Lux Harmony festival. He have been waiting for this moment. Well at the moment it's just beginning, so there's not a lot of people around. As for what the king have in mind? He'd kick it back a bit. People of Ys probably know that it's him by his data signature, but for those who just met him once or twice won't quite get it that this holosuited Dorumon... is literally the king! Ah well, that's not important though! He's here to enjoy the scenery. Now that the sunlight has slightly dimmed, and the crystals shines brighter... he really just want to stand under a tree, drinking teas, and maybe eat some more snacks!
Oh by the way he's alone today. Yuuki is supervising some stuff in KIZNA base,e specially on the first day where he have to give direct orders. So it's just him for the meantime. The Dorumon visited a bento shop.
"Hello! Good morning! Nice day isn't it?"
"Already in shawl again?" the elderly Tailmon shopkeeper asked amusedly. "What would it be today... dear customer?"
"Nehehe~ Well, I'll be having some hot honey lemon tea with bento set... this time I'd like some birdmeat skewers, onigiri and some tempura with salad."
"Ara, quite the combination eh? Why don't you take this bottle of soup to go too, then?"
"I'll take that too!" Hikaru quickly tapped his card to the card reader. "Happy Lux Harmony! May your store get more visitors!"
"Heh, I don't mind with it being a bit slow. I'm quite old myself, and my son is out at the moment. But indeed, booming business is the best. See you later then, dear customer. Enjoy your day!"
After he bought his bento Hikaru walked toward one of the park. There are numbers of park in Ys, with the biggest in the production district of course. But even then sometimes other parks are great too! Now,w hat will happen today? He can't wait to just be surprised!

It was pretty rare for the Coronamon to get some solitude, but he had been hoping for some since he and his sister had decided to venture to Ys to heed the call, and wait for someone. The city had been one that he had legitimately never seen pop up on the map, so one couldn't really blame him for wandering off to take in the sights.
There was something familiar here. Somewhere. Someone. But, he had the desire to know more from the locals, so the Coronamon would stop to check his surroundings. Okay, this seemed to be one of the many parks within the city, and...
...Oh, hey, a Dorumon. When did Xu ever know a Dorumon to be dishonest? He proceeded over, quickly. "Yo! Would you mind humoring a weary traveler? I'm not from around here, you see, and I'm kind of waiting for someone--but also, the whole city looks...grand! There's so much to do, so much to see, and I'm a bit lost. Where should I go first? ...Also, is something going on?"

Stacy wondered through the city enjoying the sight of various decorations likely indicating a festival soon to happen. She had a warm coffee in her left hand and her leather jacket was zipped up but the distraction of the festival decorations seemed to be enough to make her forget the cold of the Northern Prominence. Glancing briefly at her left wrist where her D-Tector was resting in the device she bought for the purpose so she didn't always have to dig around in her pocket but she often forgot to put her D-Tector in it. Taking another sip from her coffee she continued on looking around.
Her distraction got the best of her and she almost bumped into the folks ahead of her catching herself at the last moment and said "Sorry I was distracted by the decorations. I hope I didn't startle you guys too badly due to my wandering mind."

Well, this wasn't what Shi was expecting in the slightest, he and the twins had heard about something going on around this part of the digital world, good or bad Shi decided to check it out but still this wasn't something that he was expecting. Thinking on it he had never been to this part of the digital world before, did it appear while he was unconscious? Or was it just always here and he hadn't noticed it, that alone was worth a look through. Putting his hands in his pockets he motioned to the two twins that, were not behind him at the moment.
"Oh right, guess I lost them along the way." Well this wasn't something he was used to, being alone in the digital world. Yuudai was probably off checking out places to eat and Yasuo considering where they came to was probably checking out some of the crafts, he'd probably be a bit dismayed to find it was mostly just factories but he tended to like that kind of stuff anyway though.
Though Shi wasn't too afraid about this, from what he heard he was pretty safe by himself for now. He didn't know why but everyone else seemed lax about any attacks so Shi decided to be pretty lax about it himself. Hands in his pockets he just wandered around a bit aimlessly, occasionally adjusting his hat with his hand as he wandered around the district.
As he came up to a group of strangers he was 100% ok with just passing by he noticed one of the older ones almost bump into the two over there, however in catching herself while she backed up Shi bumped into her instead. "Hmm." Shi easily caught his balance though and just brushed off his coat. "Sorry, didn't expect you to move back so suddenly." Well that probably wasn't the best way to walk past strangers now was it.

Oh, look, looks like there are more tourists! Hikaru smiled at the oncoming guest... a Coronamon? "A traveler, eh?" he parroted. "Well, then... let's see... where to go is it? Yes, there are something going on. It's a festival called Lux Harmony festival. There are several attractions to go to, and I don't mind pointing you out to any of them, but..." he then takes out something from his infini-store. It's a bottle of sake.
"...How about you accompany an old friend, Xu? Just like the old time?"
...But then got interrupted with appearance of a human tourist. This one seemed to be a Spirit User. "Ah, please keep your eyes on the road all the time, ma'am. There are numbers of Digimons here, big and small alike, after all! If you want to look at the decorations or the flower, then stop. Don't get distracted while walking, it's dangerous!"
...After all, would be really bad if this lady accidentally bumped on an adult stage. That gonna be different kind fo pain.
Looks like it applies to the other one too. "That goes to you too, Sir! The city is beautiful, but please watch your steps! Mind those who are smaller, and don't cause problem for the bigger one! That's Ys' traffic rule #1!"
By the way he guess even if he said that his name is Hikaru in here, no one would really eyes in that he's the king. It's like namign your son after the king after all. So... that's quite fine isn't it? In today's act he'll just pretend he's some teen of the neighborhood whose parents named him so he can grow as shining as the king. Yes, that setting would do nicely!

Xu put his hands together as he heard the Dorumon out. There admittedly was something about them that seemed a touch familiar, but he could not quiiite put together what...Either way. A new festival for a new city, it would appear.
That did sound like a lot of fun, even if it wasn't quite his sister's sort of thing. Though, maybe the person he was waiting for might think differently. The Coronamon noticed the bottle of sake being produced, though. The Dorumon addressed him by his name.
That's when everything had clicked for Xu of the Morning Sun. "Knew it was you." He'd tease. "Whenever would I refuse an old friend?"
Of course, there was the sudden outcropping of humans, but that was an inevitability with any part of the world. Xu peered around, hoping to see a head of brown hair with glasses somewhere, but...No dice for now. "...Yeah. My friend's got a point--There's a delicate system at work here, so...Do your best. I know you're already trying, but I know you can do better."
It sounded like back when he was raising Titania, sheesh.

Stacy stepped away from Shi to give him his space and somehow her coffee wasn't spilled so at least she didn't have to deal with potential problems with burns. Looking at Shi, Stacy said "It's okay. I wasn't hurt and neither was anyone else." She then faced the others and said "You're right. I should of been more careful especially in a large crowd like this. I guess the excitement of everyone else seems to be contagious. Maybe I should stick around for this festival. It might be fun."
Stacy watched the Coronamon and the disguised Hikaru, which she didn't know was the king of Ys, seemed to know each other. It was possible even in a world as big as the Digital World. Directing her speech towards Xu and Hikaru she asked "It seems you two know each other or am I imagining it?" Stacy hoped she wouldn't come off as nosey or offensive.

Shi made sure his hat and clothes were okay as e heard the strangers out, well that was pretty much the most Yuudai thing Shi could've done so he supposed he did just cover for that twins portion of goings on there. Still he said he was sorry and no one seemed to want to pick a fight with him, huh so this place was pretty different then what he was used to. Shi responded with a smile. "Mhm." But then quickly decided that would probably come off more rude then he intended it to. "I'll be careful, suppose I'm not used to an area like this." It wasn't very often he came to a place in the middle of a festival, usually he avoided stuff like that.
Then the girl he bumped into mentioned the excitement of the festival, Shi simply rubbed the back of his head and let out a small sigh. "Yeah, that excitement seemed to of caught on to my partners, wandered off." Shi figured that'd explain well enough why he was a human alone, he didn't seem in a rush to go find them though.
Then it was made mention that those two seemed to know each other. "Oh, sorry if I interrupted anything." He didn't know if it was two strangers on a bench but he didn't want to be interrupting anything, though he didn't want to be involved in much in general but the former was more apparent.

"Oh it's me alright," Hikaru chuckled. "Long time no see, buddy. Heard ya got yourself a pirate of a wife... then what, got a granddaughter? I'm kinda in the same boat recently. I didn't thought it was possible but here I am!" he chuckled. "Looks like some of Raion's tendency also rubbed on ya too, dude. Will next time I see you, suddenly you're beefier than most Coronamon? Heh heh."
Addressing the woman who said that the festival seem to be fun, Hikaru nodded. "There will be tons of attraction but since the festival just started, there are still tons of shops readying up. If you want to kill some times, sometimes taking quizzes from the local museum, the library, or the field study museum would be nice. You'll get free food. If you want to train, the gym is available and last time I heard they're looking for potential brawlers who want to spar around, who knows! Either way, lots to try!
Just well... be careful i guess? The city might not as big as Terminus, but it's... really huge, so you can get lost out of random. If you ever got separated, just go tot he box over there, they're manned by Ys guides. If you have person you want to page, like your partner or something they'll try to track them, or page them through the city PA system. From there, they will call air taxi to reunite you and that person.."
...Though, how to say, addressing the two visitor made the king noticed that perhaps... these people doesn't really hang in cities like Terminus where the traffic is even more packed than Ys? Or perhaps they're more used to Digital World wilderness instead? Who knows, but...
"...Um, yes, we're friends, he just said that. No, you're not quite bothering. I'm a local, so I guess it's only given for me to do rundown of how the city works."
...He's a king technically, but that's a secret.

"Yes, it would. Festivals provide many a opportunity that you can't really find elsewhere, you know? I'd also -hope- nobody got hurt...Especially when not much happened." Xu noted, nodding a few times in a manner most would find sagely. "I do hope you find your partners soon. Ys itself is a pretty safe place, though. So they should be fine." He addressed Shi.
That said, he looked to his friend once more. "Yeah, Pixie's doing fine. She and Nyanta are pretty much almost always at sea so catching up to them's a bit of a hassle--not that I can really do that anymore. We do still spend time together at least. I'm more surprised that Titania not only found someone she can tolerate, but someone that tolerates her." A pause.
"Plus, Nereid's a really sweet girl. Oddly focused on 'shipping,' but a great granddaughter. Now, I've heard tales of your family, but you're also a gramps too? Congratulations!" He gave the Dorumon a warm smile, before he looked down at himself. It's true. He was a bit taller than the average Coronamon now, but it was ultimately a height difference that did not mean much. Plus, he had been keeping to Raion's regimen as much as he could.
"...I keep in shape, yup." The internal panic was quite simple. DID HE RESEMBLE VALT OR SOMETHING? WHAT? WHAT? "And yeah, I even said we're friends. Old friends, actually. My name's Xu. Um. If you see a guy about..." He looked Shi up and down. "His age named Naoki, tell him I'm around here? It's important."

Glad that everyone was alright Stacy turned to Shi and said "It sure has been a long time since I've been at a festival so I totally understand the excitement one of these setting can bring but your partners shouldn't have ditched you seeing as the Digital World can be dangerous for humans to wander alone. After all not all humans can digivolve."
Stacy looked at the disguised Hikaru listening to some of the things the festival had to offer and said "I might look into some of those things you mentioned especially the food. Looks like this festival will hardly be boring."
Turning to Xu, Stacy said "I met Naoki before but I haven't seen him around here so maybe he's somewhere else in the city. As for myself, my name is Stacy. I just happen to be a bit older than most tamers I've been around. It seems the average age is teenagers."

Hearing the stranger mention everything going on Shi had a pretty good idea in his head on where his partners would be. "Quizzes are definitely a favorite of Yasuo, he's probably there. Yuudai... Not a doubt in my mind he's at the gym." Shi mentioned to himself before just giving a small nod. But Stacy mentioned them not leaving Shi behind. "Under normal circumstances you'd be right but given the atmosphere letting them run about is fine, can't be near me all the time. I've been told I can be a bit of a buzz kill." By his expressionless face and tone of voice that probably wasn't that hard to imagine.
Though the new dubbed Stacy seemed to know a few of of the people mentioned in their talking, Shi had pretty much no idea who they were but decided to jolt down the names to memory, never knew who you could run into this world after all. The last name Naoki was the one he decided to remember as Shi just put his hands in his pockets and started moving.
"Well I'm sure you'd probably like to talk in private so, I'll make myself scarce. If I see that Naoki. I'll make sure to send him your way." Shi started back on his path then just remembered one part. "Oh right, if you see an Agumon named Yuudai or Yasuo can you tell them where I went. My names Shi Namika." He stopped for a minute to make sure they got his name but would probably just keep walking after.

If Hikaru can be honest... he's feeling slightly offended at this moment. Really? Someone doubted his city security here? Oh no, that won't do. The City's security is basically hard work of both its people, the barrier that is the city's will itself, and the hard work of his children who ensured that both elements works in tandem. Hearing that made Hikaru lowkey offended.
"Its safe, do not worry," the king in disguise quickly retorted. "Ys is our pride and joy, defended by not only KIZNA but also the will of the city itself. The city will not let accidental, moderate or higher harm befall upon its visitor or citizen alike, much less intentional. So don't worry, and just enjoy your day! Humans can go separately from their Digimon if they want. There are facilities to track your Digimon or humans alike, and if you got separated, we can easily reunite you. I wager it's even safer than Terminus actually!"
It's definitely a tall exclamation, but even so, he have absolute faith of his city.
Oh come to think of it... "Naoki? I think he was dropped off by Ryouta last time to one of the hotel. I'm going to browse the names later, but his should be in one of it. I'll help you to check on that."
Looks like Xu's family is fine. It amuses him that there are a shipper in the family though. "Yes, I just personally invited a granddaughter to come to the city. I'm looking forward to it honestly! Very much so! We have been interrupted one time too much last time, so I think she would snap if there's anyone who would interrupt our next outing, heh."
Looking back to Shi, he nodded. "Alright, will do. If I met any of the two I'll tell them. If you need any help, the locals will definitely help. If you need more than helps a local could give, go to the city patrol offices. They'll gladly assists you."

Xu could feel some of the sliiight amounts of offense in the air. He didn't blame anyone for it. Ys was meant to be a highly secured area of the Digital World, so doubting it was...well, he hated to sound like his sister mentally but it was a bit stupid. "Yeah. He isn't kidding when he says the city has a will of it's own. It's part of why we're all here. Those with malice in their hearts are barred from entry. Or worse, ejected."
He looked to Hikaru before nodding. "Will do. Knowing him, he's probably taking a nap right now. ...That's probably only gotten worse over the years." Made things easier, but harder. Cool? Cool. Cool Cool.
Glancing back over to Shi, he waved him off. "You don't need to go, no. Though, if I do run into either Yuudai or Yasuo, I'll send them your way. Getting lost sucks." FINALLY, there was an elephant to address. "Invited a granddaughter, huh? What's she like?"

It was good to know that Ys was a safe place at least during the festival but as for the rest of the year Stacy was not so sure of. "The defenses mentioned in this city are impressive but are they just up for the festival or is this a year round thing? If the defenses are year round that would be an impressive undertaking indeed."
Meanwhile Naoki was trying to convince Shi to not head off but Stacy was not going to force the issue as she didn't want to come off as a jerk. Turning to Hikaru, though she didn't know he was the king, she said "A granddaughter. That sounds nice to have family visiting for something like this. Shame I was never a mother though even though I like kids." She grew silent as she took another sip of her coffee soon realizing it was empty before spotting a trash can not far away and pitching it in executing a sloppy but successful two pointer.
