SECOND ARC.
CHAPTER I: WINTER DAYS Episode 1: Christmas with a princess. An unexpected team for an unexpected event!
December 21. Trying to stop and even attempt to process everything that had happened in Terminus was impossible right now. Their adventure in the Dogma Tower had left both psychological and physical sequels in both Katherine and Jazz. Right now, they could only try to recover from those. The human and her digimon (or what was left of it) had been in the Human World for a week and a half now. Jazz had gone back to her Lopmon stage and she was, without a doubt, a much more... docile creature than she was when she embodied a Cho-Hakkaimon. Which was honestly good. Katherine didn't need any excess of energy right now. It would be both fruitless and inconvenient to dwell too much about what had happened in Terminus right now, anyways. Katherine just wanted to enjoy the thrill of being alive, after being on the verge of dying. While she had spent most of her time (with the exception of when she had to go to school) at home during these days, with the sole purpose of recovering physically and mentally and take care of Jazz, it was probably time she took some time to breathe the air of the Human World. After all, it was the first time in a while she didn't have any due quest or... a digimon trying to kill her and take her gems! So she better enjoyed that while it lasted. Right now, her way of enjoying this temporal peace was having coffee with a holosuited Jazz and Arianna. Oh, Arianna! Right, that had definitely been an interesting add-up to her group. An unexpected one by far, too. She was a Fairymon who had come out from one of the gems to save Katherine's life. And she had accomplished just that. Taking into account how useful she had been during the battle against the Dark Army, the teenager was pretty much hand-tied when the fairy asked her to visit the human world, one of her long-time dreams, apparently. Arianna had actually abided by the only condition Katherine had posited: she being able to disguise properly. The fairy had managed to conjure (using literal magic) a quick change of appearance for herself, which pretty much worked like a holosuit. How did it look? Imagine a Fairymon, but wearing normal clothes (jeans and a jacket, cause Winter), hair around the waist and... no visor, of course. It was not to say a girl with long purple hair didn't raise some attention but... At least it was very convenient that this particular Digimon was so similar to a human. While she took a sip of her coffee, Katherine's green eyes trailed around the establishment. Why had she come downtown to take coffee if there was a place like this not too far from home? Well, she probably just needed the fresh air, the walking, the... peace that she had found in the very un-peaceful Shibuya. The place was pretty Christmas-decorated, though! It had colorful lights all over and even a Christmas tree around the corner. It was warm and comfy, just like her coffee. Katherine didn't take long to notice they let people bring pets here too. That was nice. A regular conversation (which, with Arianna, usually went down to Katherine and Jazz explaining to her how a certain Human World object or tradition worked) was interrupted by a comment issued by the newest member of their group. At first, Arianna just squinted, seemingly trying to get a proper grasp of what she was feeling. "A digimon just appeared." According to what she had explained herself, the Fairymon was actually pretty good at detecting digimon, even quicker than a digivice or Jazz herself. Without looking too fretted, part of her face actually hiding behind her mug while she took a sip of her coffee, Katherine just posed her green irises on Arianna. "Where?" At this point, it could be nothing, honestly. While it wasn't something frequent to find, this could be just another Tamer and their partner. Stil... what the fairy explained next definitely made things more... let's say interesting. "It's not too far from here. It's like they just... popped out of nowhere." She added. Her eyes widened suddenly. "I-I can sense a huge amount of energy stored inside this creature." It honestly felt like this was something now. Would anyone nearby get the same reading, maybe from their digivice?

"I wanna buy purresents fur peoples, too!"
Walking downtown, seemingly window shopping, Asher walked alongside a black haired girl wearing cat-eared headphones. The girl bounced on one foot, while tugging at the redhead's hand. "Can mew help me find stuff fur Ameowlie?"
"Do you even have money?"
There was a pause, while the most blank expression possible crossed the holosuited cat's face.
"I have five yen."
And then, another long pause.
"You know five yen isn't going to buy you anything, right?"
Clearly, this was the wrong response. Blank face quickly turned to puffy cheeks, and distressed flailing while still holding onto one of Asher's hands. "But I gotta get stuff fur her! I wanna get her a purresent, and I wanna get Pipurr one!" What about a present for Asher? Did he just not deserve one? Honestly, it was best that he didn't ask. The teen didn't want an answer about where his present was. "Mew gotta help, hyooman! It's impurrtant!"
Clicking his tongue to the roof of his mouth, Asher began to look at the shops nearby. "Only if we can get coffee first," he finally caved, receiving a squeal from the catty girl. It seemed like a fair compromise! And, Whiskers knew she'd be able to get something to either drink or eat whenever Asher ordered something!
If only plans ever went that smoothly. Only a few steps further toward a nearby coffee shop, the spirit user stopped in his tracks. A Digimon's nearby. Which, sure, wasn't really uncommon in Shibuya from his experience, but it was such a spontaneous surge! And, apparently, one with enough potential to make his spirit advise him of such a thing.
"Meow?" Whiskers gave another tug at the human's hand, before tilting her head. Lifting her free hand to one of the ears of her headphones, she scrunched her nose. "Did mew notice that?"
"Notice what?"
"Ashfur," the cat drew out, only further twisting her face.
"Hmm?"
Giving a huff, Whiskers began tugging a little harder, no longer seeming to be leading toward the coffee shop itself. "We gotta go check it out!"
"Check what out?" Was he really going to act like he had no idea what Whiskers was talking about?
Yes. Yes, he was. But, after much fuss from the holosuited feline, he began following her lead, still being dragged along by his hand. So much for Christmas shopping! But, at least this might save his wallet from whatever the cat's gifting plans had been.

“W-Wait!” Half a cup of coffee in her hand, Katherine rushed out of the establishment, following Arianna. Having the totally-not-familiarized with the Human World fairy roam around the streets by herself was something the green-eyed was not going to allow. Accompanying her tamer, Jazz kept sipping on her coffee, a much more relaxed attitude than when she was a Cho-Hakkaimon, no doubt. Couldn't she be granted ONE MOMENT OF PEACE? Following their digimon companion, Katherine and Jazz went down the street while Arianna led the group looking everywhere, trying to detect the source of the energy she was feeling. She stopped for a second around an intersection before turning to a back alley to her right after issuing a "Over here!"Although they had taken different paths, their little trip would lead both Asher and Katherine to the same alley, a poorly illuminated and dirty passageway between some of the stores of Shibuya. The red-hair would be the first one to arrive, finding a humanoid digimon sitting in the middle of the hallway, looking quite fretted. Although it was not easy to tell since she was laying on the floor, the Kuzuhamon was around the same size as Asher. Her clothes were slightly torn, they had gathered some dust and were slightly stained. Her disheveled and distressed expression denoted the creature had just arrived here. She seemed scared and desperate. Slowly, the newcomer lifted her head from the floor to look at Asher and Whiskers. They could probably tell from there her senses were not in perfect shape and she seemed to feel quite dizzy. She tried to look at her surroundings to gain some sense of where she was but the futile attempt ended up in her holding her head in pain. If the duo decided to approach her, they would notice her situation was a lot worse than it seemed like. She had a burning fever and her core seemed to be extremely agitated, almost as if she was struggling to survive. What could have happened to her that left her in thisstate? It was while they checked on the Miko that they would probably feel another disturbance. Another sudden emergence of a powerful creature would immediately become evident to them. However, they wouldn't have to look for the source of this one. The ground behind Asher and Whiskers would tremble as a heavy digimon landed from the roof. This one was at least twice the size of Asher and its sole appearance was extremely intimidating. Firmly, the creature started walking towards them. Those yellow eyes that could be seen through his mask denoted that he was going for the hurt newcomer, almost willing to go over Asher and the holosuited cat if it was necessary. With the last vestige of strength she had left in her body, the Kuzuhamon tried to crawl away from her chaser. She was probably going to need some help.

Turning into the alley did not result exactly how Asher had imagined. First? Busty digimon-woman. Second? Notably larger, flower-headed 'person.' Maybe he had thought there'd be one, really annoying Digimon in this alley? Or, really, just one digimon. Period. Nobody injured, preferably nobody aggressive. That sort of thing!
But clearly that would be too much to ask for.
During the momentary debate of what level he could logically digivolve into without drawing too much attention, it seemed that his partner had already made her own decision. Data from a minor digivolution interrupted the holosuit, making it crackle and dissipate, while a cat-hatted nun replaced it. Both guns belonging to the Sistermon Noir were pointed directly at the Kabukimon's mask. "We can't have normal hyoomans walking into this," she stated, flatly, while Asher moved to try to lift Kuzuhamon. Sure, someone his size likely wouldn't be the most ideal creature to carry, but unless she had a lot more mass than she was letting on, it should be do-able!
And if not, he'd have to switch to a form that would let him. Hopefully, that would be avoidable, however! But, once something was done to begin speeding up the movement of the priestess, he'd begin to address her. "Hey, we're going to start moving somewhere safer, alright?" Where was safer? Great question! Maybe one that a curly haired woman, and her digital friends would be able to help him with? For now, he'd move her further down the alley, away from the creature that seemed to want to do harm.
Meanwhile, Whiskers would only take steps back as the Kabukimon approached, planning to only fire her weapons if necessary. "You've got ten seconds! What're mew doing?"
Somehow, neither of them suspected that the aggressive-looking digimon planned to do much talking, but one could hope!

The situation had escalated into a more complex matter. An enemy approaching and a damsel in distress were the things the holosuited cat and the human had to worry about. Luckily, they were two of them, so they had decided to split tasks.
Asher wouldn’t find necessary to evolve to carry the lady. In the end, Kuzuhamon weighted about the same of a human of her size, which shouldn’t be something the red-hair found impossible to lift! Time to start moving!
As he ran through the alley, he would discover it was not a dead-end, it actually disembogued into the other side of the avenue! From his position, he could see the cars and the people moving in the distance. While he approached the exit, he actually heard the creature on his back trying to speak. After some very evident effort, she managed to issue a question. “W-Who… are... you?” It didn’t seem like she had the energy to resist Asher’s help. Instead, the digimon seemed to be clinging into his clothes with all of the strength she had. Her motions were the ones of someone absolutely terrified.
What about Whiskers, then? Well, she wasn’t right when she thought this… thing was not backing down. The massive enemy kept waking forward, ignoring the Sistermon’s warnings. What’s more, as soon as Asher started running with the wounded digimon on his back, the monster transformed his walk into a sprint, going for the human in a very aggressive manner. It was likely Whisker wouldn’t allow this but… what was she going to try?
Before the fleeing human could reach the end of the alley, he would find a quite familiar figure by the end of it!
“There she is.” Arianna muttered from the avenue, looking towards the insides of the alley and specifically to the lady on Asher’s back. “Was the energy you felt coming from her?” Katherine asked, blinking. Meanwhile, Jazz pointed at the monster running behind the human. “W-What about the big guy!?” Just like that, the holosuited fairy started running into the alley before issuing a last declaration to her friends. “No clue. But protecting the weak one is probably a good idea, Nonoroku!” That was usually her mindset, after all.
What would Asher see from his position?
Leading a group of two other ladies, a purple-haired girl was running into the alley and towards him! Behind her, there were another two women!
“A digimon.” Upon noticing the mask of the lady at the guy’s back, Katherine just muttered her natural conclusion. But… who was carrying her? She would have to wait until he was closer to her before being able to tell. Meanwhile, Arianna, who was running into the alley, just went by Asher, only glancing at the creature on his back, and facing the monster giving chase to him. “Hey, hey. Easy there!” She extended both hands, trying to sign the monster into stopping. It wouldn’t take her long to realize he seemed up to no good!
While Katherine and Jazz did take some steps forward, they didn’t have to wait long before Asher and the wounded creature were a lot closer. “Are you okay?” Silly question! Of course, they weren’t! But she was nervous okay?
It was then when both the curly-haired girl and her partner noticed who this was!
“Kath, this is…” “C-Callum!?” While it was true she needed an explanation more than anything right now, she didn’t need to know a lot more to help a friend. “Stop him, Arianna!” She shouted.
… And Arianna didn’t need to know anything else, either. If Katherine said so…
“Nonoroku… kick!” The fairy launched a brutal strike, right to the head of the masked big-guy! Would this hit be supported by Whisker’s own contribution?

Well, it was certainly a relief that Asher could lift the injured digimon! At least it was one less issue that they'd have to deal with, when it came to blending into any sorts of crowds in the human world. But, now he was being talked to. Which, considering he was just a random guy that picked up a Digimon without any questions, he supposed it was understandable for her to want to know who he was! But, what was the best way to answer?
Asher still wasn't exactly certain if the priestess was actually a good Digimon, herself.
"Asher," he answered, surprisingly cheerily, while adding, "one of the Knights of the Rose, in the Digital World." Was that a necessary addition? In a way. It would certainly help explain why he would help a hurt Digimon! People would find a connection between knights and his actions, even if they didn't know the team personally, right?
Meanwhile, Whiskers found herself firing off a bullet from one of her guns, aiming just to the side of the target to see what it would do in response. Just a test couldn't hurt, right? "I hate the nyan-talkative types," the feline huffed. Either way, she still made a point to keep between the monster and her human, even if it meant rapid steps backwards!
Another relief was that the alley wasn't a dead-end. Though, he had no idea where to go with her from there. Not that he'd have to worry about that alone, it seemed. As the redhead neared the end of the alley, a group of girls had appeared. While one ran past him to try to stop the aggressor, he only paused once close to Jazz and Katherine. And, that was the same moment he realized the people he was walking toward. Partially because his name was spoken! "Oh, hey!" Way to sound a little too casual about this whole ordeal! "I'm fine. But, she's not," the redhead stated, shifted a shoulder as if to gesture at the Kuzuhamon. "We only got here a minute ago." Which boiled down to... Asher not really knowing a whole lot of details!
At least backup had arrived, even though it hadn't been expected! Which meant that Whiskers wasn't alone in dealing with this guy! "I don't think it knows what 'easy' is. I alrawrdy tried talkin' to him." Whiskers stated to the 'newcomer' that was trying to stop the Kabukimon. No surprise there, right? But, with Arianna making her next move, Whiskers lowered her aim to Kabukimon's chest, to avoid accidentally striking an ally. "Exile!"
Between Arianna's strike to the head, and Whisker's energy blast to the chest, would their target still insist on continuing forward? Or would they succeed in making him come to a stop for once?

Given the state that he had found this damsel in distress in, it probably wouldn't come as shocking for Asher she hadn't issued a proper reply after hearing his introduction. She was still conscious, just... Probably too weak to speak words? The strength of her grip still showed her fear of whatever was following them.
For Katherine, it was still shocking it had been Asher, of all people, who had found this Digimon. It probably wasn't a coincidence. Was the amount of energy she was issuing so evident for everyone else? Time to think about that would come, Katherine! For now, she just listened to the redhead's explanation, which honestly didn't make things more clear either.
"I definitely believe you." Arianna directed these words at Whiskers after hearing her warning. The fairy kept looking at the menacing creature advancing towards her and the Sistermon. This thing didn't seem willing to negotiate or taking it easy! Katherine's order was everything she needed to launch a brutal kick that... Made the monster take several steps back! "That will nonoroku tea-" while landing gracefully on the floor, Arianna had to interrupt her own sentence, seeing how the monster was glowing in pink-colored energy. What was that!? It seemed like the combined maneuver of her and Whiskers had hurt him but... Now he seemed to be gaining power! He... Actually was bigger now!
"He... Absorbed it?" No, that wasn't quite it. Not like the fairy had much time to think about it, though! That thing was going towards them at full throttle! "Careful!" Arianna warned whiskers before dashing towards her to pick the Sistermon up and lift her in the air and away from that thing. If she hadn't, the Digimon, who was now bigger and almost as wide as the whole alley, could have run over the two of them!
"Katherine!"
Arianna's shout made the green-eyed turn her head towards the menace that had always been at Asher's tail. This time, it was coming at full speed!
While she considered fighting, the place and the situation (with Asher carrying a wounded Digimon and everything!) seemed less than ideal. "Behind Jazz!" Katherine took some steps backward to open a portal with her D-Arc, while Jazz took some steps forward to stand in front of the group while the digital gate opened.
"Jaenryu!" Jazz called for her fire spirit while a shield of orange energy manifested around the holosuited Digimon. It was then when a burst of energy in the form of a dragon came out from the shield and started dashing towards the monster, making it take some steps back. "Somewhere spacious enough..." Katherine muttered while the portal opened from her D-Arc.
"Careful, Jazz! It'll become stronger!" Arianna warned her friend while she, along Whiskers, landed over the roof of one of the buildings that constituted the alley. "Huh?" And, just like the fairy had foreseen, the monster started glowing in pink energy after stepping back. "Let's go, Jazz!" The holosuited bunny wouldn't have much time to study her enemy's behavior. It was time to leave. Hopefully followed by Asher and the wounded Kuzuhamon, Jazz and Katherine jumped into the portal.
Although that... 'Thing' had tried to stop them, the portal had closed in front of him. And now...? He seemed angry. The now even bigger Kabukimon started smashing some trash cans in pure anger before slowly disappearing out of thin air, no portal or anything else.
"Where did he go...?" Arianna wondered after witnessing this from the roof, right before letting her rear fall on it, panting. "That was scary." She admitted, before turning at Whiskers. "Are you okay?" She asked, looking at the Sistermon. "I don't feel his energy anymore. Maybe he didn't follow them?" Arianna wondered, standing and dusting herself up. Then, she extended a hand to her new acquaintance. "My name is Arianna, by the way." After introductions, there would be some brief silence.
"I... Also can't feel the energy of that wounded Digimon that was with them anymore." A sigh punctuated that sentence. "Ugh. How the nonoroku am I going to find them like this?" A hand on her forehead, the fairy wondered again.
"Do you... Have a way of tracking that human you were with?"

This whole thing was a mess, really! Watching the monster absorb their attacks was pretty worrying! "I rawrly don't like this guy," the Sistermon stated, grumpily. Should she shoot him again? Would it make the situation worse? Ugh. This so wasn't how she wanted to lose her first life! By a weird flower-guy in the human world, of all places!
Luckily, she wouldn't have to be too concerned about that sort of thing right now! Being whisked away to safety, the feline-esque girl was not going to complain about a bit of a rescue!
Another lucky thing was, with three actual Digimon in this alley that were allies, Asher didn't really have to worry about digivolving, himself! So he could focus primarily on keeping the priestess safe, for the time being! With the portal opened, Asher took a glance toward his mercenary, before adjusting his hold on the wounded Digimon, then hurried through the portal with Jazz and Katherine.
Whiskers would be fine, surely! She was a pretty smart cat when she wanted to be! But, he simply couldn't do anything in this alley, all things considered! But, where would the portal take them?
Meanwhile, Whiskers got to witness everything that Jazz couldn't, since only one of the two had gone through the portal! Instead, she was still situated with Arianna on the rooftop! "I'm fine!" Luckily, they hadn't dealt with Kabukimon much prior to everyone else's arrival! "How do you think he was getting bigpur like that, though?" After a pause, it came time for introductions! "The hyoomans call me Whiskers!" she stated, surprisingly chipper. Yes. The hyoomans.
Speaking of. "Uhh," the Sistermon hummed, while rocking on her heels for a moment. Holosuit flickered back to life, as she tapped the cat-ear headphones, clicking a button along one of the ears to 'on.' "Ashfur gave me a phone," so she must have activated something like bluetooth on the headphones! "But if that purrtal went to the Digital World, his phone's not gonna work." It was worth a shot, though! Would his phone ring? Or go straight to voicemail? The cat would find out soon enough!

"I have no idea..." Frowning, Arianna stared at the spot the Kabukimon was previously occupying. "It seemed like our techniques weren't harming him. He just got stronger when we hit him."
There was, however, a more important question to be put on the table. "The... Hyoomans?" Tilting her head, the humanoid fairy wondered out loud while still lending a hand to her peer. What could that possibly mean? "My name is Arianna." Shaking that thought off, she decided to deliver her own piece of introduction.
At the moment, Arianna was a very motley combination of a Fairymon and a very peculiar human. She had been forced to deploy her wings to fly Whiskers and herself out of danger and into that roof, but she still maintained the rest of her human form, overall. Upon noticing this, she shook her head and decided to clarify. "I'm actually a Fairymon, even if I don't... Look much like it." To punctuate that sentence, she closed one of her eyes and scratched her head, a bit embarrassed. In a moment, her interlocutor acquired the form of a human girl. "H-Hey... That's a holosuit, isn't it?"
The fairy actually seemed kind of excited to know this Digimon was also interested in getting a human appearance. And a rather cute one, to boot! However, that talk might have to wait for later. "If I know Miss Katherine, I don't think she would have decided to go into the Digital World to get away from a Digimon. Instead, she probably went to a place where she could have more space to fight without it being too cluttered." Where might that be, though!? "Oh. You have one of those?" Gosh, she was so jealous! "Do it! Call the human!"
Where was said human, then?
Katherine, Jazz, Asher and the priest had gotten out of the portal to find themselves in an empty basketball court. The whole place was poorly illuminated, but... it definitely seemed completely empty! Which was a good thing when you come out of a portal in the middle of the Human World.
"Where are we?" Jazz asked, gazing at her surroundings.
"This is the only spacious and empty place I could think of," Katherine admitted with a sigh. "I remember Mr. Nakamura saying the janitor who has the keys of the School Gym would be on vacation during the whole Winter break." She confessed while her voice echoed across the quite empty basketball court. She could also admit, however, it had been a very bold move.
With that out of the way, both Jazz and Katherine turned her attention to Asher and the Digimon he was carrying. "She doesn't look too good..." Jazz noted after stroking her cheek. "... And she's really hot, too. I wonder if she's sick..." The holosuited Lopmon could only wonder.
Instead, Katherine made an effort to examine the Digimon's overall condition. She didn't take long to notice that her clothes were partly torn. "Look..." Specifically, around her shoulder area, a wound lied beneath a ripped zone of the cloth. Her shoulder was swollen and it was almost... Glowing with a purple tonality. " ... She was wounded." That could perfectly be the thing causing the fever!
"Should I try to get Fei?" Jazz consulted her tamer.
"I-I mean, we could try but..." Could they really find her? She the nurse had decided to go on a journey to connect with her own spirit and become stronger along Boru, hadn't she? She might be though to reach right now!
Before the green-eyed could finish that sentence, the Kuzuhamon's attempted to say something. "W--- Wa... ter."
She wanted water! That wasn't something Digimon usually needed much, was it? Why would she want something like that at a moment like this? Whatever was the reason, they had to help her!
"We need to get her water and lay her down." Katherine remarked, looking at the disheveled lady Digimon. They couldn't take her to a hospital, could they? That wouldn't work! "Your mom's flight is tomorrow night, so she's still at home right?" Jazz added, while Katherine bit her lower lip. Having a human who didn't know about digimon's existence at home might be a trouble to properly treat a wounded digimon there.
Both the tamer and her partner then glanced at Asher. Could he provide a place for this Kuzuhamon to rest or something? They could only hope that the thing that was chasing her didn't show up again.
It would be around that time when Ashfur's phone would ring. A certain cat friend was calling him!

Scrunching her nose, the cat mulled over the concept of getting stronger when hit. "I wish that happened with me. Mewsually it just hurts when someone hits me," she commented. Yes. Just like everyone else. Who would have thought? For all she knew, maybe it still hurt the thing that was growing, but it reacted differently? It was really a mystery at the moment! Maybe, one that would never be solved by the feline!
Granted, it hadn't even crossed her mind that clarifying what 'the hyoomans' meant! Until spoken, at least! Still, she'd let Arianna introduce herself first! "Good to meet mew!" Good in the sense that she hadn't gotten run over by a Kabukimon, at least! "But, yes! Mew know? The hyoomans! Ashfur and uh," Whiskers had no idea what the tamer's name was! "And Ashfur. And strangers and stuff! They call me Whiskers!" And, in case she wasn't trying to figure out what a 'hyooman' was, further clarity was provided of, "I mean, Whiskers isn't my real name. Who would actually be named that?" Aside from a real cat, at least! And even then, cats probably had a different name that they called themselves!
A fairymon, though? Whiskers tilted her head in innocence. "Are you one of those variant-type'a digimon?" You know, like BlackGatomons! Or, certain Assistant Terriermons! What variant would this be for a Fairymon, though? Who really knew. Mostly, because it wasn't actually a matter of DNA, but of wonky magics! Which actually meant that everyone that knew Arianna probably actually knew! Whiskers was just currently in the dark.
While waiting for confirmation from her headset that the bluetooth had activated, the holosuited cat gave a nod. "Yes! I changed it purretty recently! Do mew like it?" Whiskers certainly did! It came with headphones that had cat ears on them! Who wouldn't like that? It made the 'body' feel a little more familiar!
But, with some positive response on her hyooman having phone service, she'd press a button on the headset again. "Call Ashfur," she 'commanded,' only to wait while it rang. Hopefully, he would pick up!
Especially considering everything going on now! Luckily, Jazz asked on their whereabouts before Asher would have to. Though, looking around at basketball hoops and very obvious flooring made it more than clear where they were. "She couldn't move much when we found her." More than likely due to the fever and injuries!
For now, the redhead would let the girls discuss between themselves on the best method of handling this. Why interrupt, after all? There was a chance they had some good idea! Or, just several dead ends. But, by the time that Kuzuhamon had begun her request, it seemed that they didn't really have any solid plans! So, for now? "Where should I set her?" Just... on the floor? The benches weren't really much better! Especially for someone hurt! Either way, whereever he placed her, he'd offer his jacket up as a pillow so it wasn't entirely miserable. As far as water went, it probably wouldn't be too hard. There were water fountains in gyms, usually! The challenge would be finding something to put the water in! Otherwise, they'd probably need to pay for a water bottle at a vending machine. He'd probably leave that to the girls, also. Maybe one of them carried a water bottle, after all.
Now that he felt eyes on him, Asher became painfully aware of what was about to befall him. "I really can't. My parents aren't much of an issue, but I have a sister who is." And some days? It felt like it was hard to even sneak Whiskers past her! Even though the Meicoomon pretended to be the household pet! There was no way someone like this would be able to go unnoticed!
At least he wouldn't have to worry about being coaxed into hiding a priestess in his house, if he was busy taking a call! As soon as Kuzuhamon was placed safely, the teen would answer his phone. Which, judging by the obnoxious meowing jingle that was the ringtone, it was pretty easy to identify the caller! "Yeah?" listening to the cat ask a million questions on the line, he had to wonder if it actually had been smart to answer the phone at all!
Maybe he should have just stuck with people trying to make him designated Digi-Babysitter.
After a moment, he wordlessly offered the phone out to Katherine. To which, she'd get a pretty easy question! "Can mew tell us how to get to you guys?" A distressed tone came from the cat, to the point that Kath could probably hear the feline's holosuit frowning. Hopefully she felt bad! "Mew kinda furgot about us."
Rude. It was almost like someone's life had been on the line, or something!

Were these two the fittest pair to debate about the nature of this enemy? Probably not. Still, it didn’t mean Arianna wouldn’t give it a try. “Judging by the way he recoiled, it is possible we were still causing him pain. But I am not sure.” Impossible to know right now, if anything!
“It is great to meet you!” The fairy showed an honest smile to her new acquaintance. Slowly, she seemed to be getting a grasp of the way she talked. “W-What is your real name t-?” No time for that question! This human girl was already throwing her own question about her peer’s identity to Arianna!
At first, the fairy just frowned a bit confused. Then, she seemed to understand what Whiskers meant! “O-Oh. I am not. I am a regular Fairimon. I just happen to have magic powers, which I use to make myself look like a normal human.” If it was about not gathering any looks around her in this world, 'normal human' was a bit of a grey zone in this statement. There were some traits about her usual appearance that she definitely couldn’t (or wouldn't) change!
Then, Arianna took a good look at Whiskers, just before delivering her answer. “I do.” A quick burst of nods were thrown the raven-haired girl’s way. “You look great!” Did she look as beautiful as the Wind Warrior herself? Well, not really, but Arianna was not the type to say that out of nowhere. Unless needed.
While the call went through, the fairy just folded her arms and waited for input on the situation.
There wasn’t much of a difference about setting someone on the floor of the school’s gym or on the benches of the school’s gym, really. “Maybe over there?” Katherine pointed at a perfectly good zone on the floor. Just as good as… any other zone, honestly.
“That’s okay.” The green-eyed shook her head slowly. No point in worrying about not being able to babysit a hurt digimon. It was not something everyone could afford, including Katherine right now. “Maybe we’ll have to take her to a hotel for the night. Tomorrow my mom will be taking her flight and we’ll be able to keep her at home until we’re able to reach my nurse friend somehow.” That sounded like a plan, right?
Of course, they couldn’t forget about the fact that there was a digimon chasing this damsel in distress. A chaser that could strike at any moment.
For the time being, they should try to get this digimon some water. Katherine walked towards the vending machine to go through the necessary motions. Meanwhile, Jazz just stared at Asher while he received this phone call. The holosuited bunny took an index finger to her lower lip while the red-head was bombed with questions.
When Katherine came back, Asher decided that, for some reason, it was a good idea to give his phone to her? Who could be calling her through Asher’s cellphone? The green-eyed timidly took the device. “H-Hello?” She asked in a coy manner.
After hearing Whiskers on the other side, what came next was… silence. And then...
“W-Who… is this?” Right.
Once either Asher or Whiskers herself had explained who this was, then Katherine would proceed to answer.
For a second, the Spaniard glanced at the hurt digimon, while Jazz gave her some water. She was taking it gladly. Was she getting dehydrated because of the fever?
“I think we’re taking this digimon to a hotel. This seems like our only choice for the time being.” Katherine's index finger frolicked with one of her curls. “Callum…” Then, her eyes went back to the redhead. “… Do you happen to know any hotels nearby?” Probably something that wasn’t too expensive would be good. If it wasn’t clear by now, Katherine would explain to him that they were currently in Northern Shibuya. “If not… maybe you could look for a hotel with your cellphone, please?” Once her call with Whiskers was over, of course. It was clear that the Spaniard, someone who still didn’t know Shibuya all too well, didn’t trust herself to handle finding lodging in the city.
“Once we've found a hotel, Callum will send you the location through your phone. Could you and Arianna meet us there?”
Sounded like a plan.
