Team NPCs
Digimon Name: Oneiros.
Nickname: Nei.
Default Form: Rookie.
Gender: Male.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral.
Skills/Talents:—Great cook: With all of that time he spends alone in the settlement of the council, Nei decided to take some books that he could save from his previous home. Oddly enough, they were all about cooking, so he became very good at that. Nei can cook great dishes for both digimon and humans.
—Quick Reader: When he still didn’t know how to manipulate memories, Nei spent most of his time reading old books inside the mansion. He learned to skim through them and recompile some information rather quickly.
Inventory:—Cooking utensils.
—Book:
History of the Dark Area.
Personality:Nei is a very quiet, shy, timid, shut-in Tapirmon. He remains silent most of the time, unless people talk to him directly. He is, however, very educated and well-mannered as he will treat most beings (human or digimon) with respect.
Nei tries to be useful to the best of his ability. He always tries to help Council members with chores or whatever they might need to do around the settlement or city. He might not be too adept at small talk but he is very obliging.
Even if he’s not the type of digimon to show physical affection (mostly because he thinks this will upset others), he sees Katherine and Akemi as his adoptive parents, therefore he will be keen to show them love, usually through hugs.
Nei has a very simplistic sense of humor. He laughs at things that are odd or strange, but doesn’t really enjoy laughing at other people or teasing them.
Nei loves meat; whether it is from the Human World or the Digital World, Nei will crave for any type of meat or dishes that have it. He also craves for Human World candy, as he considers it to be much sweeter and delicious than those found in the Digital World. If you need a favor from Nei, you might as well give him some candy as a reward at the end of the task. He'll appreciate it!
Personal History:Nei was born in a pretty wealthy family in Whitewater. He and his parents lived in a huge mansion. He can’t remember how his parents looked, since he spent most of his time locked inside one of its room. His parents were very sick with a mysterious disease and, unknowing of its properties —and especially regarding the possibility of it being contagious or not—, they decided to keep their son safely locked away.
His parents ended up passing away and, by the time Nei left that room, they weren’t there anymore. He evolved into a Tapirmon and learned that he had been gifted with the ability to recreate and manipulate memories. At first, he could recreate his parents and play with them. However, time passed and he ended up forgetting their appearances, with that resulting in him being unable to bring them to life anymore. From then on, Nei just spent his time inside the mansion by himself. He occasionally went outside to buy groceries using the money his parents had left.
Sometimes, during these little trips he took, he heard stories from other digimon around the city; once he went back home, he began to recreate those memories to distract himself. Oneiros lived this lonely life for years, until two certain tamers entered his home. Hidden, Nei heard them tell stories to each other, to then recreate those memories, combined with the knowledge he had acquired from books. Regrettably, these recreated characters from those memories didn't come out too good and ended up attacking the tamers.
The fierce battle that broke loose ended up almost destroying Nei’s house in its entirety. During it, he got the opportunity to speak to one of the humans. Akemi Amaya, who convinced him of leaving this bubble. Right after this, he met Katherine, the other human girl. The duo offered him to come to the Deeplane City Council, where he would find a new home.
New friends, a new objective, and new responsibilities. Nei’s life was about to change forever.

DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE
Non-Combat Passives — Shared across all forms:—Rebuild: Oneiros can recreate scenarios or characters belonging to a story that has been told to him, at least as good as he can imagine it and remember it. These are splits of his own data and they can be touched, seen or felt by everyone, as if they were actually there. This technique requires a lot of energy and it is not flawless, the results can be not too accurate. Due to his immense knowledge about digimon and their possible evolutive lines, he can recreate evolved versions of a digimon belonging to the story. The characters from the stories that Nei recreates can turn out aggressive sometimes, even when he doesn’t want it. For some reason unknown to Nei himself, he cannot recreate things he imagines himself.
—Reclaim: Nei can create a fog screen where he can show memories inside someone’s head, as long as they’re fast asleep or extremely relaxed. Then, he can use these in Rebuild, as if they had been told to him.
Rookie: Tapirmon.
Appearance:Attribute: Vaccine.
Family: Virus Busters.

—Dream Crush: If the opponent is currently under the effects of
Sink, an image or situation will be recreated inside their heads, making them think it's real and isolating them from reality. It is very likely this situation involves someone or something the enemy loves or cares about. Then, this image will be completely crushed causing heavy damage to the opponent, both psychological and physical. Cooldown: 3 posts.

Digivolves To: Dreamon.
Champion: Dreamon.

Digivolves From: Tapirmon.
Digivolves To: TBD.
Name: Loire.
Default Form: Ultimate.
Gender: Female.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral.
Personality:Anyone who interacts with Loire for more than five seconds would probably be able to nail her personality to the last detail without much of an issue. Possessor —mostly due to her status a little more than a newborn— of a nigh-limitless amount of contagious cheerfulness, it’s pretty hard to miss the digimon’s presence. To say the least, she’s
very sociable, and it doesn’t take a lot for her to grow fond of anyone, given they treat her well.
An extremely curious individual by nature, she tends to not think much of nuisances such as timing and/or personal spaces, as long as it is for the sake of satiating her curiosity! She means well most of the time, but she’s also quite prone to getting carried away in certain situations, just like a kid would!
She’s come to see most of the Council as her family, and while she might be somewhat dismissive of
some of them, that just an obvious consequence of her natural competitiveness and craving for attention. But that’s an exaggeration, in all honesty! Overall, she’s pretty easygoing, and getting along with her isn’t that much of a challenge unless you try really hard to
not.

DIGIMON'S INITIAL EVOLUTION LINE
Appearance: Resembling her real-life counterparts, Loire takes the form of a pretty big, but most importantly,
long and sinuous aquatic creature while donning her default form. Her body is overall soft and smooth, and while black its underlying color, it takes a backseat in comparison to the vibrant snowflake pattern that dots her body and makes her stand out quite easily.
While her size isn’t particularly impressive for a perfect level digimon, the dorsal fin that sprouts from her back and takes a sail-like shape is quite a sight to behold, considering it’s actually bigger than her
actual body, and is adorned on its tips with a variety of spiny and bony growths.
As for other noteworthy features, about Unagimon looks, one can note that its mouth is populated by at least two rows of teeth, and a complimentary set of pharyngeal jaws. And that a set of fairly long barbels sprout near it.
Ultimate: Unagimon.
Attribute: Free.
Family: Deep Savers.
Type: Aquatic.
Abilities:Swimming [Non-combat]: Loire can swim through the air. It’s also called flying, but the term wouldn’t be fitting for an eel.
—Permafrost [Passive]: Enemies that come in contact with Loire or any of her abilities have their speed and reflexes reduced by 30%.
—Quid Pro Quo [Passive]: If any of Loire’s abilities would fail to hit its intended target, she may choose to allot that ability’s cooldown period to any of the attacks she has access to.
—Ice Arrow: While not good manners, sometimes spitting a giant icicle at your foe is the best way to deal with it. Not a lot else can be said about this attack, except that Loire is capable of thawing said projectiles at will.
—Glacier: A mighty icy wall is erected in front of Loire, capable of surrounding her and any nearby allies. It can withstand every attack thrown at it for a single post before crumbling/thawing away. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Hell Squeeze: The very air in an medium-sized area is constricted with icy force, dealing damage and immobilizing every digimon in that area for 1 post. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Mind Freeze: Bites an enemy fiercely, freezing their very data in the process. Adds 2 posts to the cooldown of a single attack of their opponent’s kit, given Loire has seen it before. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Aurora Execution: Loire harnesses the coldest energy within her mouth before letting out her most devastating attack, capable of freezing anything it touches on the spot. Deals a very high amount of damage to anyone in its wake and stuns them for a post. Cooldown: Once per thread.
Digivolves To: Congermon.
Appearance: Congermon is, for the lack of a better word, Unagimon’s design taken up to eleven. For starters, it’s about seven or so times bigger than its predecessor, and the snowflake pattern adorning her body erratically changes colors through a nice kaleidoscopic pattern… that’s apparently not only for show! Almost as if it were a manifestation of the elements themselves, her body somewhat takes the properties of the elements most commonly associated with those colors; fire for red, ice for light blue, lightning for yellow, and so forth.
While her dorsal fin is comparably bigger when compared to her previous form, its size now takes a backseat when compared to the rest of the eel’s massive body; as a nice detail, it’s the only part of the digimon’s body that doesn’t change colors or adopts different properties.
The barbels near her mouth are overall smaller and more refined in appearance, that contrasts with the insides of the jaws themselves. While not significantly different than Unagimon’s, the sheer size increase to accommodate a bigger body is a bit frightening to behold.
Super Mega: Congermon.
Attribute: Free.
Family: Deep Savers.
Type: Aquatic.
Abilities:Swimming [Non-combat]: Loire can swim through the air. It’s also called flying, but the term wouldn’t be fitting for an eel.
Eelementalist [Non-combat]: And she can perceive changes or fluctuations in the behavior of any element in her vicinity as well.
—Hurricane [Passive]: Thanks to the blessings of the wind, Loire is capable of moving at an increased speed, as well as enjoying an overall boost to her reflexes and awareness.
—Quid Pro Quo [Passive]: If any of Loire’s abilities would fail to hit its intended target, she may choose to allot that ability’s cooldown period to any of the attacks she has access to.
—Icicle Blade: Up to three sharpened stalactites are created out of thin air. They can either be used as projectiles or as improvised weapons. In any case, they thaw at the end of the post. Cooldown: 1 post.
—3·10⁸ m/s: In a bright flash of light, Loire is capable of displacing her and up to three additional willing beings to a distance within line of sight. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Firestorm: An enormous fireball manifests in the sky, then breaks down into a veritable rain of the stuff. The fire’s so intense and it burns so hot that anybody struck by this ability is unable to attack momentarily. Duration: 1 post. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Tempest Halberd: Calls forth a thunderbolt with the intention to fry an opponent and anyone else in the immediate vicinity of the attack’s point of impact. The violent and erratic nature of this attack ensures that it gets through pretty much anything that tries to block or defend against it. Cooldown: 3 posts.
—Void Lapse: A cloud of darkness surrounds an oncoming attack, diverting its course and changing it according to Loire’s will. Cooldown: 4 posts.
—Bloodstone Infusion: A torrent of crimson-colored earth is channeled into an ally’s body, greatly invigorating them. Restores a single digimon to full health and removes all status ailments. Cooldown: Once per thread.
—Encroaching Squall: A couple of powerful water jets flow and envelop a digimon. Readies the cooldown of a digimon’s skill and reduces its base cooldown by 2 for this ability’s duration. Duration: 5 posts. Cooldown: Once per thread.
—Northern Lights: A maelstrom of every possible element converges in Loire’s mouth, just to be released in the form of a colorful and powerful bombardment, capable of dealing devastating amounts of damage over a large area, or focus on a single spot for maximum destructive potential Deals a very high amount of damage, bypasses any defensive measures that might come in its way, and deals bonus damage according to its target(s) elemental weaknesses, if any. Cooldown: Once per thread, 5 posts if it fails to hit its intended target.
