Titania had already somewhat forgotten how long she had been sitting at this exact booth near a window in a bar at Terminus, but it was probably the better thing to be doing in this period of time rather than languishing in a room at the Library...Though, if she did have the will she could just find Mizu and stick around her. But that took effort. ...Then again, getting here also took effort. Felt a little paradoxical, actually. The Tinkermon stared out the window, seemingly at nothing, until a tap on the shoulder reminded her she was in an establishment. "Oiiii." A Ryudamon inquired. "Y'gonna get anything else or are ya gonna sit there looking all sad forever?" The fae staaared at the little samurai dragon. "...It's past five, get me something strong." The Ryudamon looked really incredulous, squinting her (yes, that was a she) eyes at Titania. "...Y'sure?" The fairy just glared. "Of course I am, I'm a lady of action, not boasting!" Talk about a start to that period between the late afternoon and the early evening. Cross

The voice was vaguely familiar though when Cassandra aka Argent, at the moment, tried to recall it all she could hear was the muffled roar of panic and blood in her ears as she tried to coax Hunter through the portal. Then again hadn't the digimon that had been at the debacle in the desert been accompanied by a Tamer? Squinting out of the corner of her eyes the Sorcermon shifted in their own booth before flagging the same Ryudamon over. "I'd like to order a hearty stew and whatever you have drink wise that's strong for the table over there with the Tinkermon." Argent informed them sending the little dragon on their way before the wizard digimon rose from their seat to settle into the one across from Titania. "Do you mind if I join you? I was hoping for some peace and quiet, but the staff tends to bother you if you're sitting alone. I figure if joined one another we could go about our separate business and not worry about garnering their ire." The Sorcermon pointed out her voice somewhat tired, but hopeful as if they too had been at this a while and wished for nothing more then to eat and drink in peace without being nudged by the staff.

Oh god, the Ryudamon was saddled with more pressure! She nodded a bunch of times at this particularly wizardly Sorcermon. "Y-Yes, of course! I'll getcha yer stuff!" The dragon got right on that! Hup hup hup! Titania also noted the Sorcermon, and shrugged. "Sure. And...yeah, the staff here gets annoying after a while. The Ryudamon's new, though. Much like that Dorumon over there." Titania pointed towards a Dorumon that was genuinely trying their hardest to get down some orders and...aaalmost succeeding.
Despite being in a drinking mood, Titania's drive to help others however she could had not really died down. "That's a good idea. Probably for the best, too. You seem about as tired as I do--probably a lot more, in fact. So...Feel free to sit here as long as you want."
...Who was this Sorcermon? Actually, what was a Sorcermon even doing here...?

"Thanks." The Sorcermon murmured rubbing a gloved hand over their face in exhaustion, or the part of their face not hidden by scarves. Pulling a tablet from their coat they swiftly returned to work, but true ti Titania's observations the digimon in question looked more then a little ragged. For one they were missing the staff most of their kind carried and their clothes looked a little battered and dust covered as though they had been traveling. Were it not for the bits they laid down to pay the server with when they returned with the Mon's food and drink one might of thought they were homeless.
"So what has you drinking alone?" The Sorcermon questioned glancing up at the Tinkermon catching the other Digimon's eyes upon them as they lifted a blonde brow at their dining partner's apparent scrutiny.
"As nice as this establishment is I can't see you lingering here for atmosphere alone." Argent intoned motioning to the pub around them in their observation.

Right now, it was kind of difficult for Titania to tell who seemed more tired. Or what kind of work the sorcerer (not a wizard!) had been up to. Lacking a staff...Dust on the clothes...Huh.
Kind of reminded her of herself at one point, in all honestly. "Thought. A lot of thought and...this happened to be the closest place, quite truthfully. I'm also taking a small break from wandering the Digital World. I also don't think I have any one of my friends to drink with. Not 'cause they're weak or anything but because it...doesn't seem to suit them."
Titania peered around the pub. The staff were hard at work... The fairy then looked back to Argent. "What about you? Just doing work?"

"Most of your average mons tend to think my subject matter is a myth so I'm afraid I usually have to travel pretty far afield to get any research done." Argent explained tugging down their scarf just far enough to sip their own drink when their food finally arrived. Eyeing the large bowl of stew however they had found they'd lost their appetite.
"Here. I'm not as hungry as I thought, but you shouldn't drink on an empty stomach." The Sorcermon murmured gently nudging the bowl towards Titania as they continued their work.
"I just stopped off from the Trailmon station. No one knows I'm here yet and even if they did..." The Mage trailed off shrugging lightly.
"It's not like I have a lot of friends so I don't entirely mind sharing company with a stranger." Argent explained continuing their work.
"What about you? What has you so melancholy if you don't mind my prying?" The Sorcermon asked with a tilt of their head.

"A scientist. Neato. Though, what's the subject matter in question?" Titania looked down at the bowl as it was passed to her. If one were paying attention, they could spy the Ryudamon squinting Argent's way in suspicion. Who pays that much and just doesn't eat? That's crazy! Was this sorcerer crazy?
"Fair point." Titania mumbled, starting to eat before she took a drink. "...I can somewhat empathize, too. For a while I didn't keep a lot of friends. Didn't really see the point of it...Anyways, if you're really willing to hear my problems, I'm just...trying to clamber my way through some trouble that happened not too long ago. It's not that big of a deal." It probably was. "...Nothing as big a deal as research, anyways. Just a lot of bad luck and mistakes being made on my end."

"Ah well...I'm researching the D-reaper. Mostly the lore and myths regarding it rather then the being itself." Argent explained their voice softening so the words would only carry between then rather then any possible listening ears. "It's not exactly a popular subject." They added hastily before saving their work and clicking their tablet off returning it back to the folds of their coat as they turned their full attention back onto the fairy Digimon. What did they care if the Ryudamon stared? They had bought the stew. They could do what they pleased with it.
"Have you tried...apologizing?" The Mage suggested somewhat hesitiantly clearly as much as at a loss on how to handle the situation as Titania herself.
"If they'll even accept an apology that is, but it's usually a good first step." Argent explained stumbling a little over their words. They'd never been particularly adept at this aspect of friendships. "Usually so long as you didn't kill anyone most mons are willing to give you at least a bit of a chance."

"...Huh." Titania stated. Quite flatly. She hadn't heard a lot of that thing. Simply bits and pieces. "Given what it does to people and what I've read...Yeah. Definitely not the most popular subject in the world."
The fairy fell silent for a bit. Apologizing? When had she ever...what did she mention that...warranted that? She looked at the sorcerer for a few moments before it clicked. Friends. Apologies. Uh. Yeah. "I mean...I probably should. Thing is, it's less concerning them and more stuff between my partner and I. Stuff that friends, while they can easily intervene if they want to, also...well, have a slightly limited capability to solve. If...that makes sense."
She was preeetty sure she wasn't drunk yet. "Also, no, I didn't kill anyone." That didn't deserve it. Meanwhile, the sound of a bowl being set on the table was heard. Those who looked could note the Ryudamon put another bowl of stew on the table. "On the house. Sorcerer needs food badly. Stew Mama out."
...Alas, free food was free food. Titania was going through her stew, herself.
