Dokugumon wasn't the type to actually plan out her moves, but she knew what her abilities did. By all her previous hunts, her victims would flail about wildly while the Dokugumon went in for the kill. So she didn't expect the Teumesmon to lash out with a fiery assault that enveloped her, the hallucinatory web, and someone she used to... that annoying Hudiemon. Dokugumon was about to reel back from the flames, but then the Hudiemon above let out a worried shout, sending out a barrage of sparkling scales in between the encroaching flames and the spider Digimon. Shortly afterwards, the Hudiemon let out a shriek of pain as another burst of flames enveloped her body and scorched her for a brief moment. But Omen's first creative flames collided with the wall of scales and its flight path changed entirely, getting pushed away. ...Right where the pink-haired girl was suspended in webs. It's funny, you'd think that there would be some sort of dramatic moment for this. That time would slow down, or an ominous storm would break out, or something. That there would be a single, heartfelt message, or at least she'd get to let out one final scream of agony. But as Omen's flames collided with the pink-haired girl's body, there was nothing significant. One moment she was there, and in just a couple of seconds, the intense flames had completely burned away the webbing along with everything it contained. One moment she was there, and then the next she was gone, as if her existence itself was nothing of consequence, and nothing left to remember her by. Except for the one creature alive that is incapable of forgetting her. But if Dokugumon cared, or even noticed the little girl's existence in the first place, she didn't let on. For one reason or another, Dokugumon was spared from Omen's flames, and it was her turn to counterattack. But she had to be careful, and instead of making some reckless attack, the hunter spider knew she had to make it decisive. So she took a deep breath, and let out a strong web that if it made contact without error, then Omen would once again find herself unable to move about freely, as well as find its webbing to be made of some corrosive material that would briefly deteriorate her defenses. [Active] 5. Shield Powder - Hudiemon releases a powder that dispels 1 attack her level or lower. Cooldown: 2 Posts
[Active] 2. Web of Disaster - Immobilizes target for one post, in addition to reducing their defense by 50% while they're bound. Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts
- Hudiemon uses her [Shield Powder] to protect Dokugumon from Omen's modified [Occult Flare], taking some damage due to failing to protect herself. She could probably just block the attack entirely, but that would be less hype, so only Dokugumon gets hit. The web and the accompanying illusion/delusion get burned away as well, unless Omen wants to keep it going. Unfortunately, Omen's flames were deflected towards the fallen Nanami, incinerating her completely. You just successfully murdered your best friend. Way to go, monster. - But a future manslaughter charge aside, Dokugumon attacks Omen with a non-poisonous attack, [Web of Disaster]. If it hits, Omen is rendered immobile, as well as decreasing her defensive capabilities by 50% for until the end of Dokugumon's next post. It seems like the spider Digimon is planning something nasty that she really wants to hit Omen with. So maybe don't get distraught and distracted by the fact that you murdered my favorite character. - Because Hudiemon took damage from Omen's last attack, her [Momentum Fever] passive doesn't trigger, so she can't refresh any of her cooldowns this turn.
Duration/Cooldowns Hudiemon: Healing Powder - 1/2 Shield Powder - 0/2 Dokugumon: Venom Web - CD 2/4 Venom Bite - CD 2/3, No duration due to the attack missing. Web of Lies - Duration Ends, Cooldown 0/3 Web of Disaster - Duration 0/1, Cooldown 0/3 if it misses.

Fire spread to all in the Teumesmon's sight--just as she had intended it to. Her fire was infallible, her flames an extension of herself. That was what she had told herself as she had practiced with this form, at the very least. Yet, despite that, she hadn't counted on the Hudiemon going out of her way to shield the Dokugumon... Confirmations aside, the next series of events was...rather chaotic in nature. Hudiemon had managed to deflect her flames in a direction that immediately incited an emotion Omen had felt before, but not in this...amount. Panic. Hysteria. The flames sailed towards Nanami as Omen let out a frantic cry, "NO!" The lingering laughter of whatever the illusion had been continued to echo in her mind, perhaps as some sort of backdrop to what happened next. Flame had made contact with the human. In an instant, she was gone. In but an instant, Omen appeared to have killed one of the most important people to her. She was perfectly aware of this. Yet she had not anticipated that at all. It was...crushing. The black and yellow flames from prior began to manifest once more at Omen's paws, before the Teumesmon let out an ear-piercing screech as what may as well be Digivolution took place...as the web hit her. It's gonna carry over into whatever came of this. The flames spilled from her mouth, her ears, her nose, it enveloped her entire frame as the Teumesmon's overall size began to go from that of a fleet-footed fox, roughly the size of the average Kyubimon to that of a bear. No, double the size of a bear. Whatever was within the web now was NOT a Teumesmon anymore. It was debatable if it was even Omen at that point, but the creature thrashed within the web, the myriad mouths upon it whispering and murmuring unintelligible words in voices, voices from people Omen had heard throughout her life. And yet, it stared Dokugumon down, as if daring it to come closer. Teeth were bared, voices continued to chitter, before the Leucrotamon fired forth a blast of flames for... Of all people.... Of all things... Hudiemon. All of this was her fault. Yes, not yours. Hers. Right?
Relevant Passives: The passives that Omen's passives became are here.
Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.
Truth-Seeking Lens [Passive]: For how squishy one might consider Omen in this form, she is far removed from the term 'weak.' Opponents who employ mental abilities of any kind, especially hypnosis, pacification, or mind control, will find that Teumesmon Leucrotamon is COMPLETELY immune to them.
Oh boy, there's...a lot to keep track of here. So, Omen is hit by Web of Disaster, immobilizing her, but...the sheer emotional duress brought on by killing Nanami causes her to break that proverbial ceiling and digivolve to Leucrotamon. She then pulls some crap as you can see below. It's spoilered because nobody wants to read so many move descriptions at once! Also she's still immobilized and hit with a defensive debuff. It's kind of a double edged sword. Fatekeeper becomes replaced with Empty Vessel. Fatekeeper [Ram Upgrade GIGA]: This individual is 'blessed' with an eidetic memory, which doesn't do much outside of combat outside of meaning 'she remembers things super good.' In combat, however, this recordkeeping memory is best used as a means to recall. And with this digimon, recollection can serve more than one singular purpose. She can replace Fatekeeper with any passive ability she has learned about. Doing this locks the passive in for three posts, before it may be changed again.
Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.
Prior Adaptation becomes replaced with Fleeting Light. Prior Adaptation [Passive]: You likely know the drill by now, Omen is able to replace this passive with one she has learned or gained knowledge about. If she does so, then three turns must pass by before she may swap this out with another passive.
Recall is replaced by Hideous Blow. Recall: Leucrotamon is able to replace this with any active move she has learned about/recalled, but upon replacing the move, it will remain for at least 3 turns before she is able to swap it out again. Also, this move takes on that move's cooldown.
Hideous Blow [RAM Upgrade]: A wicked strike is let loose by this Digimon, red energy surging through her choice of weapon, be it limb or armament. The data let loose by whoever this hits flows into the Digimon, decreasing one of her own cooldowns by one additional post! Three post cooldown.
Prior Sin is replaced by From Below. Prior Sin: Leucrotamon is able to replace this with any active move she has learned about/recalled, but upon replacing the move, it will remain for at least 3 turns before she is able to swap it out again. Also, this move takes on that move's cooldown.
From Below: The Digimon produces a barrier of sorts of some…purple stuff? It’s effectively a shield that tanks one attack of it’s level, two from below, so on and so forth. But should it be pierced, broken, or otherwise ignored, then that small bit of space where it was forcibly rewrites itself, creating a shockwave that rebounds at the attacker. It increases the move that broke it’s cooldown by one. Five post cooldown.
After all of THAT BS is done with, Leucrotamon attacks Hudiemon with Craft Shooter, despite being immobile! It's perfectly fine to shoot someone for causing you to kill your best friend, honest. Craft Shooter [RAM Upgrade]: Leucrotamon fires out a blast of strangely corrosive flames from her mouth, akin to a beam. If this move misses, then it will fly back to Omen on the next post, healing her for fifty percent of what the move would have dealt in damage. Three post cooldown. Durations: House Rules: 3/4 Literally all of her replacement moves: 0/3 Cooldowns: Craft Shooter: 0/3 Laying Odds: 1/2

While Omen was bound by the webs, she sure as hell wasn't defenseless. As the Teumesmon tranformed into the far more imposing Leucrotamon, it was obvious that Hudiemon was more than taken aback at the sudden transformation. It was as if the Hudiemon hadn't witnessed what had caused Omen's outburst in the first place. Omen unleashed the burst of flame, flying out towards the butterfly Digimon, and while she may have been able to tolerate and defend herself from the flames of a adult-stage Digimon, something of Omen's new power level was more than capable of shattering anything she could bring up. She let out a shriek of horror and pain as the flames consumed her, collapsing to the ground, in between Dokugumon and the newly-formed Leucrotamon. Her wings were mostly burned away, and her body was nearly scorched entirely black. She gasped in pain and squirmed in place, apparently unable to move. "Please... run away...!" She gasped in a weak voice, looking over towards the encroaching spider Digimon. But the practically mindless Dokugumon didn't pay her warning any mind. Instead, due to the fact that she was standing in front of her previous prey, Dokugumon suddenly sunk her fangs into the near-dead Digimon tearing her apart. She scattered into tiny specks of data, and Dokugumon absorbed them without a second thought. And then it was her turn to make a transformation. Her spider-shaped body remained, but a full torso grew out from her head. Her legs elongated, and soon another Digimon took her place. Dokugumon had become Arachnemon. She looked around, almost as if recognizing her surroundings for the very first time, shivering in place. "Where..." She spoke out in a primitive, raspy voice that sounded like it hadn't been used in a long, long time. "Where Hudiemon? Where is... friend?"
- Hudiemon gets scorched to hell and back by Craft Shooter, collapses, and Dokugumon takes the opportunity to consume the fallen bug. - Dokugumon Digivolves to Arachnemon, and wants to know what happened to her best friend. She doesn't make an attack, seeing as she's more confused than aggressive, at the moment. Cooldown/Durations: New Evo Who Dis? - 0/0

As it turned out, sometimes, lashing out was precisely the method needed to deal with the impending venomous death, for the monster's projectile struck true, sending the Hudiemon to the ground between her and the Dokugumon, as Leucrotamon continued to struggle against her webs. Finally, they gave way, the beast shaking herself free as she watched Hudiemon meet an unceremonious end at the hands of her beloved friend. ... Just like her prince had. The Leucrotamon let out a mournful dirge from her myriad mouths, as the Dokugumon would promptly digivolve into Arachnemon--a more sapient Digimon. Where was she? Why did everything hurt so much? Why did she want to cry? Why did she want to hurt something? Why was...that thing talking to her now, even after it... ...Leucrotamon was confused. Rage still filled it's very form, yet it did not seem to understand why now. It watched Hudiemon die, yet...It felt hollow. A voice finally spoke. Voices, more like. Digimon and man alike. "̵D̷e̷a̷d̷.̸ ̵I̸t̵ ̸w̵a̸s̴ ̴y̵o̴u̴.̶ ̸Y̶o̶u̷ ̷k̶i̴l̶l̷e̵d̸ ̷h̵e̴r̶,̵ ̵j̵u̸s̷t̸ ̶l̴i̸k̶e̴ ̶s̴h̸e̵ ̵l̸e̴d̴ ̸s̵o̵ ̸m̴a̶n̶y̸ ̶o̴t̵h̷e̴r̷s̷ ̶t̶o̸ ̸b̵e̵ ̸k̸i̵l̸l̷e̴d̶ ̴b̶y̶ ̷y̵o̵u̶.̵"̷ Leucrotamon's mouths told Arachnemon. "̴Y̶o̸u̵ ̵a̴n̷d̸ ̷I̵ ̶a̵r̴e̷ ̵m̸u̵c̶h̴ ̴t̸h̷e̴ ̶s̶a̵m̶e̶ ̷n̴o̴w̸.̴.̶.̷L̵i̵t̸t̵l̶e̴ ̶m̷o̶r̶e̴ ̷t̴h̶a̴n̶ ̴m̷o̶n̸s̴t̵e̶r̶s̵ ̶w̶h̵o̸ ̸k̷i̶l̴l̸ ̶t̶h̸e̶i̵r̵ ̶f̴r̸i̵e̶n̶d̴s̴,̷ ̸w̸h̵o̸ ̸l̴e̶a̶d̷ ̶t̵h̸e̷i̷r̷ ̶p̸r̶i̴n̵c̸e̵s̷ ̴t̶o̴ ̸a̵ ̶g̵r̴i̷s̴l̷y̶ ̶e̶n̵d̸.̴"̷
This was, startlingly enough, an attack of Leucrotamon's--Hollow Whisper. And unfortunately, the mouths upon the beast were speaking truth. The question is, though, how would Arachnemon respond to this? The only reason Leucrotamon hadn't sprang to try killing her too, was because something was holding her back. Something did not want to bite the bullet.
Relevant Passives: Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.

Leucrotamon abuses the breathing room to use Hollow Whisper...while also telling it how it is. Hollow Whisper: Leucrotamon begins to amplify the many voices whispering from the mouths on it's legs. The formerly unintelligible language becomes eerily comprehensible, and for some strange reason, they pierce the hearts of up to three targets in a figurative sense as they promise something in no uncertain terms. They will die. Their friends will abandon them. This causes the foes to lose the will to fight for a turn, silencing their power to use named moves for that duration. Three turn cooldown. I feel horrible for this. Leucrotamon is feeling a whirlwind of emotions too, yet something is preventing her from trying to finish anyone else. Durations: House Rules: 4/4 - Final turn! Omen's replacement moves: 1/3. Cooldowns: Craft Shooter: 1/3 Laying Odds: 2/2 Hollow Whisper: 0/3

Arachnemon didn't offer any resistance to Omen's words, and perhaps it was due to the spider's bizarre mental state, but it was unclear if she was affected by Omen's occult enchantment at all.
But whether the words had any supernatural effect on her at all, the words did impact the newly-formed Ultimate Digimon. And what was the tell? The stream of tears running down her face. Arachnemon began to openly weep before the Digimon it was trying to kill but a few moments ago.
"I... I am a monster... I am a killer. I killed. A murderer. I killed. I killed her. My friend. My only friend. A murdered. I killed and murdered a friend..." She seemed like she would go on and on, but her teary eyes were aimed towards Omen. "You are a monster, too. You killed a friend. You should die. You are a killer. You should die. I should die. I am a killer. You are a killer. Killed a friend. I should murder. You should murder. I should die. You are a killer. I should kill. You should kill. I should kill a murderer. You should murder a killer. I should die. You should die. We should both die!" She suddenly sprang backwards from the Leucrotamon to put some distance between the two.
WeepingArachnemon gave Omen a cold look, seeming getting her wits about her. "Better people deserved to live. I should die. You should die. We are murderers. We should kill each other. We both deserve to die. We can both kill each other. It's what we deserve. We deserve. We deserve. WE DESERVE!"
Well... Maybe her screws were still a little loose. Arachnemon be crazy, yo. She's probably gonna try and kill Omen. And something tells me she wants Omen to kill her.

A miasma still hung over Leucrotamon, yet whatever was keeping her from ending this here and now was swiftly losing that battle. Don't do it. She can still be saved, right? Enough people died in front of you today... You already killed her. You already watched the one who made you do it die. Why? The Weeping Black Widow had answered such a question for the mournful beast. They were both monsters in this labyrinth, they were both murderers, the ones who had killed their only friends, the ones who had robbed themselves of the people they cared for the most. Neither deserved to live, truly. Yet, she was not going to be the first to die. No, this was not going to be a happy ending, no matter what. She would not die here to this monster, and thus the Leucrotamon sprang for Arachnemon to try landing a vicious slash to her midsection with her claws, trying to land the first blow! "You deserve!" It was clear as day!

Leucrotamon lashes out with Berserk Sinking. She agrees completely with Arachnemon, reset that 'threads without Omen accepting death' counter to 0. Berserk Sinking [RAM Upgrade]: When your mother was one of the more terrifying Meicrackmon Vicious Modes on the site, you tend to inherit a few things from her. Leucrotamon lunges for a foe with fang and claw, trying to tear into them with the same level of ferocity as one of the dreaded cats. The wounds left by this attack fester, and should healing be applied? They become 50% more severe for that next post. More pain! Two turn cooldown. Durations: Omen's replacement moves (At least until they can be changed out): 2/3. Cooldowns: Craft Shooter: 2/3 Hollow Whisper: 1/3 Berserk Sinking: 0/2

Omen charged forward, and the WeepingArachnemon didn't make a move at first. But as the Leucrotamon got closer to her next murder victim, the Ultimate-stage spider Digimon spread her arms out as if to welcome Omen's assault. It landed cleanly, tearing into her mid-section while data scattered where Omen's claw touched. But then the Arachnemon's arm closed in, grabbing at the Leucrotamon to hold her in place while she was up close. And in her other hand, a thick, purple strand of web hardened into a spear. "She died for me... if I die, she'll die... she's dead, but she'll die... I have to live, I have to die, I have to kill..." She muttered, perhaps more to herself than to Omen. "Live, die, kill, live die kill livediekill livediekilllivediekilllivediekilllivediekilllivedie... KILL!!!" the WeepingArachnemon seemed to decide something then, as she thrust the venom-dripping javeling down towards Omen. It would probably hurt if she got stabbed with it, and continue to hurt for a little while longer.
- WeepingArachnemon gets struck cleanly by Omen's attack, but she seemed to invite it in order to get a clean shot on the attacking Leucrotamon with her [Venom Javelin] skill. It's one of those, poison damage over time effects, plus the actually stabbing's gonna hurt if it hits, too. Relevant Moves [Active] 3. Venom Javelin - Impales the target with a solid web. Deals a moderate amount of damage to the target for the next three posts. Pierces defenses and shields. Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts
[Passive] RU1. Venom Amp - When an enemy takes lingering damage from an ability, that damage is increased by an additional 20% for every additional post that ability has been active. So on the first turn of lingering damage, it would be a 20% increase, the second a 40% total, and the third a 60% increase in damage. This ability won’t work on a lingering damage effect on its 4th turn or longer.

Death. That was all that Leucrotamon could cause. That was all she could wonder about as she raked a claw clean across the weeping Arachnemon. That was good if not...a bit odd? She had a bad feeling as the Arachnemon went to grab at her. No. No. Not good. Not good at all. Warning bells sounded off, lots of them, at that! Moreover, this mantra being spouted off really ground at Leucrotamon. Was it not better to try living for them rather than dying? No, not if you were a filthy murderer like they were. Really...This was all that they ever deserved. She had to live for her prince, however. Even if she had been the one to take her life, her prince would have told her to live on. As the WeepingArachnemon went to impale Omen with the Venom Javelin, she seemed to focus as a barrier of purple energies surrounded her for all but the briefest of moments, before the spear pierced right through it. See, the creature should have been wise enough to consider this a terrible idea but she had genuinely never been on the recieving end of a piercing move before. So, one could consider this an equivalent trade, for as the spear pierced the veil covering Omen, and sank into the hide of the monster, there was a 'pop', a loud one, as a shockwave rebounded forth to throw Arachnemon back violently if she were unable to hold her ground! It was an ennervator primarily, but shockwaves do hurt...Much akin to the venom coursing through Omen's own veins. It seared at her, causing the Leucrotamon to let out a quiet, pained whimper.
Relevant Passives (Help): Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.

Omen realizes she may have screwed herself, and tries to use From Below to protect herself from the spider's Venom Javelin. Omen did not read the memo. It pierces, and she is afflicted with a particularly painful and burning debuff. Yet, From Below's secondary effect activates, a shockwave ripping out to try putting distance between herself and Arachnemon, as well as increasing Venom Javelin's cooldown... TO FUCKING 6 POSTS. There's a lot of hurt here. From Below: The Digimon produces a barrier of sorts of some…purple stuff? It’s effectively a shield that tanks one attack of it’s level, two from below, so on and so forth. WeepingArachnemon's assault had struck true, and though the result had some unintended consequences, such as Arachnemon getting shoved back with whatever feeble defense the Leucrotamon tried to put up. Between the claw attack she had taken and the force of the shockwave, the Arachnemon's legs quivered in weakness for just a brief instant, but... No! She wasn't going to simply die like this! She had to live to die to kill to live to die to live to kill to die to live! But... Leucrotamon was trying to kill her, too! So she had to stop getting killed by Leucrotamon. Arachnemon began to chuckle furiously while simultaneously crying as she could sense the poison flowing in Omen's data. No doubt causing her massive harm. She should just let the poison take its course, and attack when she's vulnerable. So she let loose another stream of poisonous gas! But this one wasn't to hurt Omen further. No... this one would debilitate her victims, preventing them from fighting back for a little bit, and even after that, their attacks would still be weakened as the poison slowly wore off.
- Arachnemon takes the ouchies from the shockwave, getting a little more hurt all the while. But she decides to let the poison she put on Omen take its course instead of inviting a further scrap, using her [Paralyzing Powder] to debilitate Omen. If it hits, it will keep her from attacking from attacking for one post, then halve her attack strength (technically reduce it by 50%) for another 2 posts after that.
[Active] 4. Paralyzing Powder - Prevents the enemy from attacking with a harmless, but poisonous powder for 1 post, then reduces their attack strength by 50% for the following 2 posts as the poison wears off. Duration: 3 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts C&D's Venom Javelin - Duration 1/3 (Residual damage boosted by 20% from [Venom Amp]) Paralyzing Powder - Duration 0/3, Cooldown 0/4 if avoided.

Space was attained, yet it did nothing to avail the searing pain that the Leucrotamon was undergoing. It was odd--her insides burned akin to a furnace, yet the venom coursing through her somehow managed to burn brighter than that. It led to an odd...awareness. A painful lucidity that she was uncertain she could come back from. Yet, her prince would want her to live, right? Her prince would want her to survive even if she had killed her... The WeepingArachnemon seemed to have more powder up her sleeve, and the Leucrotamon was not going to fall for a trick like the traitorous Hudiemon's a second time. She sought to leap up and over the poisonous stream as it came, an elaborate maneuver in the air positioning her in a position to come down and use her next attack all in a rather fluid sequence of events. Was this going to be a butt stomp? No. Leucrotamon's tail opened up to reveal a hellish furnace contained within, jagged metal for fangs as it sought to descend upon WeepingArachnemon and immolate her. Severely. Moreover, if that attack even hit, it'd cause Leucrotamon to be forced to land. Awkwardly. Oof.
Relevant Passives (Kill Me): Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.
Omen finds that poison enhanced by a passive hurts a lot, sustaining damage even as she makes to avoid the Paralyzing Powder. She retaliates with an airborne Pyre Vortex to try roasting this bitch. Yep. Pyre Vortex: Leucrotamon's tail splits open to reveal a hellish furnace within, before she attempts to suffocate an enemy with it, using the flames within to try burning the enemy severely. Four turn cooldown. Flames ignore active shields! Durations: Omen's replacement moves (At least until they can be changed out): 3/3 - Can swap now! Venom Javelin (Plus Ouchies From Venom Amp): 1/3 Cooldowns: Hollow Whisper: 3/3 Berserk Sinking: 2/2 Pyre Vortex: 0/4 From Below: 1/5

But little did the foolish Omen know that this was the Arachnemon's plan the entire time! She had expected Omen to dodge the attack (not really), and was prepared to play out the long game in another way! While Omen was flipping around through the air using what must be the most deadliest fart in existence, the WeepingArachnemon conjured forth a force that was far worse than burning to death or suffocating! ...it was spiders. Arachnemon summoned forth a bunch of spiders. Though to Omen, these spiders might look pretty alien, since they didn't look like any Digimon she had seen before. But sure enough, this legion of spiders created a wall to protect their summoner from any harm... Wait... did this move ignore shields? Because if this move did, that would be totally bad... It did ignore shields, after all! The spiders began to shrivel up an burn away, scorching WeepingArachnemon along with them! It looked like WeepingArachnemon's shield skill did absolutely nothing! But... whether it was by coincidence or pure unoriginality, that wasn't all of the effects of the Arachnemon's shield skill. Suddenly the burning spiders began to move again, suddenly flying towards the landing Leucrotamon and bit and tore into her Digi-flesh in retaliation for getting torched! It seemed like the Arachnemon ALSO had a shield skill that damaged the enemy if it got torn apart! So that sucks! And to top it all off, the pain from Arachnemon's javelin was getting even worse! That also sucks!
- Arachnemon tries to block the attack that ignores shields with a shield skill, [Wall of Spiders]. But it activated her trap card, "Shield Skill that FUCKING HATES piercing. So she used a 5-cd move to deal the same amount of damage to Omen equivalent to a 2-cd move because of the piercing quality. Talk about cost efficient!
- Also, the second turn of [Venom Javelin] kicks in, its damaged boosted by [Venom Amp] for another 20% for a total of a 40% boost. So Omen's gonna suffer a bit more. Play lame, win games... or be considered lame by your peers and never have anyone want to play with you for fun, the only source of your joy in the skills you've worked so hard in developing being in a competitive environment where people are FORCED to play against you, therefore instilling a competitive mindset that can become unhealthy for you in other aspects of your life. All of a sudden you're old and alone, with no kids, no family that respects you, and you're eventually ostracized by the same competitive community you've found so much joy in earlier. And now there's nothing in this world that brings you joy. So your mind turns to dark places. If you're treated as the villain, then you'll BECOME the villain! All of a sudden, you're creating diabolical schemes to take over the world, cackling like a madman, and constantly coming up in situations where you can monologue! And... this metaphor went off the rails. I'll shut up now.
[Active] 5. Wall of Spiders - Creates a wall of spiders that nullify all attacks the user's level or lower for 1 post. In addition, if this shield gets pierced or ignored, the spiders get super pissed and swarm and tear into the attacker for an amount equal to the damage dealt to this move's user. There was an interesting back and forth being presented here, one that Leucrotamon opted to commit to memory if this would end in her survival. One does not wish to read the same spiel about how they have to live for their prince every post, but even in an exchange of 'fuck you's like this one, one had to remember. Both were fighting not for the right to live, but for others to live through them. Leucrotamon found that Pyre Vortex found purchase not on one spider, but many, and the beast let out a foul cackle as she landed. Her mistake, regrettably, as the spiders she seemed to fry got up and leapt for her as she began to move once more, digging into her as the venom from earlier seemed to only get worse. She could not prolong this fight any longer, she had to finish this quickly or else she'd be prey. Red energy surged through Leucrotamon's claw as she willed...no, FORCED herself to lunge for WeepingArachnemon, trying to land a hideous blow upon where she had struck previously with Berserk Sinking. Aggravating a wound could serve one well, after all, from a strictly tactical standpoint.
Relevant Passives (Kill Me): Empty Vessel [Passive]: This Digimon’s basic attacks deal as much damage as a post with no cooldown.
Good lord, Omen was not expecting her previous trick to just get pulled on her all of a sudden, sustaining further aggravated damage from the spiders as well as Venom Amp. She lashes out with Hideous Blow, attempting to strike around where her Berserk Sinking earlier had hit. Durations: Omen's replacement moves (At least until they can be changed out): 3/3 - Can swap now! Venom Javelin (Plus Ouchies From Venom Amp): 2/3 Cooldowns: Pyre Vortex: 1/4 From Below: 2/5 Hideous Blow: 0/3

There's an odd psychology about WeepingArachnemon's mindset right now. As it stood, she was someone who didn't want to live, but couldn't afford to die. After all, her existence was the only thing that matter. She was merely the mule who pulled along the wills of her fallen friend. So long as she was carrying it, who cares how much the mule is suffering? All that mattered was that this creature was trying to take her life. Which meant that she had to take her assailant's life instead. But... why exactly? If they were truly so similar, and both believed that they deserved to live, why were they trying to kill each other? ...Arachnemon knew the reason why. But unless this Leucrotamon was strong enough to survive, none of those reasons would matter in the first place. So while Arachnemon initially stood still to take the full-on brunt of Omen's claw, she suddenly jerked to the side at the last second. The claw still made contact, scraping at her wounded torso, no doubt causing all kinds of agony, but it wasn't anything that WeepingArachnemon didn't feel she deserved. She continued to cry as she attempted to grab the Leucrotamon's tendril-like mane and bite down on Omen's snout, her teeth not at all sharp, yet still covered in the same venom that continued to course through and raise hell in Omen's data. It it made contact, a venom that wouldn't break through defenses like her javelin, but the lingering pain being just as potent as the pain she had been feeling.
- Omen's hit gets a glancing blow as Arachnemon tries to prevent it from doing massive damage. She then tries to bite down on the Leucrotamon with her [Venom Bite] skill, basically just [Venom Javelin] but without the piercing effect. - This is the third and final turn of [Venom Javelin]'s poison, with [Venom Amp] increasing the damage by another 20%, to a whopping 60% increase total. Other Random Stuff Moves Used [Active] 6. Venom Bite - Deals a small amount of damage, but infects the target with a poison that deals damage for the next three posts. By all means, the spider should have been easy to crush underfoot many a time by now. After all, from all the Leucrotamon could infer? She wished for death. Such was not uncertain, the revelation that she had killed her friend had caused that...So why did she struggle? Why did both of the fighters here want to live, when they themselves were little more than murderers? Above all else, she had to figure out why. She had to be strong enough to figure out why. Of course, discounting the philosophical stuff right now, this was devolving into a slugfest between two entities that were named as they were on the tin, digital monsters in every sense of the word. The blow landed. Something felt slightly less on cooldown. A bite was snapped her way just as the poison seemed to leave her body, yet... ...She became a lot more familiar with this. Intimately so. In jeopardy as her snout was, however, this left her in a nice place to continue the assault. With her foe being so close, it would be child's play to aggravate the wounds already inflicted even further, and you know what? Leucrotamon did just that, even as she wailed in abject pain. She shot a claw forward to try and keep tearing at it--an application of her Berserk Sinking. See who would give first. The lion. Or the spider. The fire that was the poison, or the chitin beneath the claws.
Relevant Passives: Retention [Passive]: This individual is capable of recalling and understanding various things she has been subjected to, and can use the knowledge it remembers to fuel some abilities in it's later forms. It varies depending on the form, and is functionally useless at Rookie, but at Champion at so forth, it's two passives and two actives, and so on.
Omen replaces Fatekeeper's Empty Vessel with Retention--just in time, too, as she is hit with THE SAME DEBUFF SHE JUST GOT RID OF. Using the fact she's in melee range still to her advantage, she lashes out with Berserk Sinking as a retaliatory response. Also wow that's a lot of damage oh boy someone might genuinely be getting closer and closer to getting downed. Durations: Fatekeeper's cooldown period: 0/3 Venom Javelin: 3/3 Venom Bite: 0/3 (FUCK) Cooldowns: Pyre Vortex: 2/4 From Below: 4/5 (Hideous Blow's effect went here) Hideous Blow: 1/3 Berserk Sinking: 0/2

This was it. This was the moment that Arachnemon, despite all her existential self-hatred, sought out. While this was certainly quite the scrap, in the end it was ultimately just the hunter hunting her prey. The same primal feeling that existed in her before her Digivolution remained. And Arachnemon knew. Now matter how brightly her flames burned, that the Leucrotamon before her would eventually burn out. And now that she was cognizant enough to not care about her own survival, she knew that she was going to come out the victor. She would load this traveler's data, and become all the more stronger for it. She would survive, as the friendkiller who killed another friendkiller. That would redeem her, right? Of... of course it would! Hudiemon was the one who tried to feed this little beast to her, right? She needed to devour her in memory of Hudiemon! Arachnemon was going to live! She was going to live forever and ever and continue consuming more and more prey! She was strong now! A mere adult Digimon could never oppose her now, which meant that an even wider choice of prey had opened up to her. She no longer had to lay in wait and ambush her prey anymore. She could merely take what she wanted, devour who she wanted, and there were even less Digimon able to stop her anymore. So despite the sorrow in her heart, she knew that she would get past it one day, simply by gorging on enough victims to fill it. So despite her tears, the WeepingArachnemon began to chuckle maniacally. Her prey tore into her even further, taking advantage of the close quarters. She was experiencing an agony unlike anything she had ever felt before. But despite all her pain, Arachnemon laughed.
WeepingArachnemon takes the hit, but uses her [Solemn Glee] ability to recharge her [Venom Javelin]'s cooldown by 3. Combined with her [Momentum Frenzy] passive ability, [Venom Javelin]'s cooldown is reduced by a total of 4. It looks like she's preparing to pierce through whatever Omen has left, to make her fall prey to her strongest attack once more. Hopefully Omen has it in her to take another devastating hit. If not, she may want to hit WeepingArachnemon with everything she has left. She's taken quite a bit of damage so far. Also, something something Venom Bite + Venom Amp and whatnot. EDIT: Actually, Venom Javelin's got a bit more to go, so... yeah. Arachnemon spends her turn chuckling.
Moves used...
[Passive] 1. Momentum Frenzy - Reduces an active cooldown by 1. Cooldown: 2 Posts
[Active] RU2. Solemn Glee - If there's an enemy currently suffering from a lingering damage effect caused by the user, then they become so enthralled in their victim’s agony that they reduce one of their active cooldowns by 3. Cooldown: 5 Posts
