A Small Problem
MPC Scenarion:
Looks like circumstances beyond your control have caused your character to shrink. Is the process gradual or all at once? Does the shrinking process itself endanger your life? Now that your character has shrunken you have to find a way to reverse it all while evading the world's dangers be it in the Digital or Human World.

MPC Scenarion:
It seems someone is trying to hunt your character down for some reason and now your character is one the run. Is the one hunting you human or digimon? Are they chasing you directly or are they having others do it for them? Either way your character has to find away to avoid capture.

Name: Teenagers with Attitude MPC Scenarion: Humans in the Digimon franchise usually don't do a lot of fighting, but what if they were the main focus? And what if Digimon were actually the enemy? In this MPC, your human character is a Super Sentai hero/heroine OR a Magical Girl, protecting the city of Shibuya from all sorts of evildoers. As for your partner Digimon (or Spirit), they are going to be the Monster of the Week. Use your giant robots or magical transforming sticks to save Japan from this new menace! Extra Notes: If you're playing a Solo Digimon, you are the Monster of the Week, and it is up to a generic young hero/heroine to stop your rampage. How will the typical Super Sentai/Magical Girl episode play out from the monster's point of view?

Name: Directed by Michael Bay MPC Scenarion: After bringing the icons of 80's and 90's American animation to the big screen to a universally positive response from fans, the Da Vinci of film-making otherwise known as Michael Bay has decided to grace a Japanese nostalgic franchise with his heavenly touch! It's a Digimon movie directed by Michael Bay, and your character was lucky enough to be chosen as the protagonist! Let there be explosions, plot holes, hot babes, a strange amount of focus on the US military, more explosions, comic relief that's not actually funny, villains with convoluted plans, goodness gracious there's a lot of explosions! Keep adult jokes to a minimum, though. We still want to market this movie to a 13-year-old demographic, after all.

Name: Dance off
MPC Scenarion: Just a typical day in the digital world, battles and dangers all around. All solved by young humans and monsters dancing. Wait that's not what normally happens? Yes in this scenario all problems and fights are solved through the medium of dance, does your character have the moves to groove? Or do they get tired of it and just start blowing stuff up.

Name: Parasitic Plague
MPC Scenario:
Somehow your character has been infected by some kind of digital parasite that attaches to his/her body. After the parasite attaches it begins feeding on your character's data if they are a digimon or their blood if they are a human. Either way the parasite makes your character feel weak and maybe even sick. How will your character get rid of the parasite?

Name: Show Me Your Moves!
MPC Scenario:Let's break away from the writing prompts for a little bit, and do something a little different! For this one, your character is a playable character in any type of video game you desire, and instead of writing a story about them, you instead need to write a breakdown of their moveset and skills! If they're in a fighting game, what kind of attacks do they make, and how well can they string together combos? If they're in a platformer, what kind of movement do they have, and what are the powerups they can attain? If they're in a musou/warriors series type of game, what kind of ridiculous over-the-top attacks can they throw out to mow down waves of enemies?
Extra Notes: It might seem hard to do this one in a group, but an alternative solution to that is to have your character either team up in a co-op fashion or compete against them using their moveset!
Name: Irrational Fears
MPC Scenario: Whether they've had it all along, or they were cursed by a passing gypsy, one of your characters has suddenly developed an irrational fear to something inane, like a specific kind of coin, or chocolate chip cookies. And for one reason or another, your character finds themselves in a situation surrounded by this fear. Can they manage to put on a brave face to deal with a fear no one around them can understand, or do they freak out, Digivolve to Mega just to Terra Force an innocent lil' garden gnome? Just a goofy little romp that you don't need to take too seriously if you don't want to over here!
Name: Costume Party
MPC Scenario: Be it for Halloween or whatever reason, your character's invited to a costume party! Is the MPC about struggling to find a costume to wear for the party, or are they already at the party, but have to face down their dreaded nemesis who decided to wear the same costume? There can be a bit of drama when you try to get a costume just right, so why not write about it?
Extra Notes: Since it literally involves a party, threading with others seems easy, right? Did they coordinate their costumes, or did one dress up as a ninja while the other dressed up as a pirate, creating a great deal of tension in the room? Either way, have fun with it!

Name: It Was Me All Along
MPC Scenarion: Suppose your character has taken on a mission, but it turns out that they were working for the bad guys all along. How do they react to this news? Do they make amends with those they fought while unknowingly working for the villains? Do they bring down the ones that deceived them? Did they stop one evil only to create another? Maybe one character could trick another into working for them, or two characters are tricked into fighting each other.
Extra Notes:
This MPC could be done in two stages, first working for the villain, then the reaction.

Name: The Children of the Night
MPC Scenarion: Your fangs have grown sharp, your eyes have turned red, and sunlight seems to burn your skin. Through unknown means (or very known, if you wanna insert a reason), your character has turned into a vampire! This can range from the standard Stoker-esque vampire, to any variation from other media. If your character is a Digimon, they gain qualities similar to vampiric Digimon like Myotismon and a desire to absorb data rather than blood. How will your character react to the transformation? Will they try to change back to normal, or will they embrace their wicked nature and seek tasty victims to drink blood from?

MPC Scenarion:
Your character experiences a nightmare in the middle of the night. The nightmare is so bad that he/she is struggling to wake from it. When your character does, how is the aftermath dealt with? Is your character alone or does he/she have someone with them to help them deal with the frightening experience.

Name: Don't Worry, This Isn't Canon
MPC Scenario: Something big has happened. Be it through a portal between dimensions or an Elseworlds version, your character suddenly comes face to face with one or more of the classic characters of Digimon series past, from the Adventure universe(s) all the way to Xros Wars, and possibly even Appli Monsters! How do your experiences differ from their own? Is there something you could each learn from each other? Or do you just want an excuse to hang out with TK and Patamon?

MPC Name: What Comes After
MPC Scenario: Welp, it finally happened. Your character finally bit the big one. But the good news is you made it to whatever positive afterlife your character happens to believe in. But what is a pleasant eternity for your character? Does what they want change as the years go on? Do you spend your eternity with those you love, or was it by death did you part? And if you don't feel comfortable writing about the afterlife, feel free to write about a pleasant dream, or something.
MPC Name: Home Movie
MPC Scenario: It's time to make a movie! Produced, directed, and starring your own character! What kind of movie do they make? Is it a cheesy action flick, a heart-wrenching romance, or maybe even a terrifying horror movie? And there are two ways you can go about this one! You can write the movie as if it were playing, or write about the characters making the movie. Is your Digimon being an absolute diva on the set? Write about it here!
MPC Name: The Big Winner!!!
MPC Scenario: Be it by lottery, a contest, or an great aunt you never knew you had croaking, your character now possesses a vast fortune they didn't have before. So... what does your character do with more money that they could possibly imagine? Do they hire butlers for their butler's butler? If they're the more humble, charitable type, what kind of projects do they start up to make the world a better place?
MPC Name: Rule of Cool
MPC Scenario: Let's face it - you've got a pretty cool character. And stupid things like the narrative and laws of physics shouldn't have to apply to them. So... don't do it. I want you to write a story about how your character is so cool and stylish that things don't even need to make sense, since they're just that cool. Do you light a cigar with an explosion? Do you ride a motorcycle with sunglasses on - at night? The more nonsensical the story is, the cooler your character is!
MPC Name: Candyland
MPC Scenario: Your character is whisked away towards a magical land... but this time not the Digital World, but a world made of nothing but sugary goodness? Are you hailed as the hero and protector of the Candy Castle, set to find a treasure on the gumdrop mountains? Or as a Digimon, does your hunger terrorize the environment? The world is yours... to eat.
MPC Name: It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Digital World
MPC Scenario: Your character learns about a large treasure somewhere in the Digital World. Only problem is, they're not the only ones to know about it, and the race is on! What dirty tricks is your character willing to perform to sabotage the others and get a hold of this treasure? Do you perhaps make an alliance with someone else's character (only to betray them at the end)?
MPC Name: Day of Vengeance
MPC Scenario: The day has finally come. Today is the day your character finally has their vengeance upon their hated enemy! It doesn't matter how serious or petty the reason is, your character has it out for someone for some reason. But how does your character go about extracting their revenge? Or if you're character's the more forgiving type, how does your character react to someone else extracting their vengeance upon you? And as cathartic as it can be, please keep all vengeance-taking PG-13. We're not trying to scar Spire, after all. Not even for VENGEANCE.

MPC Scenario: Feel free to write about anything you want! Except these lights don't pay for themselves, so you're gonna have to put some obvious product placement in there. Does your epic fantasy tale get interrupted to talk about Raid: Shadow Legends? Is your Digimon being hacked by an outside force and you just wished you had some kind of VPN to protect yourself? Did you know three out of five guys will experience male-patterned baldness, and that Keeps is there to help prevent that? Or do you just enjoy the ice-cold taste of Diet Coke, where it quenches your thirst and pleases your taste buds all at once? The more jilting the advertisement is, the better!

Name: The Clone Wars
MPC Scenario:
A copy, or mulitple copies, of your character has been created somehow through reasons that are up to you. The clone can be stronger, weaker, or just as powerful as your character. This clone is an evil or, if your character is an evil character, an eviler version of yours. It seeks trouble and it is up to you to stop it.

MPC Name: Should Auld Acquaintance Be Forgot
MPC Scenario: It's a brand new year, and I imagine a bunch of stuff has happened to our characters! So... how about we take what those experiences and rewrite our profiles from scratch?
For this MPC, rewrite your character's personality and history sections with events and threads of the past year. Has your character's viewpoints changed at all based off of threads and dramatic moments between other players? Has a particularly meaningful solo thread forever changed their hopes and dreams?
And if your character wasn't meaningfully impacted or isn't even a year old, how about writing about how you want the coming year to treat your character and what your plans for them are! Note that we're not talking about mechanical stuff like "Find Spirits and Digivolve" here. Is your veteran character looking for a protege, or someone to challenge their status? Is your new character looking for friends and companions to guide them along on their journey? Is your old character looking to shake off that five pounds of flab they got from their general inactivity from the past year?
Whether you're looking at your character's past or future, think of this as a "new year's resolution thread" that can possibly inspire new ideas for them. And who knows? By posting something like this out there, you may even find someone looking for the exact same dynamic!

MPC Scenario: Simply put, the challenge here will be to write one or more diary entries from the point of view of one of your characters. It can be about anything that has happened or will happen to them, and what their true feelings and opinions regarding events, friends, enemies, family, etc.
