Yoyogi Park: "So there I was..." (closed)

"Vampirism? No, Digivolution consumes nothing but the stamina of the Digimon depending on how far along your Digivolving them and their growth rate. I said both of your emotional states could have triggered the evolution, like a byproduct." Kai clarified as she could tell Takiyo might have misinterpreted what she meant when she spokek of emotions triggering an evolution. She would start to look back over at Yoshihiro as she could see he was getting ahead of himself.

"As for you Yoshihiro, shame on you. As a Digimon you should know better then to judge a Digimon's age by their form. Digimon get reborn frequently, he could be a master beyond your skill starting over a new life for all you know. Tera died seventeen times before she got to me, boy Darwin must've been trembling in his grave at that one." She said before there was muffled grunting coming from her Xros Loader on her wrist, Kai merely held the device against her him so the speaker would be muffled as well. She could tell Tera was listening in on the conversation.

However she returned her focus to the new tamers. "You'll have to ask Ryuji and Yoshihiro for more information, since I'm not like you two, mine and all my partners emotions don't really matter for much. But from what I know, the tamer and partner's strength of character gets channeled through your Digivices, which sparks the potential for Digivolution." She said as she would be honest as she barely knew much about it. If there was any Digivolution among her Digimon, it was the limited capacity everyone was already capable of before they would be able to join her.

"All Digimon Human relationships have a lot of work involved, but there's always somethingspecial about each. No one knows who creates the pairings, some can figure out a few reasons why after some time. Regardless of the name assigned, whatever picks them is on par with a God, or perhaps surpassing one, which is another reason to keep the Digital World a secret from the human populace, as imagine what would happen if word got out there are people blessed by a god walking about?" She explained a bit further as she was trying to drive in that there would be consequences to telling the generic public aside from the covert dangers of Digimon in this world.

And some shots of Taki arguing with his Digimon, annnd...wait huh? "Whoa, so they get reincarnated?! Ooooh, I wonder if my Digimon used to be some Digimon princess!"

"I seriously doubt it, Ms. Arika."

"Not with that attitude!" But for once, she agrees with Taki. Probably can't keep that pink ball around, what with that pride of his. And sure, his mom likes weird things, but she can't say the same about Taki's dad. And her parents wouldn't let Arika keep some goldfish, much less some alien pets. She is not going to let them ruin this incredible experience! Especially going to this Digital World. She just gotta see it!

But first, they gotta find a way to hide such a big mouth of a Digimon.

"Hey, if you don't want to stay in his bag, then I don't blame you. Who knows what he puts in there," she smirked.

"Normal stuff compared to the junk you put in," he scowled.

"Normal, you say," she scoffed. "I'd say just have him pretend to be a toy, but he's giving me the vibes that he doesn't like to stay in one place."

"You got it, human!"

"Well Tera was alive and already had 17 previous lives before she got to me, and apparently at her last life my Xros Loader came with her in the egg. Babamon held onto it and somehow foresaw my arrival with her oracle power and held onto it, even modifying it for me. So she had Tera's last job as a courier be to deliver the Digivice." Kai said as she recalled the story of how she might her core partner when Ryuji and Yoshihiro recounted their own of how they met, and the origins of their mysterious device.

She could clearly see that space was going to be an issue for concealing the Koromon as she watched the newer tamers and their Digimon partners. She would open her shoulder bag and reached inside, before pulling out a scrunched up large plastic bag. to offer Takiya to conceal the Koromon. "I'd open a portal for you, but my own Digiport function on my Digivice is limited to me only. However, if you take the back streets you should be able to make it to the station if your partner can cooperate and your careful, might be easier if he returns to his baby form. I recommend the station one, as that always leads to Terminus." She explained a bit more before she would go into detail regarding the entrances into the Digital World.

"I recommend going as soon as you can if only to acquire a Holosuit or DRM. Don't worry about being late at home, time in the Digital World flows slower then here, a day here is about five days there." She explained again as she had a feeling that without some form of aid, that Takiya's new partner might get discovered more easily then Nazz in the human world.

Arika Ozaki

"Past lives?" Picking up her Digimon to hold her in front of her, "Did you have any past lives...that you remember?"

The raccoon-head Digimon shook her...well...body. "I...don't think I do."

Well, that sounds like a mystery to investigate, but maybe she'll have to go to the Digital World and find out what it's all about. But this is so exciting! Venturing to an alien world...called the Digital World. Why does she feel like this is gonna be like that movie where the inside of the internet looks like a bad neon world? Eh, that movie doesn't have cute and cuddly creatures like Kopurimon...which sounds like a species name...

"I really gotta find a name for you, but I'll figure that out later." Oh, she hopes that this place is in need for reporters with star-tier potential.

Stuffing her Digimon in her bag, she glanced at the older kids, "Uh, thanks for the 411. See ya at the Digital World!" And she hurried after Taki.

"It's impolite to talk about a ladies age, even if that lady is a Digimon." Kai said as she detached her Xros Loader from her wrist, putting it away in her blazer's inner pocket now that she knew there was no need for it. However as she saw the new tamers walk off, she had a bad feeling. Taking her notepad out of her pocket, she flawlessly wrote down two sets of numbers, one parked off by the pound sign, and another was Digi-FM radio channel rarely used. Kai would catch up to Arika.

"Take this." She said as she would hand the folded piece of paper over to Arika. "My phone number and a Digi-FM channel you can reach me at any time you need. Such as if you run into troubles leading a double life regarding Digimon in either world." She said as she would rather be troubled trying to stop something from going horribly wrong then to have it on her conscience when she could have intervened.

After doing so she would walk of and start to head home, seeing the remaining two boys already leaving.

Takiyo Hirota

Okay, he's a little excited to go to some alien world, which could very well be very dangerous, and he's afraid to watch B-rated horror films or ride on even simple roller coasters. Well, maybe this place would bring a little excitement to his mundane life, and he could figure out what to do with this rude little guy. And he can exploit the whole time-thing, like doing his homework there and having loads of time back home to goof off and stuff. And maybe use it for other stuff that he can't think of right now. If a day here equals five days there, then how long is, say, an hour or-

"Huh?" And then he heard Arika calling him, something about a phone number. "...a phone number? What for?"

"So we can call that girl if we're ever in trouble."

Taking the number, "Oh, that makes sense." Taking out his phone, he copied the number down, "...alright. Now let's go!!" And he hurried off.
