With new management, comes new changes and new....everything. Ever since Astamon had graced the city with his presence, many things were increased, some decreased. This was the former. The Picodevimon danced around his new shop. Everything looked squeaky clean, and much better than his old establishment. This was all at the expense of his new leader. Nothing came out of his proverbial pocket, which made the Rookie just plain giddy! With his previous customers being soooo caring, he was able to afford new store products, and new employees to run the shops he toiled on before this place was made. The entire building was one story tall, made from the best material since he had the bits to spare. Once you step inside the building, you see a kiosk in the middle, a PicoDevimon dancing atop it. He then notices you, halting his dance. He flaps his wings, bounding over to you.
"Welcome to the Terminus City Mall. The name's PicoDevimon, owner of this fine establishment. How may I be of assistance?"
Depending on your queries, the winged rookie would point to the four shops. To his left would be a shop operated by an Andromon, to his right, a shop by an Orgemon, and behind him, two shops. One is being operated by an Mekanorimon, a shop with a gray logo with a Lunamon skipping around doing nothing, whilst the other is covered with yellow tape, all marked "Keep Out." and "Closed until further notice." After done explaining, the Picodevimon would tap his wing over to a piece of paper, explaining the rules to you.

As you leave, you walk over to the shop operated by the Andromon. As you come closer, you see the title of the shop, "Apps For All". The shop owner has a bored look on his face. He sees you approach, and stands upright. "Welcome to Apps For All. I'm Andromon and I'm willing to help with whatever your needs are." The robotic Ultimate level passes you the shop menu. Before you begin your shopping, the Andromon stops you, handing you a small piece of paper. "Just in case you're interested in the Processor Upgrades." he says. You read the paper.
List of Precautions:
[/sup][li] You cannot buy a Processor Upgrade for a form you have not achieved yet "In Character", for the Digimon attempting to use this may have their data scrambled beyond belief trying to figure out which may be their "true" form. This may result in deletion. [/li]

As you leave, you walk over to the shop operated by the Ogremon. As you come closer, you see the title of the shop, "Mercenary's R Us". The owner has an irritated look on his face, picking at his teeth. He notices you and rolls his eyes. "Welcome. I assume you're here looking for some extra muscle or something?" The shop owner passes you the shop menu.
Mercenary Contracts
Mercenary Contract α • Bestows the buyer with a Non-Player Character Digimon at Rookie stage.
Price: 3,000 Bits for the first contract, 7,500 for the second. Limit 2 per account.
Mercenary Contract β • Bestows the buyer with a Non-Player Character Digimon at Champion stage.
Price: 6,000 Bits for the first contract, 15,000 for the second. Limit 2 per account.
Mercenary Contract γ • Bestows the buyer with a Non-Player Character Digimon at Ultimate stage.
Price: 12,000 Bits for the first contract, 30,000 for the second. Limit 2 per account.
Mercenary Contract δ • Bestows the buyer with a Non-Player Character Digimon at Mega stage.
Price: 24,000 Bits for the first contract, 60,000 for the second. Limit 2 per account.
You scan the paper and you see a list at the bottom. "That's our rules concerning customers and whom they ask for help." The Orgemon drawled on.
Mercenary Contract Rules:
[/sup][li] Mercenaries are weaker than most of their levels. Buyer beware. [/li]
[li] Any Mercenaries purchased cannot be used in any thread unless the account character is also present, or if the thread is made by the account owner of the NPC. Alternatively, if used in a thread without the account character, you may not gain posts from said thread. For more information, see the Profile Checklist [/li]
[li] You cannot hire a Mercenary that is a higher level than you are. We've had incidents where they rebel and the results aren't pretty. [/li]
[li] You may not use your own Digimon, yourself, or another human or Digimon for a Biomerge, or DNA Evolution. They have a habit of rejecting and killing the host. [/li]
[li] Permanent Mercenary Digimon can evolve, but only if you have bought another contract (ex: Agumon can evolve to Greymon by buying a permanent Champion contract). They can also devolve to any form that has been bought for them (ex: Mega Mercenary can devolve to Perfect if Perfect contract has been bought) [/li]
[li] Mercenary Digimon can devolve to In-training or Fresh to keep a disguise.
[/li]
[li] Digi-Memory may be used to store Mercenaries. Specifically, Mercenaries can be stored in small computer chips for convenience in traveling for the owner. By inserting the Digi-Memory into a Digivice (all types have a small slot for it), the Mercenary can be summoned out. The Digi-Memory can then be taken out and a different chip can be put in to summon additional Mercenaries. To return a Mercenary to a Digi-Memory chip, you must tap the chip against the Mercenary. For more information, please check the Profile Checklist
[/li]
[li] new! Due to the large amount of partners that Xros Generals normally get, they may not purchase Mercenaries
[/li][li] new! You may now purchase a second mercenary for each account.

As you leave the Ogremon, you begin to let your eyes wander. With a bit to looking, you come upon a dealership run by a Mekanorimon, the shop title "Cait's Dealership. We Sell, You Buy." As you enter the shop, you see a Mekanorimon cleaning around. He takes notice of you and waddles over. The machine mutters a greeting before the blue "ceiling" on Mekanorimon opens. It's revealed to be a Tailmon with red and white fur inside with a devilish grin on his face. "Welcome! I'm Cait, and welcome to my dealership. I promise you, you're not leaving without a set of wheels here!" The Tailmon jumps from his robot suit, handing you a portfolio of his items.
Personal Transportation
Light Scooter • A small scooter that seats one. Creates a trail of light as a consumption of solar and lunar energy, hence the name. This has been made for those that cannot ride the Light Cycle because of their height. It's handle is slightly better than the Cycle, but it's frame has the same durability.
Price: 4000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer.
Light Cycle • A small, dual-powered motorcycle that seats two. Driving this transport creates a trail of light behind it as a result of its consumption of converted solar and lunar energy which gives it its name. It remains the fastest mode of transportation commercially available, but its handling is horrendously poor due to this, and its frame is relatively brittle in comparison to other transports.
Price: 8000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer.
Armory Cycle • A bulky, electric-powered motorcycle that seats two. It features an expanding frame that reveals several, sliding racks and pins; allowing the rider to store multiple objects and weapons. Features fantastic handling, due to a hip-based turning system, is naturally sturdy, and can go a relatively decent speed.
Price: 16,000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer.
Defensive Personal Transport (DPT) • A heavy, sluggish-looking, four-wheeled transport that seats two. It features thick, sturdy plate armor crafted of twice-refined DigiChromazoid that guards a majority of the rider's body on the front and sides, and comes equipped with a weak-leveled, energy shielding system that protects its riders from assault. However, it is the slowest and least maneuverable of the personal transports, and the energy shield will short circuit if repeatedly assaulted.
Price: 32,000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer.

As you leave the front desk, you begin to wander around and something catches your eye. A shop with a gray logo replaced the place currently off limits. Curiosity filling up inside you, you begin to check out the shop. As you come closer, you can read the title of the shop. "Marvelous Inventions! tm Cerix Corp. " There is a Lunamon on top of the stand as you walk in. She's kicking her legs before she takes notice of you and walks over. "Welcome to Marvelous Inventions! The name's Lunamon, how may I be of service?" she asks in a bubbly voice. She walks back to her desk, taking out a sheet of paper, handing it to you. "Here's what we have in stock, and the name of the person who made these. Some of these things are really well made. Hard to believe a human made them..." She begins droning off about things you could care less about as you scan the item list.
Nifty Inventions
Holo-suits • This nifty little product allows you or your digimon to take the form of something or someone else. Sadly, these things can only contain one image per device. The default design is a regular CD, but however, you can ask for a custom design into pretty much anything for free. Holo-suits cannot be used while in battle, as activating Digimon attacks and abilities causes their image to fizzle out.
Price: 1000 Bits. Limit 2 per customer
Infini-Store • This device takes the form of a square, and allows you to store anything smaller then a bicycle inside it for storage. Nifty, huh? Backpacks will be a thing of the past with this thing! The shape of the box can be customized into other shapes, but will cost you extra.
Price: 2000 Bits. Customization: 2500 Bits Limit 1 per customer
Hovercraft • Floating transportation, it's the stuff of the future. Though they're not much, they can go as high as 10ft in the air and are somewhat durable to attacks. These can come in many forms. The current forms these crafts come in are Boards, Roller Skates, and Bikes.
Price: 5000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer
No-Clone • Are you sick of making excuses to that one you love, or that you've been gone for extended periods of time with people noticing? Well say no more! These mannequin like robots are the perfect solution to sneak out and do whatever you need to do! All you need to do is implant a DNA sample into the head of the robot and you have an exact copy of you! Sadly, this can only work on human DNA for the moment, though that will be fixed in time. There's also a little control panel in the back labeling what the robot can do. For the moment, you can make pre-recorded responses, small walking and hand motions.
Price: 6000 Bits. Limit 1 per customer
Mechanic Limb • Aww. Did you lose a body part in a fight? Just like the name, these things can be used to replace a limb, human or digimon. The limbs are the same strength as the previous arm, give or take being a smidge weaker.
Price: 2000 Bits. Limit 2 per customer
new! Mini-Diving Kit • A special mask that lets one human or Digimon breathe underwater! Great for those long trips into the ocean.
Price: 3000 Bits per mask (one mask lasts indefinitely for a character). Limit 2 per customer

As you the leave the mall, you begin to notice that little area by the front opened up. It seems to have been protected with a sort-of digizoid laced glass, only to be accessible by a small speaker in a small indented glass box. Inside, an Omekamon and standing wearily near pieces of jewelry, tools, electronics, and more. He even seems to be wearing a cheesy gold-encrusted money sign necklace as he waits for the next customer. Watching as you walk up, the small unknown digimon clears his throat, "Welcome to da' pawnbrokah!" With such elongated accent, he seems to explain the purpose of his area. Buying goods already previously obtained using the Mall's money was his risky business, and it'd almost seemed like he'd take anything and everything.
List of Precautions:
- Eligible items may be sold to the Pawn Shop for 50% of their original price
- In your post, list the items you want to sell and the 50% price that the Pawn Shop will buy it back at so as to make things move more smoothly when adding Bits.
- The Pawn Shop will not purchase: RAM Upgrades (that have already been installed), Mercenaries, and Alternate Forms

Alexander and Clair looked at the large mall from the entrance. Their Boss, Majin, had given them enough money to upgrade their Digivice, which was terribly outdated. Soon, it would become the D-Arc, capable of giving upgrades in the heat of battle. While Alexander and Clair were excited to update the Digivice, they didn't know why Majin had decided to be so generous. Surely it was just a matter of usefulness in battle, and they were fine with that. Not that it mattered much in the long run. They were simply pawns in the grand scheme of things. They approached the shop, and for once Clair was smiling. Alexander dropped a large bag of bits and his Digivice on the counter.
"Yo. How's it going? I need you to upgrade this. To the D-arc. Soon as you can. Hate for some bad stuff to go down." Alexander said, a large grin on his face. The clerk just let out a growl, Took the Digivice, and ran off to the back room. About Thirty minutes later he came back, holding a box. It was see through, almost crystal like, but still made of plastic. On top of the box was a pack of cards. The Clerk took the Money, and Alexander left with the Box. Clair following him. The two sat down at a bench near an electronics shop. Alexander was busy trying to open the pack of cards with his Teeth, while Clair opened the Box carefully. She pulled out the D-arc and smiled. Things were starting to look up.

OOC: +1 post = 171 posts. = = = Kaizer approached the counter with a... very normal face. "Excuse me, can I have 10 RAM upgrades?"
"S-Sure... Hold on," The Tailmon seemed to be pretty surprised that her costumer is a normal girl... until she turned herself around and Kaizer started to make loads of faces.
I only have 20 thousand bucks in my hand... I can only buy RAMS for Rookie to Super Mega.. But what about the alternate line? Damn. I need more money. Why did the job give out so few bucks? I need more bucks... I need another sixteen thousand bits... GAAAAAAH-
"E-Excuse me?" The Tailmon finally realized the multi-expressions that the midget tamer has been showing ever since then.
"Oh! Thank you," Kaizer, however, immediately changed her face and received all the RAM upgrades after paying the full 20,000 bits to the Tailmon.
Well... at least she left quietly...
"I WILL GET MOAR MONEY AND COME BACK FOR MOARRRRR!!!"

Staci let out a loud squee when she saw the large mall. First she had been dumped into a world full of monsters, but there was a mall, so it was okay. After about an hour of looking, she found a brochure about something called a holosuit. To Staci, it sounded just like a change of clothes, and to Staci, that sounded amazing. She ran up to the shop keeper and ordered one holosuit.
"Yes girl, YES. I am the happiest gurl in the world right now!" Staci said, holding the small necklace in her hand with a smile, before running out of the mall laughing.

Finally, just a routine visit to the Digital World for some shopping. This was something that Darian was hoping would happen more in the coming days. After spending a good amount of his time just trying to stay alive, a dude going on a shopping trip didn't seem too weird. Especially when his usual orders from the Terminus mall forced the unfortunately present shopkeepers to do some calculations. That always gave Darian a bit of entertainment as the shopkeepers usually unleashed their frustration in a flurry of angry comments.
Reaching the shelf after picking up what he wanted, he dropped a bit card on the counter.
"Hey, yeah, I'll take a Processor Upgrade δ, a Human-Digimon Communicator, twenty RAM Upgrades, and ten D-Arc Booster Pack Alphas" Darian said, stating his last point with a smirk as he finished, "Oh I'm sure you wouldn't mind generating those packs right here, right?" he questioned with a grin.
Total Cost: 103000 Bits
Sci Edit: Bits deducted, cards generated

Jimmy entered the Mall, and immediately headed to "Apps for All". It was obvious that something was bothering him from the expression he wore as he headed to the store.
"Excuse me sir. I need some assistance with my D-Tector." Jimmy said as he put his D-Tector on the desk.
"Well what exactly is the problem?" Andromon asked as he picked up the D-Tector to inspect it.
"I don't really know. It seems to be glitching out for some reason." The Andromon looked at the screen and sure enough, saw that the screen was badly glitched and pixelized.
"Well, it looks like your having a memory problem. I think I can fix this, but I'll have to upgrade your processor."
"And how much is that going to be?"
"5000 bits."
Jimmy bit his bottom lip as he heard the price. It was a bit pricey for his taste, but at least he couldn't afford. So he placed the bits on the table, which the Andromon took as he went to the back to install the processor.
"I hope it's worth it."

"Are you sure you want to spend this much, Paul?" Bi asked as they walked through the mall.
"Yeah. It's most of what we've saved, but now that we can move between the worlds again, if we get exiled from Terminus, being able to get back to the human world will be important. We already managed to miss nearly a year there. That can't happen again, and who knows what's going to happen in the future. Especially with the Watch being formed," Paul said, feeling guilty thinking about his family back home. They had to be worried sick. And the worst part was he probably wouldn't even be able to fly home to see them.
"Think I'll ever get to meet them?" Bi asked, sensing what was on Paul's mind.
"I... don't know. Do you really want to?" He was a bit surprised she brought up such a topic. When he thought about it, he supposed it made sense. They were sort of dating, and even beside that, they were partners formed by destiny.
"Yep. I want to meet the people who raised such an odd guy," she said with a smile.
Paul shrugged. "Fair enough. I would like to see them at some point again. It's been far too long. We'll have to try to find a time where we can actually go back for a week or two."
With that in mind, they walked into Andromon's shop. Placing the 11,000 bits on the counter, Paul asked for the Digi-Port α and the Digi-Port β apps for his Digivice.

Keramon floated down the line of stores, curiously inspecting each one. "No." he would mutter aloud. "Not this one....not that one either....aha there!" he suddenly exclaimed, floating over to Ogremon's Mercenary shop. This was what he had been looking for. He flashed the ogre digimon a wide smile before he perused the selection of contracts. He needed some extra muscle for Vexus's plan, and he supposed it would not hurt to have a new friend to accompany him on his adventures.
"Yes, I would like to purchase a permanent Mega level Mercenary Contract." he stated to the Ogremon, placing the necessary amount of bits on the counter. The rookie smiled to himself as he prepared to meet his new mercenary!

"I'd be happy to have one mercenary contract please", he stated with a happy grin looking over the contracts and happily picking out a rather interesting looking one with much happiness.
"Ramiel eh? I'll take this one", he nodded happily and picked up the contract happily, happily handing him the money in a happy manner with much happiness. He then happily turned to walk off happily with his happy partner Blitz happily.

[Purchased alternative Champion form -5k bits)
An odd looking creature walked up to the counter, placing what he had selected for the shop keeper to see. Watch me do this entire thread without staying in character. Why? Because I don't feel like it. Deduct a post from me. Seriously, I'm out of water today. The pipes are busted. Also I think shopping in character is kind of pointless. I will probably make post limit just be posting nonsense. Does anyone even read these? Better make it seem like it's a legit post somehow. I know, next paragraph I will include dialogue. That should do the trick.
"Paint me green and call me a pickle, can we hurry this up?" Seriously? That was the best I could come up with? Man, I must be losing it. Losing the touch I mean, I'm sane. I met a vegan today. I was cool with it until she started lecturing me about how meat is murder and all that and tried to show me a video called "meet your meat". 2 minutes into the video I shut it off because it was honestly a snuff film from cows. Do they show these things to kids? That kind of rustled my jimmies. It's honestly fear mongering no matter how you look at it. Oh hey, look, post limit. Alright. Sove might read this. I hope he doesn't. So, you guys remember the 90's? Man, those were the times. I could have said funnier things and even included that chameleon gif, but no. To be honest I'm starting to lose interest in this place myself. I don't know. Something about the community and what not. Oh, well. Give me my thing please.
