Rei. Rei.
Thank yggrdasil! Finally someone who was able to talk some sense into the kid!
Flawizarmon spun his red match, aiming to fire off a Magic Ignition into the SkullGreymon's ankle. It was the same moment when Greymon clambered to his feet and turned tornado, rapidly shooting from that tail gun of his.
Rei. Rei.
Electricity discharged into the ground, but only to then build back up around the pained Scout. That definitely was his voice. Maybe they were starting to wear him down? Knock some sense back into him? Again, whatever was going on with him, it didn't look good though. "Now would be a good time to get a move on," the Wizard called to the pair behind him. "Seems like Scout is regaining conscious."
Rei. Rei.
Flawizarmon tilted his head, the echoing soft voice humming louder in his mind as he swung for another Magic Ignition. Thats right. Rei. It was like a light bulb, exhaustion sweeping over the Digimon as if he had set up another Pentacle Trap. Which wasn't the case. The human hindrance was regaining ground, fighting back against his will. He had hoped she would remain out for a bit longer. Now that she was awake, it was going to throw them. Trying to harmonize presently would not be a good idea. It was either he backed down or fight her off. Which was the better option? If he let go, things could go south very quickly for Rei. But if he held on, multitasking in the spirit and physical sense would be difficult.
He held his head, bewildered and distracted by the going on's inside of them. Before he knew it....Rei- Flawizarmon blinked. What was going on? He stood stalk still from the mid-intitiation of another attack, trying to make sense of the situation that changed from the Sangloupmon to....SkullGreymon. That's right! Scout! There was some things she could remember. If she tried. But it was like wading through gooey waters.
Rei can figure that out later! Scout didn't look too good with all that electricity overloading.

"You are right," Kuro told the red wizard that was Rei. "Hold on tight, Kai. This may be difficult." Kai tightened his grip, though her fur was so smooth that doing so was difficult. How exactly were they going to get up to Scout's head? If he was on Shiro's back, Shiro could probably make it up there in a few leaps, with his powerful hind legs. And his course fur was less comfortable, but much easier to get a grip on. Unfortunately, Shiro was enjoying the battle far too much ("Heavy Claw!") to bother trying something like this.
The electricity still crackled on Scout... Kai wasn't sure how dangerous it was, for now. It certainly didn't look good. He needed to get through to Scout, fast! If... If it was even possible to. He faltered, his grip on Kuro loosening. "Get a hold of yourself, Kai. You can do this. You have to do this." The Digimon spoke, as if reading his mind. He wasn't nearly as confident as she, but he tightened his grip nonetheless. "If you let go again... There may not be a second chance," she warned. Then she was off.
The ground became a blur as Kuro charged at Scout with incredible speed. He had not known until now just how fast Kuro's new form was. She reached Scout within moments... Then turned nearly 90 degrees, straight up, as she began to climb. Kai gripped her fur as tightly as he could. No wonder she had warned him about falling off! He wasn't sure how long he could hold on, as Kuro scaled the skeletal Digimon.

It's hard to tell if Scout can even feel Kuro climbing his body. It's not like he has nerve endings, right? He's getting more and more out of control as the frequency of the violet electrical pulses increases. Swinging around wildly, he's finally able to put Greymon down.
Unfortunately for SkullGreymon, his prize literally slips through his fingers, degenerating to BlackKoromon thanks to the amount of damage he's taken. Still, he managed to keep the monster distracted for a while...but unfortunately Shiro is now the next biggest target.
A stream of green and purple fire erupts from the monster's mouth, attempting to burn Shiro! Oh no! Regardless of whether it hits or not, the sand that is hit, assuming the desert itself doesn't dodge somehow, is immediately transformed into a grey ash-like substance. Lovely!

Greymon had been caught!
Luckily enough, the Dinosaur seemed to have reverted back. BlackAgumon should be safe enough now, Scout taking his attention to Shiro. He didn't even seem to notice Kuromon and Kai, leaping and scaling the skeletal structure that was SkullyGreymon.
Well, two was better than one! Flawizarmon ran into a sprint, resolved to help keep the attention. He waved his match stick uselessly meanwhile, trying to get a shot off of that fireball....but it wasn't working. Gah! A stream of terrifying fire spouted from Scouts mouth, heading straight for Shiro! "LOOK OUT!" He croaked. Was there anything he could do? No... he was still too far!
In frustration, the Wizard swung his match again, this time a whirl of fire igniting the tip. Magic Ignition! The fireball discharged into the SkullyGreymon's Jaw. Do it again! Magic Ignition! He kept repeatedly firing them off in few second intervals. They weren't strong due to lack of build, but getting pelted in the face continually by bursts of fire should annoy the hell out him. If he even notices!

The word 'dodge' did not exist in Shiro's vocabulary, for better or for worse. He slammed headfirst into the fireball without a second thought. A poor choice, as the force of the impact blew him away, along with his Digivolution. "I can still fight!" The KoShiromon screeched, pulling himself to his feet! He didn't need to be Digivolved to beat something as weak as this, anyways! He was Shiro! He was the strongest!
Kuro had been nearly halfway up the Digimon when Shiro was struck. He was caught off guard when, in sync with Shiro, Kuro suddenly cried out in pain and reverted to KoKuromon. It was only barely that he managed to catch onto Kuro with one hand, and one of SkullGreymon's ribs with the other. Something beat near him- Scout's heart? It gave an ominous feel, not to mention the purple lightning which coursed around him. Somehow, he managed to slide the unconscious black Digimon into his bag- still intact, by some miracle.
With both hands free, Kai managed to pull himself on top of the rib. He was inside this creature's rib cage- And he still had to climb half the body. Without Kuro's aid, this would be no easy feat. But he wasn't about to give up. Not when he was so close. He inched back along the rib, until he reached the spine. Being on SkullGreymon's back would give him a straight, if thrashing, path to Scout's head, right? Though, as he pulled himself around... He found himself next to what appeared to be a giant orange fish. That didn't seem good... But as it wasn't doing anything, he forced himself to climb away from it.
Slowly, slowly... Kai had no clue how he was still on the Digimon's back, at this point. Slowly... Inch by inch... He crept further toward the head of the beast. If he was afraid of heights... Well, suffice to say he was glad not to be. It was a long way down. But suddenly... There was nowhere left to climb. He had done it! He had reached the head! But could Scout even hear him? He didn't exactly have ears! And what should Kai even say, 'I'm sorry I suggested you turn into a monster?' No. He couldn't think like that. He had to try. "SCOUT! IT'S KAI. YOUR FRIEND, REMEMBER? PLEASE, SCOUT, CALM DOWN! PLEASE!" he begged, at the top of his lungs. But would it have any effect?

More electrical arcs race along the bones that comprise SkullGreymon's mighty frame. More than one passes over the bone Kai is standing on, although it does little more than send a mildly unpleasant tingling throughout the human's body.
The words don't seem to have any effect at first. Maybe they have no effect at all, but either way the rampage comes to a very sudden halt as a purple light begins to grow in the Digimon's chest cavity. Moments later, he disappears with a flash of brilliant light and more than a little heat. Not serious enough to do any permanent damage to anyone, but enough to ensure Kai'll need some new shoes...
Where SkullGreymon stood, Scout now lies unconscious in the sand. It doesn't look like he just fell unconscious either. Maybe he was out of the whole time? His D-Scanner hits the floor a few seconds later, seemingly having fallen from a great height.
Speaking of things falling from a great height, look, there's Kai! In the sky! He's gonna die!

Things positively turned for the worst.
Shiro and Kuro went down and out for the count. Leaving only, Kai, who climbed the rest of the way on his own, shouting helplessly at the head, and Rei- currently Flawizarmon and the only other digimon capable of continuing a diversion.
Yep.
And to make matters worst.
SkullGreymon bursted into a brilliant flash of light. When it cleared, the small form of Scout was unconscious upon the hot desert ground. Now, how is that worst? Because, my friends, Kai was presently falling to his death at a height of at least ninety. The Wizard watched stunned at the transpiring event....then broke into action. A mad dash to save a life! There was no one left but him-her. He knew that ...KoShiromon would try...but we all know how that would end. To keep the tiny digimon from hurting himself, Flawizarmon set a Pentacle Trap and rooted Shiro in his current spot out of the way.
The best course of action would take a leap, lessening the impact on them both when he caught Kai. It would still hurt, but not as badly as it would have if the wizard just outright caught him from the ground. If he hadn't been so high up, it wouldn't have been a problem just to jump up and catch him. But we do have to consider the spirits size, -which was that of a normal human- when we are talking about seventy feet.
With that decided - and close enough - He took that leap, preparing himself for the hit as he catches the tamer a good distance above the earth. The momentum banged into him, hard, - there was no way he would be able to catch footing. Flawizarmon curled up around the boy with a grunt, shielding him, and gritted his teeth. They collided back into the terrain with an audible whack an instant later, a poof of parched dirt erupting in their impacting wake. Pain showered every bone in his body and he groaned, gasping for breath. The wind had been knocked out of his lungs. "W..well, that was...fun." She managed, her form dissolving back into a regular old human girl.
Can they go home now?

He wasn't getting through! If Scout could hear him, the boy-turned-monster showed no sign of it! All of a sudden... Kai realized just how high up he was. How was he planning to get down! If he could get through to Scout... Perhaps he could be let down gently... But he wasn't getting through! And then... Nothing. Or rather, something. Something so powerful it felt like it had set his feet on fire. But nothing, as there was nothing beneath him. He was falling, free falling, and terminal velocity was approaching.
"Hah! Take that, you!" Shiro was convinced that it was he who had caused the destruction of the rampaging beast. In fact, he was so jubilant at the idea, that he completely forgot about his partner and sister! Or at least for a moment. But by the time he had noticed them falling, and decided that surely they could use the help of a big, strong Digimon like himself... He was trapped! He charged into the barrier helplessly, angrily! How dare that Rei human steal his big moment!
Kai was halfway to the ground, or so he guessed. A parachute would be- No, it would be too late to open it by now. He was resigned to his fate... When suddenly, something slammed into his side, hard. And then both he and whatever it was hit the ground, hard. But the initial impact had killed a lot of momentum, and given them sideways momentum... So, he managed to land in a roll, which absorbed much of the impact. He wasn't dead? He wasn't dead!? All he could do was break out laughing! Then check on Rei, who had fallen with him.
"Yeah. Let's not do it again... I'm going to go check on Scout." Kai said, nursing his bruised... Everything. He hobbled over, not entirely sure how he was still on his feet. He hobbled over towards the other boy... But collapsed before reaching him. Looks like it's all up to Rei now.

Kai bursted out into laughter, in turn causing Rei to as well. By now the barrier should have dissolved, and she glanced over to KoShiromon with a sigh of relief. "Agreed." She giggled, rolling over onto her hands and knees with a flinch. Ugh. That really hurts. Fingers grabbed at the D-scanner that had laid beside her and she pocketed the item. "Okay." She breathed slowly, pushing herself to a wobbly stand to check on Scout as well. Unfortunately just as Kai reached him, he collapsed to the ground. "Kai?!" Rei stumbled, rushing over and taking to her hand and knees again, shaking the poor tamer. Well it seemed like he was still alive at least.
She sighed, getting up to do the same to Scout - alive- but no response. Standing straight, Rei looked around, trying to figure out how she should proceed from here...if only KoShiromon could digivolve while Kai was out....golden eyes spotted the black form that was Koromon. That was...BlackAgumon, right? Maybe if she could get him to wake up, he could help. With another ugh, she made her way over to the little creature. "BlackAgumon?" Soft fingers tapped at his head, hoping for a response. "BlackAgumon, I need your help. I can't do this alone..." Her voice turned watery.
Rei sniffled, trying to hold back the impending tears. After everything that had happened, it finally came crashing down on her. And she couldn't even remember half of it! Which added to the water works breaking through the dam. With a sleeve she rubbed at her eyes, wiping them away as they came. This was just too much for her. "BlackAgumon please wake up." She quietly sobbed.
Despite feeling childish she couldn't help it.

"Hah! Who needs him!?" Shiro scoffed, as Rei began trying to wake up BlackAgumon... Black Koromon, whatever. The point was, Shiro was way stronger than that pipsqueek! And he'd prove it!He hopped over to where Scout and Kai lay on the sand, looking between them. Hmmm. Which one to carry? Welll Kai was taller! That meant heavier! And so, Shiro grabbed Kai by the scruff of his neck, and began dragging him across the sand. A ridiculous sight, indeed. Now... Where was he taking Kai to, again? "Mmph mm'mm umm" Shiro mumbled, whatever he was trying to say far too distorted by the shirt in the Digimon's mouth.

BlackKoromon stirs after a few seconds, and rolls upright, looking around and taking stock of the situation, “Quit your crying, kid, you did fine,” He shakes himself. He's fortunate that the damage was mostly superficial. Or at least, that his Digicore wasn't damaged...
“Since dumbass is dragging the Whiner by the scruff of his scrawny neck, I can only assume you needed me for some transportation outta here?” He looks left. And right. And that's it, because he doesn't have a neck, “We are in the desert I guess. Hrf. Fine,”
That same purple light from before shines throughout his body, “BlackKoromon Warp Digivolve to...Greymon,” The size increase is ridiculous, and displaces a huge amount of sand. Greymon is big enough to carry them all quite easily. Unfortunately, he's shaped like a therapod, and can't exactly lift them onto his back...

"O-okay." Rei quickly wiped the rest of her tears away.
"Right..." She couldn't really...argue against that. The least she could do is defend Kai and Shiro, but Rei was just too tired to cause any crap. The teenager quickly moved out of the way to make room for his digivolution. She felt better, though she knew that later she was going to cry a lot more when everything was said and done. No matter how much she didn't want to.
"Ah...I'll help." Rei realized that she was going to have to pull them up onto Greymon's back. The best way? Drag them up from the tail. "If you don't mind me stepping on your tail..." It didn't take too long, tugging both the unconscious boys up -one at a time- and settling them in a somewhat comfortable position ( as comfortable as it could get on a giant dinosaurs back).... Then, they were off!
If they didn't have Greymon, they would have to wait till someone woke up. And who knows long that would've taken? Plus, the trek across the desert was made much easier with the large Digimon's help. So they made their way underneath the cooling sun, slowly setting as they inched closer to their way home. As tried as she might, the dog-tired girl couldn't stay awake any longer, snuggling the KoShiromon and drifting into an unsettling - and much needed - nap. The next time Rei regained conscious, they would finally be at the station, taking the Trailmon back to their normal human world.
Oh how good it felt to be alive!
