Perched in a tree in the Mainframe hills a Hawkmon had taken shelter amongst the branches his curious gift to see great distances had not only allowed him to spot potential danger in the form of a Snimon and a pair of Flymon twins. Fortunately the trio of bugs that had been pursuing him had not been very observant nor were they quiet about their search and had even bellowed for him to come out of hiding. The Hawkmon snorted back a laugh at the absurdity as he had no intention of coming out and being torn up so he had to wait it out until he could make his way back into the forest.
Meanwhile Shillan, who was carrying Sylvia on his back as she rested, was walking into the plains with Takoda, who had Kima on his back. Blaster was in Kima's Xros Loader and the group had no idea what potential trouble lay someways ahead. Suddenly Takoda came to a stop with Shillan stopping seconds later. "What is it, Takoda?" Kima asked noticing the Pumamon's eyes were focused at some point ahead.
After being quiet for a moment he answered "I'm getting the same feeling I got when we made our way up to the ruins where we met Shillan. I sense something important ahead."

Sylvia rolls her shoulders as she walks behind Kima and Takoda, her face the epitome of Resting Bitch Face as she yawns. "Oh man, finally. We'll get some more action."
"Nee-san, you're still not fully healed yet from the Kuwagamon! It's only been like... 3 days." Arata protests from up above as he flies over the party.
"I get restless, okay? There's so much more interesting opponents around here than the drab, boring humans. 'Oh, you're in our turf now.' 'You didn't pay your toll for walking by our gate.' 'Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there. Whatchu gonna do about it?'" She mocks the many opponents and reasons she's fought humans, rolling her eyes. "...At least Digimon have power to back up their bluster."
A brief pause.
"...No offense, boys."
Arata sighs. His Nee-san was hopeless it seems. "You really need to learn to relax, Nee-san."
"I don't exactly have the luxury of many hobbies, besides repairing my own clothes."
"Maybe we should change that."
Sylvia rolls her eyes and giggles a little before looking at Kima.

Shillan chuckled in amusement at Sylvia's statement before he said "I like the way you think, Sylvia, but Arata has a point. Though I guess if you don't push yourself too far you should be okay if there's another fight."
Chuckles arose from Kima's group even Blaster in the general's Xros Loader as he said "Power is one thing digimon sometimes live for so sucha statement makes sense."
Seeing how tense Takoda was Kima slid carefully off his back before she said "Maybe we should check things out ahead since this could possibly be one of the remaining animal powers we're looking for. After all we haven't found the hawk or the bear yet."
"Since we don't know what else is out there we should keep our guards up just in case." Takoda said as he began walking with the group following as well.
After awhile something made Shillan speak up. "Guys I think I hear something but can't quiet make it out." Takoda's ears twitched and Shillan was right there was a faint noise ahead but what it was he couldn't tell either. "At least we have access to a handy trick for a situation such as this. Ears of the Wolf!" He then closed his eyes and focused as his sense of hearing soon picked up on buzzing wings so multiple insect digimon perhaps. There was also yelling though most of it was stupid and nonsensical. Opening his eyes he said "I heard the buzzing of insect wings as well as some yelling ahead. Whoever is making that racket sure doesn't sound happy though."
If that wasn't more of an excuse to be cautious then Kima didn't know what else was as Takoda had began moving again but on high alert. Meanwhile in the tree the Hawkmon noticed the trio of bugs was moving away but were not far enough for him to safely make a move. Deciding to get a better look he softly said "Eyes of the Hawk!" Looking around for a bit he soon saw something worrying as he noticed two humans and three digimon heading in his direction and the red feline looked as if he was heading that way with a purpose. Not good. If that trio of goons made a pass anytime soon then this group would be walking into a potential attack. Now this complicated things more for the small hawk digimon.

Sylvia shrugs as she pets Shillan before cracking her knuckles. "Well, should we armor up?"
"...Nee-san, you know if they fly, you're not gonna be able to punch them?"
"Well then, uh... Well, what if I just tried charging Digisoul without using the egg? Maybe you'll be a bigger bug I can ride on."
Arata considers this before shrugging as he nyooms up into the air to get a better look around. Off in the distance, he can see three faint shapes in the air. He moves down again to the rest of the party. "Confirmed, three targets up ahead. Not sure WHAT they are cause they're so far away still, but they aren't flying like birds. Bet that's the buzz." He reports.
"...Damn, so they are flying." Sylvia sighs gently and looks at her fist for a moment. "...Eh, it's fine. We'll armor up as we get closer. Or if they come to us." She flips out her Digivice. "Digimental, Realize." And in a burst of yellow sparks comes the Digimental, which she then tucks under her arm, ready to go.

Between Arata and Shillan both confirming flying digimon Kima got uneasy. Sure she could form a Digi Xros if there was trouble but with which two digimon was the trick. Figuring she could cross that bridge when and if they came to it she continued to move on with the group.
After awhile they saw a tree and both Takoda and Shillan caught the scent of a digimon taking shelter amongst the branches so likely hiding. Yet with three flying digimon around who could blame the stranger but before anyone could say anything a voice called out from the tree. "Please leave here before those three return. If they get back here I'm not strong enough to fend them off but I am willing to hold them off if I have to so your group can escape." Though the voice sounded calm that was definitely not the case as Hawkmon was scared out of his mind.
Before anyone could say anything the sound of buzzing was heard and it was intense as Snimon and the two Flymon came into sight looking down at the group and laughing loudly before Snimon stared them down and said "Well. Well. Look what we have here boys. Two humans and a group of rookies." The Flymon twins began laughing and Shillan, not taking kindly to that began to growl.
"Upload Ballistamon! Blaster we could use your help now." Kima said nervously fiddling with the Xros Loader as Blaster made his appearance but neither Snimon nor Flymon were very impressed only more amused.

Sylvia looks unimpressed by the Hawkmon's plea for them to flee. "...Kid, I want a fight." She says plainly.
Luckily, the Snimon and his cronies appear above them and Sylvia looks up at the bugs. "...Hey. You guys just being punks, or being outright malicious?" She asks, before holding out her Digimental. "Doesn't matter, I'm still gonna kick your asses anyway."
She holds up her Digivice, and the screen flashes "Armor Evolution." She grins. "Digi-Armor, Energize!" She holds out the Digimental in her other hand, forcing Digisoul into it before it explodes into soul that rushes up her arm. She forces it back into her hand. "Digisoul, Charge!"
Arata glows. "FanBeemon, Armor Digivolve to!"
"Honeybeemon!" The human sized be then flits around. "Have at you, punks."
"Arata, take the wasp looking ones."
"Yes, Nee-san!" The Honeybeemon zips to the side and grins. "Sweet Spray!" As he aims his arm and fires the cloud of pink at the two Flymon.
Sylvia then cracks her knuckles. "So, kama-boy. Think you can take on this human?" She asks as her Digisoul surges over her hands... and surprisingly, faintly extends around her whole body.

Sweet Spray - He shoots a cloud of thick, sweet smelling vapor at a target. If it’s inhaled, the enemy becomes a bit woozy and starts seeing double, reducing their accuracy by 30%. The cloud sticks around for two turns. If an enemy doesn’t need to breathe air, they are immune to this attack. [Cooldown - Two turns]

Hawkmon bristled at being called a kid by Sylvia but kept it cool as he said "Just because I can't reach champion doesn't mean I'm a kid. I'm easily as strong as any of the digimon near you as I am a rookie digimon myself. I just don't want anyone hurt for what has become my problem."
Now that the trio were back it seemed Hawkmon's efforts to encourage them to leave were pointless. That and Sylvia was determined to stay and fight. What was with that human? That and when Ballistamon appeared Hawkmon didn't feel more comfortable with the prospect even though a potential Xros could form.
As Arata launched his attack the Flymon made a move to get away from the attack. "No yah don't you pest. Proton Burst!" Shillan said before he opened his mouth unleashing a powerful burst of energy catching one of the Flymon off guard and tumbling through the vapor that was Arata's Sweet Spray. The Flymon coughed as he breathed in the vapors causing his vision to become double but tried to shake it off as he flew towards what was hopefully the Honeybeemon.
Snimon sneered down at Sylvia and said "You have guts, human, but that alone won't help you when I cut you in two." He then dove towards Sylvia sickle arms at the ready.
Hawkmon couldn't sit by and do nothing anymore and left the safety of the tree heading for Snimon while the other Flymon fluttered about looking at the others waiting for an opening to strike. "Pecking Beak!" Hawkmon said as he began pecking at Snimon's head like a woodpecker which halted him right before he reached Sylvia and swatted Hawkmon aside knocking him to the ground next to Blaster. "I couldn't just stand by and do nothing. I wish I could do more to help but I'm not strong enough." Hawkmon said though it was a blow to his pride to admit it. Blaster knelt down to check on Hawkmon while Takoda and Shillan took a defensive stance so the Flymon couldn't find an opening so easily.

Sylvia smirks. "Oh stop talking down about yourself, get back up, and fight." Sylvia says with a grin. "You just saved me from taking a blow. Brains usually beat brawn." She then surges forward and jumps up to try and deck Snimon right in the smug face.
...Seemingly forgetting, that he can just fly further back and cause her to fail to land the hit... and probably end up stumbling to the ground not making the contact she expected to make. So much for brain over brawn, huh?
While Arata moves up and over from the dazed out Flymon, he then turns around and aims his claws. "Stinging Slash!" He claws suddenly flash with a green sheen and he spins at his chosen target, slicing at the wasp-like 'mon and forcing it to endure the burning sensation of his venom... Then for good measure, he punches the Flymon in the face. He was right there, might as well abuse the opening.

Hawkmon groaned and pushed himself into a standing position glaring at Sylvia before he shook his head and said "You have a point no matter how obnoxious you were as you made it." When Sylvia lept at Snimon after her statement about brains beating brawn Hawkmon gaped in shock as the older girl seemed to forget those words spoken mere seconds ago. Fortunately Snimon didn't fly away and even got clocked in the head causing Snimon to charge energy into the blades on his arms.
Seeing this was spiraling rapidly out of control Kima looked to Hawkmon and Blaster before she said "I know you want to help but I have a way we can match numbers and have three champion forms in action. That is if you would be willing to join my army Hawkmon."
As Hawkmon thought it over the Flymon that wasn't getting pounded on by Arata began diving to aid his twin. "While I never thought of joining a Xros General before I want to be strong enough to help those who need it. Count me in."
Nodding Kima then said "Pumamon! Sangloupmon! Digi Xros!"
Takoda and Shillan then began to transform into one digimon and when the process was finished he said "Fangmon!" Fangmon then dashed for Snimon knocking the mantis off balance his blades ceasing to glow before he stood near Sylvia and said "Go on, Sylvia, I'll make sure this guy keeps the fight fair." Fangmon had a smile resembling the one Shillan had when Sylvia challanged him to a fight when they first met.
"Hawkmon! Ballistamon! Digi Xros!" Kima then said as Blaster and Hawkmon began transforming next.
When it ended a red bee like insect was now visible before her eyes as the new form said "FlyBeemon!" FlyBeemon was speaking in Hawkmon's voice but spoke with Blaster's inflections. Then FlyBeemon flew over to the diving Flymon cutting infront of him causing the other champion to back up to avoid crashing into him. "Gotta get through me first so tell me friend, ya wanna bumble with this bee?"
Meanwhile the Flymon being attacked by Arata fluttered back and rose his stinger before diving while swinging it around hoping to make contact with the Honeybeemon driven mad from pain which made him possibly more dangerous.

Sylvia grins as she makes nice, solid contact with the Snimon. She then steps back a bit and raises her arms. "Just a tip, Hawkmon. I tend to be obnoxious." She giggles, and moves to the side to try and punch at least one of Snimon's sickle arms off its intended alignment in an effort to weaken the upcoming attack!
While Honeybeemon zips to the side. "Paralyze Sting!" He shouts as he attempts to stab the Flymon in the body and knock him tumbling to the floor with paralysis. Best to keep him disabled for now. Though, the Sweet Spray cloud fades away now, freeing the Flymon from his double vision... Whether or not it can make an attack quickly before the paralysis sets in is another matter though.
"...Hey, that's more something like I should say! Since... you know, I'm a honey bee! and they're kinda like bumble bees!" Arata then says, looking almost offended mid combat!

Fangmon smirked as if daring Snimon to try another dirty trick with him around. Snimon moved to slash at Sylvia while she was able to deflect the bladed arm. Yes this human was obnoxious so no more being gentle. Opening his wings he flew forward lashing out with a kick intending to punt Sylvia like a football. If successful not only would it hurt but likely send her flying.
The Flymon regained his normal vision as Arata made a move to sting him and he used his large stinger to parry the blow. Though slowed by injuries it seemed this bug still had plenty of fight in him.
"Stay focused, little bug, this fight is far from over." FlyBeemon said surprised at the words as he didn't know any of them but it felt right to say. So he shook it off as a side effect of the Digi Xros. His wings began to charge with electricity as they vibrated and the energy passed into his stinger before he said "Lightning Sting!" Electricity flew from FlyBeemon's stinger hitting the Flymon he was infront of with electricity right in the other insect digimon's large stinger causing Flymon to cry out as the charge traveled up his body.
OOC:
FlyBeemon uses Lightning Sting.
Lightning Sting: Charging electricity into his wings by vibrating them and the energy flows into his stinger before he aims and fires lighting at an opponent.

Oh yes, the Snimon's kick would make contact, and it would send her flying. But it doesn't seem to cause her undo harm as bright shards of Digisoul explode into the air. She lands on her feet and skids, gasping a little at the sudden drain on her stamina. What was that?! She looks down at herself for a moment before smirking as she rushes forward again, under FlyBeemon's Lightning Sting so she can hit Snimon in the stomach.
While Arata grits his teeth a bit. "Fine, you wanna keep going?" He aims at Snimon as well, stinger glowing blue. "BEE LASER!" He shouts as he fires it at the Snimon in an attempt to finish him off to make the Flymon no longer have a leader really to boss them around.
...And yet that leaves Arata open to an attack that might make use of just how much fatigue that attack induces...

Noticing that Sylvia was running out of juice Fangmon's eyes started glowing. This fight had to be wrapped up as fast as possible because who knew how long the older girl would last before burning herself out. "Guardian Laser!" Fangmon called out emerald lasers shooting from his eyes catching Snimon off balance sending the trio's leader lurching forward his blades getting stuck in the dirt.
Both Sylvia's punch and Arata's Bee Laser hit their marks. The Bee Laser struck Snimon in the chest sending the large bug tumbling backwards groaning in pain. Seeing Snimon topple the Flymon twins took that as their cue to flee and made themselves scarce surprisingly fast considering their injuries. Snimon groaned and gasped "Wait you cowards. Get back here and fight!"
"It seems your orders have fallen on deaf ears, Snimon. Funny how you were so tough when you only had rookies and humans to bully with the aide of your goons. Now you're all alone, Snimon, and we're not so easy to bully anymore." Fangmon said though Kima still was staying away from the large mantis still understandably scared he would lunge at them but her partners were at a distance to prevent that as Snimon would have to get up to do so.
OOC:
Fangmon uses Guardian Laser.
Guardian Laser: Shoots emerald colored beams from his eyes.

Sylvia then struts up to the Snimon knocked over before leaning down. "...So. You've got two choices... 'Snimon.'" She says his name with a sneer. "You can go ahead and run away, trying to swing your weight around the next set of cowards who fail to stand up to your shit. Or you raise your sickles again, and see what it feels like to get hit with three Champion attacks at the same time, and a human punching your face into the damn dirt... and be forced to let everyone know how a human helped kick your sorry abdomen directly, rather than just hiding behind a Digimon. Ne?"
Sylvia does her best to exude an aura of menacing, and seems to do a decent job of it... The ゴゴゴゴ can almost be seen rising off of her as she glares daggers into the downed Champion bug, Digisoul infused fist raised.
Arata settles into place behind her, filling the role of a Stand to complete the look as well.

Neither choice appealed to Snimon if he were to be honest with himself but what else could he do as he was outnumbered three champions to one? Gritting his teeth he then said "Fine you win. I'll go." He then groaned and after quite a bit of effort he began to push himself up to his feet stewing in rage at having to admit defeat.
Fangmon was wary as he felt that Snimon was giving up to easily and nodded up at FlyBeemon who moved to Kima keeping close to the teen girl while Fangmon stayed near Sylvia and Arata. It seemed as if Fangmon's instincts were right on the money as Snimon took to the air he grinned maliciously before spinning around facing Arata and Sylvia as he roared "You won't live to gloat about defeating me human! Twin Sickles!" His scythes glowed a deep crimson before he slashed out toward Sylvia, Arata, and Fangmon sending to crimson blades of energy at the three of them.
OOC:
Oh no Snimon pulls off a sneak attack using his Twin Sickles.
Twin Sickles: The blades on his arms glow crimson before he slices the air sending twin blades of energy arcing toward up to two opponents. (Cooldown 1 post)
