MPC Submissions

I had an idea for an MPC I'd personally like to do. Basically involves the digimon member of the team becoming human and the actual human working out what to do about it. Example template below:

Name: When I'm human

MPC Scenarion:
Good morning! And what a morning it is! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, your digimon is curled up at the foot of your bed. Everything is right with the world!!

And then you discover your digimon has transformed overnight into a human. They are completely naked, completely human and completely confused. How did this happen? How will you cope? Is the transformation permanent?

In this MPC, we’d like you to describe how your character and their digimon cope with their newfound humanness. The rp may be about trying to find a cure, what the characters do on their day as humans together, helping the digimon grasp human social skills (you may want to start with clothes). It’s your choice.

Spirit version: Your spirit has become an actual human and is separate from you. You now have to deal with suddenly becoming a digimon tamer to a digimon spirit who likely hasn’t had its own body in many, many years and is walking around in a human body getting into mischief.

Solo Version: You became the naked, confused human waking up on that morning. Either in the digital world or the human world - feel free to choose.

Xros Version: All your partners became human. Good luck with that.

Name: The day after

MPC Scenario:

It finally happened. The end of the days arrived and a cataclysm of epic proportions cause irreversible damage to the digital world. All ties with the real world were destroyed and both digimon in the real world and humans in the digital world had to deal with the fact they would never be able to return home again. Nobody know how or why this happened, and even if they looked for answers, there was nothing to find. At the end, the only sure thing was that under strange circumstances, the digital world collapsed one day things were never the same after it.

Glitched areas, digimon acting weird and erratic after having their data corrupted and compromised, and outright many zones shutting off into nothingness, that was the devastating aftermath of the great crash. Few were those who survived intact and even fewer those who managed to find the strength to continue even when it was much easier to give up. What will you do, in a world where hope is lost and just living hurts?

In the immediate aftermath of a cataclysm, it is your mission to chronicle the tale of your character/s of choice from the very moment hell got loose in the digital world until the fateful moment when it/they reach a conclusion about how to handle their new life in a world that slow but firmly marches towards a slow and almost unavoidable death. That is the bare minimum required to complete the scenario, although going further beyond that point is encouraged.

Name: Digimon X-Factor
MPC Scenarion:
Story:
The world is a strange place. With the introduction of a virus into the digital community a lot has changed. A war was fought against the X-Virus and its carriers. With the defeat of Death-X-mon a form of peace has been created. Yet many still dislike the idea of living beside the X digimon. A new order has been formed of Seraphimon, Ophanimon, Alphamon, Ancient Mermaimon, and Gallentmon. True peace is still many years away; This is where your story starts. Help bring peace or destroy it...

X: The X group is run by Alphamon and are there to protect the rights of X-virus digimon. They reside in the mountains providing a save haven for those who have not adjusted to life with normal digimon. You start here if you choose X as your group.

Lucent: Run by Seraphimon and Ophanimon it is easily the largest group. They work along side Ancient Mermaimon and Gallentmon in an attempt to bring peace. They hope to enter-grate X-virus digimon into society so that they may live along side normal digimon. They are located in Central (A palace like place surrounded by a large town and trading stalls.)You start here if Lucent is your group.

Raze: A mysterious group who's leader is unknown. They are a group of puritans that want to erase the X-virus and all infected. Their base has yet to be found and they use Devidramon as messengers. You start in the wilderness if Raze is your group.

You are allowed one Digi-destined and/or one Digimon Character. If you want another you must retire your character by either killing them, their partner, or losing the digivice so they may no longer remain in the digital world.


Extra Notes: I was thinking this could be a MPC and then if enough interest is generated then I'd post in one of the other RP sections.

Name: 16 Again?!/Why am I so old?!


MPC Scenario: 

((If you are 21 or older IC)) You wake up one day to find that you are 16 years old again?! Not only that, but you are forced to go to highschool now?! How will you react in this inexplicable scenario? Will you still hang out with your digimon, will you go through the usual highschool shenanigans, avoid cops as you ditch to try and find a way to turn yourselves back to normal, or do whatever you want now that you can relive your teenage years!!!

((If you are 20 or younger IC)) You wake up one day to find that you are no 40 years old?!?!? Not only that, but you are forced to now take care of your family that you apparently have for some reason?! How will you react in this inexplicable scenario? Will you still have time to be with your digimon with the responsibility of an adult weighing on your shoulders now? Will you leave the house "to go out for a pack of cigarettes", take care of your new kids and wife/husband like a responsible parent, get a job to support them, ditch it all and go do a bunch of adult stuff you couldn't before, or maybe skip all of that and try to find the reason for your drastic age change?!?!?!?!

This MPC takes inspiration from a section of Cyber Sleuth's story. I thought it would be a neat thing to implement as an MPC.

Name: Urban Digi-Legends

MPC Scenario: Among all of the communities in the world, there is a multitude of urban legends and myths stemming from stories passed down for generations or more recent times. The wolf girl of Texas, United States. The Mackenzie Poltergeist, Scotland. The country of Japan is no stranger to myths and legends, holding some of the more terrifying rumors of the world. Some examples include Kuchisake Onna, Kappas, etcetera. Your character/s are confronted by up to four of these urban legends. How will you deal with them? Will you fight? Try to run? Or perhaps outsmart them?

Name: Three's a Crowd
MPC Scenario:  For so long, there have been two worlds connected to one another: the Human World, and the Digital World.  But what if there was suddenly a third world thrown into the mix, a third world even more alien than the other two worlds were to each other?  How would the two other worlds handle an entirely new species of creature roaming their lands - and how would they handle exploring a whole new planet?
