"No... no...!" that voice was barely a whisper, and said by someone who pretty much came to school early. One and half hour before the class started. The hooded teen is looking at where the computer was supposed to be... and sadly, he did not found it. The computer lab apparently got exploded from such a high surge of electricity. Said surge apparently caused a girl to get carried to the hospital. The surge could reach that level even with adaptor and the girl was said to be touching just the keyboard. So it makes sense that it... went explode, but...
"no... my program, my data.... all my homework...!"
The voice belonged to Date Shun, a first year middle school student who is having hard time with normal class, and is currently attending online school program. He was allowed to use either the computer lab or the library if he wishes to study in peace. Few days ago, he was in a hurry and forgot to transfer the data from this computer to his laptop. Not to mention, he was using this computer to also learn more about coding and programming...
"...Ugh... God... why...'
He really don't like to not being able to turn in his work. Because usually that means scolding. He... frankly, hates it. Scolding that is. It feels terrifying. The fact that you're doing something wrong, you know about it... and yet, sometimes even when it wasn't entirely your fault, you still got scolded... he hates it. He hates being blamed for something that was out of his control.
"...!"
Shun let out an almost silent scream of frustration as he marches out of the computer lab, heading toard the library. He's not in mood to be inside his room. If he got scolded in his room, it will feel all wrong. His room should be his safe space... he will not let any negative feelings clings to it.

Like Shun, Weston had also arrived at the school a couple of hours early. Whether it was from Lux-sensei or someone else, he too was well-aware of the situation involving the computer lab that happened a couple of days ago... and exactly what it was that caused it. Aberrants... just their very name was enough to give the Wisemon shivers. And as far as anyone knew, there was no way to prevent these things from appearing. He felt it was his responsibility to be extra vigilant and protect his students from getting harmed like Matsui had.
Using his human disguise spell, and having his prep work completed early, Weston decided he'd spend at least half an hour in his favorite place in the school: the library. There, he could at least escape to an amazing adventure fantasy, or perhaps come across some vital piece of information that would help fight the Aberrants... as well as another side project he was working on that he hadn't told anyone yet.
The multiverse was a new and potentially dangerous concept, after all.
Anyways, after entering the library, Weston had picked out a random book off the shelves and started reading. Immediately, he could feel himself being drawn in by the book's story. It had an interesting premise and a likeable main character and cast so far. The story itself had its lighthearted moments and its moments of drama that all blended together seamlessly.
Yes, this was definitely a good choice of books to read for this morning! Weston thought to himself with a dorky smile.
Weston was soon pulled out from his book fantasy at the sound of someone else entering the library. He turned around to see a middle school student walking in, the one he had been told was allowed access to the library... Date Shun, he believed his name was. This boy was very pale, to a seemingly unhealthy degree, which the long white hair he had did not help out with. However, this wasn't what concerned Weston, oh no. This boy looked like he had just gone through hell and back, so he figured the best course of action would just be to give him some space to calm down.
Just smile and nod to him... I am sure he will come to me if he truly needs help.

Shun just hurriedly bow at the teacher, not knowing who that as and pulled a chair on one of the available computer in the room.... Shun began to boot it, and start to type away of what he knew. His flashdrive already in, and he's pretty much in zone, but.... as expected, when your entire work is gone, it makes you bummed out eyond anything, especially when it's practically already completed.
"....uuugggghhhhhh..." Shun slumped deeper while holding his head. His stress level jus pretty much skyrocketed.
"Hey there!" a voice suddenly called out from the screen. Huh? He didn't remember setting an office assistant or something like that. So what is this small doglike bulb with blue eyes and two spheres around it? Huh?
"I'm your personal assistant! Could you tell me your name? Ah... let's see... yeah, type it!"
...Huh...? Type where, in the document? He started to type his own name, but have forgotten that now he's adopted, hence his legal name is Date Shun... however, Shun typed "Kouenji Shun" instead. Out of sudden, the office assistant looked absolutely thrilled.
"Shun!? Shun!? It's really you!? I see... I see...! Do you mind if I turn on the PC's camera?"
"Eh... that was too sudden-" yet for some reason, he decided to humor the small mascot's request. He turned on the camera. The mascot moved around, as if he's really looking at him.
"...I see... Shun, it's really you isn't it... You looked bigger, your eyes are not as bright as back then... and you're not smiling as much, but... I know that it's you. Long time no see, buddy. I can tell how alone you might have feel for the past six years. I have... went through many servers and routes, all in search for you. AIBO project, do you remember that, pal? You worked it with your father..."
No... no way... His hand instinctively moved to the screen. His breath caught on his throat.
"Your father installed a code, linked to his health monitoring device... that upon his death, prototype AI, AIBO, is to be sent to the network, to prevent misguided use of the program."
Shun's eyes felt really moist already, as droplets of tears keeps falling on the keyboard.
"...It's OK, Shun... You did well surviving this long by yourself, but... now I am here... your old pal is back. I'll fulfill my promise to your father..."
"Zeke..."
"Because I'm Shun's guide pup after all!"
Shun can no longer contain his welling emotions. He sobbed in front of the computer. He felt so alone, so lonely. His life changed so drastically. It was scary, it hurts seeing everything changed. He did not have anything to his name, just trust fund... but what good is money without the actual love tied to it? He misses his father, he misses his mother... and now, when Zeke appeared, he finally, did not feel as abandoned as before.

As expected, the student didn't say anything to Weston as he walked in. He just hurriedly bowed before sitting at one of the available computers that were nearby. Weston expected as much, but he was hoping to chat at least a little bit with the boy before classes started. Ah well, no matter, he probably wasn't the type to like talking anyways. He'll just do his work on the computer while Weston got back to his book.
But then a peculiar voice played out in the quiet library, a voice that Weston didn't recognize. It was coming from one of the computers... specifically the one the boy was sitting at. The voice claimed it was a "personal assistant," something that Weston knew the computers at the school didn't have. Something was definitely up.
Weston didn't really say anything during the whole scenario, as he decided to just watch if anything was up. The program asked him to type his name, which he did, before the program itself got stunned that his name was Shun, and asked to turn on the PC's camera. This... program was seemingly able to recognize Shun, saying it went through all kinds of servers and routes to find him. The assistant also brought up something Weston remembered reading about: the AIBO Project. The Wisemon knew he had read about that at some point before...
The AIBO project... yes, I remember now. That was the dream of the company "Inchoate Robotics and AI Developments." To create true AI robotic creatures. A dream that was halted by the death of the founder in a horrible accident... but this AIBO couldn't simply just be AI, could it be?
Weston continued to listen in. The AI claimed that Shun's father had actually installed some kind of code that was linked to his health monitoring device, uploading the prototype AI to the network to avoid misguided use. That was when Weston pieced it together... Date Shun was actually Kouenji Shun, the son of Inchoate's founder. So it made even more sense as to why Shun started to break down and began sobbing in front of the computer screen. Weston would've felt the same way if he ever recovered something that was linked closely with Sorcerimon, after all. He even felt like tearing up himself just from being in the general vicinity.
Regardless, Weston could feel in his gut that AIBO was more than just AI. With this spell active, Weston couldn't particularly sense any Digimon signatures coming from the computer, so he decided to improvise. He retreated to a more private area of the library before dispelling the glamour, revealing his true Wisemon form. And sure enough, that was enough for him to know that there was a Digimon in the room. Whatever AIBO was, it was more than just a simple AI coded by humans.
Hikaru mentioned something about finding six brand-new Digimon... Oracions, I think he called them... perhaps I should call and tell him about what I found here. Still as a Wisemon, Weston magically summoned his phone and called Hikaru from his contact list... only to have it get sent to voicemail. Oh, that is right, we both showed up early today... I suppose a voicemail message will have to do.

"Have you calmed down some, Shun?" Zeke asked from the computer, after letting Shun cry his heart out for a while. "Yeah, sorry about that," the teen answered, wiping away his tears and blew out his snot. He can't believe that he pretty much bawled for nearly half an hour...
"Shun... I think... it's fair for you to cry more, you know? ...It's alright, it must have been painful... so it's OK to cry more. You have been strong for the past six years, right? Exactly because of that, it's fine to let out more... It's not weakness. It just means that you did well."
To think that this AI is this advanced... there is no way an AI of this world's current caliber can act in such a humanlike manner. If he have something that he could pull a comparison to... the old Zeke behaves similarly like Baymax. Mechanical, very primitive understanding of one's emotional state... and would definitely fit the bill of wildcard.
AIBOU is meant to be caretaker AI in similar vein to Baymax that's tied to a single person at minimum and an entire family at maximum, with assist function for a guest in case of emergency. Basically speaking, the spec that they're aiming for is slightly above service animal. AIBOU AI is NOT replacement for actual animal, however, and will support dog emotional and gesture reading, in an effort to make it easier to train special service dogs too. It's just that there will be an option to install the same function on a mechanical dog, in case someone who's in need of a service dog is either allergic or have a religious issue regarding dog saliva.
...Basically the current Zeke is overspec'd. You can't even tell that this is AI anymore.
"...Zeke, can I ask several question?"
"Sure, partner! Anything for ya, pal!"
"...One: Are you... really an AI?"
"...Ah, starting there, huh... yes and no."
"Huh!?"
"...Shun, you're a smart one, so I'm pretty sure you already had a thought in your mind that I am a bit too sophisticated for an AI. Too... sapient, perhaps? It's true. I am no longer AI, but... I am originated from AI, I would say. AIBOU AI Unit x001P, Zeke, that is indeed what I am... but at the same time I am no longer bound to that spec. When your father launched the 'me', who at that time was experimental AI to the network, he only wished for me to one day rediscover you. As his final will, so to say."
"That much I can understand, that is so like him."
"...But what he did not expect is for the AIBOU AI Unit x001P to slip between an imaginary plane that humans did not have any idea of... This is, a world of wonder that one world called Digital World."
"Digital... World?"
"Indeed, inside that world exist Digital Creatures called Digimons. Unit x001P was, for some reason, integrated into Digicore-- which is like soul and heart of a Digimon. Following that, "I" was born. I am Zeke, but at the same time, I am more."
"...More than AI..."
Shun inhaled sharply once he understood what he's dealing here. Zeke does not have the capability to lie. All of the personal information given are 100% correct, and thus Shun had very little doubt that this creature here is NOT an attempt of someone to hack or maliciously talk with him to undercover his father's secret or something. This is 100% Zeke.
"...Zeke, how much can a Digimon do?"
"Up to their species, but I think due to my integration ith Unit x001P, I pretty much have all your info, Shun. I do need to update the database, but... I am ready to support you as much as I can."
"...In that case, let's say I have a computer at school exploded..."
"...I'm concerned, but let's say I know what do you mean...?"
"...I need a help in remaking my assignment... you see, the topics are... and the spec of how deep is it is around this... Can you pull up materials and give me all the relevant references?"
"Consider it done," Zeke confidently answered.
What happened afterward was a blur. Shun was typing like he never before, and Zeke quoted many references and put them in the document. What was supposed to be done by one person in one day ended up only taking about thirty minutes thanks to Zeke's help.
"...Can't believe it's... done just like that."
"My support is top notch, and you're a focused taskmaster! Now, how else can I help you?"
"...I wish you can jump out from that screen, bud..."
"...Shun..."
"But I know you can't. It feels like there's a barrier between us..."
"Shun..."
"...A miracle happened today, and I feel like... I owe a lot of it to you... I know I'm being selfish...'
"Shun... hello?"
"...but I wish if I could just... have you physically with me, that would be so great--"
"But I am here, buddy!"
...Shun blinked as he saw he lightbulb Digimon floats right in front of him. Not even in the screen, but right beside him. Gingerly, he reached out to the blob... only to find out that it's real... Silently, Shun hugged the creature, tears streaming down his face. A Digivice appeared on his wrist, and it shines bright.
"Awaken... crystalization of mankind's magnum opus... experience and ingenuity. O thou who walks on this land with men, thy form is of one's best friend. Together, evolve and rise higher."

After putting his magical glamour guise back on, Weston continued to observe the scene play out from afar. Instead of leaving a voice message, Weston had actually sent a text to the currently-sleeping-Dorumon, explaining the situation. Weston heard the program talk about how strong Shun had been for the past six years. Six years since the death of his father... there was clearly a lot about Shun's background that the Wisemon couldn't even grasp.
Weston's heart skipped a beat when the library door opened up again. He thought the scene was going to be interrupted. Thankfully, it was just a girl with black hair and hazel eyes, going over to sit at the far table and write a musical ditty that she had been humming to herself into her songbook. She just seemed like a background character at the moment anyways, so Weston paid no mind to her.
Shun himself had caught on that AIBO was no ordinary AI at this point, and he asked that to AIBO (or rather, Zeke) himself. Zeke explained that he did originate from the AI that Shun's father uploaded at the same time as his death. However, this AIBO had managed to slip into the Digital World, something that no human could've possibly anticipated would happen. This AI was integrated into a Digicore, evolving beyond AI and becoming a true Digimon. Of course, this absolutely FASCINATED Weston, as events like this really caused him to internally geek out. However, he still had to be professional, even when he was incognito. So, he continued observing, taking notes in his notebook at the same time.
Nothing too interesting happened for a while, at least at first. Shun was able to use Zeke's help to get his project done after an explosion happened in the computer lab. That one Aberrant truly caused more damage than one would expect, Weston thought to himself.
Shun then wished for Zeke to be right there in front of him, truly thankful for the support he got. Both Shun and Weston were surprised to see Zeke actually physically there, and Shun hugged him immediately. Weston's heart practically melted; it was such a moving story that he was seeing play out right in front of his eyes, and he was admiring every second of it. The somberness of the story was then interrupted by the Digivice appearing on Shun's wrist, glowing brightly as it emitted some kind of oath or a poem. One that even the girl in the back could hear, considering that the library was very quiet. "What in the heck...?"
There's no doubt about it now, Weston thought as he pulled out his phone to text Hikaru once again.
<It happened. An Oracion has been awakened in front of my very own eyes. I shall send them to your office as soon as you arrive.>

No one would have noticed it, but an Oracion's awakening is a dual edge. It resonates with the other Oracion's Digivice. Case in point is when somewhere far, Daichi's Digivice shone and opened map function and triangulates where Shun is. However, before he could even take action, the fabric of reality in the library made a glitch-like sound, followed with thick mist.
"Shun, get behind me!" Zeke called out.
"W-what's going o---" Shun's voice is drowned by the sudden digital shift. The ones in the library once again transported to... the malicious Frag zone. When Shun opened his eyes, it all just felt... wrong, malicious... Suddenly he can feel it... the distaste, the envious eyes... except these one feels like it seeps in to the bone. This is...
"...Woah, the second one is awakened, but to think that the protection I gave to Hikaru was breached this fast... the Frags really are getting more and more desperate..." an Agumon X carrying a massive sack commented.
"...Are you... Digimon?"
"Yep! And I'm your ally... You're Shun, partnered to Zeke, yeah?"
"...That I am... But, partnered...?"
"Oh... hmmm...."
It took a while, but the explanation as clear and concise. "...So basically, Digimons lives in another world called Digital World, they're like yokais and partnered with human... to evolve, to get stronger... and to grow together, alongside human?"
"That's the gist of it!"
...It was such a crash course that Shun had no idea what to say. It still feels unreal.
"...So... let me get this straight... Zeke is a special Digimon." A nod from the Agumon. "Which, are essentially from you, who tries to balance this world, which are overruns by anomalies called the Frags. Zeke have to fight these abominations that are neither Digimon or something analog." Another nod. "...There are six of us. One already awakened, and I am the second. Four left, each with similarly special Digimons." Another nod. "...In that case... please let me thank you."
"Well that is unexpected. I thought I will get yelled at, or is told that you're not asking for this dangerous life."
"...I... was always lonely... six years, in solitude, neglect and overall treated as if I'm just a package that someone want to store. I never once found myself at home. Even now, even when I got adopted by father's employee, I still couldn't shake off the feeling that I didn't belong. Zeke here... was part of my home. It might not be an exaggeration to say that he's the final piece of my family... So... if you tell me that I have to fight with Zeke... I will do it. Simply because I can't go of him anymore... never."
"...I see... Your bond is very strong... Strong enough to even push you out of your cell of self imposed solitude." Agumon mused. "...But at the same time, I guess it's that very strong bond that causes the Frag to immediately pulled you here without [Zero] having a time to reach your side. And it's why they put two Megafrags around to eliminate you... I wonder... if my strength would be enough against them..."
"W-what do you mean? Isn't Zeke special?"
"Special, yes... but at the same time, he's still a small spark, Shun. He's still very juvenile. Even if your bond is very strong, his body is still getting used to the partnership. Your full link was just established. He's... not as strong as we'd like him to be..."
"...!"
"...Fear not, however, you're not alone."

Unbeknownst to Weston or Serena, the entire library suddenly began to glitch out after Shun had received his Digivice, followed by a very thick mist that had rolled on through. Everyone there was forced to cover their eyes as the digital shift had taken over, and once they did open their eyes back up... everything felt wrong. Weston and Serena could both feel the envious eyes gazing at them.
But as they would soon see, they were not alone.
The moment Weston laid his eyes on the Agumon, he knew something wasn't normal about him. For one, the Wisemon registered him as multiple Digimon all in one space before he saw him as a simple Agumon X carrying a large sack. He seemed surprised that the Frags had broken through the defense so fast, seeing as how the second Oracion had just awakened. "So then you're the Singularity," Weston spoke up as he joined the group. "The one that Hikaru was speaking about."
"What just happened?" Serena asked as she spoke up, looking around the now twisted library. While Stripes was explaining the concept of Digimon and partnership to Shun, the young girl had the idea to step out of the library to see what the heck had happened.
"Young lady, I wouldn't-" Weston tried to say, extending a hand out to her, but she was already gone. Being as he didn't feel right to leave someone on their own like that, Weston too left the library, leaving Shun and Zeke alone with Stripes for the time being. Thankfully, Weston didn't have to go far to see Serena continuing to walk down the hallway. "Young lady, please return to the library this instant, I don't think it's safe out here."
"You can say that again..." Serena responded with wide eyes as she was looking out the window. Weston walked up closer to the young girl, looking out the window and seeing what she was seeing: dozens of strange creatures moving slowly, all with peeling skin and twitchy movements, sometimes with those twitched areas even inflating for a short time like it was pumping. Not only were these creatures on the school grounds, but there were even similar creatures flying in the air as well. The entire area was presented as if it had a violet filter as well, with a twilight sky replacing the early morning sun, floating hologram boards, and parts of the building peeling away to reveal wire frames underneath.
Weston couldn't believe what he was observing. He could only watch with his mouth agape, his mind racing to comprehend the scene he was watching. "What... I-I don't understand, what are-"
"Frags."
Weston's eyes widened as he focused his gaze to Serena. "Come again?"
"We're in the Frag's world..." Serena said, crossing her arms and stepping a couple steps away from the window. "It makes sense now... that kid's an Oracion, and they pulled him here along with me and you. Crap, crap, crap!"
"I... how do you know about all of this, young lady?"
Suddenly the two of them heard what sounded like an ominous humming and distorted caw sounds coming from their right. The Frags had gotten into the building, and they were slowly making their way towards Weston and Serena. The longer the two looked at these things, the more genuinely afraid they were both becoming. The feeling of dread rising up, their heartbeats getting faster and faster. "Y-Young lady, I believe we should go back to the library this instant."
While she was too scared to make any sounds, Serena nodded in agreement nonetheless as she followed Weston back towards the library. They had entered right after Stripes had mentioned to Shun that he wasn't alone, and they didn't even try to stay quiet in the library as Weston slammed a door shut and locked it. "Young Oracion, you're not safe in here. None of us are. They're right outside the door."

"No," Stripes interjected. "...This place have been turned into a sanctuary. The safest haven on this place... is here."
He dropped a crystal and put it on the center of the room. It's different from when Daichi was here... and it's clear that the Agumon X is much more prepared now. The room hums, and temporarily returns to how it would if it were normal. However, it also makes the outside area looking VERY cursed and eerie.
"Ahhh, one of the help is a solo Digimon huh... this might be extra terrifying for you then..." Stripes mused. His healing factor does not help for the nonpartnered Digimon, but at the same time he knew who the other person is. "Mmmm, if my data is correct, you are Isono Serena? You'll be fine for the meantime, I hope... but as for you..." he looked straight at Weston. "...You're in danger."
Sure that was ominous but the Agumon X continued. "I know that you bear no ill will toward the human, but... listen well, are you aware of the horrific effect of carbon monoxide? Hallucination, audiotory illusion, change of mood, and such..." as he said all of this, Stripes gathered his power and create what looked like an amulet. "...It's the same with this world... Outside of this place. In fact, without protection of the Digivice, you're twice in danger. Sure they won't attack you, but if you got touched by them you'll feel as if their darker emotions seeps into you. Be VERY careful.. and keep this with you always."
"...What's that?" Shun asked.
"A protective amulet, to stabilizes one's emotion. My blessing is those of a stabilizing factor... This protection will at least help him to keep his sanity, otherwise he'll feel as if the ground, the wall, and even the air itself to whisper and curses him, urging him to kill you two."
"!!!"
"This one is a Digimon in case it's not obvious already... Also, your power over those creatures are halved because you are solo Digimon... I'm sorry to tell this to you." he ended after he said everything he needed to say to Weston. Then he looked at Serena.
"Pray tell, where is your partner? What I am about to tell you is important and is better if everyone is present."

Oh, so this library was protected against the Frags, hm? "At least some things remain the same here," Weston said, seeing as he always saw the library as his own little safe haven. This 'mon really loved his books, it seemed. The Agumon dropped a crystal in the center of the room, and the library seemed to be mostly restored to how it looked before the group was swept away. Of course, it only made the sinister imagery outside even more evident, but at least the safe room looked more... well, safe.
Stripes seemed to know from the get-go that Weston was a Digimon, mentioning how this was extra scary for him. Weston decided to drop his magical guise for the time being, revealing his true form: a seven-foot-tall cloaked Digimon with cream and maroon colored robes. "I have dealt with many a horrifying experience in my time. This is merely another drop in the bucket for myself."
"Of course the other literature teacher is a demon-man Digimon... I seriously should have guessed!" Serena expressed, getting a bit fed up with all these teachers suddenly revealing themselves to be not human. Stripes also seemed to know who Serena was, surprising the young teenage girl quite a bit. "H-How do you know who I am?" Serena asked, considering that today was the first day she had met Stripes. But for the meantime, Stripes was more focused on Weston, stating quite clearly that the Wisemon was in danger.
"I'm quite aware of what this place does to Digimon like myself that do not have partners," Weston informed Stripes. As the Agumon used his power to create an amulet, he explained to Weston that if he got touched by a Frag, he'd feel their darker emotions seep into him, hallucinations popping up left and right, the walls and floor closing in and the air itself whispering to him to kill the two humans there. "I can promise you that I'd never let anything harm these students, much less myself," Weston said as he accepted the amulet. It was good to have it, but the Wisemon was confident in his own ability to keep himself sane. The power being cut in half was a bit hard to swallow, however. "Do not be sorry... any knowledge is good knowledge, I say. I should be able to manage."
Stripes then turned to Serena, asking where her partner was. "Oh, right!" She held out her left wrist, which revealed a Digivice much like Shun's. "Gem, realize!"
A bright light shot out of Serena's Digivice and onto the floor, materializing into a small white triceratops-like dragon with red tips on his head's crest, a grey belly, a blue scarf, and blue eyes. There was also a red marking on its left wrist, almost mimicking the red band of Serena's Digivice. The Gammamon let out a yawn. "Is it lunchtime already, Serena?"
"Sorry, Gem... we have some Scion work to do right now."
"Oh..."
"So young Isono-kun is a Tamer as well..." Weston muttered out loud, crossing his arms. "That's fortunate, at the very least."
Surely, Shun would be confused about what a Scion even was. So, Serena took the liberty of explaining it to him. "I assume that - Stripes, right? - already told you about the Oracions and all that. The Oracion of Zero put together a team to help with all that: the Scions. We help new Tamers get their bearings in order and provide them a safe place to be, as well as solving other Digimon based rumors around Shibuya. And at the moment, one of our main missions is finding Tamers like you... you know, Oracions. Of course, being dragged into the Frag world does kind of making things harder for us..."
"What's a Frag?" Gem asked, tilting his head a bit. Even if he had heard about them before, he didn't care enough to fully remember.

"The Oracions are part of me... In turn, you can say that all of them shares their memory to me. Of course, there are a very specific parts that are... too intimate to share, and in that case, those are not shared, but... For example, Geo shared with me how he see the world, his thoughts as he looked at the changing seasons, the jolly atmosphere of near christmas, and overall the feel of the world outside. Oh, and how Daichi tries his best in introducing more about real world to him. Everyday is a new thing, and how much it brings him joy. It was only recently that I too can feel Zeke's overflowing care toward Shun." Stripes answered.
Which, implies that he is only connected to awakened Oracions. Those who are yet to awaken would not be within his radar... which, is the reason for this wild goose hunt, and the fact that each Oracion members are not known... not even the Digimon.
"Hold on, how many Oracions there are?"
"Six," Stripes answered. "<Zero>, the beginning, the end, the cycle of birth and destruction, the sacredness of life and the promise of death.
<Technology>, the crystalization of man's ingenuity, their answer to survive in this survival of the fittest world... but crystalized in form of one's best friend.
<Communication>, arbitration, the desire of seeking mutual happiness. To judge those who went against the system and correct them.
<Mutation>, small changes that surmounts to various growth, creating a radical path of evolution that is out of the box.
<Ego>, to think is to exist. To learn the world is to learn oneself. To learn about oneself is to walk toward perfection.
<Inheritance>, to make sure that wisdom of old, along with the mistakes is passed to the future, so that it can be processed and to ensure mistakes will not be repeated anymore."
"I see... so only <Zero> and <Technology> has awakened..." Shun mused. For someone who's just chosen he's seem to be setting in his role pretty quickly. "That part I got it, but you said because my bond with Zeke..."
"That the frags' best interest is to not pull any punches when it comes to you. Daichi's awakening as Zero had a lag because he's unsure about his role and the fact that he is completely new to even the Isekai genre... which causes him to develop bond with Geo at slower rate compared to you..."
"...Who had Zeke since childhood... right."
"Either way, we have two options... To basically face both Fragmasters at the same time, which would probably tire Gem and Zeke out very easily... Weston probably will be in danger all the time, but I can provide support. This will be the fastest exit. The other way is to divide them and attack them one by one. However, if this fail or we take too long, we'll get attacked in a pincer attack... So... Which one should we do?"

Stripes explained that each of the Oracions were a part of Stripes himself, and that he and the six Oracion Digimon were able to share memories back and forth to each other. "Fascinating... each of the Oracions hold a piece of your data, which in and of itself seems to be able to fight against the Frags and Aberrants." Weston pulled out a notebook of his via magic and wrote this information down, feeling like it would be useful for later.
Shun asked how many Oracions there were, to which Stripes answered six: Zero, Technology, Communication, Mutation, Ego, and Inheritance, along with a short description of what each of them stood for. Weston was eating this knowledge up, but most of it was going over Serena's and Gem's heads. All they knew was that these six human-Digimon pairs were special, and they had to find them to prevent bad things from happening.
"So as soon as the Frags saw their chance, they pulled him, and us, over here almost immediately," Serena stated, placing her right hand on her hip. "How the heck are we supposed to fight against that?"
"Even if Shun and Zeke were pulled here alone, we thankfully have an ally on this side in the form of the Singularity here."
"Yeah, but what kid would want to be pulled back here alone with two new Digimon who they likely just met? Even Geo had Yuji and Kazuo along with him, apparently."
So, they had two options... face both Fragmasters at the same time, or try and divide them and attack them separately, the latter option of which would likely end in a pincer attack if they failed or took too long. Stripes once again mentioned how Weston would be in danger, despite the Wisemon knowing how to fight and how to defend himself. He didn't say it out loud, but judging by his eyes, one could tell he was slightly annoyed by how he was being treated as someone that needed to be protected, someone who couldn't fight on their own.
"Face them both at once, or divide and conquer..." Weston muttered as he rubbed his chin. In his head, he was playing out how both scenarios could potentially go. By logically dictating the pattern of the Frags being spawned-
"Let's just jump in and hope for the best!" Serena interrupted as she punched her palm.
"Yeah! Good idea, Serena!" Gem cheered as he jumped up.
"No, that is a terrible idea. We need to think out a plan of attack or else we're going to be, as you humans put it, 'sitting ducks.'"
"...fine. Then I say we take them both on at once. The four of us against two Mega-Frags? We'd win in no time!"
"But think of the strain that would be put on us all, especially Gem and Zeke. If we split the two up, there will be little chance of them teaming up against us."
"This is getting us nowhere..." Serena turned to Shun and Zeke next. "What do you two think we should do?"

"Normal chosen can fight against Frags just fine, but part of me are a bit special I guess... let's say they're overtuned to make sure they can fight Frags very effectively." Stripes specified. Now, to Serena's question. "Unfortunately, the unison parameter between Zeke and Shun here is a bit too high for the Frag's liking. Normally, an Oracion will erect a barrier just in case to prevent being pulled to the realm between, but... These Fragmaster might have exerted all their power to pull him in."
to her (probably not meant to be answered) question, Shun interjected "...I am given chance... to reunite with one part of my family. That alone... to me, enough. Even if... I have to fight to death... I'll do it..."
"Well, there's no need to fight to death here, Shun! I'm sure that Zeke wouldn't like you to die either."
Shun have forgotten for what he lived... A day just feels like another, a void. Tomorrow isn't necessarily bette than today, that was how he used to think but... With Zeke by his side... he feels... different. It feels like, he can slowly return to the past... to his happy place. But he have never considered, that perhaps, for Zeke, it's the same.
"...Right. Sorry. Let's all get out of here safe and sound."
Weston might be annoyed, but Stripes is harsh in this because he knew that even one strike is fatal. They won't be four against two. It will become three against three if the solo Digimon fell.
"..." Not enough information, is what Shun thought at first. What sort of power that they needed? How strong is these Frags? Just when he's thinking more, his Digivice shone and Zeke immediately assumed his Baby II stage.
"Zeke! You evolved! ...But I don't think this is enough..."
"Sorry, this is the best I can do at the moment・゚・(。>ω<。)・゚・" Zeke apologized.
"No no, It's good... but... hmmm..."
The more he think about it, the more it feels like there's a way...
"...Um... Digimon evolves, right?"
"That's right, as I explained before," Stripes answered.
"And it's not like Pokemon...? it's temporary...?"
"For chosens, yes."
...He have to think for these group!? He can't do that outta sudden! He bit his lips. It's been... too long since he spoke at length. His throat seized up... he started to grew paler and paler... until he felt a nudge on his hand.
"Take it slow, I'm here too, you know! (´。• ω •。`)b"
Shun nodded at Zeke before pulling a notebook and wrote rapidly on it.
I think what we have to do is quite simple. We have to have someone to hold one Fragmaster at bay, to make sure that they don't meet the other one, then we concentrated our force on the other one. So we can destroy it faster.
"I see, a temporary distraction it is?"
If we keep one Fragmaster's attention to one of us only, while the rest destroys the other Fragmaster, we would be able to defeat them. The risk is that the one who held back the Frag most likely won't have enough power to fight after that.
"A fair tradeoff..."
From what Stripes told us... This mean sensei should not be the one that holds off the bigger fragmaster. I'm currently a newbie and I can't really hold back the enemy for that matter...
"......................Ah, Frags somehow ignores me completely," Stripes supplemented.
...Zeke and Shun's eyes fell to Serena and Gem. Oh dear. Not sure how that will go.

"In essence, it is similar to how water abilities are effective against fire Digimon," Weston concluded out. "Other kinds of abilities will do the trick just fine, but the use of water would be ideal. Therefor, an Oracion would be the ideal choice for fighting the Frags... given that they are of an appropriate level, of course."
Serena wasn't a fan of the answer she was given to her question, even if it did make sense. Shun and Zeke had bonded so quickly after meeting that the Frags took no chances and pulled them in as soon as they could, seemingly using all of their power to do so. Regardless, Shun looked like he was ready to face against the Frags and get back home, with Stripes even having to remind him that this wouldn't necessarily be to the death.
"Don't you worry! With the... one, two, three... six of us combined, we'll have no problem doing the thing and getting out of here!" Serena said, closing her eyes and smirking as she crossed her arms.
"...were you not just asking about how we were going to fight against the Frags?"
"That was about getting pulled in here to begin with! Now that we ARE in here, there's no way we'll lose!"
"And how are we gonna get out of here, Serena?" Gem asked as he tilted his head a bit.
"I have absolutely no idea!" Well, she's confident, at least.
"I thought it was rather obvious... we defeat these 'Fragmasters,' and then we'll be sent out of this pocket dimension." Weston was officially concerned when it came to this girl and her intelligence.
While the group was brainstorming the best way to go about this, Zeke was suddenly able to evolve to his in-training stage, which looked like the head of a puppy robot. However, it seemed that having to think of the situation for the whole group. Living up to his function, Zeke helped comfort the poor guy, which allowed Shun to think more clearly. He pulled out a notebook and wrote down his thoughts, which just so happened to be to have someone distract one Fragmaster while the others took on the other one, with the distracting one likely not having much energy left over.
"I see, I see... yes, this could work," Weston said, nodding his head in approval. But because Weston was a solo Digimon, Zeke was still only an in-training, and the Frags ignored Stripes completely, all heads in the roomed turned towards Serena and Gem.
Serena's eyes widened, her anime cowlick shooting straight up into the air, and Gem's expression was practically identical. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on a moment, I'm a brand new Chosen like Shun is. We can't fight against something like a Fragmaster by ourselves!"
"I'm not as strong as the rest of my family..." Gem sheepishly replied. "Well I mean, I am, but I'm not that good at fighting..."
"You are both being too hard on yourselves," Weston said to the two of them. "I understand the fear, the two of you are in an unknown place facing against unknown creatures, and you would prefer to not face it alone. But you two won't be alone; you'll have each other. And in most cases, that is all you need. I have seen the power of bonded humans and Digimon up close with my very own eyes. You're both much more powerful than you realize."
"That's nice of you to say, but-"
"Don't overthink it. Don't dwell on your fears. And remember that there is no shame in retreat if you feel you must. But it is also important to try. And it's not as if you have to defeat it; merely distracting it will suffice. Do you understand?"
Serena sighed. She and Gem looked over at each other and gave a nod of agreement before Serena turned back to the others. "Yeah, alright, we'll do it."
"Splendid. Stripes, do you happen to know where the Fragmasters are currently located?"

...Is this girl OK? Shun tried hard to not look so judgy, but it's a bit hard to not when it feel like the girl's head is filled with fowers and happy place when they're in place of danger. Though, as expected, she's definitely protesting about having to act as a decoy. Shun was about to reassure her that he doesn't mean that she should fight alone. Even running around the place while whittling down the enemies were already enough. But Weston somehow already do that...
...In a way that Shun would say, sounded like a tactical pushing. Even he won't be able to say no if he said it like that. It feel like it doen't exactly makes the senpai feels more at ease honestly. Shun decided to write something. He don't like how that conversation ended.
There's no need to push yourself. If there's a need for you to hide, then just hide. We just need distraction, there's no need to actually try 1vs1 it by yourself. If you can't handle it then just regroup, except do tell us beforehand. Perhaps with something loud and explosive directed at the sky.
He then looked at Zeke. "Zeke, can you print out map..."
"Of the school, yes? Will do! (☆ω☆)"
Once the school map is printed, Stripes looked around, at the window, at the structure of the building... then pointed. One is exactly on the front of the school... another is behind.
"One at the front is aerial type. The one on behind is a chasing ground type. Speed and strength are roughly the same, but the size is a bit diferent. The flying one is bigger due to its wingspan. The ground one is slightly bigger than the school corridor. It's up to you how we should do this."
"The decoy choose," was all Shun replied to that.
