"Any luck with the Bio-Hybrid situation yet?" Johan Walker asked his companion Zero the AppHackmon as he approached the little hacker dragon on the Operations floor of AEGIS HQ. It had been some time since their first attack in the Binary Archipelago, and there have been more attacks since then. Thankfully, there were those who were able to fend them off, but the attacks were still coming and getting harder to combat. They needed some sort of answer, and quick. "Not since the last time you asked me half an hour ago, Johan," Zero said in an annoyed tone of voice. "Whenever they poke their heads out, they retreat back to their holes too fast. They're good at covering their tracks. Without some sort of way to track their unique signature, I really don't know what else we can do." "Damn it..." Johan growled. "It's been who knows how long and we're still no closer to finding the bastards!" "Johan, perhaps it is best that you calm down for the time being," said Johan's Digimon partner, Dokamon. "The stress of finding the Bio-Hybrids appears to be getting to you. A nice rest will surely un-fog your mind." "Dokamon... these things are killing innocent Digimon. Innocent people are getting involved, I can't just sit here while all of that is still going on." "It is admirable that you wish to help, but you are only human. What you have done so far is admirable in its own right. We will find the Bio-Hybrids and stop them before they do more harm, but you need to cease with the over-thinking and cool down." "Guys, something big just appeared on Tamernet," Zero suddenly said as he began pulling up the video onto the Operations floor's screens. The video featured static as a background, with a very, VERY creepy vaguely human-esque 3D model head in the center, intercepted with brief footage of various real world "sightings" of Digimon plus Digimon footage from the Digital World. A heavily modified voice narrated the whole thing...
"The time for secrets is over, DigiDestined. Digital Monsters are invaders to our world, and they are beyond dangerous. They possess power that surpasses what humans are capable of... WERE capable of. And it is only a matter of time before they use that power against us. We should not be keeping them a secret from the public. We as a species deserve to know what is out there, and how to defend ourselves. As none of you are eager for this task, I shall complete it myself. I invite anyone who is willing to the old Z-Tec building rooftop today to witness a momentous moment in human history."
"Do not resist us. We are here to improve humanity, to improve our planet Earth. We... are BIO."
Johan felt like he was going to be sick after watching that. The first time these sickos were calling the good guys out, and it was to announce that they were going to blow the whole lid on the Digimon secret?
"What do you suggest we do, sir?" Dokamon asked.
Needing a quick plan of action, Johan reached for his earpiece and called two agents he trusted the most. "Speed, Psych, this is Agent Walker. I need you both at the Z-Tec building rooftop, stat. Code red, I repeat, code red!"
"Contacting various other confirmed Digimon-involved individuals in the area," Zero announced as he sent a mass message through Tamernet to anyone that was in the area at all, informing them of the situation as well as a link to the video.
"Whatever may happen, we have to stop them from revealing Digimon to the public at all costs!"

"'Stop them from revealing Digimon at all costs?' Is this really something we need to butt our heads into, Ceci?" Belle pondered out loud as she and Cecilia made their way toward the specified building.
After Cecilia had seen the mass message on Tamernet, she had immediately gone and told her father about it. It didn't take much convincing on her part to get Octavio to agree that this whole situation sounded very fishy, so the team would go and figure out what was going on.
Hence why Belle and Cecilia, the only members of the Xros Army with holosuits, found themselves in front of the abandoned Z-Corp building with the rest of their teammates stored away in the group's Xros Loader.
"Come on, Belle. You know this could be a perfect situation for EM Rider Hachi to finally make her public debut!" Cecilia pleaded, giving the disguised Tinkermon her best puppy dog eyes. "Plus, this could be a good chance to beat up some bad guys! I know you love that!"
"Alright, fine. Just stop staring at me like a kicked puppy!" Belle conceded. Figuring it'd be quicker to fly their way into the building, Belle quickly ducked into a nearby ally with Cecilia and dropped her holosuit. She then grabbed her friend and flew them up onto the building's roof.
However, it seemed like they weren't the first ones there, as they could clearly see a man accompanied by a Stingmon already having arrived. The two friends quickly made their way behind some ductwork for the building's ventilation system, hoping to avoid being spotted by the unknown duo until they figured out whos these people were.

For some reason, Johan's last sentence was made known to the others who were about to get involved with the SOS message, which was just as astounding as it was confusing since it wasn't supposed to be heard by anyone else besides those at AEGIS HQ with him at that moment.
Jokes aside however, both groups would find themselves on top of the old and soon-to-be abandoned Z-Tec building. Zack and Marigold would get there first, followed by Belle and Cecilia hiding behind a ventilation duct so that the others couldn't see them. The sky was also pretty cloudy, giving the entire place a very dark atmosphere, It also would not take long for one particular set of twins to arrive: Speed and Psych.
Of course, the two of them had some pretty rocky history with Zack and Marigold. So when they arrived and only saw those two... well, awkward would've been underselling how that moment felt. "Oh, you've gotta be kidding me right now..." Speed groaned as soon as he realized who was there. "Zack and Marigold... of course you two had to show up."
Normally, Psych would've told Speed to play nice with them. But after their last encounter, Psych especially had a bad relationship with Zack and Marigold. After he had been freed from the HDL Virus, Psych was very close to dropping Niku Zaan out the window in a fit of post-cure rage. The only reason he hadn't gone through with it was thanks to Psych reading Zaan's mind beforehand, finding out that his memories were fabricated. Zack hadn't liked that very much though, thanks to his Lawful Good nature, and well... things just got bad between him and Psych from there. Needless to say, Psych had nothing to say to Zack, and he was sure Zack felt the same way.
This bad reunion wouldn't last long. The next thing anyone would notice was the giant machine that looked like it came from the 31st century, as it definitely had some Digi-tech involved. It was like a capsule with a spinning top, a bunch of wires coming from it all connected to a separate super computer. At that computer would be none other than Bio-Knowledge himself, Harry Hughes.
"Well well well... I got some observers for a big moment in history after all," Harry said with a chuckle. "Humans and Digimon alike. I can promise you, all of you, that it'll be quite the spectacle."
"What in Homeostasis is this thing...?" Speed asked, looking at the machine with awe.
"It doesn't matter what it is; he's merely a human, and this machine could be dangerous. We must disable it somehow."
"Like hell you are! I'm not letting a bunch of kids get in the way and stop me from getting the recognition I deserve!"

"Okay, here's the plan. I'm gonna let Dad out of the Xros Loader and we'll try to talk this guy out of whatever he's planning. You stay here with the Xros Loader, and send Soundwave or Tartar to disable whatever that machine is if diplomacy doesn't work." Cecilia quietly whispered to Belle from their hiding spot. She knew that their comrades in the Xros Loader could hear them, so she wouldn't have to repeat the plan to them.
"Alright, we'll try it your way." Belle agreed. With their plan made, Cecilia quietly released Octavio and handed the Xros Loader to Belle before she and the ShogunOctomon steeped out of hiding.
"Whoa, whoa, people. Let's try and talk things out first instead of leaping straight to violence, okay? Nice Kamen Rider look, by the way. Glad to see another tokusatsu fan." Cecilia called out placatingly, trying to defuse the tension. The Kamen Rider part was obviously aimed at Zack, of course. "Can someone fill me in on what exactly's happening here, by any chance? Because I have no idea what that thing over there is meant to do."
Smooth, Sweetheart. Octavio though to himself with a grimace. Maybe he should sign his daughter up for acting lessons after this mess was over...
Meanwhile, Belle would also quietly release Soundwave, who would activate his invisibility and stealthily make his way over to the unknown machine. Sensing Psyche's presence as a fellow telepath, the Ballistamon would send Psyche a quick message to let him know that he was on their side. ATTEMPTING STEALTH ROUTINE TO DISABLE UNKNOWN DEVICE IF NECESSARY. I AM NOT YOUR ENEMY. Cecilia does a thing, while Soundwave tries to be all sneaky-like.
Soundwave cooldowns: -Telepathy (passive): Soundwave is a natural telepath, allowing him to silently communicate with allies, as well as potentially dodge an incoming attack after reading an enemy's mind (The dodging function has an internal 2 post cooldown). -Optical Camouflage: Soundwave uses holographic technology to render himself completely invisible for up to two turns, although the invisibility will be broken if he attacks or takes damage. 2 post CD. Harry smirked when Marigold made her unfair and ultimately hurtful comment towards Psych. "Ah yes, I know what happened here. Niku Zaan created the HDL virus and infected Psych with it, leaving him as his perfect mindless puppet for who knows how many months and separated him from his family. Of course the first thing one would naturally do after being free from a situation like that is to get revenge on the one that caused him so much pain. We're a lot alike, me and Psych."
"How did you...?" Psych asked, surprised that this random human knew so much about what had happened. He shook his head and growled. "That's heresy... I am nothing like you."
"Oh, but you are. Don't try to deny it. We both made one tiny small human error for the greater good, and because of it our lives will never be the same, because now people look at you as if you're a supervillain, and nothing you do to redeem yourself will change that viewpoint. Even those you call friends at AEGIS look at you differently because of it, don't they? That doesn't seem fair, does it? I'm surprised you're not trying to help me with my goal."
After the new Kamen-Rider like girl joined the fight, Zack then announced to Bio-Knowledge to step away from the computer, saying he'd hate to smash it into pieces. "Everyone wants to play Kamen Rider, don't they?" Bio-Knowledge asked with a slight chuckle, before his expression grew more confident. "But go ahead... try and destroy my machine, if you'd like."
"Don't mind if I do," Speed said before dashing towards the machine at full speed. But right as he made collision with it, a light blue hexagon-paneled force field made itself known before blasting Speed back with the same amount of force he applied. "AUGH, dammit...!"
"What the hell-?!"
"Impressive, huh? It's a kinetic force field. Strike it as hard as you can, and it'll return the blow with equal power. It's impenetrable!"
Psych then heard another voice in his head. It sounded a lot like a robots, explaining that they were trying to disable the device. Psych simply assumed that they were with the new female Kamen Rider-like Digimon that showed up. Try to find a power source of some kind. This device uses technology unlike anything I've ever seen from the human world. If we shut down the force field, we can destroy the device with all our might.
Zack tried to taunt the Bio-Hybrid more, asking if he was going to monologue about being smart then send some big old monster at them. To that, Bio-Knowledge had to laugh. "No... I found that relying on others is much less effective than doing something by yourself." Harry then pulled out his Digivice from the harness on his left arm, charging his body with DigiSoul energy before transferring it to the Digivice.
"Bio-Hybrid DNA Charge! Bio-Hybrid Digivolve to... BioKabuterimon."
Just like that, the human in front of the group had morphed into an insect-like Digimon with a blue and black body and a red helmet. The actual evolution itself was also grotesque, as it wasn't a clean magic glowing situation: the group could actually see his body change into its Digimon form in real time, much like the covers of the "Animorphs" books.
"A Bio-Hybrid..."
Back at AEGIS HQ, Johan, Dokamon, Zero and any other agents there at the time had their jaws drop when they saw what Zero's drone had been broadcasting to them.
"To imagine we would find a Bio-Hybrid this soon..." Dokamon commented. "And one of the Trio members, at that."
"Zero, try to hack into that machine Bio-Knowledge has with him, find out what it does," Johan ordered his mercenary.
"Already on it," Zero confirmed as he typed away at his computer. He would be using his tiny drone to hack into the machine's mainframe to see what this device actually does, but it would take some time...

While everyone was talking, Belle finished releasing Soundblaster , Laserbeak, and Tartar from the team's Xros Loader, just in time to witness Speed's attack revealing the force field around the machine, as well as Bio-Knowledge's grotesque transformation.
"Forcibly combining a human and a Digimon?" Tartar murmured in disbelief. "This is an abomination against all science."
Meanwhile, Cecilia was annoyed that her attempts to avoid a direct fight had been completely ignored, before simply shrugging it off and deactivating her holosuit. "Well, I tried. Form up, guys!"
With that signal, Belle, Tartar, Laserbeak, and Soundblaster darted over to join Cecilia and Octavio, where Belle quickly tossed the red Xros Loader into Octavio's waiting tentacles. Soundwave, however, chose to remain invisible a bit longer and try to track down the machine's power source by searching the rooftop for any visible wires or cables.
"Alright, Tartar, Soundblaster? You two try and see if you can get through that shield directly. Belle and Cecilia, focus on the big guy. Laserbeak? Help Cecilia and Belle by drawing the enemy's attention, meaning you need to do what you do best." Octavio ordered, before the group broke up, with Tartar and Soundblaster Xrosing into AtlurBallistamon and Belle and Cecilia forming Kazemon.
Laserbeak gave his best smirk as he flew off to distract Bio-Knowledge by firing off some missiles at him while Kazemon simultaneously fired off a Hurricane Wave from her fingertips at the Bio-Hybrid.
While those two drew Bio-Knowledge's attention, AtlurBallistamon went to the shielded machine and began examining it.
Hm, the shield reflects sudden impacts bask at the attacker, but how does it react to a constant, slow pressure? The mechanical beetle pondered. He pressed his fingers against the shield, gently at first, and slowly increased the pressure of his grip to see if he could force his fingers through the barrier and force open a gap wide enough to snake a hacking tendril through. That way he could hack the machine the same way Zero was attempting to with his drone. If it worked, they'd potentially be able to triple the speed of the hacking process with three brains devoted to the task. 2 post CD. (Duration: 1/2)
Laserbeak: -Aerial Scout (passive): boosts evasion by 30% while flying. -Missile Launch: Laserbeak launches a pair of missiles at the foe from his wings. 1 post cooldown. (0/1)
Kazemon: -Acrobatics (passive): Fairymon is quite a nimble fighter, capable of pulling off great gymnastic feats to increase her evasive ability by 30%. -Hurricane Wave: Fairymon launches a powerful stream of wind from her fingertips. 1 post CD. (0/1)
AtlurBallistamon: -Electromagnetic Armor (passive): increases defense by 50%, lowers speed by 20%.

"If you truly believed that, you wouldn't be referring to him as a 'Dark Phoenix' now, would you?" Bio-Knowledge said, a sly look on his face. "Those who love him view him the same way... even his twin brother, I imagine. It doesn't matter what a person or Digimon was before; once they're seen as a villain, mistake or not, there is no going back. And deep down, I know Psych here knows that as well. Second chances don't exist. What I'm wondering is why he doesn't just embrace who he is?"
It was universally agreed that the actual evolution of Bio-Knowledge to BioKabuterimon was very, very disturbing. Most Digimon evolved in a more natural process, but this Bio Hybrid's evolution was much more grotesque than that. Didn't matter, however; the group was still just as willing to take him down. Marigold went for a basic attack while the Xros Army had their newly-formed AtlurBallistamon and Fairymon send ranged attacks towards the big insect's way. And thanks to AtlurBallistamon's help, the group would be finding out what this machine was going to do real soon!
Marigold's attack would bounce right off of him, and while the two ranged attacks did damage Bio-Knowledge slightly, he didn't show it. "Heheheh... can't you do better than that?"
"I'll show you better!" Speed yelled as he dashed right up to the Bio-Hybrid. But as if he predicted Speed's moves, the Bio-Hybrid caught hold of the Speedramon with three of his four arms, while he pulled out a small silver capsule with his fourth arm.
"You're getting way too annoying," Bio-Knowledge growled as Speed struggled to get free. The bug brought the capsule up to his prey and pressed a button, covering Speed with a bright light. When that light dissipated, Speed had been transformed...
Transformed into a stone statue of himself.
"No...!"
"Kokatorimon data... I knew it would come in handy with you," Bio-Knowledge told the lifeless Speed before he tossed the stone drake aside, miraculously not even cracking him. Psych hovered over in a panic to his now petrified twin brother, kneeling down beside him. The Psychdramon was mentally willing himself to not let any tears fall.
"You petrified my brother... you... you..."
"It's nothing personal, kid. But he was asking for it. I can still revive him... but only if you join me. Together, nothing can stop us from truly uniting the two worlds, to stop the government from covering you all up!"
"You're insane if you think I would join you after what you did to my brother."
"And what are you going to do? Kill me? Prove those who you are trying to redeem yourself to correct? That doesn't sound like a very smart idea, my friend... why ally yourself with a society that's already deemed you as criminally insane? If you stand by me... we can become triumphant as heroes, and wipe away the villainous mark on our records."

Despite Soundwave's best efforts to locate any exposed cables leading to the machine, his search was proving to be unsuccessful. With is optical camouflage about to run out, the telepathic Ballistamon could only think of one possible way to cut the power supply to the unknown machine: cause a power surge and trip the building's circuit breakers. And he could only think of one way to do that, unfortunately. Soundwave dropped his invisibility as he forced his way through the roof's access door and charged downstairs. After a few minutes of frantic searching, he found an electrical outlet and physically ripped the outlet's cover plate off. The Ballistamon paused for a moment, before sending his partner a quick telepathic message (although Psych could potentially "overhear" it as well). FORGIVE ME, LASERBEAK.Soundwave would then forcefully tear out the outlet's exposed wires while opening his chest compartment and jamming the wires straight into his core. The Ballistamon screamed in agony as the electricity surged through his entire body, with a distinct *pop* indicating that the power surge had successfully tripped the building's breaker box, plunging the entire building into darkness. The fried Ballistamon's last thoughts as his consciousness faded into the darkness was that he hoped this would help his comrades stop whatever Bio-Knowledge was planning. "[Wait.. what are you doing, Bos-AAAGGGHH]" Laserbeak cried out, first in horror, then in pain as he felt Soundwave's electrocution through their bond. "[No... nonononoNO!]"The Laserichmon's visceral reaction to his partner's sacrifice, combined with the sight of Speed's petrification, was the last straw for Octavio. "If you're all so worried about Psych potentially taking a life and becoming a monster, then don't be. You see, my crew and I? We're soldiers, not heroes. And that means that at the end of the day we have no qualms about taking a life if we have to. Especially for monsters like you, Bio-whatever. So you have two choices, Bug Boy. Surrender now and stop this madness, or we'll stop it for you. Even if we have to do it over your cold. Lifeless. Body."With his bold declaration said, Octavio held out his Xros Loader. " AtlurBallistamon? Forget the shield. Laserbeak? Let's waste this overgrown cockroach. Digi-Xros X3!"Once the command was given, the two specified Digimon nodded as AtlurBallistamon opened a hole in his chest, prompting LAserbeak to transform into a cassette and slot inside. Once docked, AtlurBallistamon's body would then begin to visibly transform, legs and arms shifting around and transforming into treads and gatling guns as the upgraded X3 Digimon revealed itself. "Bio-Kabuterimon? Meet MetalKabuterimon!"
Soundwave electrocutes himself, and is unconscious. AtlurBallistamon and Laserichmon Xros together to form MetalKabuterimon, who is out for blood now. Soundwave cooldowns: -Optical Camouflage: CD: 0/2 Laserbeak: -Missile Launch: Laserbeak launches a pair of missiles at the foe from his wings. 1 post cooldown. (1/1) Kazemon: -Acrobatics (passive): Fairymon is quite a nimble fighter, capable of pulling off great gymnastic feats to increase her evasive ability by 30%. -Hurricane Wave: Fairymon launches a powerful stream of wind from her fingertips. 1 post CD. (1/1) MetalKabuterimon: - Lightning Rod (passive): MetalKabuterimon absorbs any electrical attack aimed at him (healing him by the same amount as a healing move of the same cooldown instead of damaging him). As a downside, he takes 50% more damage from water attacks, which cause him to short-circuit. - Electric Aura (passive): Increases the power of MetalKabuterimon's electrical attacks by 30%.

On paper, Marigold's move was a very smart idea. Her move was definitely a "shield breaker" style move, so in theory when she threw her spear at the force field, it should've reasonably shattered and deactivated, thus leaving it exposed to be destroyed, thus stopping BioKabuterimon's plan right then and there. But there was one small flaw with that plan, as shown by the way the spear was launched right back at Marigold instead of destroying the shield like it 100% should have done. "At least I pay attention to my surroundings," Bio-Knowledge said with a howling laughter alongside it. "Any kind of damage at all that you deal to the force field, it deals back an equal amount right back at you! It CAN'T be destroyed!" "He's using some kind of Digital World tech," Psych growled as he still knelt beside Speed's now stone body. "We can't destroy it unless we cut the power source to the force field!"
And cutting the power source is exactly what Soundwave had in mind, as Psych could hear a voice in his head asking for forgiveness. And just like that, the building's entire power supply had been abruptly cut off... at the cost of another ally, as shown by the Laserichmon reacting much like Psych had when his own brother had perished.
Except... the shield was still active! What was going on?
"Your teammate was a fool," BioKnowledge growled with a sinister grin. "Did he truly believe I was using Z-Tec's power on my machine? Digital World tech requires MUCH more power than that! There's a small generator powering everything right inside the force field." The BioKabuterimon then pulled out a silver remote control. "And the only way to deactivate it is to grab this remote from my cold, dead hands."
Meanwhile, Marigold was still swinging her weapon at Bio-Knowledge, who was able to block or counter a good chunk of them. The attacks that did hit were still not enough to be more than a pinch to him. "I'm done with you! Quick Thrust!" Bio-Knowledge yelled before slashing towards Marigold, sending air blades right towards the Stingmon. If she managed to get hit, it would feel a lot like an Ultimate level attack than a Champion level! Bio-Knowledge was a freak of nature indeed! That was when Octavio had had enough. He declared war on Bio-Knowledge before fusing AtlurBallistamon and the Laserichmon into an X3 form: MetalKabuterimon. "I only act in the interest of self-defense. No matter what form you're in, or how many of you there are, you're not going to stop me!" Bio-Knowledge then pressed a button on the silver remote, and a countdown clock started on the machine: 10:00 - 9:59 - 9:58...
"He just activated some sort of timer," Johan said back at AEGIS HQ as he watched the camera feed from Zero's drone. "Zero, have you figured out what that machine does yet?" No response. "...Zero?" "This guy's insane... this lunatic is GODDAMN INSANE!" Zero shouted, a look of absolute fear in his visible eye.
"Zero, what are you referring to?" Dokamon asked.
"You both gotta see this..." Zero turned his laptop towards Johan and Dokamon to show them what he discovered. Johan felt like he was going to throw up just from the mere thought of that, and Dokamon went silent as he tried to process this information in his mind. Without any hesitation, Johan ran over to his microphone and spoke into it, his voice being heard from Zero's drone on the field. "You guys have to defeat Bio-Knowledge here and now! He just activated a timer for a single powerful DigiGate! And once that portal opens, ElDoradimon's going to be transported right into the middle of Shibuya!"
Bio-Knowledge uses "Quick Thrust" on Marigold. Moves
Quick Thrust: Harry shoots blades of air towards his target using either his claws or his horn, the effect is the same no matter what. Cooldown is one post.
Passives
Bio-Boost: Thanks to Harry's Bio-Hybrid upgrade, all his abilities are given a 30% boost in damage, on top of their already impressive strength!
Cooldowns -Quick Thrust (0/1)

"Summoning ElDoradimon into the city?! Are you insane?!" Octavio shouted at Harry, after Zero announced Bio-Knowledge's end goal. "Do you even realize how many people that'll potentially kill? He's big enough to literally crush all of Shibuya!"
"First the Speedy guy got petrified, then Soundwave fried himself for nothing, and now he's gonna destroy an entire city? That's it. That's even more reason for me to kick his mutant butt." MetalKabuterimon grumbled, as his horn fired a projectile at Bio-Kabuterimon. The projectile burst open in mid-air in order to reveal an electrified net designed to ensnare BioKabuterimon and zap him at the same time.
It seemed that Marigold was now on the offensive as well, having somehow bulked up to match their monstrous opponent and moving in to punch BioKnowledge at the same time he fired his net. At the very least the electric net should make it harder for their target to dodge Marigold's attack, provided the net actually hit its target.
Once Marigold and MetalKabuterimon finished their attacks, Kazemon would follow up with another Hurricane Wave aimed right at BioKnowledge. The fairy Digimon had held off on attacking until now to avoid hitting her allies, but now she was getting back in the fight. Kazemon might be a level below everyone else in the battle, but she was still going to do her best to help out. Kazemon: -Hurricane Wave: Fairymon launches a powerful stream of wind from her fingertips. 1 post CD. (0/1)
MetalKabuterimon: - Electric Aura (passive): Increases the power of MetalKabuterimon's electrical attacks by 30%. - Electron Web: MetalKabuterimon fires an electrified net from his horn that electrocutes an enemy while preventing them from moving for 1 turn. 4 post CD. (0/4)

When asked if he was insane for concocting such a crazy idea, Bio-Knowledge simply let out a sinister chuckle; he was simply ENJOYING this. "His size is the point! A Digimon with an entire city on its back, arriving in the heart of Tokyo... nothing could EVER possibly cover it up! Once this happens, the government will be forced to admit to the world that Digimon exist, and that I was right all along!"
"If you do this, millions of humans are going to die," Psych growled at the Bio-Hybrid mutant. "You'll be finished when they find out it was you who brought ElDoradimon here to begin with."
"As long as the truth is revealed, I don't care how many people will die. There's eight billion humans on this planet, a few million deaths for a grand reveal is worth it in the long run."
"You disgust me..."
"Don't tell me how to do my job, Zello!" Johan angrily replied to the superhero-wannabe through the drone. "But not to worry, I'm on it. We'll be sending a team to ElDoradimon to start an evacuation of the Digimon there. Psych, I need you off the field and on that team, you can use your telepathy to send the message quicker."
"I can't... my brother..."
"Speed will be fine, it's not like we're gonna leave him petrified for long, but we need you right now, Psych. Exit the field and meet up with the other agents going to ElDoradimon. That's an order."
Psych hesitated a bit more but eventually sighed and floated off back to AEGIS HQ, leaving the group behind to deal with Bio-Knowledge.
"Zero, send out a hurricane advisory. We need to get the people out of Shibuya as fast as possible before this thing hits. Dokamon and I will go out and help with the evacuation, so we need you here to help fight Bio-Knowledge in any way you can."
"Aye-aye, not-actually-a-captain Walker."
And with that, now it was time to focus on the battle with the human-Digimon mutant. Bio-Knowledge was unfortunately able to see the Electron Web coming his way, and he was able to dodge it. After she was hit by Harry's "Quick Thrust" attack, she quickly evolved into a JewelBeemon and delivered a powerful attack his way, a punch that he couldn't dodge or block in time. Of course he thought he was fine, but it wasn't long before he felt something sizzling on the side of his stomach. "What in the-"
KABOOM!
The secondary explosion detonated, allowing Marigold the chance to taunt the evil mutant somewhat. That is, until the smoke cleared and the monster was still left flying, despite his side being charred a tiny bit. "I'm impressed... I actually felt that one," Bio-Knowledge said with a smirk. He then felt something tugging at one of his hands... the one he was conveniently holding the remote to the generator in. He lifted it up to see Zack trying to pry the giant mitt open, though to no avail. Had the Bio-Hybrid just not been so dang strong, Zack's strategy may have worked. "Annoying little pests," Bio-Knowledge growled as he attempted to flick Zack away like one would to a bug on their hand.
While Harry was distracted with that, Kazemon followed that up with a "Hurricane Wave" attack headed right for the BioKabuterimon, another attack that he wasn't able to avoid and took the full force of, but it still didn't affect him as much as it would to a regular Kabuterimon due to his own power level. "My turn... Electric Storm!" Bio-Knowledge began to generate a lot of electricity in a short amount of time before he sent it outwards towards his opponents, hitting all who were unfortunate enough to be in the way at that moment.
Bio-Knowledge was hit by Marigold's "JewelBee Punch" and Kazemon's "Hurricane Wave" attacks, before sending out an "Electric Storm" attack of his own.

As Bio-Knowledge's electrical attack spread out across the rooftop, Octavio scuttled behind MetalKabuterimon for cover, while Kazemon was caught in the blast and fell to her knees as the electricity coursed through her system.
MetalKabuterimon, however, was completely unaffected by the attack, as he was designed to absorb electrical attacks to heal himself. The mechanical beetle couldn't resist letting a deadpan snark at the ineffective attack. "Oh, wow. Was that really all the power an abomination like you could muster? Because that just tickled."
Taunting the Bio-Hybrid was perhaps not the wisest choice of action at the moment, but MetalKabuterimon still wanted to piss off the guy that indirectly(?) lead to Soundwave's electrocution. And hey, if it ended up pissing the mutant off enough to get sloppy, then that'd just be a bonus. "How about I show you what a REAL Ultimate Digimon can do!"
With that taunt out of the way, MetalKabuterimon fired off a salvo of micro-missiles from the four holes in his chest, all of which were aimed directly at Bio-Knowledge. Despite their small size, however, these micro-missiles still packed a deadly punch. Hopefully Zack would be smart enough to get out of the incoming attack's blast radius, but MetalKabuterimon wouldn't lose much sleep if the human ended up as collateral damage by charging straight towards their opponent. 98%...99%...100%. SYSTEM REBOOT COMPLETE.
The lights in Soundwave's eyes flickered back on as the Ballistamon regained consciousness, the Ballistamon groaning as he shakily rose to his feet. The electrocution had done a number on him, and it was clearly visible in the form of scorch marks and visible tremors in his limbs. Despite the pain, Soundwave slowly made his way back up to the roof, leaning against walls and railings to steady himself as he walked.
Kazemon: -Hurricane Wave: (1/1)
MetalKabuterimon: - Electric Aura (passive): Increases the power of MetalKabuterimon's electrical attacks by 30%. - Lightning Rod (passive): MetalKabuterimon absorbs any electrical attack aimed at him (healing him by the same amount as a healing move of the same cooldown instead of damaging him). As a downside, he takes 50% more damage from water attacks, which cause him to short-circuit. - Electron Web: 1/4

It didn't take long for a mass evacuation of Shibuya to be underway. While the group was fighting on top of the building, citizens of all kinds were being led out of the city on the guise of a potential hurricane and tsunami to be underway. Thankfully it was starting to rain, so this mass lie was indeed credible. Among those being evacuated would be Tamers, Spirit Users, Xros Generals and solo Digimon alike. Familiar faces like Adrian Boriker, Kaya Matsui, Yuji Moriyama and many others could be seen among the crowd, all completely clueless about what was actually going down. "Alright, I actually got some good news for once," Zero told the group in between all the fighting. "The city's well on its way to being completely... well, mostly empty. So millions of people won't die if we aren't able to shut down that portal." Wow, Zero, you could've just not added that last part, this is why people hate you. While Zack, Marigold and Kazemon were affected greatly by Bio-Knowledge's "Electric Storm" attack, MetalKabuterimon seemed to be healed by the electric attack instead, while also prompting to taunt the Bio-Hybrid. But before he could respond back to it, the crazy human Zack leapt back up onto the arm where the BioKabuterimon was holding the remote, holding it back and kicking the back of it while Marigold attacked the area between the elbow and the wrist. Either Bio-Knowledge would have to drop the remote, or suffer a pretty brutal injury. It was a solid plan, on their part. Too bad Zack didn't know just how vulnerable he really was. Sure, Bio-Knowledge could take a good chunk of Marigold's attack, but if he timed it just right, he could move his arm just into the right spot so that Zack would take a full brunt of the "Spike Buster" attack as well. It hurt like hell, but Bio-Knowledge was able to take the attack no problem. Zack, though? Well... yeah, there's a reason humans shouldn't get directly involved in Digimon fights like this. Next was MetalKabuterimon, firing a barrage of rockets right at Harry. He would directly grab onto Zack if he had somehow miraculously survived the previous attack and toss him aside before focusing on the Xrossed Digimon. The rockets hit Bio-Knowledge dead-on, but while they did deal damage, they didn't seem to visibly affect him at all. But Bio-Knowledge wasn't stopping... "Beetle Horn Attack!" Unless MetalKabuterimon dodged out of the way in time, Bio-Knowledge would dash right over to him and impail the Xrossed machine Digimon with the horn on his head, with the intent on having it go straight through them.
"Don't tell me you're thinking of going up there, are you?" A feminine voice could be heard as Soundwave attempted to climb back up the stairs in order to get back to the roof. The sound of another pair of footsteps coming down the stairs would grow louder and louder, followed by a humanoid shadow, before the source is revealed. A woman with long lilac-colored hair and rimless glasses would encounter the Ballistamon. She appeared to be a scientist of sorts... one with clearly not-good intentions.
"Normally I wouldn't dream of coming into contact with a Digimon directly. But you're so damaged, you won't be of any harm to me. Besides..." She then pulled out what looked like some sort of futuristic blade. "Your fixed data would be perfect for one of our Bio-Hybrids."
Bio-Knowledge lets himself get hit by both attacks, dealing damage to the monster, while also moving his arm so that Zack would be hit by Marigold's very own "Spike Buster" attack. He then dashes for MetalKabuterimon and uses "Beetle Horn Attack" on the Xrossed Digimon!

"OBSERVATION: INCORRECT. COMBAT FUNCTIONALITY: STILL ONLINE. ACTIVATING RESONANCE BLASTER." Soundwave stated when the unknown scientist (likely an ally of Bio-Knowledge) foolishly thought that Soundwave would be unable to defend himself from her. The speaker on his torso let out a brief hum before unleashing a powerful shockwave of pure sound directly at his attacker. Even in his damaged state, such an attack would be devastating to a baseline human (even though it was possible this scientist might be a hybrid similar to Bio-Knowledge.
Up on the roof, MetalKabuterimon could hear and feel Soundwave's attack, as the concussive wave of sound on the floor beneath them shook the building. As Bio-Knowledge charged right at the tank-like X3 Digimon, MetalKabuterimon would attempt to use his arms to keep Bio-Knowledge at arm's length. "Boss, I think Soundwave's in trouble downstairs! This guy might have help down there!"
"S**t." Octavio swore under his breath, before gesturing to Kazemon, who had regained her bearings from being zapped. "Kaze, with me!"
The duo would then run downstairs at full speed, Kazemon literally kicking the roof door off its hinges as she charged through. Within minutes the duo had caught up to Soundwave, positioning themselves between the wounded Ballistamon and the scientist. "Not this time, bucko!"
Back on the roof, MetalKabuterimon, still trying to hold Bio-Knowledge in place with his arms despite whatever counterattack the hybrid dished out, would attempt to shove his horn cannon directly into Bio-Knowledge's mouth and firing off his strongest attack, Field Destroyer. "Alright, a**hole. Choke on this!"
With luck, the point-blank electron laser through the mouth would utterly take the bio-hybrid's head clean off, although MetalKabuterimon doubted he'd be so lucky. MetalKabuterimon: - Electric Aura (passive): Increases the power of MetalKabuterimon's electrical attacks by 30%. - Electron Web: 2/4 - Field Destroyer: MetalKabuterimon fires a powerful, electrically-charged laser from the cannon on his head. 5 post CD, Full Piercing. (0/5)
Soundwave: -Resonance Blaster: A barrage of powerful soundwaves, dealing heavy damage to an opponent. 4 post cooldown.

"Oh Yggdrasil..."
These were the only words that Zero could muster out when he saw what happened to Zack take place. That stupid Kamen Rider wanna-be did one of the riskiest things imaginable, and it ended with him getting brutally injured by his partner's own attack. Bio-Knowledge felt even cockier than ever; he knew that Zack wouldn't be able to pick himself back up after such a move. So with him out of the way, he decided to focus on the MetalKabuterimon. MetalKabuterimon tried to keep Bio-Knowledge at arms length, despite the Bio-Hybrid's attack, while Octavio and Kazemon went down to see what was happening to Soundwave downstairs. Before the BioKabuterimon could realize it, however, MetalKabuterimon had stuck his cannon in the Bio-Hybrid's mouth, and was preparing one hell of a laser attack. Oh no. While it didn't take Harry's head off, it was devastatingly painful and sent the giant bug back quite a few feet. He bounced on the surface a couple times before sliding to a half. His jaw was bleeding... not digital glowing data, but actual red blood. His jaw was completely dislocated! But despite that, he still got up, still wanting to fight. But then that's where he saw Zack standing, despite his abdominal injury. "Whuh? Why are you still standing?!" BioKnowledge growled as he held his jaw with one of his free arms.
Suddenly Zack ran for his arm again... but not the hand specifically, no. He went right for the part of the arm that Marigold had injured previously, causing the bug to scream in pain and successfully halting his movement for a few seconds. "LET GO, YOU INSOLENT-!" And then's when Marigold stepped up, slamming her hand down right onto Bio-Knowledge's hand. Their plan was simple, yet effective: Bio-Knowledge had been holding onto that remote tightly, so using his against him was just what they needed. Bio-Knowledge yelled out in pain as Marigold's fist collided, and they could hear a slight crushing sound with sparks coming from within the hand, and for a brief moment the shield flickered before coming back to life again. "That... that's it!" Zero cheered. "The shield's power levels have dropped! A few more beatings to that remote should do the trick!" "ENOUGH!!!" Bio-Knowledge growled as he clutched onto Marigold with his two remaining free hands. "SHOCKING GRASP!" Suddenly both her and Zack would feel an INTENSE amount of electricity coming from his hands, affecting their muscles to a degree to where they just wouldn't be able to move.
Meanwhile, Sakura had seemed to underestimate Soundwave's strength, as his speaker let out a powerful shock wave of pure sound right towards her. Of course, Sakura had a back-up plan for this, as well. She pulled out another futuristic device and activated it, creating a series of hardlight hexagons that acted as a shield against attacks. "I see... it's a good thing that I anticipated this outcome, as well."Suddenly two more Digimon came in to save Soundwave: an octopus Digimon with wasabi sticks, and a Kazemon. "Hm, that sound wave attack caused your allies to appear... interesting. I'll have to try that myself, sometime." The scientist knew when she was outnumbered, and decided that retreating would be the best option for now. She pulled out a spherical-looking device and tossed it behind her, opening up what looked like a Digi-Port. "The Metahuman Project will commence, whether you like it or not," was all that Sakura said before she walked through the portal, with it disappearing as soon as she did.
MetalKabuterimon and Marigold truly wrecked BioKnowledge, and managed to damage the remote! However, despite his pain, he grabs onto Marigold (and Zack in the process) and uses "Shocking Grasp" on them.
