"Yeah, well. As I said previously, Ayaka and me got into an argument and, well... that argument is somewhat because of Kyo. See, the little obnoxious plant believes that her ate some of her plants and dug the ground of her partner, but I know my partner, and I'm pretty sure that she wouldn't be destructive of things she sees as pretty, and she really admired Ayaka for her garden. She even went for like a hour a day to smell all the scents of the flowers, so say that Kyo was enthralled by it it's saying little, and believe it or not, she takes great care of things that she finds pretty, so she was really hurt when Ayaka said that she was the culprit... and well, when I began searching on the garden I found the nail, so I'm beginning to suspect that a rogue digimon did it"
As they finished cleaning the mess Duffer and Kotemon did, he began to wonder.
"Well, seems that we're finished for today. We've only to wait for Honma-sensei now. So, what did Mana-chan do when you met? She always behaves strangely around boys she doesn't know. Hopefully she didn't make you do some strange thing or something like that".

"Well, that much I already know, but... Is there is anything else?" Ryouta asked, a bit concerned. However, the topic changed immediately to the question about Mana. Count on Ryouta to do something dumb about feeling, because this is what he said to the boy, in rather relaxed manner, too.
"Well, let's see... first thing first, she's not... weird, like how you put it. I think she's pretty cool and not stiff at all... she's... well, her maternal instinct is strong, that's for sure, because she really had a hysteric moment when she thought Ayaka would be in trouble... But afterward, she's pretty cool. The problem is... well, her strength. She must be pretty strong if she broke someone's nose with volleyball... I can do with my fist, but no can do with volleyball... strong smashing strength, huh? She seem obsessed with hugging Dracomon, and Dracomon kind of afraid of her... half afraid, I mean... because she hugged Ayaka too strongly. I told her to not do it until Dracomon is ready, but she insisted... and.... well, let's say she hugged me as a test so that I allow her to hug Dracomon... she seem holding back on the hug. Also, told her it's really up to Dracomon."
...And it was too late when he noticed what would he do if a boy told him that he hugged his little sister. Ryouta's face paled slightly.

"Yeah, volleyball's one of the few things I think she geniunely likes, and she's even aiming to become the best setter of her school team, even though her her spiking and serving skills are already good enough to make her a great outside spiker, but after that incident when she broke a girl's nose, she's trying to play on a position where the chances of that doing that again are greatly lowered, and as setter she barely attacks, so she's quite happy with that... okay, I'm. rambling" It was obvious that Yuu took a great deal of pride on her sister's volleyball skills. So yes, the point's that she's deceptively strong and most likely Dracomon matches her criteria of cute, so the most likely result is that she'll try to hug him. She can be pretty gentle when she's not excited though, so expect her not to damage him if he ever complies and... WHAT?"
Yuu's face was obviously contorted with rage at Ryouta's words.
"YOU HUGGED MY LITTLE SISTER? SHE'S ONLY THIRTEEN FOR GOD'S SAKE, RYOUTA! THAT'S ALMOST PEDO...!"
Yeah, he didn't finish the word because Kyo stirred from her slumber and was yawning at this very moment.
"You better watch your step with her, Ryouta-san. If you ever do anything to overly familiar with her again I swear I'll..."
"Yuu-ottousan! What're you two talking about? Sounds like fun!"

"Dude, dude, chill! I-I'm not hugging her! It's just her hugging me---Oh God, have mercy..." Ryouta was trying his best to calm down the mute teen, really defensively at it. "Alright, alright, I got it that I'm not someone you want to be overly familiar with your sister, but I'm not trying to do anything funny to her, alright!? I got sisters, too, and I only thought her as one! Bad habit with younger girls, really... I won't touch someone without their permission!"
Dracomon sat beside Kyo, looking a bit confused at the funny scene transpired in front of him.
"...Say, Kyo-chan... why does Yuu-san getting so angry with Aniki? I mean, if Mana-chan loves Aniki, then isn't it great? Aniki's little sister, Kizuna-chan said that love is the most beautiful thing in the world... But why doesn't he look happy at all? I mean, isn't it great that Mana-chan is happy? She looks happy when she hugged him, too... But that probably just me."

Kyo looked at Dracomon with longing for some time before finally answering on a somewhat sad and serious voice.
"Well... that's because Yuu-ottousan would be totally... devastated if harm befell on someone he cares about, Dracomon-san. His live was already one of loss, and another blow would be almost unbearable. Yet... I trust on his resolve, should the unthinkable happen. Hope's your only weapon when you know that your fate's sealed, right?" she made sure that Yuu didn't hear those words, because some things are better to be left just as they are, and smiled at the boy's seemingly endless rage at Ryouta.
"ARE YOU SAYING THAT MY MANA-CHAN INSINUATED HERSELF TO YOU? I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT MAKING ME DOUBT ABOUT THE PURITY OF MY LITTLE SISTER. You know, that won't work. At all. Mana barely knows what love is, and you're the older one, so if you ever misguide her to do that kind of things ever again I swear that I won't forgive you, and believe me when I say that I have a lot of ways to get my points across. Everything that happens between the both of you is YOUR responsability, and even if you lay a finger on a single of her hairs I swear that I'll..."
Yuu froze himself in place as what he though was the sound of Mihoshi coming back.

"Nice going, big bro, but honestly, Ryouta is the densest person around, so he might probably just accepted what he thought was the most innocent thing around... which probably means, the girl doesn't understand what's love herself, and Ryouta merely thinks it as an innocent gesture... It's not like Ryouta himself know what's love is because he's a single for the entire fifteen years of his life." Mihoshi commented. "Don't ask me why I butt in. Your voice is too loud, so loud that I can hear it from far away."
Mihoshi tossed four yakisoba, two for each boys and two bottles of mineral water. "Sorry, Digimon not included in my budget. Hope you bring your own meal for the two."
Ryouta swiftly caught the bottle and the snacks. Honestly, he's glad that Mihoshi finally came back. To his (biased) view, Mihoshi felt like Lady Kannon descended from heaven...
"Alright, that's all. Dismissed."
Without the chance to reply to the black Salamon's words, Dracomon quickly degenerated by force by Ryouta into Babydmon, who he quickly grabbed. Thanks to all his physical activity, Ryouta quickly climbed out from the pool and broke into full sprint back home. He really don't want to deal with the mute guy until he calmed down.

Yuu obviously scratched the back of his head on a apologetic gesture as Mihoshi made her presence known.
"I'm terribly sorry for my outburst, Honma-sensei" he apologized as he took the yakisoba and the bottled water "It's just that I can't believe that Ryouta-san even thought about blaming my little sister for something she undoubtedly didn't do, and even if he has been single in his fifteen years, I seriously doubt that that gesture was one of pure innocence... I've already seen how boys from her grade look at her, I don't want to imagine how her seniors would look at her. Hopefully, you understand my concern, Honma-sensei. It's just what any older brother would do towards his younger sister".
At their dismissal, Yuu bowed and went to pick up Kyo, giving her some of the yakisova, as he didn't feel too hungry himself. He felt like walking with her instead of just devolving her. After all, she could always say that she was a new breed of dog. The new ones who were rather smallish and always tried to be cute were solo popular these days that most likely everyone would believe him. Yet, as the duo made their way home, Yuu began to think about all the strange signs that Kyo had given him today. What would be the meaning of those? He wondered, as if really wantng to know.
