Elliot and Isaac were getting really, really tired of being stuck in the same body. Especially when said body was a navy-colored dragon muppet, somehow even shorter than the two of them were normally. While the strangeness of this new experience was starting to wear off, their exasperation with the situation wasn't. At first, the solution seemed like it'd be within reach. If they went to the Digital World and became Digimon, maybe when they went to the Human World they would become humans again! Up until they went to the Trailmon Terminal, it sounded like a brilliant idea.
When they exited the Trailmon, and found themselves every bit as tiny and blue as they were before boarding? The idea started to seem less helpful.
Getting out of the train station was easy enough. It was Shibuya in the middle of rush hour. Nobody had time to look down even if they wanted to, and why would anybody divert their focus when a single glance away would lead to getting the last train seat stolen? All Elliot and Isaac had to do was keep their eyes out for the few attentive people in the station as they wormed their way through the crowds. The few times they bumped into somebody, it was just written off as a bad parent letting their kids run wild. They couldn't pass off for human as easily as Rei could, but they were inconspicuous enough to do the trick.
The hard part came now that they were past the train station. Now they were out in the open, where people were actually paying attention. The crowds may have still been packed, but they didn't have the almost willing blindness that came with rush hour traffic on their side. If they were going to get out of this situation, they'd have to play it smart. They'd have to keep to the shadows. They'd have to find a way to hide themselves. They'd have to sneak around Shibuya until they were finally able to separate into their original forms. But, most importantly, they would need to be completely and perfectly subtle. If they didn't handle this perfectly, they'd easily end up causing a huge scare.
"Are you sure this is a good idea, Isaac? Like, at all?"
"You got any better ones?"
"Not really-"
"Good. Now, onwards!"
That was how Elliot and Isaac ended up crawling through the shady alleyways around Scramble Crossing's buildings, an overturned garbage can on top of them. Clearly, there wasn't a single better plan of action that could be taken. All they'd have to do is freeze up when somebody noticed them, and hope nobody cared enough to try and lift the garbage can. Easy!
Right?

"Off to get more stuff for cookies, off to get more stuff for cookies, off to--ow!" A sing-song voice was very quickly silenced by a girl's hand lightly hitting her bag. So much for inconspicuous! Luckily, the crowded area made it easy for nobody to really notice that the voice had come from inside the purse, and if anyone did notice, they didn't seem to say anything. Probably because a talking bag was crazy!
It wasn't like Maia could leave her Digimon at home, though. Leaving for school made it hard enough, since he tried to do everything he could to make her regret locking him up in her bedroom. If only the monster could stay quiet for extended periods of time! Crate training sounded better and better, but the tamer couldn't bring herself to shove him in a box all day. Especially considering the energy he'd probably build up from being stuck. For now, carrying him around everywhere just seemed like the best idea. Even if it really wasn't.
To top everything off, the blonde may have gotten a little turned around. This was just her luck, lately, too! "Okay, uh," Maia looked around, feeling people bumping into her because she was now obstructing the flow of traffic. Well, she guessed she could always look up a map on her phone or something. Letting out a small huff, she shuffled through the crowds of people before finding an opening in an alley to try to look it up. One would think that after living in Shibuya for several months, the teen would at least have an idea of where to go to buy flour! But, nope. Maia was completely clueless.
Scooting a little ways into the alley, to keep out of the way, the girl began to tap at the screen before noticing something move out of the corner of her eye. The thought of it being some creepy guy crossed her mind and made her quickly look over, but nobody was there. No, instead there was a trash can. For a moment, she thought that maybe she had been crazy, but there was no way she had just hallucinated something like that moving! Maybe a cat had gotten stuck under the can while scavenging. Hopefully a cat and not a raccoon or anything that could maul her face, at least.
Now, curiosity had gotten the best of her. Putting her phone back in her pocket, Maia carefully made her way toward the garbage can. "Hey," she addressed the trash, in a calm tone. If it was an animal underneath, she didn't want to scare it! After all, that really was the best way to get her face eaten off by a rabid animal. Not that... talking to a rabid animal would actually prevent that. Reaching out to tap the container, she started to speak again, "did this fall on you?" Why was she asking animals questions? This was just silly! But an animal stuck under a garbage can probably wouldn't be able to eat very well, so she couldn't just leave it there to starve! Though, she'd feel really stupid if she had mistaken the bin for moving and nothing was under it at all.

Elliot and Isaac cringed as the garbage can was tapped on. It turned out the sound was a lot louder when you were directly underneath the thing. They scuttled back, the can sliding away from the direction of the tapping. The voice of the tapper sounded calm and tranquil, at least. She was probably the least intimidating person they encountered so far. Unfortunately, even the most serene people could end up freaking out if the whole "Digimon" thing got brought up. It would be better to just try and find a way of diverting her attention, and making this into a non-issue. Elliot's plan was simple. If he sits still, doesn't make any noise, and tries his hardest not to move, maybe the girl would just walk away. Then they could go back to sneaking around unimpeded.
"Squeak! Hiss, hiss!"
Isaac had other ideas. Which, apparently, included very bad imitations of a possum. Sadly, scratchy-voiced VictoryImpmon did not sound anything like a possum, no matter how hard it tried. Elliot flung a hand over their shared mouth, trying to muffle Isaac and abort this horrible plan, but it was far too late. The cat was already let out of the bag. Or, in this case, the possum was. At this point, all Elliot could do was sit still, squeeze his eyes shut, and wait for his inevitable doom. Why did he even agree to this?

Oops! Maia hadn't even thought of how the inside of the can probably sounded, but it was certainly alarming when it moved from the tapping! But, that had also cleared her mind of the doubt that she had just imagined the item moving the first time. Thinking about the best way to go about removing the can, the Digimon in her bag began with a muffled, "I think it's a-" a soft shake to the bag made the creature's tone dwindle with a, "-fine!" Before going completely silent. Sure, she felt bad for rattling the bag, but the little monster just didn't seem to learn any other way! And, what if someone was nearby?
Especially since... "Uh," unconvincing animal noises came from under the can, causing the tamer to completely lose her train of thought. Was it trying to be a possum? "Okay, okay, what are you?" Now she wasn't even so sure it was an animal under the garbage can, after all! What kind of animal made those kind of sounds? This was just crazy! Her digital companion debated answering the question for her, but nope! Too much effort! Especially after she had shuffled his sort-of-home, and now he was busy trying to adjust where his feet would sit best. He'd let her have a nice surprise! Plus, maybe it'd be funny. The tiny alien enjoyed a good laugh on his tamer's behalf at least once a day, anyway!
Not waiting for the strange creature under the garbage can to make any more alarming sounds, Maia reached around the can to lift it up and drop it near her feet. If anything, the sound might encourage the creature beneath to run in the opposite direction, if it was going to charge anywhere. The problem with this plan was that the thing underneath was nothing close to what Maia could have expected it to be. So, instead of watching a hopefully cute animal go on its merry way, she just stood there, staring at a weird blue thing. Wow. That was not expected.
"Well, uh," the blonde paused, searching for words. "You're not a possum or a cat." Maybe it would have been better if she had just put the trash can back on top of it.

A growing sense of apprehension and dread mounted as the girl asked just what was under the trash can. It didn't really help that neither brother was entirely sure just what they were. All they knew was that they were short. And blue. And also each other. It was really weird, disorienting, and an experience they were fairly sure they never wanted to repeat again. Unfortunately, it was the situation they were currently stuck in, and if they wanted to be anything but pictures on the front page news they would have to come up with some very quick thinking.
Or, in this case, very quick blame-shifting.
"I knew this wouldn't work!"
"Sssh! You're gonna blow our cover!"
"You make it sound like we were ever actually blending in."
"Whatever, whatever, she's coming. Just act natural."
The blue dragon was so busy having a conversation with itself, it didn't even notice Maia's approach. By the time the garbage can was lifted it leaped in the air slightly out of shock, quickly pulling up the bandanna around its neck to hide the furious red blush of embarrassment creeping up its face. It looked around, as if hoping for a hidden trap door, secondary alleyway, or other possible escape route. Upon seeing there was nowhere to go whatsoever, the brothers were left with a split decision on what to do.
"I do not know," Elliot admitted sheepishly, taking control of the fusion in this brief moment of uncertainty. "I-"
"You did not see anything!" The dragon seemed to cut itself off in mid-speech as it blinked out of existence. It then reappeared, a few feet away and unable to walk straight from the resulting dizziness. Clearly, the duo would need to get the hang of these powers more before they could start using them as reliable methods of escape. It braced itself against a wall with one hand, trying to jolt itself out of motion sickness with the other.
Clearly, nobody was enjoying this.

Maia found herself in slight shock, just staring at the creature that seemed to be talking from two different perspectives. What in the world was she even staring at? Then it disappeared! And, then it was back. Wow, and here she thought that she was really hallucinating for a second! "I tried to tell you it's a Digimon," Kyaromon would finally pipe in, as he nosed his way out of her purse. The tamer shot her partner a glare before looking back to the digimon.
Moving carefully toward the blue creature, Maia shuffled with her bag and pulled off her hooded jacket. "Are you doing okay?" Something about the Digimon seemed, well... off. It didn't look like it was doing too well. Offering the jacket out, she figured it should definitely fit the smaller monster, "you should probably cover yourself more. You certainly don't make a good cat. Or... whatever you were." This was the girl's attempt at being friendly with the creature, but Kyaromon was already on her shoulder, prepared for the worst.
In fact, he was all fluffed up and ready to go. Considering a Digimon was just running around here, he couldn't just trust it! What if Maia had a similar fate to Kai? At least their neighbor had two Digimon, so Kyaromon had to be particularly on edge! Not that he looked intimidating in the slightest. In fact, the fluff made him all the more adorable. "What're you doing here?" he interrogated, causing his own tamer to jump a little. After all, he was shouting right next to her ear! "You're not allowed to eat people! If you try to eat people, I'll eat you!" Oh boy, the little alien sure did know how to sound more ridiculous than intimidating!
"Keep it up and I'll duct tape you to a wall, Kyaromon," the girl warned, causing a much less frightening 'eep!' to come from her partner.

"I-I am fine!"
"We have had a very long day."
Somehow, the combo of indignation on one side and earnestness on the other just made the VictoryImpmon even more harmless and cute seeming. Either way, neither of the brothers was happy with the others' response. Elliot just wanted this day to be over already, Isaac just wanted to play it cool, and either way both brothers agreed that the sooner they split, the better. Regardless, they began nudging their way towards the alley's end, trying to wait for the streets to clear up before they could make their proper escape.
Then Maia offered the jacket. Leathery scales were a lot less warm than proper clothing, true. It almost didn't hit the duo how cold they were until her gift reminded them. For a few seconds VictoryImpmon stared at it, heavily tempted, before shaking its head and turning away. "I could not," the dragon finally said. "I am fine Besides, it is cold out today. I would not want you to feel cold without it." It was a really nice offering, but something about it just made Isaac feel wrong for even considering taking it. He settled for shaking his boxing-glove clad fist a little bit, basking in its warmth as it caught fire and swelled up slightly.
Then the other Digimon came out. Compared to Tankmon, it looked incredibly small and nonthreatening. However, its presence was reassuring. It meant that the girl was already in on The Secret, and they weren't about to become giant security risks through their mere presences. Less reassuring was the fact that it seemed to want to eat them. It probably couldn't, but who knows with Digimon?
"Why would I ever do that? I a-"
This time it was Isaac's turn to try and shut up Elliot. The Digimon thing was a big enough shock to the system. The last thing he needed was for them to also tell the entire neighborhood who they were and what their secret was. They would never get a moment of peace or quiet that way! The best thing Isaac could hope for would be them getting to a nice, shady corner, their Digimon forms wearing off, and then nobody ever speaking of this incident ever again.

The girl looked at her jacket for a second, one side of her lips curving to a half-smile. Why was a Digimon concerned about how cold she'd be. "I'm not from the area. It gets a lot colder than this there," she responded, before bringing the jacket closer to her body. Well, she certainly wasn't going to force it on the monster. Especially since he seemed to have his own way to warm himself. But, at least nobody could say she just let them freeze!
"Don't mind Kyaromon. He's more talk than actual bite," Maia added, throwing another warning glance to the In-Training. She was still following the VictoryImpmon, however. It was interesting, what could she say? It wasn't often that a tamer-less Digimon just kind was showed up. In fact, the blonde hadn't met one, yet! Plus, the mysterious digimon still seemed pretty harmless to her. It even seemed surprised at Kyaro's accusation! That had to mean it was alright, right?
Still, Kyaromon wasn't entirely sold on all of this, and began to pace across his tamer's shoulders. "Why wouldn't you try to eat people? And why do you talk funny?" And, then there was the long deserved pulling-of-his-ear from his tamer, who was becoming less and less thrilled by the interrogation. When she let go, the ear just rubber-banded back to its usual position on Kyaromon's head, and the small alien began his usual giggle fit. For some reason, that always succeeded in distracting him! What a weird creature!
Pulling her jacket back on, Maia adjusted her bag. She couldn't help but be curious to the same thing that Kyaro had questioned, though. The Digimon's speech was a little... off. But, maybe that was just the part of the Digital World it was from. How was she supposed to know how these things worked? Instead of silencing the question, she left it out for the creature to answer.

Every time the VictoryImpmon stepped back, the girl stepped forward. The end of the alleyway, and with it the prying eyes of humanity at large, got closer with each step. A bit of sweat gathered on the dragon's brow as it realized that, sooner or later, it'd have to do something drastic in order to escape. Either that, or just give up and have a conversation. The longer it talked for, though, the greater risk there was of the truth finally coming out. Neither brother wanted to risk that.
"So do you eat people too?" Isaac asked the Kyaromon, smirking slightly behind the bandanna. At least he managed to get one taunt off on the annoying Digimon before its tamer silenced it.
"We are still learning Japan-"
"Ssh!"
That answered both of Kyaromon's questions, but Elliot was spilling the beans more than Isaac was comfortable with. The dragon imp turned around, as if making a football huddle, and began whispering to itself in a slight panic. At least this girl probably didn't understand English!
"Look, are you gonna tell us what we had for breakfast, too? The more you blab, the more trouble we're gonna be in if we're found out."
"Shibuya's a really big city. She probably doesn't know us, and if she does she probably doesn't care."
"Are you gonna risk that? What if she tells mom?"
"She doesn't know mom!"
"How do you know, huh?"
"I mean, maybe we can trust this girl. She's been really nice, and she offered us her coat. Nobody who does that can be that bad, right?"
"It could be a trick. I wouldn't trust us, if I was her. We're a freaking baby dragon!"
The VictoryImpmon began to glow slightly, the glow intensifying for every moment of dissonance between the two brothers. Whereas before they were united in their mutual struggle to end this curse, now their brains couldn't be further from the same wavelength. Soon the glowing silhouette of the Digimon began to pull in half, the figures of a Veemon and an Impmon slowly taking identifiable form. Those digital figures then began to shift into more human ones, before eventually repelling each other like a pair of disagreeable magnets. Finally, they managed to accomplish what they were here for!
Unfortunately, the alleyway was too narrow to really give the de-Digivolution its proper space. As Elliot and Isaac were repelled from each other, they promptly smacked into the alley walls and fell on each other in a pained, exhausted heap. At least, judging by the sounds of their pained groans, they were still conscious!

"I wish I could eat people! Do you know how many cookies I could fit in my mouth instead, if a person could be put in there?" Is that really where the in-training would go with this? Why would anyone think differently? All Kyaromon ever really thought of was food or exploring! He didn't even realize that the weird Digimon was trying to make fun of him!
When the stranger suddenly seemed to be talking to itself, Maia placed both hands on her hips, patiently listening to it ramble in a 'foreign' language. Really? Of all the languages in the world, the blue thing spoke the only other language that the tamer could speak fluently! And, on top of that, she certainly didn't know a Digimon's mother! Though, she'd really love to have a few words with Kyaromon's mom about mailing eggs to strangers houses. "Uh," the girl was about to interject, but the Digimon began to glow and... separate? It sure seemed like Maia got to experience a lot of very unusual things as a tamer. But, now one digimon had become two, and then human? That was completely different! Sure, she had met a single person like that, but he had certainly not been fused with a second human!
Between the plans to interrupt their conversation by speaking in English, and the utter surprise at what had happened, Maia dropped to using her native tongue regardless. "That's new!" she mumbled, hurrying to the small pile of pained boys. The tamer didn't even fully realize that she had reverted to English, now, but it sure did seem easier to openly speak when she wasn't mentally translating everything that came from her mouth! "Why didn't you just tell me that you were human?" That had to have been the least graceful spirit de-evolution that she'd ever seen! But, it explained a lot very easily.
Kyaromon, of course, had to have his own say in all of this. "That was so cool! Two of you were in one Digimon? How'd you do that? I want to do that!" Oh, no. Hopefully this wasn't going to be another trend that the tiny monster would try to hop on the train for. Next thing Maia would know, the stupid little in-training would try to glue himself to a bird or something. "You just need to learn how to fly now! How cool would that be?" Well, some things never changed. She could only hope that Kyaro never learned how to fly.
"Kyaromon, settle down for a minute," the blonde shushed, looking over the two. They didn't seem to be too battered, at least. She wanted to offer some sort of help to them, but really wasn't sure what to say! Instead, she crouched next to the two of them, carefully reaching out to touch the younger-looking teen's shoulder. "Are you two okay?"

Thank goodness, she understood English too! Sure, that meant she heard their little emergency huddle, but it also meant they could communicate much less awkwardly. Elliot groaned as he was poked on the shoulder, which was still sore from his plunge into the river. Pretty much every step of the way had gotten his butt kicked today, and at least now it was finally over. Probably. Hopefully. The two weakly turned to look at the girl, Elliot's face marked with deep weariness and Isaac's marked with a neon-red blush.
"I didn't want to scare you any, I guess," Elliot admitted weakly. "It'd be bad enough if we were seen like this, but if we were seen changing between forms? That would be way too many questions to answer.
I wish I could tell you more, but I'm not sure myself. All I know is that I fell in the river, and then my brother got kidnapped by a tank, and then we jumped down this big hole, and then we found these weird shiny things, and then everything turned white, and when I woke up again we were fused somehow. And we were stuck like that for, like, hours. It was so terrifying."
"I-I'm fine," Isaac muttered, trying to play it off. He untangled himself from his brother and shakily got onto his feet, fishing in Elliot's backpack to look for the boy's walking stick. Once he was up he began helping up his brother, bracing Elliot until he was fully capable of standing. "I just want to take this whole day and put it behind me. God, I need a shower." Elliot was already meticulously dusting himself off, thankful that the garbage can they were hiding under was at least empty. It was clear both brothers were absolutely spent.
At this point, though, the boys were pretty much resigned to their fate. They'd looked like monsters, looked like idiots, and looked like idiot monsters. At this point there was no lower on the totem pole they could go in this girl's eyes, surely. They might as well introduce themselves. "The name's Isaac, by the way. Nice to meet you," Isaac offered, attempting to smile through the embarrassment splashed all over his face. Elliot turned and waved, weakly adding "My name's Elliot. Nice to meet you!"

Looking over the two, Maia took a moment to take in what Elliot was saying. "I'd say it's understandable, but I've already met a Spirit User. It's kind of cool to see Digimon turn into people. Not scary," she tried to make it sound less upsetting than she suspected the two were. Especially the older one, whose face seemed to be a bit flushed. They just seemed to be a bit overexerted. "Wait," part of what the youngest teen said stuck in her mind for a minute. "You fell in a river?" the blonde looked between the two, seeming to register more. "Like, the one full of garbage?" No wonder the older one needed a shower.
These boys really did seem to like their trash, though. Maybe that was something she needed to be wary of. What if they were actually homeless? Not that they dressed like it, or anything. But, why did it seem like everything around them involved garbage? And what was all of this about a tank? If this was how Spirit Users were made, Maia was very glad that she wasn't one! There were many forms of 'nope' running through her head at the thought of all of that effort.
Backing up a bit, the tamer decided to give the two some room to get up. She watched the older brother pulling out a walking stick, and threw a questioning glance. Now, they seemed a bit more like hobos than before. "I wish I had a stick," Kyaromon mumbled, but Maia patted her hand on his face to try to keep him quiet. That wasn't necessarily something polite to point out!
For some reason, they seemed to be okay enough with her to share their names, though! And, they certainly didn't sound like crazy hobo names, so they were probably just regular guys. Even if they were homeless, thinking about it, it'd be pretty rude to judge someone for something like that! After all, they'd been pretty nice so far! "My name's Maia, and-"
"I'm Kyaromon!" the little Digi interrupted his tamer, before she could even say his name.
She was a little surprised they were saying it was nice to meet her, though, considering she doubted the two actually thought that. "It's nice to meet you too. Even if I was bothering your... hiding session."

"Yeah," Elliot admitted. "My brother took me there as a prank, and then some bullies started trying to mess with a-"
Wait, that guy was totally a Digimon, wasn't he?
"-a friend of ours, and they pushed me right in."
"I'll take it from here, bro," Isaac added, grinning slightly. After being humiliated by tanks, knights, and now cramped alleyways, it was about time he got to tell a story where he kicked ass! Hell, it's not like anyone was there to prove him wrong. Surely he could do a bit of embellishing and get away with it. He stood slightly taller, as if propping himself up, and began to explain.
"Y'see, these punks made two big mistakes. They messed with my brother, and tried to pick on my friend. And that means no mercy. So one of them starts getting in my friend's face, right? And that's where this baby comes in." He proudly whipped out his Monster Manual from his backpack, highlighting the slight dent in the cover from where it made impact with a thug's head. "300 pages of blunt force. Pretty cool, huh? One shot to the guy's head and he's down like a sack of bricks. So as he's going down, the others all start coming in to avenge their buddy. So it's just this blur of fists and elbows, right? I gave as good as I got, but I gotta say, there was no way I was taking them all. I went down, but not after chasing them off and getting them off my friend's back. Bet I'm gonna have some pretty cool battlescars after that one, yep."
Elliot shot Isaac an incredulous look. Isaac shrugged, flashing a sheepish grin. What? At least half of that happened!
"Anyway, once that was done, I dove right into the river after my bro. And then the rest's history."
Elliot looked away at mention of the walking stick. It was still a sore subject for him, even after all of these years, and the meekness made him look even smaller than he already did. "We weren't going to hide forever," he said. "We just didn't want to be caught out here looking like, you know. What if people saw us and got scared?
Now, the can? That was all Isaac's idea. He just grabbed the first thing he could to hide under so nobody'd spot us on the way home."
"It worked! For a bit."

Maia listened to the stories of how everything happened, mouth parted slightly in clear skepticism at everything Isaac was saying. "Right," she mumbled, looking the older brother up and down. He, uh, didn't really look like he could take anyone down in a fight, but she supposed the book could have given him a bit of an upper hand. Plus, what did she know? Maybe he was secretly super good at fighting? Even if he did lose at the end. But, she couldn't ruin the good mood that Isaac seemed to put himself in!
At the same time, the tamer couldn't really bring herself to respond to the story, either. It was just too out there for her. And, this was coming from a girl with a talking rabbit monster on her shoulder! Plus, a distraction had kicked in. "So, does that book have pictures in it, by chance?" It might be cool to look at a few references to draw some sort of creatures in her sketchbook, so that it wasn't just going to end up full of Digimon. That way she wouldn't worry if someone actually got a hold of the sketches, at least.
Kyaromon was enthralled by this tale of heroism, though! "You're so awesome!" The little alien began his ramble, ears perking up, "I want to do cool stuff like that! You should be a superhero! A-- A tough one! With a book! That can fly!" Yup, he had to fit that last one in there. Would Isaac make it up there to Shiro's rank of 'amazing' in the Digimon's head? Maybe, it was too soon to tell. "If you get a cool scar, you've gotta show me!" Hopefully Kyaro didn't want one of those now, too.
"Well, at least you guys didn't get caught," Maia tried to reason, shrugging. "But, I seriously thought some poor animal got trapped under a trash can," the girl's face actually turned a little pink at how stupid all of that was. Somehow, it was even embarrassing to her! Probably because the creature underneath the can hadn't actually wanted to be free from it. Oops. But, it all worked out, didn't it? "Next time, maybe you should stay out of public places when you're stuck together?"

"Of course it does! Heck, they're the best part. I wanted to try running the game, but it's got way too many rules and headaches, so I just like looking at the art," Isaac admitted. It sounded a bit sillier when he put it that way, like he was only using the book for half of its actual purpose, but the illustrations were cool darnit! He offered the book to Maia, only to shyly retract it as he remembered that he, and all his belongings, took a hurtle through the river. "I'll let you check it out sometime, after I give the cover a quick clean," he said, sheepishly. God, this was a horrible time for meeting new people!
He couldn't help but laugh a little at Kyaromon's enthusiasm. "Heh, thanks. But hero? Maybe. I just try to help out when I can. I'll show you if I get any neat scars, though!" At first the little puffball seemed kind of annoying, but it turns out praise makes people so much easier to deal with!
"I'm really sorry for worrying you," Elliot sad, sadly. "We figured if we were Digimon in the Digital World, maybe it'd make us turn human again in the human world. We were stuck together all afternoon and it was getting really disorienting. But at least we know how it works now!
I think."
Maybe in the future they'd get the hang of doing it manually. Until then, the two would just have to play it by ear.
"So, we said what we're doing here. What brings you here, then?" Isaac asked. He had to admit, he was curious about the new arrival. Was she coming from or going to the Digital World as well? Or was there something else she had on her plate? Either way, he was looking forward to finally getting to know another person around here.
