To say Sasha was a bit taken aback over being called "a little round guy" would be a massive understatement. There were a considerable number of reasons why she'd take offense to all that, and she was ready to let this fancily dressed sphere hear all of it. "E-excuse me?! Who are you calling roun-" She began, pointing an accusatory finger of her own, but quickly stopped as soon as she saw her metallic hand. Right, she had completely forgotten wasn't in her human form right now. "Oh...oooohhh right, sorry, my bad. Do carry on." She immediatelly conceded, not one to argue about the rotundness of her current form, even if it made her slightly self conscious.
"That's little round woman for you, mister smarty pants..." She said in mock indignation, playfully prodding the little seal's side with her elbow, before focusing back on the matter at hand.
That matter being well...the fact Bloom was standing in front of them! Well, that...only made sense really, why wouldn't she be here? These were her memories after all. But still, it was a bit surreal seeing just how different the tall plant like woman was from the little green potato lizard she had just met a while ago. Digimons were weird, man.
Shame this one wasn't human or more than a memory though, otherwise she would have probably tried her luck after things were said and done. Not that she would have gotten too far looking like she did at this moment. Thankfully Arthur was there to break the awkward silence and take Sasha out of her dumbstruck haze.
"Mine's Sasha. Not...exactly the World's strongest Gladimon but certainly not the weakest!" She chuckled, sounding somewhat deprecatingly.
"Second strongest, though...Then I'm guessing your frined here would be the first then?" She asked curiously, glancing at Eisen and then back at Bloom. Frankly it was hard to imagine this little fella being that strong but Digimon were full of surprises, and she wasn't dumb enough to try and call him out on it. Memory or not he could probably kick her ass, and she knew it.
And while the "half truth" about being travellers seemed to have been good enough for now, it was obvious they couldn't put off their reasons for actually being there for much longer, she figured it was best to go straight to the point, but not to be too truthful, lest they ended up messing up with Bloom's memories too much.
"Well we're kinda trying to get out friend here back to her home, so if you guys could give us direction to the nearest settlement that'd be just swell. Though it would be really helpful to know just where we are right now. You know, help us get our bearings and such." Truth be told, she didn't feel all too happy about having to lie, but asking for the location of the tree outright would probably get them in trouble, so it was probably better to slowly ease up into that line of questioning...though hearing Eisen bring it up in passing felt like too good of a chance to pass off, risky as it was. ""Save the tree?" Didn't take you guys for the tree hugging type." She said somewhat sarcastically crossing her arms, before looking back at Bloom. "Er, no offense."

To tell the truth seeing Bloom in this form in front of her was a bit of a shock and the Chinese girl couldn't find words, luckily the other two were quick enough to start talking and answering, still there was one little problem Miyu didn't know how to address, she can say "I'm your partner in the future" or something, sure it's not actually the past but at the same time she doesn't want to mess with her memories that much
"I'm Mi... Yuki yes! Miyuki, and as my friend said we are─" She didn't got the chance to keep speaking as she noted the mamemon getting closer and taking notes of the rhymes she said
Bloom sighed as her partner got distracted once again, of all the four other banchos she was stuck with Eizen for this little mission, anyway the plant listen to the Gomamon and Gladimon apparently they were just travelers that got lost well that could be fix really quick with one of them helping the trio go back out of the jungle just to make sure they were safe.
"Yeah, excuse my "friend" his digicore only has one line of code, he's more brawn than brain" The schoolgirl fairy laugh at the comment of the Gomamon "And strength is a bit relative but I would say I might be the weakest of us five, but you know what they say even a beautiful rose has its thorns" She comment with a little wink
With that said Bloom was ready to escort this trio out of the jungle, Eisen should be good enough to find the tree on his own, well that was her idea until the Mamemon spoke a bit much and mention the tree, at that point the fairy took a couple of steps back and then ran towards the mamemon before kicking it as if he was a soccer ball
"What part of keeping it secret did you not understand?" The fairy yell
Miyu see this as an opportunity to get what they need, but she would have to play her cards right and make sure they trust them, the last thing she wants is engage in a battle with her partner that they most likely will lose, the girl pick up the Gomamon and whisper to him Please play along and act as cute and innocent as much as you possibly can.
"Uhm... Miss Bloom?" She said acting shy and putting Arthur in front of her so Bloom sees mostly the Gomamon rather than her "You see we have a friend that is very very sick and we heard rumors about the Jinsei tree and we think the spores of the tree could help our friend feel better, we hired miss Sasha to be our bodyguard but we kinda got lost in our way, but it's OK because you are Banchos and the Banchos will always protect those who are in need! So please we beg you help us find this tree" With that said Miyu raise Arthur even further trying to help the seal be face to face with the Lillymon, hopefully a cute little seal will help to put them in their side
"I... Uh..." The fairy look a little bit conflicted she couldn't really say no to them but at the same time would it really be OK for them to accompany them? "W-What you think, Eisen?"

By this moment, there was no doubt Nei had been able to put them on the right path to find the information they needed. They just had to go through the forest (both metaphorically and literally, kind of) that was Bloom’s brain to find it.
On his side of the exchange, Arthur did blink a couple of times and tilted his head when Sasha seemed to forget her current form. Then? He blushed a little when she pointed out a more than necessary correction. Of course Mrs. Swordswoman liked to be called a woman instead of a girl!
So… who was the strongest digimon in the world? “Pfft. What? Bloom?” Eisen pointed with his thumb to the Lillymon, laughing a little bit. “Listen, she’s strong and all. Don’t let her fool you with that humble attitude but… She’s certainly not the strongest digimon in the world!” Who was that, then? Was the Banchomamemon going to offer an explanation at any given time? Probably. Not right now, though. He had talked a little too much, as usual, in front of Miyu… excuse me, Miyuki, and the rest. This, obviously, put him on the receiving end of a placekicker kick by Bloom, who sent him across the clear they were occupying and straight against a tree. Although it was clear that it didn’t mean to hurt the Mamemon, said kick would be an interesting showing of the strength of the creatures they were dealing with now.
“That was… a bit scary.” Katherine muttered, her eyes fixed on the events developing through Nei’s purple smokescreen.
“At all times, we must remember they’re now dealing with ultimate-level digimon. In the case of the Banchos, some of them go even… beyond that.” Bastian explained. Although he was a rather unexpressive digimon, he seemed to be enjoying this look at the Banchos a lot, a chance for gathering all of the information he could about such an enigmatic team.
“That means… the D-Brigade must be really strong. If they managed to cause trouble to such… powerful digimon.” To be fair, everyone could probably agree Jazz’s deduction couldn’t be too far from reality.
Arthur, meanwhile, nodded when hearing Miyu whispering. Then, he proceeded to show the most innocent, weak, and helpless expression he could muster. He was in a lot of trouble!
“Misu is… appealing to the Bancho’s pure sense of duty to get them to take her to the tree.” Bastian started studying the current scenario. “She’s now making two basic principles of the group go into conflict. They must keep the tree as a secret at all costs, but they must also aid any digimon who needs it at any moment.”
“Miyu is a nonoroku genius!” Arianna bounced from excitement.
“Both her and Bloom have always been very resourceful.” A smirk was drawn on Katherine’s face as she folded her arms. Flashbacks of what had transpired at alley number 2, back at Whitewater Hills, came to her. That had been the first time she had seen both Miyu and Bloom’s abilities. From then? She knew these two were simply amazing.
Eisen walked back to the group, coming from the tree Bloom had made him split in half with that kick. “Goddamnit Bloom why did you do that!?” He raised a fist angrily, complaining. Then, his attention quickly turned towards Arthur, who was still trying to look as helpless as he could! “That is right, you wimp! We are Banchos and we’ll ALWAYS protect the weak no matter what!” Apparently excited by having someone highlight their sense of duty, Eisen folded his arms and laughed with a smug expression. Effectively, the bait had been laid and a Banchomamemon had been hooked.
“Although… we certainly shouldn’t let anyone find out where the tree is located.” The Mamemon quickly recoiled, tapping again one digit against his mouth, thinking. Arthur coughed a little. He was totally sick, of course. “You even know the name of the tree…”
“Ugh…” Eisen sighed, his eyes shifting towards Bloom. “Okay, listen. When he sent us to look for the tree, he said it does not occupy a physical space in our world, right? You need the key to open a portal and then you can reach it.” The Mamemon explained. “If we keep the key once we find it, it doesn’t matter if they know how to get to the tree, since they won’t have the key to do it. That… kind of counts as if they didn’t know it exists, right?”
Oh my. A loophole! Would that be enough for Bloom?
Arthur’s eyes widened a little bit as if he was seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! Had the Bancho’s agreed to take them to the tree? Furthermore, they had discovered a very important piece of info, hadn’t they?
“So… the tree is not actually in our world?” Jazz glanced at Bastian, looking for an answer, if the robot had any. “That may explain why it’s been so hard to find for everyone.”
“A parallel dimension, maybe?” The robot muttered.
Katherine’s arms remained folded. Her green eyes shifted towards her friend. “You don’t think… the tree may be in the Human World, right?”
“Unlikely.” He shook his head. “I’d assume a tree with said properties couldn’t go undetected in your world, Misu. But right now… it’s very hard to tell. We will have to wait and see.”
Whether Bloom agreed with Eisen or not, the Mamemon would take a moment to look at their surroundings. “That reminds me, Bloom… Have you tried to focus to see if you can feel the key? He did mention you should try now and then to see if you could feel even a faint signal.”
“Feel… the key?” Arthur wondered, tilting his head while still being held by Miyu. He coughed a little more there too, just to be sure. “What do you mean?”
“The digimon who sent us gave us some of these…” Eisen opened his hand to materialize, as if taking it out of an Infini-store, a small leaf that glowed with a faint blue color. “Apparently, this is a fragment of the Jinsei key, which we can assume is some type of plant too. The digimon who asked us to look for the tree said he had found these through his contacts, but… he knows nothing else. Luckily…” A smirk appeared on Eisen’s face. “… we have Bloom.” With what was clearly his signature gesture by now, the BanchoMamemon pointed at her partner with his thumb. “She has the skill to feel the presence of any type of plant if she has a sample of it, just like the one we have.”
Eisen looked at Bloom waiting for her to try to use the sample to feel the key again, in case it was relatively nearby.
So much valuable information! So Bloom was not only a Bancho, she was the only Bancho who could help them find the key with her skills. Where could the key be located? Where could these samples of the Jinsei Key be today?
Answers and questions came out simultaneously. That meant they were certainly moving forward.

Sasha managed to keep herself at the very last minute from giving "Miyuki" an odd look, remembering that it was probably for Bloom's psyche to not have two separate memories of Miyu in her head. Maybe. Crap, was she supposed to think of a pseudonim too? Eh, too late to change her story now, unless she wanted to make the group even more suspicious than before.
Paying relatively little heed at the display of friendly(?) violence between the two Banchos the gladimon kept mostly quiet, letting Miyu take the reigns of the situation and...honestly doing a pretty good job despite being under pressure? She was way more of a charming little liar than Sasha gave her credit for! Now if only Arthur could improve on his sick routine a little more...
"Well it's not like we really can take that key off your hands either, so we're kinda at your mercy here." The russian "mercenary" shrugged, trying to appeal to Eisen and mostly Bloom's logical side. She wasn't lying either, even if they weren't just figments of Bloom's memories made "real", they probably could kick their asses ten different ways. Though she did bit her tongue slightly, if the tree was hidden beyong their physical reality how the hell were they supposed to reach it in the future? Present? Whatever, that was a bridge to cross when they got there.
As for the talk of that mysterious digimon that had sent the banchos looking for the tree...no, it was probably too risky to ask about that, even in a roundabout manner. Although... "Just one fragment? What, his contacts couldn't find the whole thing or is he holding out on you people?" If they happened to know the answer to any of those, hopefully it would mean there could be a way for them to maybe track some of the fragments themselves.
Well, regardless of the possible answer (or lack thereof) they were at the mercy of Bloom's choice at the end of the day.

Miyuki might not be the smartest person out there but she is the wittiest, not to brag or feed her own ego but the fact that she can be quick to improvise something on the spot is a skill she's really proud of and this time was no exception, it really help that Arthur play along well enough to sell the little lie, now they had an important clue on how to reach the tree and can accompany the banchos on the rest of the journey.
"Yeah I guess, I can't tell if they're lying but they look sincere enough and we DO have to help those in need, so welcome to the party" Said Bloom giving a warm smile to the trio then focusing on the Gladimon "Think of it this way, we need to keep the secret of the tree, if there was a full key lying around there or our contact was holding information they would have a huge target on their back, the D-Brigade is not a group one should mess around or take lightly"
With that said Bloom took the leaf from Eisen's hand and took a couple of steps away from the group, once she had enough space the schoolgirl fairy would kneel and with her free hand touch the ground while concentrating, a thin green aura surrounded the bancho and soon said aura move to the palm of her hand and then to the ground, as the energy of the aura move through the ground the group would be able to see it part in different lines like they where roots, if the group payed enough attention they would see one of the root like lines was of a blueish color and slightly slimmer instead of green like the others yet after a couple of seconds all the lines disappear leaving no trace as to where they pointed but fortunately for the group Bloom knows it perfectly
"There is a faint signal, if we keep walking on this direction we should be able to find something that's for sure" The plant pointed over to where the blueish roots were "Hope you don't mind walking a little bit more" She gave a wink to the "sick" Gomamon
"He'll be fine, I'll make sure he is safe in my arms, thanks for letting us follow you"
"Don't mention it~"
