Dust gave a small nod at Ghost. "Fitting name." He muttered out, he couldn't fly and she looked kinda like a Impmon, or could he Dust had never tried before. thoughts for later. When Gallatin said something Dust just shrugged. "Alright then." Dust said with a small shrug, it wasn't like he had any leads did Gallatin really need to pay attention to it that much, Dust was going to follow it anyway. So he followed after it hopefully trailed by the three, or no he wasn't sure which would make his life easier.
Dust however didn't know that the people who kidnapped her were coming back, coming back for him for whatever reason. Dust stopped and squinted when he saw another group of three, one noticable faster then the other two, a Greymon and two agumon. and the Greymon had his head down and was proceeding to charge at them. Dust quickly raised his hand creating the black symbol of energy before firing it deterring the Greymons course a bit away from them, he didn't stop and went straight past the three, by a small bit of course.
"These are the ones who jumped me,[/color]" Dust said to make it seem like he didn't just attack a random greymon in the middle of nowhere.

Gallatin jumped a little as Dust randomly fired a blast towards something. He stood up and looked to see what he hit and saw a dust cloud rising behind a group of rapidly approaching digimon. 2 Agumon that were moving at a very fast pace and a Greymon that was even faster, albeit farther back from being the one that was hit by Dust's attack most likely. "So those are the digimon that attacked you? Well this isn't gonna be pretty..." He groaned as he tried getting a grasp of the current situation. There was a chance that him and Dust could have beaten the Greymon alone Maybe, but against that and 2 Agumon that may or may not also digivolve too and the chances of their survival weren't looking so good. Gallatin turned towards the only thing he hadn't accounted for, the wild card. He addressed the digimon called Ghost quickly as the impending danger approached at an alarming rate. "Hey, so how good are you at fighting? Think you could handle a Greymon or Agumon?" He asked her while keeping an eye on the still approaching trio of dinosaurs. Gallatin hovered his hand over his holstered digivice out of habit. If things kept progressing the way they did, he probably would be forced to start fighting too.

Their trek was short lived, as 2 Agumon and a Greymon attacked the three soon after. Dust had diverted the largest of the three, denoting them as the ones who attacked him and his friend earlier. Well, so much for that... from what little info she had, these weren't the ones that That wanted Ghost to look for. This group looked too simple, and such a trio wouldn't exactly be hard to get information on. But she had to be sure.
Gall had then asked Ghost about whether or not she could take care of one of them. She grinned.
"Oh, I can probably lighten the load a bit, hee hee. I'll let you guys handle the Greymon. 2 on 2 is fair."
The HyldenImpmon flew over to one of the incoming Agumon. Seeing her as a threat, he fired off a Pepper Breath at her, which she dodged. Another was fired, and she dodged again. Failing that, the reptilian rookie decided melee combat was the way to to, charging at her with bared fangs to clamp down on...
... and then she slapped him. Hard enough to knock him out of his bite, but not hard enough to knock him off his feet. He recovered quick enough, going in for a Claw attack. And she slapped him again.
Safe to say, the Agumon was getting more than a little angrier at the disrespect. She then put on a wide grin, and her uncovered eye emitted a strange, orange glow.
"Have you ever felt that no matter what you try to do you can't control what you're going to do next? You can find out if you don't run away right now."

Dust nodded, he was alright with one person taking on the rookie but that left the two of them with the champion and the rookie. Dust closed his eyes before sighing. "Alright come on I can do this, I have to." Dust said clenching his fist, he kept reminding himself what he had to do and something snapped when he thought about what happened before, he couldn't win and they took Luna, this made him nothing but mad. Dust clenched his fist staring at the Greymon before looking at Gallatin. "Leave him to me." Dust said before walking towards them.
As he did Dust was starting to be engulfed in a white light, data code wrapped around him for a moment before standing there wasn't a Impmon, but his evolution. Devimon. The Greymon just let out a small snicker as he charged again and Dust raised his arm creating the same symbol as before, only this time instead of knocking the Greymon around it blasted him backward, not gaining airtime but sliding back away from the group.

Gallatin nodded to at dust before throwing a rock at one of the Agumons, shouting and waving his arms to get it from attacking Dust. "Hey you!" He shouted, tossing another rock that bounced off of the Agumon's eye. "Why don't ya pick on someone your own size?" Successfully drawing the Agumon's attention... Which brought up another thing to Gallatin's mind. " ...Wait, why am I trying to fight this thing!? I've never won a fight before and I'm just a rookie!?" He screamed at himself in his head before running away from where Dust and the Greymon were fighting. His hand hovered above his digivice as he weighed his options. On one hand, he'd actually stand a chance fighting that Agumon if he transformed. On the other hand, he would reveal his powers and location to the Agumon and Greymon; and he'd have to make sure they were deleted accordingly... Problem with that was he probably wouldn't be able to delete Dust and Ghost too... " Dang it. Ya try to lie low for one day to not get shot, and your stupid teleporting bed can't let you have one break." He concentrated as he considered his next course of actions... or at least he would had the Agumon not realized it could just shoot fire at Gallatin and proceeded accordingly. " YOWCH!" Gallatin yelped as a fireball from the Agumon's mouth nearly missed his head, making his neck already burn and feel caked at being so close. This was enough to convince him on what to do; he turned around on his heels and faced the rampaging, yellow dinosaur. "Okay. No more consideration." He unholstered his digivice before activating it. " Execute! Spirit Evolution!" He thought, hoping his digivice didn't need him to physically shout it to transform. As the blue data sphere engulfed Gallatin, he shouted at the top of his lungs; " ZA WARUDO!" As his body was being contorted into his Chronamon form, Gallatin's Holo Suit also Simultaneously activated. To anyone looking from the outside, it would have simply looked like Gallatin disappeared inside of a dome of data before emerging, a taller, oddly dressed, and completely different looking person. "Even if you blast me with the fires of hell. MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDAAA!!!" He repeatedly chanted in a menacing tone that slightly unnerved the Agumon. Gallatin smirked at him before holding up his hand, a Yellow DigiPentagram appearing on top of it as if he was holding a disc of data. The Agumon cautiously waited for a moment before building up a blast of fire in its mouth. Suddenly from its point of view, Gallatin seemingly teleported directly in front of him; a bone chilling look on his face. " Foolish Agumon." Gallatin coldly said while holding his fiercely glowing pentagram hand directly in front of the Agumon's face. " Could a monkey fight a Man?!"

The Agumon Ghost was facing off against was getting angrier, growling menacingly before jumping at the female Impmon.
She didn't attack him. She instead walked forward, her hand reaching out as it went inside the Agumon, causing him to halt. Not that he could move any more.
"Heh heh, it's a small fit, but it's nothing I can't do anything with. In any case... I warned you."
Ghost then slowly climbed into him. Once inside, the Agumon's eyes had glowed briefly before returning to its normal color. Since this digimon was comparatively quite weak, she should be able to stay inside for a little while before he is able to try to break free. However, she could subvert his will, at the cost of mutating and warping his body. Considering what happened to Garm, however, she would not go that far herself.
In any case, she walked over to the others, one having digivolved, the other now replaced by some... odder looking human. Figured that guy was a spirit user, although she had never seen such a digimon before. But it was useless to really dwell on that.
"And before anyone asks, no, I am not named Ghost because I can possess digimon. I want to get that out the way now. You guys doing fine, though?"

Dust looked at the situation he was in. The person who randomly teleported out of nowhere was now a different looking human fighting a Agumon. The next thing was this Ghost that just went inside a Agumon and was now controlling him? And Dust thought having amnesia was strange. "Note to self, don't get on her bad side." Dust mumbled quietly to himself as the Greymon launched a massive fireball his way.
Dust looked back and pulled his arm. Back swiping the air sending a large wave of dark energy that cut through the fire hitting the Greymon. But some of the fire kept going forcing Dust to get out of the way, which he failed at doing and hit his leg himself not used to this new body. "Yeah fine, I think." Dust said as the Greymon charged again. Dust swiped once more making the same wave of energy basically slapping the Greymon as it charge knocking it off its course and into the ground where it skidded for a bit.

"It's not nice to talk with your mouth full." Gallatin said in his cold, altered voice. He dispersed his DigiPentagram and grabbed the Agumon's maw with both hands, forcing it closed. It's eyes began watering as it began letting out guttural screams.
"What's wrong? Having trouble swallowing...?" His eyes bore no mercy, as for some reason, Gallatin's right eye suddenly become entirely black and pupil-less. "Don't worry. It won't burn for long." He held the digimon by the neck with one hand, pinning the Agumon down with his body weight. With his free hand he grabbed a dangerous looking rock around the size of a baseball.
"I'll Extinguish it..." With that, he began ramming the rock over and over into the Agumon's head, making it scream as it began firing fireballs over and over at Gallatin. It hurt a lot, but was progressively weaker and duller until they barely hurt at all. He took a moment to wipe sweat from his forehead before standing up with the severely hurt Agumon on the ground and leaking crimson colored data from its skull. "...Your life that is." Gallatin finished his sentence before standing up, about to ram the rock once more into the Agumon's head before something happened.
Clutching his head, Gallatin began stumbling away from the yellow Dinosaur. He began rubbing his eyes and when his hands moved away, his eyes were once again regularly colored. Gallatin looked back at the state of the Agumon in utter confusion and shock, for some reason. He walked slowly to the hurt Agumon and, without exchanging words while still in a stupor of confusion, propped it against a rock before shaking his head again and running towards Dust, who was fighting the Greymon still; apparently a Devimon now.

Dust glanced over to Gallatin, who was still dressed like that and beating one of the Agumon to death with a rock, at least that's what he saw who knows all he did was look for a moment. Dust then looked back at his opponent who looked at the now severely beaten Agumon and other other possessed by a ghost while he was facing a Devimon. Easy to say he was more then a little scared, this was proven more when he high tailed it out of there running past Dust and the opposite way the three enemies came, he wasn't going the right way so Dust just let him go. "Well then." Dust said looking at Gallatin and Ghost, out of all the people he could find in a wasteland he supposed he was lucky to find these two, he hoped.
Dust reverted back to his Impmon form finding it easier then his champion form. "Uhh Ghost, what's going to happen to that Agumon?" Dust asked, he was more then a bit curious as to what happened when she possessed a Digimon. Despite being a amnesiac he wasn't so sure that was a natural occurring thing. There was also Gallatin who evolved into a strange human, is that what normally happened with spirit evolution? Last Dust checked they turned into Digimon not other humans, there was something Gallatin said before he turned into that, Dust wasn't paying attention but did it activate something else?

With one viciously beaten, and one having ran away, all that was left was the one Ghost had in her possession. Even Dust had his concerns, but Ghost laughed it off.
"Well, I guess I can let him go." Explaining her hylden abilities and the risk of the Agumon mutating would complicate matters, so better get out now than later.
A smokey figure walked out of the Agumon's body, causing the lizard to fall down onto his knees as Ghost reformed herself. And with a flick of her tail, she whacked the Agumon in the face, knocking him away a few feet onto the ground.
"Now, you be a good little Agumon from now on, okay? Or at least choose your fights better."
Whether or not the Agumon would take this advice was of no concern to her. But he too realized that this battle was lost, and ran away as well.
"That was a mildly entertaining distraction. Still, what about that friend of yours?"

Gallatin clutched his head as a migraine flashed through his brain. One second, he had been about to fight the Agumon, the next he was standing over it's beaten and battered form with a rock in his hand. He was sincerely scared about what had happened, but he put it into the back of his mind after he saw Dust beat the Greymon and revert back to his Impmon form. While Ghost let go of the Agumon she possessed and sent him packing, Gallatin used their talking as a chance to change back.
"Chrono Break." Everyone completely froze around Gallatin as the world was bathed in a purple light. Using the stopped time, Gallatin dedigivolved. His body was briefly surrounded with data before he was left looking the same due to his Holo Suit, but now human underneath it. Due to his dedigivolving, time resumed a second earlier than it should have. "Za Warudo." He spoke as Ghost and Dust began moving again, as time resumed. His body was surrounded in a field of digital binary and light once more as his Holo Suit deactivated and he quietly slipped his ring into his pocket and holstered his digivice.
"Yeah, so if these were the guys that attacked you; that means that your friend shouldn't be too far off right?" He suggested, trying not to dwell on his unwarranted and uncontrolled actions before. He once more looked on towards the trail of water that had somewhat evaporated under the heat.

Dust watched ghost release the Agumon and it to ran away from the area, well that was a good thing but he was outnumbered so it was most likely going to happen. Dust and Ghost both ended their fights a bit passively however Gallatin seemed to of beaten the last to death in a sorta brutal manner. Dust almost felt bad but then remembered these digimon beat him to near death and left him in the wasteland, he supposed doing the same to one wasn't as bad at least they didn't kidnap someone. "These were the guys yeah, though I don't know why Luna wasn't with them." Dust said scratching the side of his head, were these guys hired or something to capture her? If so then why just to mess with Dust and ruin his afternoon, or day hard to tell when in this area.
"They did come from that way, all we can do is keep moving forward." Dust said with a light shrug, he had no better ideas.

Ghost began hovering off the ground again and started to move forward. "Alright... well, onward it is. But as we move on ahead..." She turned around, floating backwards as she looked at Gallatin.
"What was that you just did? I know you did something when you reverted. It's not something I've felt before, but I know it came from you. It could be something I'll look into in the future, heh heh...
But if you don't wish to tell me, that's fine. I'm sure we all have our 'secrets'... trump cards for just in case something happens. In this dangerous world you never quite know who's watching and waiting to pounce!
Of course, I wouldn't say worry about me for the moment. I'd get nothing for killing a human and a fellow Impmon. Seem's like such a waste. Plus I have a friend who tells me human blood smells like, what was it... pennies? Or something like that. Not sure I believe it, but I'm not in the mood to find out."

"I don't know what your talking about?" Gallatin answered, not making eye contact with Ghost when answering. His mom always said people could tell when he was lying just by making eye contact. That was probably to just spook him, but better safe than sorry. He was surprised though that she was able to tell he stopped time. He pondered what she said for a few moments within his thoughts, "That's weird. Nobody's ever done that before... I wonder how she..." Just then Gallatin mentally face-palmed as he came to an obvious conclusion that he should have accounted for earlier. "God, I'm such an idiot!" He chastised himself in his head. "She was looking probably looking at me when I stopped time! If she wasn't distracted by the lights from my Holo Suit, she could probably easily tell that I wasn't in the exact same body position as I was before I stopped time." Gallatin made a mental note to watch out for Ghost if he ever needed to transform again. It also made him really uneasy how she casually spoke about killing him and Dust. Just to be on the safe side, Gallatin decided to stand with Dust in between the two of them; just in case.
"Aaanyway. We should probably hurry then." Gallatin informed Dust before walking to his bed and packing up the sheets and pillow into his backpack. Who knew when he might need them if they didn't find shelter or he got home before the day was up. He gestured to the trail once more. "If we don't get going, I think the trail will literally dry up." Gallatin hiked up his bag, ready to leave at a moments notice while still keeping a wary eye out on Ghost.

Dust was surprised she caught something like that, did something happen? Aside from that strange evolution Dust wasn't so sure but the way that Ghost was talking started to make Dust question what happened, like why beat the Agumon with a rock if you gained the powers of a Digimon? Though that comment about killing Dust didn't scare Dust as much as it did Gallatin for some reason. She did say she wasn't in the mood and a pointless killing would seem a waste, it'd also be a waste of her time also. "Yeah, lets go." Dust said choosing to ignore the information, he'd go over it later right now Luna was his priority. Dust did have to wonder exactly what Ghost and Gallatin were though, possession and whatever Ghost was talking about his powers made Dust a little more then curious about this.
Dust was more keeping a lazy eye on Gallatin then ghost, he knew at least a bit of what Ghost could do, he didn't know where her priorities were but she didn't seem like she'd butcher the group for boredom, however Gallatin dropped out of nowhere, became that strange human beat a digimon with a rock and apparently used something to cover something up, easy to say that set the alarm off in Dusts head but still he decided just a small amount of worry was ok for the situation.
