Oh no! Control Spires are appearing all over the digital world, and it's up to chosen Tamers, Spirit Wielders, Xros Generals and ally Solo digimon to stop them!
So, this is the chance for you to participate in the plot without the need of a staffer around. The catch? You need to apply the established rules of combat in a Control Spire zone.
These rules are:
- Tamer and Solo digimon cannot evolve past Rookie or Armor Champion.
- Spirit Wielders cannot evolve past S-Hybrid or Human Spirit Fragment.
- Xros Generals cannot fuse their digimon.
- Each Control Spire is defended by 1 Champion level under the control of a Dark Ring. If you manage to remove the ring, that champion level will de-digivolve to rookie and become non-hostile. This will take 16 normal strength Rookie level attacks or 12 Armor strength attacks.
- The Champion level can be any digimon, but they have to fit the theme of the area they're in. The thread maker can pick the Champion.
- To destroy the Control Spire, it needs to be hit 20 times by direct Rookie attacks or 14 Armor level attacks. However, the defending Champion is compelled to attack whoever does so, unless they're preoccupied in battle.
- No more than 4 people can join each thread.
With that in mind, Control Spires have appeared in 4 areas.
- Desolate Tundra
- Kilobyte Oasis
- Mainframe Hills
- Binary Archipelago
Only one such thread can be made for each area at a time. When the first has filled up with 4 members or a week has passed, then the next can be made.
Note to the Thread Creator: You will have to make a rookie level NPC rather than your own character to run this, but the reward for completion will flow through to the account that you play as.
If you successfully bring down the Control Spire, each participant will be awarded 10,000 bits. But be sure to follow the rules when making the mission.
So then, if you want to participate by being the Thread Maker, please post in this thread which area you want to make it in and what Champion level defender you want to use, as well as the rookie level NPC you are going to use.
Following that, please PM me on Discord or the forum the moveset of the Champion and Rookie.
