Unica Scarlett
"i'll stay here by your side, i only wish to see you smile. you're such an interesting child. now there's no need to fight." overview GENDER ▸ Female (she/her) AGE ▸ 8 years BIRTHDAY ▸ June 30th ALIGNMENT ▸ Lawful good ETHNICITY ▸ American BIRTH PLACE ▸ South Carolina, United States of America RESIDENCE ▸ Greater Shibuya District in Tokyo, Japan appearance RACE ▸ Caucasian/White, American HAIR ▸ Light blonde, long, straight EYES ▸ Light blue HEIGHT ▸ Estimated _ feet (_ centimeters) WEIGHT ▸ Estimated _ pounds (_ kilograms) PHYSIQUE ▸ Healthy, short, slightly muscular CLOTHES ▸ Dresses and frilly skirts, hair ribbons and pins, a friendship bracelet on her left wrist, a digivice cradle on her right wrist, red backpack with a Biyomon and dango keychain on the zippers FACE CLAIM ▸ DESCRIPTION ▸ Unica is eight years old and her appearance reflects this fact. Though she used to be heavyset, all her adventures in the digital world have led to a more active lifestyle. Because of this, she has lost weight and has gained some muscle mass. She looks like a healthy, physically fit young lady. Her long hair, which once bordered on being classified as "bleach blonde," has changed slightly with age. While the underside of her hair has darkened into a slightly richer shade of yellow, the top layers had remained light due to the amount of time she spends outside in the sun. Her blue eyes are perhaps her most striking trait, standing out due in part to the blues and whites she tends to wear. Being born to two Americans, Unica's skin color matches that of her biological parents. Though she used to be incredibly pale, she now tends to a sport a light tan, once again thanks to how often she spends in the sun. INVENTORY ▸ - A lavender and white D-3 digivice. It often sits in a digivice cradle that goes on Unica's left wrist.
- A red backpack with a large image of a white rabbit on the front. It contains all of Unica's other inventory items.
- A couple laminated index cards with Unica's emergency contact information scribbled on them. It includes such information as her parents' names, their contact information, and the train information to help Unica find her way home.
- School supplies, ranging from notebooks and folders to a lunchbox and pencil pouch.
personality Before she learned about the digital world, Unica was an emotional, naive, and clingy child. Any little inconvenience would send her sobbing, and being told "no" would cause her to throw a fit, no matter where she was or who was watching. Over the last year, however, she has grown and matured into a more confident, dependent individual. Thanks to the people and Digimon she's met along the way, she now feels comfortable standing her ground, especially when it comes to bullies. This fact has come as both a blessing and curse for her parents who are proud of the fact that she is finding her voice but are also frustrated with the fact that she now has the "attitude" to talk back. And yet, she loves her family and they love her, so any disagreements they have are usually short-lived and have no lasting impact.
With that said, Unica has learned how to mask her true intentions and feelings. If given a gift that she doesn't particularly like, she will thank the gift-giver instead of voicing her displeasure. This higher level of cognitive thinking is mostly due to the fact that her brain is developing at a regular pace, but the attitude and dishonest has most likely developed due to the amount of time she spends with Birdie. As is normal of a child's growth, she is more acutely aware of how others feel and isn't so self-centered. Of course, she still has moments of selfishness, but she is now capable of putting herself in someone else's shoes and seeing situations from multiple different angles. It’s about a 75-25 split between whether she’ll be selfless and do something for others or if she’ll act out of self-interest,
As an eight-year-old, Unica still displays mimicking behavior; that is to say, if someone is doing something such as weight-lifting, cleaning, or singing, she will copy the behavior in an attempt to create social connections. Although this was once her way of experiencing different hobbies and finding out what was really enjoyable, she has since found things that she truly enjoys. She loves cooking and dancing, but she also has a fondness for singing, drawing, and playing sports. When it comes to dancing, Unica will oftentimes grab anything that looks remotely like pompoms and jump around in an attempt to mimic cheerleaders.
LIKES ▸ Sweets (especially chocolate), strawberries, cooking and baking, helping people, rabbits, dancing, singing, making friends, incense, playing sports like soccer and track, beaches DISLIKES ▸ Bullies, cherries, squash, mosquitoes, bedtime, scary stories, long car trips, being ignored, being scolded, being alone, being called weak, fights and arguments, death
history Once upon a time, there were two young lovers who were madly in love. The young woman was named Maria Scarlett and the man, Joshua Adams. They were high school sweethearts who dropped out in order to pursue their dream of traveling across the nation in a microvan. They were young and reckless, and they believed nothing could ruin their fun. They drank alcohol, did drugs, and stayed up late partying. They hit mailboxes with baseball bats, broke into people’s pools to go skinny-dipping, and even committed petty larceny. No one ever got hurt because that wasn’t the couple’s goal — they just wanted to live wild and free.
Things were going well for a couple months until Maria became pregnant. Josh was slow to respond to the news, but he eventually said he was happy for them and that he would do whatever he could to ensure their future. Maria felt a fool when she woke up the very next day, splayed out in a back alley with her head spinning and nothing to her name. The van was gone, and so too was her boyfriend. Her wallet and phone were missing as well. Everything was gone, save for the clothes on her back. Maria knew right away that she had been drugged and left by Joshua. Though heartbroken by the realization, she told herself that she was not allowed to cry — had to get up and do something. Without even giving herself time to grieve, she headed into the city.
As she worked on getting her life back on track, Maria seriously considered getting an abortion, since there was no way she could take care of a child given the current state of her life. However, the longer she considered the option, the harder the decision got, and she eventually gave up on the idea altogether. She focused all her efforts on applying to jobs, paying bills, and buying baby items. Though Maria and her parents had a strained relationship, she was desperate for aid and called them up. Though it was obvious they were disappointed with her life choices and were reluctant about being taken advantage of, they were still sympathetic to her situation. They loaned Maria some money with the condition she would pay them back with interest.
Nine months later, Maria gave birth to a young girl who she decided to name after her grandmother: Unica. Unica never heard many stories of her mother's past or how she may have never been born in the first place. She didn't know about her father because Maria thought it was for the best if she didn't. It seemed as though her mother preferred to look toward the future instead of lingering on the past, and Unica never bothered to ask. Questions such as "where is my biological dad" and "why don't we have much money" never even crossed her mind, so her mother never had to deal with answering them. That doesn’t mean Maria will be able to escape the past forever, but for now, she’s doing just fine ignoring it.
Unica and her mother lived in a run-down apartment, living off minimum wage for nearly three years before her mother started dating a man named Shouta Nakada who had immigrated to the United States with a work visa. The couple instantly hit it off and it didn’t take long for Maria to begin bringing him around the house. After only three months of dating, Shouta invited Maria to come live with him in his apartment. It was a better living condition than where they had been living previous, so Unica's mother accepted the offer. She was cautious, though. She loved Shouta, but having been betrayed before made her nervous about putting her life in the hands of someone else. She kept a separate bank account, kept a car under her own name, and always had a safe that only she knew the combination to.
Unica knew that this new man was not her real father, but that didn't prevent her from calling him “dad” anyway. He was the closest thing she had to a father figure and her mother seemed happy with the dynamic. Whenever her mother was at work and couldn't take care of her, her new father would take time off to look after her. He would watch shows with her, read with her, and would let her help him cook. He was very kind, if not incredibly inexperienced with children. There were some things that he had a tough time with; for example, when Unica was feeling ill, he would fret that her cough was something worse than a cold, though it rarely was. He spoiled her and had a difficult time telling her “no,” even though Unica's mother continuously told him that he should be more stern with children.
By the time Unica was four, her stepfather had been offered an opportunity to put his experience to the test in Japan, where the locals had been struggling with technical difficulties caused by strange "surges of energy." And just like that, Unica and her parents moved to Shibuya, Japan. It didn't take long after the move for all three of them to notice the strange electrical surges people had been talking about. On occasion, and without warning, the toaster would stop working or the digital clocks would read some unfathomable time. Needless to say, this kept Unica's father busy — for years even. He was employed to help multiple companies reenforce their equipment to ensure that they wouldn't act up the next time there was a “power surge.”
His work days grew longer as hospitals and private agencies began asking for his help. This meant that Unica's mother had to stay home more often in order to look after her daughter. Fortunately, she was able to find a job that allowed her to work from home. But not all was well in the Nakada-Scarlett household. Maria was frustrated by the fact that they were still living in poverty and that she was “the only one” taking care of Unica, and he was upset that he had such long work hours and his girlfriend didn’t understand how little contractors were paid. They bickering grew steadily more frequent until Unica finally broke down crying as she explained how “mommy and daddy shouldn’t fight.” Thus comment made both Maria and Shouta realize how they had been talking to one another, and they began making changes to repair their relationship.
When Unica turned six, she began going to school. She used the Shibuya Train Terminal as her main means of transportation and was always accompanied by her mother who didn't feel comfortable letting her little girl wander alone in such a big crowd of people. When she was seven, her adventure began when a magical energy transported her to the digital world. Since then, she met her digital partner (a Biyomon she named Birdie), a ton of human and Digimon friends, and has become more confident in herself. Although she has matured much over the past year, Unica and Birdie's story is still far from over.

Birdie
"i am the devil that you forgot and i told you one day you will see that i’ll be back, i guarantee.” overview GENDER ▸ Female ALIGNMENT ▸ Chaotic evil BIRTHDAY ▸ October 6th BIRTH PLACE ▸ Village of Beginnings, Eastern Timberlands RESIDENCE ▸ Old Terminus, Terminus City DEFAULT FORM ▸ Rookie, Biyomon HOLOSUIT ▸ Julis-alexia Van Riessfeld from The Asterisk War ( image) personality Many Digimon are born with an innate ability or even compulsion to battle, and Birdie is no different. From the very day she hatched, she was picking fights with other Fresh levels and getting humbled by Rookie Digimon. However, it seemed as though she was motivated by something else — something primal and angry that resided deep in her subconscious. She is narcissistic in nature and often views others as being inferior to herself. As such, many Digimon would respond by laughing or boasting about their superior strength. This type of reaction only served to reinforce the idea that she needed to get stronger in order to suppress those who demeaned her.
She will reluctantly team up with others if it’s ultimately in her best interest. She usually keeps said interests close to the vest, however, for revealing anything personal would make her vulnerable and thus weak — or so Birdie thinks. She also believes that it's an eat-or-be-eaten world, so if you do manage to team up with her, don't be surprised to find her betraying you. The teammates she aligns herself with are simply a means to an end. When they are no longer useful to her, she may very well attempt to eliminate them so that they don’t become an obstacle in the future.
Be cautious if she asks to engage in a friendly duel, for she's probably lying. Even if she agrees to stop when the rival devolves, she tends to continue her attacks until the opponent has been reduced to their Digicore form. Instead of leaving the Digicore alone in order to condense into an egg again, she'll download it. Digicore downloading has long been a way for wild Digimon to evolve without the assistance of a human partner, and Birdie is no exception to this. When she can't get her kicks from fighting and absorbing Digicores, she can be found nesting in Old Terminus or exploring the vast digital world. She doesn't really care about sight-seeing; rather, she has a preference to find different Digimon and put her skills to the test.

EVOLVES FROM ▸ Biyomon EVOLVES TO ▸ Zephyrmon / Valkyrimon ⁍ ULTIMATE LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Zephyrmon/Shutumon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 5 feet, 6 inches ATTRIBUTE ▸ Variable FAMILY ▸ Wind Guardian TYPE ▸ Bird Man COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal FIGHTING STYLE ▸ She still prefers fighting over anything else, but she's starting to wise up to the prospect of talking her way out of problems. Fleeing is out of the question when fighting and paralyzing are perfectly viable options. - Crossfire: Birdie creates a clone of herself which appears on the opposite side of the enemy. Both version of herself race toward the rival with fists and talons bared. The clone cannot do anything other than race forward and swipe once with each hand. The clone disappears the moment the attack is interrupted or once it's landed its two attacks against the opponent--whichever comes first.
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Harpymon EVOLVES TO ▸ Lilithmon ⁍ MEGA LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Lilithmon/Laylamon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 6 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Virus FAMILY ▸ Demon Lord TYPE ▸ Demon COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal, telepathy FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Why get your hands dirty when you can get others to do the fighting for you? She's still violent and hostile in this form, but she prefers controlling the minds of those on the battlefield and making them do her bidding instead. It's the ultimate form of control and power. ABILITIES [9 abilities] ▸ - Sensual Aura: A passive ability. When Digimon get within a one yard radius of Birdie, they become overcome with a dreamy, pleasant sensation. Any hostility or aggression is washed away in favor of the comfort and calming feeling. The further away someone gets, the more their head clears and they come back to their senses again. This effect can be overcome psychically.
- Dark Enchantment: By placing her hands over her chest then holding her hands out to the enemy, Birdie releases a crimson heart-sharped aura. If the heart lands, the opponent is seduce and is forced obey Birdie's every command. (1 post duration, 8 post cooldown, capable of being physically avoided and resisted psychically)
- Silent Suggestion: A stronger version of Dark Enchantment, proving more difficult to avoid and resist due to Birdie's passive Sensual Aura ability. She risks getting up-close-and-personal with her opponent in order to whisper a single command into the enemy's ear, forcing them to obey. Once the task is complete or two rounds pass--whichever comes first--the spell is broken. (2 post duration, 10 post cooldown, capable of being resisted psychically)
- Phantom Pain: With an exhale, Birdie is capable of breathing a black fog which painfully rots the enemy's body, inflicting damage over a period of time. (2 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
- Razor Nails: Birdie can use her golden claws to corrode anything she touches, including both animate and inanimate objects. She must be touching her target for damage to be inflicted, the moment contact is broken, corrosion ceases.
- Devil's Disguise: Birdie's face contorts into a wicked and unnatural expression as she lets out a horrifying laugh, causing her enemy to become paralyzed with fear. (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
- Mental Maze: Birdie locks eyes with an opponent and, upon doing so, the rival finds themselves trapped in a narrow maze with the walls, ceiling, and floor impenetrable. In reality, it is only their mind that is trapped in this maze. Their bodies, meanwhile, remain on the battlefield, collapsed on the ground where they last stood. The victim is stuck in this maze until they find the exit. (1 post duration for Mega and Ultra, 2 post duration for Champion and Ultimate, 3 post duration for Rookie and below; 8 post cooldown)
- Empress Emblaze: With a snap of her fingers, Birdie is capable of summoning a smoke monster which attacks the enemy for her. (3 post duration, 4 post cooldown)
- Flight of Fancy: Birdie's body transforms into a colony of bats that flutters around the battlefield, disorienting and distracting enemies. After one minute, the bats reconvene and turn back into Lilithmon. This can also be used to escape from combat if things start looking dicey. (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Zephyrmon EVOLVES TO ▸ Dexmon or Mastemon ⁍ ULTRA LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Dexmon/DeathXmon APPEARANCE ▸ ( body) ( headshot) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 125 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Virus FAMILY ▸ Nightmare Soldier TYPE ▸ Unanalyzable COMMUNICATION ▸ None FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Birdie has completely lost her mind. There is no rationale to her decisions. Normal thresholds that would normally prevent her from doing something painful have been removed, and any manipulative strategy she had mastered as Lilithmon has since been overridden by a primal urge to destroy everything. There's no use trying to talk her down, for she is too far gone. Although slow and large, she is a powerful threat. ABILITIES [10 abilities] ▸ - Mortal Coil: A passive ability which only effects Unica. While Birdie is in this form, Unica acts like a vile, savage version of herself. All the light in her eyes has gone out, and it's as if Birdie has taken complete control of the young tamer's mind. There is a slight chance that if Unica can return to her sense then Birdie will regress into a lower level form.
- Power of Darkness: A passive ability. Because she is slow in her Dexmon form, Birdie cannot avoid attacks very easily. The way she combats this is by having an increased level of defense. Not only does she seem to have a larger "health meter" than she did in her previous forms, but she's also capable of brushing off most attacks.
- Devour: A passive ability that destroys anything Birdie walks over by absorbing its energy and data, making her marginally stronger. Plants wither and fade away, buildings are demolished and are turned to rubble, and any Digimon unfortunate enough to be caught under her massive body is reduced to their digicore and downloaded. Her slow moving speed makes it easy to avoid being crushed by her body, however. If she is not moving, no additional data is absorbed.
- Death Djinn: With a flick of her wrist, Birdie sends out a shock-wave which paralyzes everyone on the battlefield and inflicts damage over time. (1 post duration for paralyzation, 2 post duration for damage, 4 post cooldown)
- Metal Impulse: With her fingertips together in a lotus hand position, Birdie strikes the enemy with her massive claws, skewering them and inflicting incredible pain.
- Primal Scream: Birdie opens her maw and lets out a deafening scream which causes temporary deafness and disorientation. The scream itself sounds like thousands Digimon and humans sobbing for the sweet release of death.
- Cyclone Blast: Birdie unfurls her ten wings and begins to flap them. Though it takes her a round to really pick up speed, when she is at full throttle, she summons 70mph winds which are capable of flinging light and medium enemies and knocking back large enemies. Trees and buildings are at risk of being uprooted and destroyed.
- Process 0: Birdie raises both hands above the battlefield, posed to attack. Her massive size slows her movements, but when her hand finally crashes down on the enemy, it sends out a shockwave in all directions. Some of the rival's data is destroyed in the process, forcing them to devolve one level. (1 post to charge attack, the rival must remain in the devolved state for a 2 post duration, 1 use per thread)
- Control Z: No damage is inflicted, but all Digimon in the vicinity--including Birdie--are reduced to their Rookie forms. (3 posts to charge attack, 2 post duration, 1 use per thread)
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Lilithmon + brainwashed Unica EVOLVES TO ▸ None alternate forms
⁍ CORRUPT CHAMPION LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Devidramon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 6 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Virus FAMILY ▸ Nightmare Soldiers TYPE ▸ Evil Dragon COMMUNICATION ▸ Nonverbal FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Frantic, panicked, hysterical. ABILITIES [6 abilities] ▸ EVOLVES FROM ▸ Biyomon + E-Pill EVOLVES TO ▸ n/a ⁍ REFORMED ULTIMATE LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Valkyrimon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 5 feet, 6 inches ATTRIBUTE ▸ Free FAMILY ▸ Wind Guardian TYPE ▸ Warrior COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal FIGHTING STYLE ▸ The fighting spirit that's so prevalent in Harpymon shines through in this form as well, though there is more reservation and strategy involved in the fighting style. Instead of whaling on the enemy, Birdie examines the battlefield and is more cautious about racing head-first into battle. ABILITIES [7 abilities] ▸ - Freyja: A passive ability. The golden bird which accompanies Birdie in this form is a sentient, autonomous creature. As such, it's capable of alerting Birdie to danger, attacking enemies, and distracting rivals.
- True Strike: With Freyja's help, Birdie quickly scans the enemy's body for a weak point. This allows her to do double damage during her next attack with her fist, sword, or bow. (4 post cooldown)
- Freyja's Fury: Birdie's golden bird flies overhead, breathing out a stream of fire as it does. This fire may leave an enemy badly burned.
- Hermes' Stride: Birdie is imbued with increased speed for a short time. She moves so fast that it appears as though she teleports across the battlefield. (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
- Athena's Shield: Birdie is capable of summoning a large, semi-transparent, gold-hued shield from the bracer on her arm. The shield is twice the size of Birdie's Valkyrimon form and can protect her from nearly all incoming attacks. The more damage the shield takes, the more likely it is to dispel. (1-2 post duration, 4 post cooldown)
- Artemis' Arrow: Birdie notches an arrow in her bow and focuses on the opponent. As she does, the arrow is imbued with fire, ice, or electricity. When the arrow hits its target, the enemy will be burned, frozen, or electrified for one whole turn. (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
- Feather Fall: Birdie uses her wing-shaped cape to glide down from high locations and soften her fall. She may also use this ability to swoop and dive while in mid-air.
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Harpymon EVOLVES TO ▸ Venusmon ⁍ REFORMED MEGA LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Venusmon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 6 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Vaccine FAMILY ▸ Virus Buster TYPE ▸ God Man COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal, telepathy FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Much like when Birdie in her Lilithmon form, when she's in her Venusmon form, she prefers not to get her hands dirty. However, instead of resorting to hostility, manipulation, and mind control, she instead tries to pacify her opponent with love and calm emotions. ABILITIES [9 abilities] ▸ - Peaceful Fantasia: A passive ability.
- Olive: A passive ability. When Birdie evolved, so too did her avian companion. The metallic bird once known as Freyja became a flesh-and-blood dove named Olive. It serves the same role as Freyja by acting as an autonomous creature capable of alerting Birdie to danger, attacking enemies, and distracting rivals.
- Olive Branch: Olive flies over the battlefield, scattering olive leaves and lavender petals as it goes. The leaves and petals make opposing Digimon less hostile.
- Hotan's Pearl: Hotan the scallop is capable of creating a massive bubble-like shield that protects Birdie and her allies while it's open. While inside the spherical shields, however, Birdie cannot attack. The only way for the shields to disperse are for them to break after sustaining a massive amount of damage or for Hotan to close its mouth
- Third Eye: Although Birdie cannot see in the traditional sense while in her Venusmon form, she can see into others' hearts. While using this ability, she can read ones emotions, intentions, and motivations. In come cases, she can actually read a Digimon's thoughts.
- Healing Touch: By simply touching a wounded Digimon, Birdie heals their injuries and they are imbued with vigor.
- Holy Servant: With a snap of her fingers, Birdie is capable of summoning a glowing creature which attacks the enemy for her. (3 post duration, 4 post cooldown)
- Sweet Dreams: Feathers began to drift steadily down from the sky, growing in volume as time passes. Much to the enemy's chagrin, they will feel themselves growing tired. Eventually, they will fall asleep on the battlefield. Depending on the Digimon, Mega and Ultra enemies may not fall asleep and will instead become languid. (1 post duration, 3 post cooldown)
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Valkyrimon EVOLVES TO ▸ Varodurumon or Mastemon ⁍ REFORMED ULTRA LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Varodurumon/Valdurmon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 90 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Vaccine FAMILY ▸ Wind Guardian TYPE ▸ Holy Bird COMMUNICATION ▸ Telepathy FIGHTING STYLE ▸ When all other peaceful strategies fail and both partners feel backed into a corner, Birdie will evolve into Varodurumon. Though she'd still prefer to subdue the enemy without resorting to outright violence, she is more willing to do what needs to be done to protect herself and her tamer. With fangs and talons bared, she goes all in, quickly and efficiently navigating the battlefield, dodging attacks and swiftly launching counterattacks of her own. ABILITIES [10 abilities] ▸ - Speed of Light: A passive ability. Birdie always relied on her speed as a rookie, and that tactic comes back in full throttle while in her Varodurumon form. She's fast on the ground, but she moves with a blur when in the air. One may be surprised that such a large Digimon can move with such speed, but her six wings and aerodynamic form are optimal for agility.
- Second Life: A passive ability. If Birdie falls in battle and her body turns into data, she can reemerge like a phoenix from the ashes. Instead of her data going to The Village of Beginnings to start anew, it converges, solidifies, and brings Birdie back to life as a rookie. (1 use per thread)
- Radiance: Birdie glows with a brilliant light, blinding everyone on the battlefield for a short time.
- Purge Shine: Birdie shrouds herself in a heavenly shield that increases her defenses.
- Starlight Explosion: Golden balls of light rain down from Birdie's wings like falling stars, exploding the moment they come in contact with any object, Digimon, or person.
- Virus Diffusion: Birdie extends all of her wings, lets out a piercing screech, and sends a wave of rainbow-colored aura out in all directions. The moment this energy comes in contact with Virus Digimon, said Digimon is regressed one level. (1 post to charge attack, the rival must remain in the devolved state for a 2 post duration, 1 use per thread)
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Venusmon EVOLVES TO ▸ None ⁍ TRUE ULTRA LEVEL ⁌
SPECIES ▸ Mastemon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 7 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Vaccine FAMILY ▸ Unknown TYPE ▸ Angel COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal, telepathy FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Of the available Ultra forms, this is the one Birdie prefers. As Mastemon, she adopts the strength, constitution, and intensity of Dexmon, as well as the speed, maneuverability, and wit of Varodurumon. Having learned from her past mistakes and feeling more comfortable in her own skin, Birdie rarely has the need to turn into Dexmon or Varodurumon when Mastemon is a perfectly viable option. ABILITIES [10 abilities] ▸ - Speed of Light: A passive ability that grants Birdie incredible speed on both the ground and in the air.
- Power of Darkness: A passive ability that grants Birdie incredible defense, allowing her to take all manner of attack before being knocked down.
- Radiance: Birdie glows with a brilliant light, blinding everyone on the battlefield for a short time.
- Starlight Explosion: Golden balls of light rain down from Birdie's wings like falling stars, exploding the moment they come in contact with any object, Digimon, or person.
- Death Djinn: With a flick of her wrist, Birdie sends out a shock-wave which paralyzes everyone on the battlefield and inflicts damage over time. (1 post duration for paralyzation, 2 post duration for damage, 4 post cooldown)
- Cyclone Blast: Birdie beats all twelve of her wings and summons and summons 70mph winds which are capable of flinging light and medium enemies and knocking back large enemies. Trees and buildings are at risk of being uprooted and destroyed.
- Holy Desire: By pantomiming the action of pulling back a bow string, Birdie is capable of summoning an bolt of red and blue energy that is subsequently launched at the enemy when she releases the non-existent bow string. The arrow hones onto its target and seeks out the enemy like a heat-seeking bullet.
- Paradise Lost: Birdie launches the opponent high into the air with a wild dance of blows. Once they're in the air, she holds their limbs fixed in a spread-eagle position as she drives them back down to the ground with a devastating punch.
- Vile Claws: Birdie creates large claws out of energy. If a Vaccine Digimon is struck with her left, red hand then they receive double damage as their flesh begins to corrode; if a Virus Digimon is struck with her right, blue hand then they receive double damage as their flesh begins to corrode; no other Digimon type will be affected by corrosion, though they will take damage from the initial slash. (2 post duration for corrosion, 5 post cooldown)

If she is reluctant to get into a fight, merely wants to subdue someone, or needs to assist an ally in a scuffle, she will likely transform into Gargoylemon in order to help without putting herself in the middle of the conflict. ABILITIES [6 abilities] ▸ - Idle Stance: Birdie stands her ground and charges up the next attack. Every turn she idles adds 50% more energy to her next attack.
- Parting Gift: Birdie sacrifices a chunk of her data to heal an ally. Upon doing so, she regresses back down to her Rookie or Baby level.
- Counterblow: Birdie lifts her arms up in front of her face, as if to shield herself from an oncoming blow. The X and O bracelets on her wrists return the attack back at the assailant.
- Freezing Winds: With a flap of her wings, Birdie blows a gust of freezing cold winds in the enemy's direction. 50mph winds capable of flinging light enemies, knocking back medium enemies, and slowing large enemies. Plants and shoddy structures may also be destroyed. Water-based Digimon (aka, Deep Savers) are damaged by the cold.
- Mourning Cry: Birdie lets out a wail of sorrow and agony. As she does, time slows for all opponents on the battlefield as their speed is cut in half.

He uses a mix of close-range attacks and long-range abilities to make him a deadly rival. He uses shadows and nightmares to his advantage, so be careful when fighting him in dark locations. ABILITIES [7 abilities] ▸ - Bloodhound: A passive ability. Rook is capable of tracking down anyone or anything that he knows the scent of. It doesn't matter if it's a certain Digimon, human, or item; if he's smelled the object before, he can track it.
- Nightmare Soldier: A passive ability that grants Rook a 25% damage boost to all attacks he uses when in darkness.
- Lunar Howl: Rook howls at the sky, turning day into night and casting the entire battlefield into darkness.
- War Cry: Rook calls for backup, summoning two PawnChessmon to fight by his side. The PawnChessmon only know how to charge with their spears and defend with their shields. They are incapable of understanding complex instructions. Once defeated, they will disappear in a puff of black smoke.
- Hellish Strike: Rook strikes the enemy with red-hot claws, leaving the rival with a large, deep wound and a burn that singes their body for 2 rounds. (2 post duration, 4 post cooldown)
- Agonizing Bite: Rook sinks his teeth into an opponent, infecting them with a slow-acting poison. Pain is gradually inflicted over 3 rounds before the poison wears off. Opponents who are Rookie level or below are struck with such agony that they are unable to move on the third round. The poison is dispelled by the fourth round. (3 post duration, 6 post cooldown)
- Impending Doom: Rook shoots a glare in his rival's direction, conveying a deep-rooted hatred and pain that makes everything seem worse than it really is. His claws appear to grow in size, his teeth seem to grow sharper, and the heads on his shoulders appear to take on lives of their own, snarling and writhing. This leaves the effected temporarily paralyzed with fear and may cause more anxious Digimon to flee the battle.
EVOLVES FROM ▸ Strabimon EVOLVES TO ▸ Anubimon ⁍ MEGA LEVEL ⁌ SPECIES ▸ Anubimon, also known as Anubismon APPEARANCE ▸ ( image) HEIGHT ▸ Estimated 7 feet ATTRIBUTE ▸ Vaccine FAMILY ▸ Virus Buster TYPE ▸ God Man COMMUNICATION ▸ Verbal FIGHTING STYLE ▸ Instead of focusing more on inflicting fear and pain, Rook has taken on more of a support role as Anubimon. He would prefer to stand back and offer assistance to comrads in the form of blessings, using abilities which subdue an enemy, and launching long-range attacks. His goal is to make combat easier for his allies. ABILITIES [9 abilities] ▸ - Radiant Strike: Rook blesses himself and his allies with heavenly light, embuing their next attack with bonus damage. The blessed Digimon glow with a radiant yellow-white aura until they attack, wherein the light is transferred to the opponent before dispelling. If the opponent is a Virus type, the attack does twice as much damage as it would inflict normally; if the opponent is any other type, the attack adds a quater of the total damage.
- Radiant Protection: Rook blesses himself and his allies with heavenly light, protecting them from the next attack inflicted against them. The blessed Digimon glow with a radiant pink-white aura until they are attacked, wherein the light shatters and dispels.
- King's Legion: A more advanced version of Rook's Ultimate attack, War Cry. Rook howls for backup, summoning two KnightChessmon to fight by his side. The KnightChessmon only know how to charge with their spears and trample enemies with their hooves. They are also capable of transporting allies across the battlefield on their backs. However, they are incapable of understanding complex instructions. Once defeated, they will disappear in a puff of smoke.
- Eighth Plague: A swarm of locusts, scarabs, and tsetse flies emerge from the various tattoos across Rook's body. These bugs buzz and crawl around the battlefield, disorienting enemies and biting opponents as they pass by. After a short duration, the bugs reconvene on Rook's body, slipping back into the tattoos.
- Pharaoh's Curse: Rook sends an Ankh-shaped symbol at a single enemy, inflicting them with a painful curse which harms them exponentially over three rounds. Opponents who are Champion level or below are struck with such agony that they are unable to move on the third round. The curse is dispelled by the fourth round. (3 post duration, 6 post cooldown)
- Holy Touch: Rook heals an ally for half their total health. Those already above half health feel more invigorated, as though they just drank an energy drink.
- Hellfire: Rook flies into the air and summons flaming meteors. With a flap of his wings, he sends the firey rocks plummeting onto the battlefield below.
- Sanctuary Bind: Rook throw out the bangles around his wrists to restrain and bind an enemy. The bandles grow or shrink in size depending on the oppontent's size. The ensnared Digimon is capable of breaking free with enough brute force and/or with assistance. Until the bangles reappear on Rook's wrists, he cannot use the ability again.
- Quicksand: With a grand gesture and a twist of his arms, Rook turns a portion of the battlefield into quicksand, regardless of its composition. Anyone caught in the quagmire will sink up to their chest or a few inches below their face, depending on the Digimon in question--enough to allow them to breath while still restraining them. After ten to fifteen minute, the quicksand will solidify and anyone caught inside will need to dig their way out.
