During mid day Mandrake was driving through the Eastern Timberlands as not he was planning on meeting with his sons LJ and Kshin so they could meet their new sister, Lilly. The little Jyarimon was making content squeaks from the backseat where she was buckled into her carseat while her blue eyes were darting around as if trying to see everything she could.
Lothar looked back at his and Mandrake's daughter and laughed causing Lilly to respond with a laugh in return. Her pleasant mood indicated there was no one near enough with negative emotions for the young girl to pick up on due to her nature as an empath. Soon the sapphire that indicated the location of the Village of Magic was visible to both Mandrake and Lothar. As they passed the sapphire that protected the village Mandrake quickly was able to sense his father Theron but it seemed LJ and Kshin had not arrived yet so he parked the car near Theron's home and he and Lothar climbed out. While Mandrake was retrieving Lilly from her carseat Mandrake's father Theron, who was a Jijimon, came out of his home obviously curious of the new mind he was sensing. Upon seeing Lilly cradled in Mandrake's free arm he waved both Mandrake and Lothar in.
Meanwhile LJ had gotten off a Trailmon and had begun walking towards the Village of Magic soon catching the scent of Kshin with some unknown digimon traveling with him not far ahead. Speaking of Kshin, the young Gumdramon was making his way along at a pace that surprised his peppy Gammamon companion, Grace, but she wasn't complaining one bit. They were going somewhere that was new to her and that was all that mattered.
The sound of footsteps caught both of the young ones attention causing them to turn around seeing a Leomon X. Grace was looking at the stranger as she saw Kshin's tail swish happily so it was clear he knew the digimon approaching them. Then Kshin trotted over to LJ and embraced his legs in a hug before he said "LJ, it's nice to see you again."
"Nice to see you again to, Kshin. It looks like you've gotten much stronger since I've seen you last. Maybe after we get to Gramps' place we can spar later. What do you think?" LJ said and Kshin nodded in excitement. Then he saw Grace standing there watching them and LJ knelt down and, in a teasing tone, asked "Whose that with you? Is she your girlfriend or something?"
Kshin blushed and backed a bit off from LJ before he said "No she is just my friend." He then playfully punched his older brother in the leg before he said "Don't tease me like that anymore, LJ."
"I get it. If I do you might pull the same thing on me. No problem. Let's get going to Gramps' place then." LJ said with a chuckle as he rose to his feet. He and Kshin walked over to Grace and the trio began walking again with Grace talking to LJ a mile a minute in her excitement after the two of them introduced themselves.

"Luna I swear you really need to be more careful then this. How'd you even get lost over there." Dust was in his Beelzemon form for now with a very tired looking Lekismon on his back being held up by the larger digimon. "You really should've noticed you were in the desert instead of the woods a lot faster then you apparently did." He was honestly quite impressed, usually she was pretty bad but this was a whole new level of bad even he didn't know quite how to deal with.
"I said I'm sorry, it's not like I do this on purpose." Luna was pretty clearly embarrassed at the moment, she really thought she was going the right way but turns out nope. She even forgot her motorcycle and everything hence the Beelzemon carrying her. "And I can still walk Dust, I'm not that tired!" Luna complained to no effect.
"Yeah but I'm worried you'll go wander off again, besides I need to work at using this form more so it's a win-win, quite complaining and just accept the free ride." All Dust would hear would be a few mumbled complaints but the Lekismon didn't seem to be too opposed to the idea, in fact while she was complaining she was still smiling so it didn't upset her too badly.
Meanwhile Dust was just focused on getting back to Rosewood, hopefully it wouldn't be too far of a trip given his longer stride. Still would probably be better with the Motorcycle but hey beggars can't be choosers after all. Though while he was walking he did notice a group of digimon right in his path. "Huh, wonder where they're off to?" One of them felt a bit familiar to Dust's senses, though he couldn't place a finger on just who it was.
Seems Luna had the same idea, that and having just found some random strangers it was time to try and make them your friends, that's just how Luna rolled. Hopping up piggyback riding on Dust's shoulders so she was more in view she waved at the strangers as Dust walked past. "Hi, nice to meet you. My names Luna!" She called out, Dust stopped before letting out a small sigh and gave a short wave to the people he didn't know for sure he knew.

LJ came to a stop and sniffed catching a pair of scents that felt familiar. The sudden stop had Grace cease talking and stare at the Leomon X as he tried to puzzle things out. Before Kshin or Grace could so much as asked what was up the curious site of a Beelzemon giving a Lekismon a piggyback ride caught their attention. When the Lekismon waved introducing herself the pieces clicked into place for both LJ and Kshin regarding the identity of one of the strangers as both brothers met Luna seperately and she was now with a seemingly standoffish Beelzemon that also felt familiar could he be Dust?
LJ spoke up indicating what Kshin was thinking but the older digimon had beat him to the punch. "Luna? Dust? It's been awhile sense we last met. It's me LJ." He then chuckled before he said "At least I didn't have to dodge a flying motorcycle last when we first met."
"Luna? Dust? It's me, Kshin. I've digivolved and even gained a digimental since you last saw me." Kshin said with his tail gently swishing happy to see familiar faces.
Picking up on the happy vibes the peppy Gammamon named Grace pranced up to Luna and Dust before she said "And I am Kshin's friend. My name is Grace."
Meanwhile with Mandrake, Lothar, Lilly, and Theron, the four of them were sitting around on mats with Lilly just looking around in awe at the various things Theron used in his magics from potions to artifacts while gumming happily on an iguana plushie roughly her size. Theron then got up and said "Lothar can you come with me to the back? I can't seem to remember where I put a certain item in my storage room." Mandrake looked at the Jijimon strangely as the wise digimon was not known for forgetfulness but said nothing as Lothar nodded and followed Theron into the back. Mandrake looked back at Lilly but the blue eyed Jyarimon only blinked back at him and giggled in response.

Well apparently these were digimon they knew, Dust figured they seemed a bit familiar. "Oh, well what a coincidence. Yeah it's us Dust and Luna. Though I guess I'd be hard to recognize in this form." Especially cause he didn't have his usual pendant around his neck, Luna took this moment to press on Dust's shoulders and hop off hanging in the air for a moment before landing next to the Beelzemon.
"I can see that, that's awesome Kshin! I got myself some Digimental's as well. Two of em from the desert." Luna mentioned holding her hand up letting them flow from her data and spin around her for a moment, love and friendship. "Though I still prefer my Ultimate form I'm sure they'll come in handy sometime." At least it was something interesting to shift into.
"Its good you've gotten stronger, so what brings you here? Doing a bit of exploring?" Dust questioned crossing his arms, it was a bit hard for him to have a normal conversation in this form but this was the best way to relearn how to use less power in this form.
"I was doing a bit myself and err, I got a tiny bit lost." Luna raised her hand with her finger and thumb close together to show just how small it was that she got lost.
"She ended up in Valley of dragons." Dust mentioned with a small sigh shaking his head.
"Hey it's easy to get lost there." It was a pretty large place after all.
"You were supposed to be going towards the Ocean Luna." He reminded with a slightly annoyed tone, yeah he got her there how the heck.

"Kshin and I were heading to Gramps' place to meet up with our dads." LJ explained to both Luna and Dust. "We got a message on our D-Terminals to meet them there but they didn't explain why."
Upon hearing Luna had acquired two digimentals in the desert Kshin said "That's pretty cool, Luna. Maybe one day I'll be able to reach champion level."
"Easy there, Kshin, you'll reach your champion form when you're ready but I know how hard it can be to wait." LJ said with a smile.
Hearing that Luna got lost in the Valley of Dragons while heading for the ocean Grace cocked her head to the side in confusion before she said "The Valley of Dragons but how did you get lost there while heading for the ocean? The Valley of Dragons isn't to the south silly." Yes Grace's words were innocent but Kshin couldn't help but snicker.
Meanwhile in the backroom of Theron's house, Lothar was looking at the shelves and boxes in the impromptu storage area before looking at Theron himself. The old Jijimon was walking right up to a shelf and used his telekinesis to lift and put a small box into his hands. Even at eight feet tall Lothar wasn't able to get a clear view. Curiosity brimming Lothar asked "Theron, if you already knew where this item was then why did you ask for my help?"
"A fair question, Lothar." Theron said as he turned to face Lothar. "I asked you back here because I have been reading both your mind and Mandrake's. I know how uncomfortable you are with having your mind read but this time it comes from good intentions." Theron then held up his hand before opening it revealing a small box. "Go on, Lothar, take it."
Lothar reached over lifting the box out of Theron's hand before gently opening the tiny box which resembled a ring box. Inside was sapphire on a gold chain and the sapphire was in the form of half a heart. "Theron, is this what I think it is?"
"Yes, Lothar, but don't worry about proposing now. It can wait until the boys have met their new sister. Now let's get back with Mandrake before he gets suspicious. You know far to well how astute he is." Theron said and Lothar nodded as the two returned to where Mandrake and Lilly were. Lilly giggled upon seeing Lothar and Theron return.
As both Lothar and Theron sat down, Mandrake asked "What was that all about, Father? I know you're not usually forgetful. "
"Normally that is true, Mandrake, but a special artifact of mine got misplaced and Lothar was just helping me look."
Though Theron's answer seemed sketchy Mandrake didn't push things. Knowing his father it was a matter of time before the real answer revealed itself.

"D-Terminals? Thought that was something only tamers could have." Dust was a bit out of the loop on the new tech that came up since his time in the Dark Area, if it was something everyone could get maybe he and Luna should grab one. "Seems a bit weird they wouldn't explain why, maybe it's a surprise party or something." Dust shrugged unsure, he didn't know them well enough.
With being able to reach Champion Luna just smiled and gave a thumbs up. "You'll get there, just gotta keep working at it." She encouraged, after all it wasn't easy getting strength, gotta work for it at times.
"It's a long story, oh hey how about we go with you. I'd want to see make sure Lothar got fully healed." Luna decided to change the subject, she didn't really need or want to do that but it was better then explaining exactly how she always got lost wen she was trying to go somewhere!
Dust instantly picked up, as well as realized exactly what she was doing, so he just shrugged. "Don't want to interrupt if it's something important they want you for but saying hi would be nice." Would probably be surprising strolling up as a Beelzemon but hey that just happened sometimes.

"Yeah they started for only tamers but as technology got better even lone digimon were able to access Tamernet. Sure makes sending messages easier doesn't it?" LJ said in response to Dust's statement regarding D-Terminals only being for humans. Yes Digital World technology was much better than it was before even his dads were born and it blew the young Leomon X's mind sometimes how fast technology was developed at times.
Though Grace's question was unanswered regarding how Luna got to the Valley of Dragons while heading to the ocean, it didn't seem to upset her one bit as the reason for the journey possibly being a surprise party grabbing her imagination. She warmly smiled at the very thought.
Upon hearing about Lothar being hurt both LJ and Kshin looked at each other before LJ asked "Wait. Wait. Pops got hurt? How come I never heard about this?"
"The last time I saw Lothar hurt was when we went to the ruins seeking the treasure my parents were seeking. Luna healed him while we stopped at a hotel to rest." Kshin said filling LJ in before he continued "He wasn't hurt when we last saw him though."
"I don't think they would mind more visitors. Even Gramps is a friendly guy if a bit mischievous." LJ said as the group continued walking.
"Yeah, Mandrake is like his father but not as mischievous by comparison." Kshin said as the group soon came upon a massive but beautiful sapphire that stood near a small village and was sparkling with noticeable magic power.
"Oooh! How pretty!" Grace said bringing out a camera from under her scarf and began taking pictures of the large sapphire with a large smile on her face.
Meanwhile inside the village itself, Theron and Mandrake became aware of multiple mental signatures outside the village. Mandrake knew all of them except for one. "Looks like the boys have arrived, Mandrake. Let's head out and greet the other visitors as well." Theron said before turning to Lothar and said "Lothar could you stay here with Lilly so she isn't left alone. That and the boys could still be surprised." Lothar nodded in confirmation as both Mandrake and the Jijimon known as Theron rose to their feet heading out of the ancient digimon's home to greet the group.
When they were clear of the hut, Theron said "Mandrake, wait a second. Before we meet with the boys I want to talk to you."
The father and son slowed their pace but didn't stop walking before Mandrake asked "Does this have anything to do with the item you asked Lothar to help you find?"
Theron nodded as he dug in his pockets bringing out the other box as Mandrake didn't yet know Lothar had the other one already. "I managed to find it though Lothar was kind enough to try to help me look." Theron said showing the box and opening it showing the necklace with half a heart.
"Theron, how long have you been holding onto that?" Mandrake asked his eyes comically wide.
"Since before you were born. I was intending to give it to your mother but you know that your mother died before I could propose to her. I have been reading your mind and know how you and Lothar feel for each other. With this it can not only be kept in the family but can be used for the purpose it was intended. Use it to propose to Lothar after the boys meet their sister." Theron said closing the box before resting it in Mandrake's hand. Mandrake pocketed it now wondering where the other half of the necklace was. Yes he would still propose but that could wait for awhile.
Mandrake and Lothar soon made it outside the village passing the large sapphire seeing the group. "LJ. Kshin. Glad you have come. I see you have some others with you."
LJ's eyes lit up like a little kid and the seven foot tall Leomon X trotted over eagerly and scooped up his four foot tall parent embracing him in a hug and, thankfully, it didn't possess the same power behind it as Lothar. "Hey, Dad. Nice to see you." LJ said as he had his shorter father in a bear hug before realizing what he was doing in his excitement and putting Mandrake down before he said "Sorry, Dad."
"It's okay, LJ. We haven't seen each other in a while." Mandrake said straightening his clothes before looking at Grace and asked "Who is this?"
"My name is Grace. I'm Kshin's friend and we met while we were traveling seperately. We became friends when he helped me out. He's so nice." Grace said in her peppy way.

"Hmm, noted." Dust wasn't too sure that he'd go out and get one himself, but considering how Luna liked keeping in touch with others maybe he'd go get it as a present for her sometime later, though next was the mention of Lothar being hurt. "Well that's good, Luna tends to over worry a bit." Dust mentioned with a small shrug, though he got punched lightly in the leg by the Lekismon which did absolutely no damage to him considering their current level difference.
"I consider it the right amount of worry, though I guess we did see him after that during that whole... Ehh actually never mind, he's fine and that's all that matters." Luna was going to mention the Shademon thing but considering she was talking to his kids she didn't want to worry them if he didn't mention it or something.
Apparently they were going to a grandpa's house now, there was some song this reminded Dust of but he couldn't put it to words. "A Grandpa huh." Dust recalled he didn't really know anything about parents or the like, well whoever his might be they were probably jerks given his past. If he even had them to begin with.
There seemed to be some magic coming from the pretty looking sapphire near a village. "Huh, don't think I've ever seen a village like this before." Then again it's not like she has been everywhere in the world, looking over at Dust he just shrugged not having any information either on this place.
"Wonder what the stone there's about though, gotta have some function." Dust wasn't able to sense the magic of the stone given his more... Physical attributes. But a giant stone in the middle of a place had to have a reason regardless.
The two decided to hang back while they had their family reunion before Luna gave a wave. "Heya! Good to see you two again." Given her friendly smile and overarching wave it was probably pretty clear on who this was.
This would be the first time they've seen Dust as a Beelzemon though who just waved. "Sorry for the abrupt exit last time, had some stuff on my mind I needed to work through." He did just kinda bail after Shademon was done for, though he had his reasons.

While the group were near the giant sapphire and Grace had put away the camera, LJ said "From what Gramps told me this sapphire has powerful magic that protects the magical digimon of this village. The sapphire's power wards off evil digimon keeping them from getting in but I don't know much more about the gem itself."
"So big and so pretty!" Was all Grace was able to say until Mandrake arrived with Theron.
Shortly after releasing Mandrake, LJ realized Lothar was not with him so was he back in the village perhaps? Usually where Mandrake was Lothar was not that far behind in many cases. Mandrake smiled at Grace before he said "Nice to meet you, Grace." This caused Grace to smile before Mandrake turned his attention to Luna and Dust and said "Don't worry about the abrupt exit Dust considering what we went through that night. It's still nice to see you and Luna again."
LJ was about to ask about the whereabouts of Lothar but Kshin beat him to it as the Gumdramon asked "Hey, Mandrake. Where is Lothar? Why did he not come meet us with you and Theron?"
"Fair question and I can assure you that he is just fine. He is waiting back at father's place and, if he doesn't mind the extra company, then I'm sure Luna and Dust are welcome to come along as well as Kshin's friend, Grace." Mandrake said looking at the Jijimon known as Theron who seemed to be focused on something but before he could say anything Theron looked at him.
"Is there something wrong, Mandrake?" Theron said looking at his son and when Mandrake shook his head Theron then said "Let's all head inside. The surprise Mandrake and Lothar have is more than enough to go around I would say." Theron then turned and began to walk back toward the village leading the others toward his home.

Dust had to pause for a moment on hearing that the power keeps evil digimon away from the village, making sure they don't get in. Explains why he'd of never heard about this place from before given his history in the not niceness category. "Seems to do its job well I suppose." Without context to what he was meaning it didn't sounds too bad, sadly Luna had the context so she just patted Dust on the back real quick.
Talking about the abrupt exit Dust just nodded. "Can't expect me to be in the best mindset after something like that after all. Pulled through well enough." He was here and in that same form that haunted him from before, which would imply at least something happened if he was so willing to use this power once again.
"Yeah, takes more then that to bring us down. We'll face whatever comes our way." Luna said jokingly punching the air in front of her for a few moments, though she was still feeling tired it was nice to see she still had some energy left. She wouldn't deny feeling a tad bit awkward at the idea of intruding on something that seemed family ordinated but he didn't seem to mind so she wouldn't either.
With a shrug just mostly going alongside whatever Luna was doing Dust headed inside alongside her, probably looked a bit weird given his height in this form but at the same time it was funny so why not.

LJ looked at Luna and Dust sensing the awkwardness in the air as he observed the pair while Kshin had just clued in as well but, like LJ, said nothing. He didn't know what to say since he didn't know those two all that well. Grace, meanwhile, seemed blissfully oblivious her camera put away after introductions.
"Judging by what we all went through that night, I wouldn't blame you for feeling uncomfortable. With those nightmarish visions I wouldn't be surprised if we all are still rattled to this day at some level." Mandrake said in a calm voice that left LJ, Kshin, and Grace staring at the Wizardmon utterly puzzled.
Kshin then looked around at everyone before he said "What happened? What did we miss?" He knew if the others would discuss that night it would be up to them but his curiosity was overwhelming.
LJ looked over at Theron and judging by his posture the young Leomon X had a feeling his Jijimon grandfather was fully aware of what had happened that night as it was likely Theron had read Mandrake's mind learning what happened long before they got there.
Theron bid the group onward with his hand and began leading them back to his house though Mandrake found it strange he didn't see any of the villagers. This meant Theron had something to do with it and given how uncomfortable the concept of Beelzemon made the villagers, this was a good thing. It seemed Dust was able to enter the village so the sapphire could see he wasn't an evil being even if he may of had a rough past.
Soon they came upon Theron's home and the old Jijimon turned to them and said "Come on in everyone and don't mind all the magical items in my home. It is larger than it looks from the outside."
