At some point, Early came back, having periodically walked by the room he was in to see if he was done.
"Well, now that that's done with, we can go back, Vile."
Early went back to the restaurant with Yaku, with a slightly faster pace than before. Of course, he wanted to hurry back as soon as he could to make sure they weren't late. But, they got back in time, seeing a few other digimon nearby along the way. It was roughly a half hour before opening.
Inside, the others were getting the place set up. Marin headed straight for the human, handing him a pencil and notepad. "This is for taking orders. Remember what I said earlier, don't act sheepish with the customers or you may offend them. You can sit down while we set everything up and don't try to help until we open up. You're new and need to kinda take in this atmosphere, you know? Relax. Be attentive. Smile. Be attentive. Relax. Smile. And if anyone gives you any guff, get me. Don't worry too much, and I'm sure you'll do fine, Yaku.
And nice shirt. My kind of colors, heh heh."

As the days went on Yaku proved a fairly competent worker. Even though he took a long time delivering things to tables, he made sure they got there in one piece and did his best to make sure every customer, even the ones that deeply terrified him, enjoyed themselves. His handwriting was neat and made sure to listen to the customer.
By the end of four, maybe five days of work, Yaku was able to make more than the pitiful amount of money he'd started the trip with. Pocketing the money, he said his goodbyes to the kindly family, hugging each and every one of them for providing him with food and shelter for the week.
"Goodbye Marin-sama. I said before I doubt I would be able to put this place on my resume, but after working so hard, now I feel ashamed by that." He bowed.
"Goodbye Lily-sama, you were as kind as a mother and cooked like one too." He bowed to her.
"Goodbye, That. Your unusual name took me for a loop more than once, you know." He smiled.
"Early-Sama, and your wonderful wife have taught me not to judge simply because you initially scared me. You have a wonderful wife and children, and hopefully, one day, you will meet my wife... and maybe I will have a child of my own as well." He bowed once more.
"I apologize for the troubles I have caused with my nightmares..." He began, acknowledging the fact he'd woken up screaming more than once. "How I was unable to assist in tasks involving strength or accuracy... " He said, recalling failing to help move a large pot of boiling water, even with Lilly's help. "...Or, even with simple mathematics." He said, recalling why they'd never let him man the cash register after the first time. "Regardless, this week has been incredibly wonderful, considering the week I had gone through before. Thank you for bringing me into your family, even if it was for such a short time." He gave a smile to the crew, adjusting his now-cleaned and repaired suit and double-checking his suitcase to make sure he had everything he needed.

It was indeed an interesting few days for the family. None had worked this closely with a human before, and while his performance was not the best, Yaku was indeed a hard worker who managed to get some sort of flow going in his work. But now was the day he would leave, and they would all say their goodbyes.
Marin chuckled a bit. "Oh, trust me, you can at least use your experience on a resume. I'm basically the manager, I can work a resume, haha."
Lilly blushed a little. Her cooking had been complemented before, but she was generally not referred to as motherly. It was sweet. She then grinned, offering a, "Thanks, Yaku. Means a lot."
That simply smiled, rubbing his hands together. "Juuuuust as planned."
Katie and Early had an arm around each other. Katie gave a soft smile, missing Yaku already. "Oh Mr. Tridori... we hope to see your family as well. Now now, don't be a stranger."
"Yeah, Vile. We travel around, but our other son does have website, Vile. If you wanna visit, it should tell you were we'll be heading to, Vile."
He has indeed woke up screaming, but he had been told that that had been woken up at night by more dire situations than night terrors. And, well, it wasn't too surprising that the guy could barely lift up a pot of water. When Yaku went to get his stuff, Early soon afterward followed him. He extended a hand to him, seeing Yaku as a kindred spirit.
"I almost forgot to say... you're a man after my own heart, Vile. Be safe, Vile. And learn to work a cash register, Vile, heh."

Yaku smiled, putting his new set of clothing away. "Good to hear, Early... I never did show you that photo of my wife, did I?" He stood up and took the photo of he and his wife out of the photo frame, giving it to Early as he began to try and make the bed for whatever new guest would come. As he let his companion get a nice long look on the photo, Yaku would take it back and put it in his suitcase, blinking as he noticed the napkin that had the map of the Digital World written on it. Blinking and taking it out to observe, he made a mental note of Terminus City's location, so that, no matter where he was, he'd know where he needed to go. Pocketing the map, he began to leave the restaurant, waving goodbye to the new friends he'd made.
