It was a bumpy ride towards the Dark Area. A single Locomon, a silvery blue locomotive Digimon with a pair of jet engines practically tied to the train engine's rear, pouring out massive columns of black smoke that a mechanic should probably take a look at one of these days, took flight over the sea towards a land that seemed perpetually dark, as even the seas and skies blackened the closer they got. And inside that Locomon was a little girl with bright pink hair, an intense look upon her face as they became ever closer.
One of the girl's partners, a Terriermon, stood upon her partner's shoulder, occassionally glancing towards the little girl with a mildly concerned expression, while a Lopmon on the little girl's opposite shoulder looked ahead, almost impatient.
At the very front of the train was another Terriermon, one whose body and labcoat was covered in a number of grease and oil stains, sitting in front of a control panel cobbled together from scrap, duct tape, and wires. Occasionally a stray spark would fly out but the Terriermon Assistant would assure the gang that it was perfectly normal and that everything was okay and that they REALLY shouldn't distract him right now.
Oh yeah, and some other people whose characters I don't own would also be there, I guess. Something about a best friend and a friend to everyone. I'm sure they can probably introduce their characters better than I can.
But regardless, as everyone got closer towards the Dark Area's mainland, things suddenly became quiet and still. Not because of the impending danger, but rather because the flying train's engine had just died, and everyone began to plummet into the black waters beneath them.
"Umm... my bad." The Terriermon Assistant yelled out as he scrambled from the controls and towards the engine in the back. "Sorry about this, Ferry, but desperate times!" The Terriermon Assistant pulled out a comically oversized wrench, and proceeded to smack things until the engine started back up.
