concrete information that could be extracted from a nearly incapacitated enemy agent, but what else could one expect from a sentient feline in the throes of such exctacy? But still, it sounded like the throne was nearby the stairs, so if they kept going down it should be easy to find. This structure of steel was probably not very labyrinthian, after all. The others probably heard that bit, and David pointed his head towards the stairs a couple times as if to say "Go on." David planned on following, and one might think this gesture was to make sure everyone else got out before David stopped pacifying the Liollmon, but no. He doesn't think that tactically. In fact, it was simply because he wanted to pet it as long as possible.
Suddenly, an alarm rang out, causing David to quickly and sharply retract both hands to cover his own ears. Had David and co. been detected? No, they were all invisible, and the only thing in the room aware of them was currently unwilling to sound any alarm. Burb and their crew certainly weren't being silent, but they were quiet enough that their voices couldn't have possibly carried to another room and alerted someone to their presence. This was Ziggy's rationale as he moved towards David, hopefully with all the Ganimon. "We need to hurry and help. There's another heist being pulled here. I think Ganemon set us up." A good chunk of that was speculation, but Ziggy had good enough reason to believe it all.
David nodded and stood back up, moving towards the stairs to find the throne, and thus Leomon. If there was someone else here, that meant that this was a good opportunity. If they showed they could help fend off whatever this was, they could set themselves up as an ally of this Leomon. Maybe they could even just request that treasure they were after as a reward. Then that'd be everything taken care of nicely. Except the bomb, he guessed, but that'd be an issue for later. Some treasure is calling. Your tower is falling. Our ship will elude you. Gunna make it a Lightspeed Rescue.

Things were... undoubtedly going south, and in more than one sense! The pull that was dragging Heraldmon down was slow and inexorable. It didn't matter how much the aberration tried, she'd just get dragged down no matter what. Thus, the only way for it to not get stuck at the bottom of the tower without the ability to phase back to reality was a simple, yet extremely dangerous one, at least in regards to the rest of the group.
Thus, the perfect-level was dragged through the tower's cusp and into the room before Amelie undid the evolution altogether in a show of control over her spirit forms. Of course, that meant a couple of things; first off, the ability that made everyone invisible was canceled right away. Second, a human had just made a pretty loud sound while falling into the room's floor; this had been nothing like Heraldmon's relatively gentle moments to deposit David, Ziggy, and the crabs inside. This had been more akin to a forced landing. Which, all things considered, it was.
All in all, this looked like the correct choice to Amy; that way, she'd still be near the group and while she had made quite the ruckus with her entrance, Heraldmon's ability would've run out soon, anyway. Getting discovered after that was just a matter of time.
"Ow..." Maybe that had been the worst part of the plan. Right now, her behind wasn't in ideal conditions, but that was just a small price to pay. Trying her best to stand out quickly, she tried to assess the situation, and while she was oblivious of most of the recent events, she kinda trusted to be given an abridged version of those eventually, alongside... well, what she was supposed to do in the face of the crabs plus frog staring at how David was petting a cat.
Quite the weird scene in front of her, really.

The premise? It was actually rather easy to understand. The news about Astrivia had unleashed some type of pirate groove. With everyone looking for the mythic island, trying to deny there was a sizeable amount of human and digimon with evil intentions around the sea was impossible. Whether the desire for righteous justice that lied within Silence had been born from her inner data or was some type of heritage passed to her by the form she used to have, she had to fulfill it. And that meant trying to help, somehow, to put an end to those evil pirates plaguing the sea. Luckily, it seemed like there was a group pretty much set on achieving that goal. They were pretty well organized, they had the necessary workforce and well-earned respect around the sea. Everyone knew the Digimon Navy. Heck, they were all over the place! They had a headquarter on every important island around the Southern Tropics that was related to the whole Astrivia matter and they had already established a clear dominance through a maximum-security prison specially designed for all of those dirty pirates! Knowing this, it was clear what should Silence’s approach be: Somehow start collaborating with this much better-organized force to capture as many evil pirates as possible and gain more information about what they were searching. What did she need for that? Well, two things, mainly: an unstoppable thrive for justice and strength. Luckily, she had plenty of those! Although she probably knew she should not underestimate any of her enemies. So! With that in mind, what had brought her here? Well… “WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE
GANEMON’S ROCKABOATS
CHARGED FOR STEALING AND SWINDLING. BRING BACK THEIR GALLEON TO RE-RE ISLAND. NO REWARD WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT THE SHIP.” A wanted poster of some pirate crew inhabiting these seas. Of course, it would be better if she could actually go for one of these so-called Treasure Hunters. Those seemed to be the ones that worried the Navy the most. But! Those were hard to find and, beyond the fact the premise of a coin digimon being a pirate was a bit weird, she already had a mere idea of where these pirates were. According to some reports, the Ganemon’s Rockaboats ship had been spotted early today, drifting away from the shores of Garma Island and going east, so that’s where she headed, using nothing but a simple fishing boat she had rented. It was not ideal, but once she was a member of the Navy, she could use their ships to catch criminals, right? According to the rumors, if you captured a crew of pirates and fulfilled the condition of one of those wanted poster you could either receive a juicy reward or ask to be inducted as a trainee in the Digimon Navy! It was unnecessary to mention what Silence wanted from this. So, had the Shutmon had any luck with her search? Well, she had found something. As the twilight covered the sky, she was able to spot some old, rusty island on the horizon. As she sailed closer to the piece of land, she would discover… it was actually no piece of land. This island literally consisted of a bunch of metallic trash placed together. It was so, so much junk, that it had actually formed a whole territory! At the center of such territory, a tower stood tall! Although it was a weird sight, an island built out of pure scrap, the tower meant someone probably lived here, right? Maybe she could ask around if someone had seen the galleon that belonged to Ganemon’s Rockaboats, or any member of that crew, for that matter! Worst case scenario, she could at least find someplace to spend the night and keep looking in the morning, right? The fact the Shutmon had started walking from the south side of the island, all the way towards the center of the territory, without being spotted or finding anyone, could be considered either good or lousy luck, depending on who assessed the matter. Now that she was fairly close to the central building, she would finally spot some traces of living creatures! Down the hill she was standing on, walking around the tower, two Liolmon seemed to be guarding the place. Before she could decide if she should approach them or not, she could actually see a side of the tower exploding out of nowhere and generating a huge roar! Immediately, the two guards went into a state of alert and ran towards the smoke caused by the bang. Some seconds later, she was able to hear alarms triggering inside the tower. Oh, god! These guys were under attack! She had come right in time for the party but… who were these guys living in a scrap island? And should she help them or not? Right now, Silence was standing on top of the hill, around 50 meters away from the explosion that busted open the backside of the tower. How should she approach this? If she went towards the guards and asked what was going on, could they think she was involved in this attack? Maybe she could try to remain undetected to explore a bit better the context before letting anyone know she was here? One thing was for sure, her adventure had begun.
The situation for Lightspeed Rescue demanded a bit more of fast-thinking, even if it was not, by any means, less confusing! The alarms kept echoing throughout the tower, combining with the sound of roars and steps from the Liollmon going everywhere. “Let’s go, let’s go ya’!” Burb yelled, pointing his pincer at the stairs, while David and the rest moved down. It took the Liollmon David was stroking a second or two to go back to his senses. “Huh? What is…!?” Nope, no way he was going to finish that sentence. The reason? Well, a giant monster had literally come through the freaking roof and fallen on him. While Amelie was quick on devolving in time, the upper parts of this tower proved to be even more vulnerable than they seemed like (not that they seemed too sturdy, either. The tower was made of junk, after all!). As soon as she fell on top of the lion, a giant piece of metal fell from the now shattered roof into the eastern side of the floor, making that part of the platform collapse, and a good chunk of the layout with it! Naturally, a dizzy Amelie and the Liollmon previously pat by David were taken with it into the next floor below! The Frenchwoman would slide through the roof (which was now basically a ramp ) and right into a tunnel of some sort, the Liollmon being put through the same right below her. Amelie was going down at great speed, going through a tunnel that seemed to go down the whole tower. In a sense, this was like the water slide! Only with no water and just a rusty metallic tunnel! Bringing things down to earth, Amelie would find what this was when she reached the end of it. Her fall would be cushioned by a pile of… trash. Not scrap, just… literal trash. Used plastic bags, cans, and paper bags were all gathered down here. Did it stink? Well, let’s just say Amelie might wish she was senseless like a Heraldmon again. Thanks to the whole trip down not having any really dangerous fall involved -even if it has been quite convoluted- the blue-eyed would probably only feel dizzy from the whole thing, with some very light scratches around her body. What she probably could be sure of was that this had been a long trip down! She was probably at some of the lower floors of the structure. Once she came back to her full senses, the brunette would realize she was at some type of dumpster for the tower. Other than the huge pile of garbage she had fallen on gathered in a corner, the room seemed rather uninteresting. Made by junk and metallic scrap all over. The sound of a door located some meters in front of her pile of trash would probably alert the girl. The noise coming from the other side became evident the few seconds the door was actually open, while a brown-skinned girl entered the room, panting and resting her back against the door that she had closed behind her now. The teenager -which Amelie could probably assume was around 15 years old- tried to gather some air back. “That was close…” she muttered, looking at her own arms. “ Why did I have to become visible again so soon!?” Although she was whispering, she was speaking intensively, seemingly fretted by the outcome of her heist. Apparently, she had not noticed the girl hiding in the garbage pile. Was Amelie going to remain hidden or…?
The whole thing had happened so, so fast, the rest of the crew and the Mollusca Pirates had only reached the floor below them when it had finished. Naturally, they found more chaos in front of them, as the roof and the highest floor of the tower had crumbled into the next one. Basically, Amelie just fell into the tunnel right in front of their eyes, while they watched perplexed. “What was that, ya’?” Burb tried to inspect the area above, trying to think why could have Amelie crashed into the roof and destroyed this whole side of the tower. “Maybe this was caused by the anti-air shields they mentioned, Major?” Pak questioned. Well, that made a lot of sense, actually. The crabs stared at the tunnel, obviously wondering what they should do next, until some voices were heard. A gap had opened on the floor they were currently at. This small hole allowed them to see the floor that was right below them. “Come this way, Lady Leomon, we assure you everything is okay. Just stay here while we take care of everything…”More Liollmons. “There she is…” Burb muttered. By going up a staircase that seemed to lead to the lower floors, a group of digimon were entering the room located right below the one the sea digimon and David had reached. Who composed the group? Well, it was as bad as it sounded. Three Liollmons were escorting a big, massive Leomon back to her throne. While the Liollmon were just like all of the other guards, it was likely their leader did not look like any Leomon David and Ziggy had seen before. For starters, her mane was much, much longer than a regular Leomon, even going below her waist. Instead of pants, she was wearing black shorts and had a black vest mildly covering her chest. She was also bigger and bulkier. No way to go around it: she seemed strong. “What was that noise above our heads just now!? GO CHECK NOW.” The very enraged Leomon demanded, raising her gaze. “P-Please, don’t worry! We’ll take care of everything.”
One of the Liollmons made a gesture with his head, telling the rest to go up and check. Apparently, the leader was being taken back to her throne by a group of guards, while they promised they would handle everything. At the moment, they had not noticed the very small gap that allowed part of Lightspeed Rescue and the Mollusca Pirates to see them. However, it was likely they were going up any moment now. The decision to make was very similar to the one Amelie was facing: should David and the rest try to stay hidden or come out now?

Pure chaos. That's what this was. Chaos and anarchy by the environment and sheer circumstance. Just as David and company reached the next floor down, Amelie came crashing down through the floor, then went sliding down a tunnel. And she had skin again, thank God.
"HEEEEEEEEEEY!" David immediately moved over to the tunnel and leaned over to yell down into it. "ARE YOU OKAAAAAAAAY?"" Dragging out vowels made sound travel further, right? That's probably a thing that is very much true.
The tunnel went quite far down, and because of all the twists and turns, David couldn't see too far down. How far had she fallen? He should go after her. Just dive right down into a terrible jagged ramp that leads into the cramped unknown....that is probably very deep and hurty and...he was scared. David wanted nothing more than to toss himself headlong into the unknown but just couldn't bring himself to do it. Instead, when some other voices were heard below, he went to investigate that. There had to be another way to help his crewmember. Besides, she was a strong girl who could take care of herself. That much had been made clear. Yes, this is absolutely a choice made by logic instead of fear. No doubt.
In the hole was that Leomon! It was the lady they were supposed to find. David went and placed his stomach flat on the floor to get a better look through the hole while listening to the conversation. "H-" The instant David opened his mouth to speak, Ziggy knew what was about to happen, and moved quickly to prevent it, slapping a fin sharply across the boy's mouth to prevent any more sounds from coming out.
"Are you insane? We're breaking into her tower. She'll kill us if she finds out we're here." Ziggy's voice was a heavy whisper, trying to be forceful and quiet at the same time.
Pulling his partner's fin off his face, David tried to explain his point. "But it's not us. If we can help her against the real bad guys, then she'll be happy again."
"But that's not the-"
But it was too late. David now held Ziggy back with an arm, preventing the smaller digimon from getting anywhere near his face to stop him from talking again, despite how much they struggled against each other. "Hey, my friend fell through a hole up here. Can you help? Also, you're under attack by a coin man. Can we help?" The boy projected his voice right through the hole, trying to make sure he could be heard and seen. Some treasure is calling. Your tower is falling. Our ship will elude you. Gunna make it a Lightspeed Rescue.

The first thing that flooded Amelie's senses were, understandably enough. For a couple of seconds, she fought that attempt at sensory overload on her recently-recovered hearing ability, all while... crashing slash rolling all the way down through what could only be described as an undetermined number of floors.
Honestly? The whole experience felt very disgusting, considering the materials that had been used in the 'construction' of this makeshift slide. Couldn't the girl evolve back in order to escape all these less-than-ideal sensations? For the first time in a while, that seemed like a serious consideration.
In an event that couldn't be deemed as completely fortunate or unfortunate, the girl's fall finally was stopped by... garbage bags, of all things. God, this place was truly awful. Flipside was that she had gotten through that ordeal mostly unscathed, even if that didn't seem all that important for the time being; doing her best at conserving the small measure of dignity she was left, the brunette stood up and dusted herself from as many offending particles as she could. Admittedly, not many. Trash had its way when it tried to cling to somebody's body.
It was brought to her attention soon enough that she wasn't the only living being in this room; in fact, there was also that girl from the Book of Bantorra a dark-skinned girl that seemed to be fairly younger than her. Some options regarding what to do raced through Amy's head, even if she eventually settled with the one that made the most sense.
After one last effort at straightening her clothes, the young woman proceeded to walk in the stranger's direction. "Hey there." She began, rather casually. "Not the best judge of character, but considering how agitated you are, I'd say you're in quite the pickle. Take you're opposing Leomon's reign on this island as well? Hope you won't mind a helping hand, if that's the case."
Connecting the dots regarding this girl's situation wasn't overly hard, nor was being on guard regarding her potential nature as not-quite-a-digimon. But, who knew! With some luck, the two parties could benefit from a temporary alliance.

Honestly it seemed all too good to be true, a digimon navy? And all she had to do was capture some group or make herself well known enough to grab the attention of this larger force? Capturing some pirates seemed the easiest way to go about getting the attention, so with that in mind she had traveled a good distance to this island made out of primarily scrap.
It was strange, one of the stranger things that she had seen. Something that she couldn't exactly put her finger on was just... well how unnatural that seemed. Did the scrap go all the way down to the bottom of the ocean or was it merely floating? If it was floating how did the tower itself stand so tall?
She considered herself lucky that she was able to get through the entirity of the island without getting seen or found out by some group. The shutmon brought a hand up to gaze at the two Liolmons. Digimon that she didn't really see all too often on the mainland. She'd consider her options here and her luck. It was good that she didn't run into anyone that was hostile but bad if she missed anyone that needed help.
The explosion grabbed her attention immediately, the distance between her and the tower was rather sizeable. She could approach them to find out what was going on, it was likely the best and most straightforward of the answers she would get. She had no ill will towards those here; she just wanted to know where the Ganemon's Rockaboats were. Shrugging her shoulders the shutmon would approach the tower, albeit a touch slowly to show that she wasn't trying to be aggressive. Once she was about thirty or so feet away she'd give a wave to try to catch the attention of the guards.
"Hey there! Is everything all right? I'm just passing through looking for someone, well someones but. Do you need help?"

The three elements, located at different spots of the tower, had interacted with the beings they had found in some manner. So… what were the results?
While they sniffed around the explosion size, trying to look for what could have caused it, the Liollmons flinched upon hearing a voice, turning immediately. While Silence spoke, they just stared at the Shutmon, his eyes wide open.
“W-Who is that?” One of them muttered. In their expression, it was quite obvious they had never seen a digimon like this. “She looks like a beast digimon” The other commented, glancing for a moment at his partner and then locking his eyes into the mysterious warrior. “Could it be…?” The other interrupted himself to shout something at the newcomer. “Hey! Who the hell are you?” “Are you a friend of Lire?” Without really giving much room for an answer, the other lion shouted. “Come on! Answer now!”
“We’re being attacked by someone, but we don’t know who it is! The thing just exploded and we can’t see anyone. The smoke is not helping our nose to find its scent!” One of the Liollmon had stated their problem, without really taking his eyes off the beast digimon or leaving his battle stance. They seemed to be considering the possibility of Silence being allied with someone they knew but… was that an enemy or an ally? No one could blame the beasts for being wary of this stranger.
“Eek!” The dark-skinned human flinched immediately after hearing Amelie’s voice, covering her face with both arms. Not even a second later, she seemed to have remembered she was not a coward and undid her protection to look at the source of the voice. When she did, she looked a bit surprised. “You’re that spirit wielder.” She muttered, taking some steps ahead and grabbing Amelie by the shoulders. “What happened to your invisibility technique? Why did it stop working?” While she asked these questions, she glanced at her own body and Amelie’s.
“I’m not interested in ‘opposing’ this Leomon.” She stated, letting go of Amelie walking next to her to stare at the tunnel the Frenchwoman had fallen from. “I’m looking for the treasures he has hidden somewhere in this tower.” Again, she turned to lock her silver-ish eyes into the taller girl. “You don’t know where he might keep those, right?” Blinking twice, she decided to add something else. “I’m Emilhy, by the way. Who are you? Why are you here?”
As soon as she heard the voice of David, coming through the shaft, Emilhy quirked an eyebrow. “You got separated from your friend.”
“Huh!?” Never had the head of a pirate moved so quickly! Lady Leomon turned her head immediately to find the source of the little voice that had echoed inside the room. “W-Who is that!?” She pointed her finger angrily at what little she could see of David’s head while winding up her legs.
“N-No-no-no-no-no-no Lady Leomon! We’ll take care of everything. B-but please!”
Before the two Liollmon that had parted earlier made it to the room upstairs, the Leomon had jumped up. In a single movement, she opened up a clean hole in the roof with her head, entering the room right above immediately. It had been an aggressive but at the same time clean burst of energy, which had brought her to occupy the same space David and… the rest (?) were occupying. Where were Burb and Pak!? While David and Ziggy were busy looking at Lady Leomon, they seemed to have disappeared! Could they be hiding?
Well, now David and Ziggy had a 10 ft. tall Lioness pirate in the same room, so they should probably focus on that situation!
“How you dare to come into my domains?” As her face became even more angered (if that was even possible) the massive, giant beast walked towards David and Ziggy, charging up a fist in orange energy that seemed about to be released. “W-Wait, Lady Leomon!” One of the Liollmon that had gone up the stairs arrived into the room, stopping his captain. “Did he say something about a coin man?”
The giant lioness quirked an eyebrow after hearing her crewmate, stopping her fist mid-air and looking at the human and the frog again. “Did that stupid coin and his Rockaboats send you!? Is he here!?” Lady Leomon glanced at her surroundings, seemingly looking for the coin. “Why doesn’t he come here and fight like the man he supposedly is!? Explain this immediately!” She punctuated this sentence by crashing her fist into the floor again.
This pirates’ patience was slim. David and Ziggy should tread very carefully.

The lady Leomon was very efficient, knowing that the quickest path between points A and B is a straight line. Her surprising act of busting straight through the floor made David jump back, but though he was on all fours looking down through the hole, this was less a jump and more just falling backwards. Now he sat down on his butt, leaning backwards with both hands bracing his small frame, which was now completely dwarfed by this amazon of an anthropomorphic lion. His perspective from being so low to the ground didn't help things.
"W-w-we-" Words are hard, sometimes, when you are in peril. The big lady was angry and David didn't really want to get smacked around. Sensing this, Ziggy hopped forward and placed himself at David's feet, taking a defensive stance between the two. A few sparks began to crackle around his body. He probably couldn't do anything against a foe that was so much stronger, but he wasn't about to be passive and coy about defending his partner.
David, however, would answer truthfully, and fully. Perhaps too fully. So I found a burning ship. And we put it out. And then met the coin man. And he said to take the ship. And-" The spaces and punctuation in these sentences are for reader comprehension. In fact, there was no pausing in this long string of word-vomit that spewed out of the small child. He would faithfully retell everything that had happened up until now in this complete, yet undetailed manner. He mentioned each of his partners by name, and also how none of them really trusted Ganemon. Unless stopped, this would continue on for several minutes before ending with, "And then I pet a kitty. And he told me to come downstairs. And I did. And I saw you. And I asked for help. And you jumped through the floor. And I don't know why he called you hideous because you're pretty. And now I'm scared." David had actually not used the word 'hideous' thus far, instead always referring to Leomon as 'you'. Some treasure is calling. Your tower is falling. Our ship will elude you. Gunna make it a Lightspeed Rescue.

Silence blinked slowly as the Liollmons seemed to be rather on edge, a good thing considering the explosion that just occured. Silence's eyes traveled up from the two guards to the devastation of the tower as she looked over the damage that had been done. Would it still be stable after things settled? She didn't see if it was listing or the like so there must of been a good support junction around... Silence rubbed at her ear and raised a brow as the guards addressed her.
"Eh? Oh. Name's silence. I don't know who this Lire is but uhm..."
The shutmon would call out and if allowed she'd step closer so that they didn't have to shout at one another. No point in getting hoarse just for a conversation. She kept her hands where they could see them and made sure that her blades were in their respective 'sheathed' positions.
"Well it's a good thing I showed up then, I'm not here to hurt you guys. I'm just trying to find where the Rockaboats are."
The shutmon held up that wanted paper and gave it a little rustle. Holding it in such a way that the liollmon's would be able to read it. With the fact that the smoke was making it difficult to smell anything the shutmon pinched at her nose. They were definitely right in that regard, would they be okay seeing as they were rookies?
"Got any cinnamon? Could clear out your noses if you give it a good sniff. I've got some cinnamon flavored liquor if you want to take a bottle or two."
The shutmon would of course then reach down, rather slowly to pull out a small blue cube. Her infini storage was just the standard sort, she knew a lot of mons that had it be something else and well... A moment later she'd have a trio of bottles clutched between her various fingers. She really wasn't kidding about the liquor as it gave off the soft aroma of both the cinnamon and alcohol even when unopened! Just how strong was this stuff?

Deciding you weren't really a coward as a strange thing to do in the face of these events, but still fitting, kinda? It made sense, considering that being amid hostile territory in a situation as delicate as this one was probably not cut for your average person. At least if you wanted to get away with your life intact.
This girl had spunk, and a complete disregard for personal space, however. Nevertheless, she probably looked pretty awkward at her attempt to grab on the brunette's shoulders unless she was pretty tall herself. "You're being pretty bold for somebody who was panicking moments ago."
That's when she took some moments to gaze at the girl consciously. Amelie had to check the goods for a digivice, after all; with any luck, that'd further help at gauging whether this person could be an asset or a liability. "You're probably not wrong, however. I kinda feell like I shouldn't disclose details about those events, though? Why would I?"
Judging from her words, it seemed like the only one who had benefited from this whole ordeal had been her all along. Better put something appraisable in the table, right? Giving out info and not receiving anything in return wasn't a very good deal, after all. "I might~ know where that Leomon hides her treasure, but that means going upstairs again, exactly where my friends are at the moment, and while we could technically provide a distraction for you to sneak in and steal the thing, and maybe even go as far as to cover you, what do I get in return? Doing the hard work and somebody else getting the spoils doesn't strike my fancy, if you catch my drift."
She would then gaze directly into Emilhy's eyes with a somewhat severe expression. Was she trying to... intimidate the young girl, of all things. Considering how the next gesture to cross her face was a predatory grin, the answer was a definite maybe. "Name's Amy, by the way; pleased to meet you! My goal here is to give back their ancient home to a bunch of crabs by using diplomacy; I'm not sure how viable is that avenue now, considering how everything has a penchant for exploding or collapsing right now."
Was David in danger? Considering the situation in which she had left him, it was pretty hard to tell. "Eh, I'm not too concerned with that. I can hitch a ride to where he is at any moment, even though I'm currently not of much help to him; I'm too heavy and ended up collapsing the upper reaches for the tower. Quite a liability, amiright?"
Chances are that he could evolve in order to grab the kid and get away from this place as fast as possible if things went south, but holding any kind of battle at the spire seemed like an utterly impossible prospect, regrettably. Which this structure had to be so flimsy? Or why her spirit form had to be so heavy? That was also a fitting question for the situation at hand.

“The Rockaboats…” One of the Liollmon repeated the name given by Silence. Immediately, it seemed to ring a bell in both of the beasts’ heads. “Is that stupid coin trying to rob from us again!?” The other one asked rhetorically, glancing at his partner. Naturally, with the information given by the Shutmon, it didn’t seem like the lions had anything else to ask. According to what she said, she was completely uninvolved in this matter. One of the cats stepped forward slowly. “Careful, it could be a trap…” The other one warned. Showing neither of them completely trusted this stranger, they started to glow dimly in a yellow light. When it faded… The two larger beasts stood in front of Silence. While it was true they did not trust this mysterious digimon, they had other things to take care of. “Pop it open.” One of the Liamon stated, firmly. “But…” The other one, still standing behind his partner, questioned his decision. “We’re under attack. We need any help we can get. We’ll deal with her later.” Assuming they could. Desperate times call for desperate measures, right? If Silence opened the bottle, the front lion would get a good sniff out of the bottle’s peak. Meanwhile, his partner let out a gust of wind from his snout, clearing the air from smoke. After three or four seconds of sniffing the bottle, the Liamon seemed to be getting some scent. It definitely wasn’t very strong, but it might be enough. “Let’s go!” The lion turned back and started running back inside the tower through the hole made by the explosion, passing by his partner. “Hey, are you coming?” The other Liamon looked at Silence before starting to run. “I think the Rockaboats are the ones attacking us. If you help us, we might let you have them. Come on!” Time to follow these lions inside.
Other than her puffing her cheeks ever so slightly at the mentioning of she suddenly acting bold, Amelie would not notice anything special in this girl. Especially not a digivice. Could it be hiding somewhere? Although her clothes didn’t cover her very well, it was a possibility her gadget was beneath them. And at the same time, it was a possibility it wasn’t. “Well, I kind of needed your invisibility right now!” The teenager declared. “I lost it in a very important moment. I needed it to look for the treasure.” Was there a treasure room? Although Emilhy didn’t seem too sure about that, it was evident here invisibility was dependent on Amelie’s, somehow. While the blue-eyed offered her help for a price, Emilhy just remained quiet, trying to understand what did she want out of this place. “Crabs…” She muttered. Blinking twice, she seemed to know what the other human meant. “Oh. The crabs you were with when you arrived!” After a pause, she did issue another comment about that. “I definitely don’t know how to help you with that.” She shook her head. “My plan was to get in here, get the treasure, and get out.” Well, that was partially Lightspeed Rescue’s plan too, although no explosions were involved in their main scheme. “I’m sorry, but if the rumors are true, this Leomon is not someone you can negotiate with. And much less while being under attack. So… if that’s your game plan, I'm sorry for ruining it but I'm definitely not going to participate in that. As the captain of the Soca Pirates, it would be irresponsible to get involved in a fruitless negotiation. I wish you good luck, though!” While walking towards the metallic door she had just gone through, the girl issued her statement. By peeking through one of the holes in the metal, she decided to observe if it was safe to get out. … it wasn’t. Two Liamons and possibly a tall, silver-furred beast were going that way. “I-I think guards are coming towards this room.” She stuttered, taking some steps back. “Any idea?” She asked, glancing at Amelie without really turning her back at the door in front of her. In any second the beasts would enter the room. What were they going to find?
As David spoke, Lady Leomon slowly quirked an eyebrow. She slowly started to reincorporate to a regular standing position after she had smashed that fist on the ground, while she kept listening to the human. “He doesn’t stop…” One of the Liollmon muttered, a little shocked by the ability of this kid to vomit so many words so quickly. While at first the captain was tempted to just throw the two out of her tower (and probably to their death, judging by their current height), she decided to listen through the whole story, while it became more interesting. “So it was that stupid coin who sent you…” The lioness’ eyes widened, before going back to their usual shape. “Pathetic. Sending humans to steal from me just because he can’t do it.” She clenched her teeth, looking rather upset, and staring to her right. Suddenly, she recovered her loud tone of voice, turning towards David and Ziggy again. “Before you lose any time in trying to negotiate, you must know I won’t leave this territory." She declared, firmly. "I found it and we built our home in it. If you want us to leave, you will have to try your luck and make us.” Her voice sounding a lot more menacing and her snout opening to show her fangs, she looked straight at David. “Now tell me!” The lioness shouted again. “Where are your human friend and those Ganimon you allied with!?” It seemed like the pirate was well aware of the fact these were the crabs that previously owned this territory. “Tell me where they are RIGHT NOW!” With another fist smashed right into the metal she was standing on, Lady Leomon demanded more answers. “Was it you who caused the explosion down below? How do you dare to destroy my precious tower?” Once again, she seemed angry and ready to terminate the human and the frog. However, she also seemed to have noticed blowing up the bases of the tower was not included in David’s story. “Tell me where your partners are… or it'll be a lot of worse if I find them myself.” She threatened.

She had just puffed her cheeks in response of that question? Definitely not an expected reaction, even if it ended up being quite adorable; Amy proceeded to pat the girl's head in the wake of such a gesture. The brunette couldn't say she understood the underlying intent behind the girl's motives, or why she had bothered to issue various descriptions that explicitly showed how she had knowledge of this small raid and who had disembarked with Amelie. This girl definitely knew more than she was letting out, but none of that knowledge seemed to be useful right now. And honestly? The young woman couldn't care less.
"You need my invisibility now, huh? Well, that's too bad." A grin spread across her face right afterward, even if it was followed by the brunette shaking her head. "You're not making a very convincing argument, especially since you're refusing to help; though luck, I guess? Still, with any luck, you'll be able to make it out of this one. Have a good one!"
Unironically, she'd wave goodbye to the girl as she began to make her way out of the building. The leader, huh? Wasn't she a tad too young to lead a group of pirates? Not like she cared about that in the slightest. Amelie looked around; it seemed like the only way to find a way back up was to exit this chamber as well. Guess she would make her exit as well? Well, if it weren't for the fact that a group of entities was heading their way. An eyebrow was raised, and a giggle made it obvious that she wasn't lost to the irony of the situation.
"Nope." She grinned. "Absolutely at my wits' end. I don't mind being captured by the guards, as long as it means for me to go back to the upper floors. As the captain of my own crew, it'd be irresponsible to try and save the hide of somebody whose goals don't align with mine, and is withholding information from me, right? Especially if that Leomon is as terrifying as they say. I wish you good luck, though!"
Who would arrive, exactly? Not like it mattered a whole lot, anyway. As long as they served their function and got her to the upper floor, everything would be good.

"HEY!"
Ziggy had had quite about enough of this threatening of his naïvely helpful partner. "He's told you, quite literally, everything that's happened since we took on this pirate farce. He's just a child, and you've no right to harass him anymore." The betamon was never this aggressive, but there hadn't been any danger so immediate to David thus far on their adventure. His eyes stared up directly into Leomon's, carrying as stern and unflinching a look as was possible from his position so low to the floor. The stern glare was only interrupted when he felt something wet and warm touch his tail. Oh Jessmon damnit. "And now you've made the kid piss himself. Is this what you wanted?"
Without breaking eye contact, Ziggy stepped forward and shook off his tail, drying it. He wasn't about to take on this challenge uncomfortably. "David. Go home. Get yourself ready. Coma back. 10 minutes. We have work to do." He spoke to his partner with the same energy he had been using with the Leomon.
"Bu...Y-yeah." David was about to protest, but his partner was being serious. You trusted your partner, right? If not, it could lead to a lot of problems not too dissimilar to the early episodes of SPD. David clumsily fumbled with his digivice. He just couldn't stop his hands from shaking, making pressing the tiny buttons and navigating the tiny screen a bit of a task. However, after a few seconds, the ground beneath him opened up and swallowed the boy, only to close immediately after he passed through. If one looked through in the scant few instances it was opened, one could see that he would land atop a nicely made bed with a pattern of red and white tessellated rhombuses.
Now. Are you going to help me get our ally back who fell down the hole so we can help you fight off whatever caused that explosion, or are we going to fight about it?" By this point the electricity Ziggy had been generating began to arc and crackle fiercely as his capacity reached its peak. Hopefully, the bluff he was hinting at would work. Metal, like what this tower and island are made of, is a good conductor of electricity. But maybe it required another push. "Who knows how many more bombs these people have around your tower." Could his discharge even reach that far? He didn't particularly want to test it, but wouldn't hesitate if Leomon's answer wasn't favorable. Some treasure is calling. Your tower is falling. Our ship will elude you. Gunna make it a Lightspeed Rescue.

Not only it seemed like the obvious differences between Amelie and Emilhy had come afloat, but it also seemed like the very brief negotiations after their impasse hadn’t been fruitful. Quite shocked, the shorter human quirked an eyebrow at the blue-eyed’s words. Why did she think Emilhy needed her more than she needed Emilhy? How strong was this girl? Not that the captain of the Soca Pirates was one to fall for facades but… could she really have the strength to be this confident? Whether that was the fact or not, she seemed to have some type of misconception. “Capturing you!?” She questioned, turning her whole body to face Amelie. “You’re practically at the crime scene, they’ll kill you immediately!” The intensity of her voice denoted she was quite sure of that. “Ugh… you know what? I don’t care. I really don’t.” The human remarked, walking back towards the door. “I really don’t. I don’t care. I don’t.” She repeated to herself, although in a quite audible mutter from where Amelie was standing, while she looked through the same hole she had spied from before. “I don’t care. I don’t care if you die. Why would I care?”
Taking a couple of steps back from the door, the girl took out… a D-Tector! "Okay... Here you go, Emilhy. Do it for her..."
Much like Amelie had done herself quite a few times, she was about to observe a ring of fractal code surround Emilhy’s left hand. And here she went...! After a swift set of movements of her hand and a cocoon of data surrounding her body, the human had turned into a digimon. It was a slightly heavier version of a Fladramon, looking curvier and with a shape that denoted femininity. Standing around 2 and a half meters tall, the dragon looked back at the human. For now, it seemed like she was moving her limbs and muscles, getting used to her new form. Once she was done with that, her eyes showed some hesitation. Being so sure she was going to die… it seemed like she couldn’t leave Amelie here without asking one more time. Ignorance about the girl’s true strength made her sympathetic, and she could not be blamed for that. “Last chance.” She remarked, extending her arms, for Amelie to climb on her back. “I’m getting the hell out of here and into wherever they keep the treasures. Are you coming?”
Well, this seemed to be it! Time to make a decision. Whatever that was, either upset for having to leave a human behind or glad this poor girl was not going to die here because of her, the 'dragoness' would make her gauntlets spin at mighty speed, aiming at the door, shooting a burst of fire and busting it open. The explosion raised a cloud of smoke and debris. Immediately, she would run towards the door and shoot against the incoming lions, to then run towards the end of the hallway (the opposite direction the guards were coming, naturally) and into the distance. Would Amelie have climbed up her back before she did this or not? If she had: The Fladramon that was Emilhy would keep running, moving swiftly across the hall with elongated steps. Upon reaching the stairs, she would start to go up. At this speed, it was likely Amelie could not jump down without getting hurt. If she hadn’t: Amelie would see a group of four-legged beasts go running at mighty speed through the hall and trying to see amidst the smoke, giving chase to the pirate. Meanwhile, another pair of Liamon would enter the room the French woman was occupying.
“There’s someone there!”
Suddenly, one of those was running straight towards her aggressively.
Well, if no one had seen a child-level digimon making a Perfect take a step back, this was quite the day! Lady Leomon actually took a short step back, after being confronted by the frog, her eyes widening slowly. “Y-You…”While the human kid pissing himself was not something the pirate actually minded much, David disappearing into a portal actually made the small Liollmons watching the development get quite flustered. “How…?”“Damn it! Are the anti-portal systems down? Go check!” One of them ordered, while the other one ran back to the staircase they have gone through to enter this floor and into the lower floors. “Yes! I’ll get them back on!” David better hurried. Meanwhile, it sufficed to say the captain of these beasts was quite surprised with the Betamon’s braveness. However, it was the mentioning of something she had apparently missed before what evened this negotiation. Of course, this was a consequence of both Ziggy’s boldness and wit. The lioness’s eyes widened slowly as she considered the possible outcomes of this. “The kid… did mention something about a bomb. The one the Ganimons put in here.” Suddenly, she seemed a lot less aggressive and a lot more careful. After a single movement of her eyes, another group of Liollmon started moving, going down the stairs too. “Your ally… they’re downstairs? Where are the Ganimon you mentioned? The ones who put the bomb inside the island.” Yes. The kind of confrontational speech the queen of the beasts was showing before had definitely diminished. Of course, she also understood Ziggy was saying they were not allies with the ones who had caused the explosion from just now. Which meant there was another problem on the table for her. Slowly, Lady Leomon seemed to be realizing this whole situation was a lot more complex than she expected. “That hole leads to the dump area.” She confessed, glancing at the tunnel Amelie had gone through. “Are you saying there might be...?”Another explosion coming from down below interrupted the captain. Although it was less scandalous than the first one, it still seemed to worry her. “Bring your kid back in here and let’s go down to check what’s going on right now!” She ordered. This was a very… unstable, temporal alliance. But! An alliance nonetheless. What was going to happen!?

"An-" It couldn't be. "Anti portal systems?" This time it was Ziggy's turn to take a step back and drop everything. The little frog's body lost all its tension and energy. He knew from experience that there was a ten minute timer between when David's digivice would let him open a portal back here. If they could get it back up and running, and if it did exactly what it sounded like, it would be game over for not only this mission but for the duo all together. The chances of finding each other without this tower as a reference point would be astronomical.
He was about to retort, but LadyLeomon had already gone off on a different train of thought. The Ganimon? Of course, they were right here. Ziggy began to glance around the room, scanning for the crabs. "Where did they-?" He must have been too preoccupied with LadyLeomon to see where they got off to. And then, realization struck as his eyes widened in horror. "They were the ones who hid the bomb. And I'm not sure we completely convinced them to not use them against you." Ziggy had some more choice words about David's particular negotiation tactics and charisma but held off. No use giving any ammunition to the enemy.
In regards to David. "I gave him ten minutes. He'll be back in ten." Ziggy was a far more assertive mon when separated from his life-long partner, though it could just be an unhealthy manifestation of anxiety; putting up an unstable front. "Just lead the way." The Betamon would follow wherever LadyLeomon went and assess the situation himself wherever they ended up. Some treasure is calling. Your tower is falling. Our ship will elude you. Gunna make it a Lightspeed Rescue.
