Trainwreck (Adrian, Gihai, Manami)

Things have certainly been changing pretty quickly lately, Sakura silently mused to herself as she stared out the window of a Trailmon car and watched the trees pass by. Data and Rush have grown so quickly, to the point they can already reach Mega-level together. And yet, I still seem to have stalled out at Champion. I just... don't want to be left behind.
"Hey, Sis? Is something bothering you? You seem sad." A childish voice called out, snapping Sakura out of her thoughts. The Lillymon looked down at the Terriermon sitting on her lap and gave him a warm (if a little forced) smile.
"It's nothing to worry about, Mint. After all, how can I be sad when I have the cutest little brother ever right here with me?" Sakura said, squeezing the Terriermon in a deep hug that made the little guy giggle as she nuzzled his fuzzy cheek. "You don't have to worry about a thing as long as Big Sis Sakura is here for you! I promise!"
At least, that was a promise that Sakura hoped that she would be able to keep...

"Hey, Roche?" Gihai uttered out towards her companion--well, one of them. A rather sleepy-looking Gammamon who peered towards the emerald heroine (self-proclaimed!) with bleary eyes. "Yeah...?" He yawned.
"You ever wonder why people just climb into a Digimon for transportation in exchange for material goods?" It was a very existential sort of question. One that Roche had a rather simple answer to. "...No, not really..." A yawn, and a glance around. There was a rather colorful cast on the train--a Lillymon and her younger sibling, among others...
"...Hey, where's Horus?" Roche found himself inquiring aloud. "Oh. Just look down." Gihai gestured beneath their seat with a claw. There was a Black Shoutmon in a sleeping bag. "I ain't moving." He spoke. Crabbily.
"Okay. I, however, can." Gihai retorted. She didn't really move, though. It was a train, so...you shouldn't really be going around and bothering the other passengers. "Where is this even headed, anywho?" Roche asked aloud.
Gihai could do naught but shrug. Beats her! "'Course you don't know..." The Gammamon bemoaned. It's a completely ordinary train ride. No risks of anything else.

The third set of relevant passengers in the train were no more and no less than a Weathermon and a Tutomon. The rodent-like digimon sat on of the train’s many seats, all while being hard at work on a notebook; it was impossible to fathom what she was exactly writing about, but it was extremely obvious that she was quite passionate about it. In the meantime, the cloud/feline floated directly above her head; if one had enough imagination, the clouds could be seen as a hat of sorts. The Weathermon was practicing her trapeze flips, even despite the fact that the practice seemed more like she was showing off. While the yo-yo's apparently wild movements were probably prone to irk at least the digimons sitting next to her, the toy’s movements were so calculated that unless somebody willingly put themselves in its path, the chances of it colliding with anything were pretty much zero.
“Feels nice, traveling on our own, doesn’t it?” Marina asked, her attention barely moving away from writing. “It’s like a sisters-only outing! Think we should’ve invited Mori? That’d have been great!”
Despite the events that might or mightn’t have happened in a certain area of Mainframe Hills, En-En still wasn’t sure of how she felt regarding her older sister. She didn’t antagonize her anymore—at least directly—, but some lifestyle choices of hers still weren’t quite approved. “She’s a busy type. Has to take care of the filt-the human. That’s a full time activity, probably.”
Marina didn’t react visibly to those words, yet En-En was more than able to read her younger sister like a book. “We could visit her once we’re done with our task, though. I’m sure she’d appreciate that.” Probably. Interpreting Amorie was a lot harder.
“Really!?” How the Tutomon’s voice managed to be even more chipper than usual was a mystery, yet it was happening. “Can we really do that? It means we have to do our very best to finish our task as fast as possible! Can’t wait to tell Amorie about our adventure!”
If Marina hadn’t been working on her book, chances were that she’d have sprung and hugged her older sister. At least for that, En-En could be thankful at the moment.

Meanwhile, on that very same Trailmon was Adrian, Shoutmon, and Gem the Gammamon. They were sitting not too far away from Sakura and Mint, with Gem eagerly looking out the window at the rain and the trees passing by, Shoutmon on the end seat snoozing away, and Adrian sitting in the middle seat... a seat that he despised. Well, at least two of his favorite Digimon friends were on either side of him, so it wasn't that bad.
Where was this group coming from? Honestly, that didn't seem to matter at the moment. They went out, they had their journey, and now it was a rainy evening on the train ride back to Rosewood. Gem was having a blast watching the scenery pass by as the Trailmon traveled down the path. Adrian couldn't help but smile at the little white dragon's reaction. "Yeah, your world's a sight to behold," Adrian said as he patted the little guy on the head.
"Isn't this your world too?" Gem asked Adrian. "You live with us, right? So, this world can be yours, too!"
"I'm not from this world, remember, Gem? I'm a human, and I come from a place known as Tokyo on the planet Earth. It's only four years ago that I became partnered with your father and came to the Digital World." Adrian couldn't believe what he said... has it really been four years? Even though he was only twenty-one years old, he felt old. VERY old.
"Do you miss your old world, Adrian?"
"Yeah, sometimes... I do miss my parents. My brother. The friends I left behind. But then I look at you, your family, and all the other Digimon friends I've made, and I don't regret a single bit of it. I love this world, and the Digimon in it."
Gem smiled at the response before continuing to look out the window. "It's so rainy out right now...!"
Adrian blinked at the sudden-ness of the topic change before he chuckled. "Yeah, it really is..."

As the Trailmon continued its way through the woods, Sakura couldn't help but notice the... colorful cast of passengers in the car with her. Hearing a Gammamon mention the name 'Adrian', Sakura glanced over at the young man who was sitting between the Gammamon and a sleeping Shoutmon. The Lillymon was curious as to whether or not this was the same Adrian and Shoutmon Hana had mentioned meeting in the past, but decided against asking the young man about it in order to avoid being rude. Perhaps once they reached their destination she might try and talk to him.
Once again, the Lillymon would find herself being snapped out of her private musing. However, this time it was not due to someone trying to get her attention, but a distinct booming sound in the distance. It certainly wasn't thunder and definitely not a good sign, since the whole car started shaking and screeching as the Trailmon su ddenly slammed on its brakes.
"Hang on to something, everyone! Someone's gone and blown out the tracks!" The Trailmon announced, causing Sakura to instinctively wrap her body around Mint to protect the Terriermon.
The Trailmon's quick braking wasn't enough to stop its momentum, however, as it ended up hitting the damaged part of the tracks anyways, causing the entire train to derail and start rolling uncontrollably. After a few minutes, the Trailmon would come to a stop on its side several hundred feet from the track, it's cars having broken off during the wreck and were currently scattered nearby.
Inside one of the scattered cars, the bruised and battered Sakura would pick herself up from where she'd been thrown in order to check on the precious bundle in her arms. "Are you okay, Mint?"
The Terriermon, having wrapped himself in his ears out of fright, whimpered in her grip but nodded that he was okay.

The myriad conversations taking place among the train was a sobering reminder to Gihai that everyone seemed to have their own stories, and their own problems. Well, problems could very well be a bit of a stretch. That was unimportant, however, as the traincar suddenly began to shake and the screeching of the brakes was heard.
"What in the name of ElDoradimon...?!" Roche bolted up in his seat in a panic. "The tracks got blown out?!"
"Shush and hold onto something, we can't really evacuate in this...!" Gihai hissed. There was no response from Horus. Horus was fast asleep. No, really, somehow, someway the Black Shoutmon had managed to fall asleep in the midst of an impending train crash.
The emerald Guilmon was promptly left wondering how it was she came into the company of two somewhat ineffectual at the moment individuals. And yet, the hope that they could stop before they derailed was there...
Before it wasn't.
Rolling, rolling...slamming, and slamming...It was a rather painful few minutes for the group. Gihai emitted a groan as she pulled herself free from what was left of the trio's seat. "...Horus? Roche? Can...Can you sound off for me? Things are ringing..."
There was a groan. "...Alive and unwell, milady..." The Gammamon whined. There was silence from Horus' end. Was...He still asleep? Breathing could be heard...Likely unconscious. And then?
"...Oh, dear, I've been thrown. A moment, good masters." Amid some tossed about luggage, a black head appeared. A crabby one. "Warmaster Horus, present and accounted for. I think this is the part where you assuage everyone's health."
No need to say that twice. Gihai and Roche got themselves to their feet to go and check on the people around them. How were they?

Both digimon welcomed the relatively dire piece of news with a blank expression; En-En was the first to do something about it, storing her yo-yos and gazing down at Marina in order to gauge her reaction. Unsurprisingly, she stored whatever she was carrying at the moment as well with surprising swiftness. “Man, that’s some bullshit.” She said, obviously annoyed at the current turn of events. “Talk about a subpar transportation service. Can’t believe the average digimon can just walk in and decide they want to stop the train like that.”
Pretty mean for sure, but that was probably her way to cope with the situation. She hopped atop the Weathermon, holding tightly to her body. “Oh well, at least we’ll have a nice tale to recount once we get back! I’m already looking forward to telling it to Mom! Or to Mori! Think they’d like the story?”
It was undoubtedly a good think that, being suspended mid air meant that both digimons weren’t exactly part of the inertial reference frame that was the Trailmon’s current situation, and that meant they mostly escaped the effects of actual and fictitious forces affecting anyone who wasn’t. Fancy wording aside, En-En’s mood seemed to be notably less fluctuating than her younger sister’s. “Perhaps.” She responded. Classic one-worder. “Let’s give the situation a look first.”
Everyone seemed to be doing more or less well, or at least nobody had suffered life-threatening injuries. That was a good thing, right? Even though the Trailmon didn’t look like it was returning to its previous course any time soon. Slowly, Marina jumped down from her spot atop her older sister and idly asked to everyone present. “So, what next? Somebody did this, so an attack or at least an attempt to one is imminent, isn’t it? Either that, or it was a pretty amazing prank. That’d be amazing!”
By now it was fairly clear that the Tutomon attributed nontypical meanings to many words.

Adrian raised his head up with concern when he heard that loud booming noise. "What the hell?" Adrian instinctively asked, his fight-or-flight instincts starting to kick in. By this point, he could tell when things were going to get bad.
"Was that sound thunder, Adrian?" Gem asked as the little Gammamon still obliviously looked out the window. Suddenly the Trailmon slammed on the breaks, causing all three to be flung forward a bit due to inertia, with Gem looking his handle on the windowsill and Shoutmon being woken up.
"What the hell?" Shoutmon sleepily asked before the Trailmon announced that someone had actually gone and blown up the tracks! The three of them did not have much time to react before the Trailmon was derailed and began rolling uncontrollably. Adrian, Shoutmon and Gem were all thrown, shaken and slammed around very painfully as the train car rolled on, before everything just went black for the three of them.
...
"...ian... drian... Adrian... Adrian, please wake up! Adrian!"
"Ungh... Gem...?" Adrian slowly opened his eyes and he regained consciousness. The first thing he saw were the two Digimon he was traveling with looking down at him, both with concerned expressions and even tears in Gem's case. "Shoutmon...?"
"Oh, thank Yggdrasil you're alright!" Shoutmon cheered as both he and Gem gave him a big group bear hug together. Both of them looked pretty banged up, as well. "You had a huge piece of rubble on top of you and you weren't waking up, and- YOUR LEG!"
"My leg?" Adrian looked down at his right leg. The section of his leg below his knee looked really bad. For one, it was bleeding greatly, and for another, there was a small piece of bone peeking out through the skin. "Oh my god, that doesn't look good at all..." And it was just now occurring to Adrian that his leg hurt like hell as he gritted his teeth together, trying to endure the pain.
Gem, meanwhile, was on the verge of tears. Everything was happening all at once, and none of it was good. It didn't take long for the waterworks to start. "Why... why is this happening? Who did this, Dad?! WHO?!"

Having verified that Mint was okay, Sakura untangled herself from her seat and looked around the derailed passenger car to check on the other passengers. Ignoring the Tutomon and Weathermon that seemed to have completely avoided getting hurt due to the fact said Weathermon was currently floating in the air, Sakura whipped her head around when she heard someone screaming about a leg.
Still a bit unsteady on her feet from the crash, The Lillymon slowly made her way over to Adrian's location, making sure not to drop her bother by accident. It would be impossible to miss how bad of a situation Adrian was in, given the fact that he had a piece of bone sticking out of his shin. Sakura might not be much of an expert on human anatomy, but even she knew that exposed bone was never a good sign. "Oh, that's not good."
Splint the leg. It took her a moment to remember what to do in this situation, but Sakura clearly knew what she need to do. She gently set Mint on the ground and turned to the Shoutmon. "I'm sorry to drop this on you so suddenly, but can you please keep an eye on my brother for a second? I'm going to get some materials to make a splint for your friend's leg, and it'll go a lot faster if I don't carry him with me."
Without even waiting for a response, Sakura quickly ran off and made her way outside. She used her sword to cut off some sturdy-looking branches, two to use for the splint itself and a longer, forked branch that should hopefully be able to work as a makeshift crutch. With the branches gathered by her side, Sakura planted one of her swords into the dirt and activated her Nature's Bind ability. Several vines quickly burst out of the ground, which Sakura quickly cut down and wrapped around one of her arms. Gathering the branches in her other arm, Sakura hurried back inside to help Adrian.
"Okay, I'm gonna need your guys' help to set the bone back into place before we can splint it. It's not much, but it's all I can really do to help." Sakura explained, setting down the materials she had gathered from outside. She was aware that her commanding tone might not help her make any friends here, but there wasn't much time for manners in this situation.

If nothing else, the absolute state of how that train crash even happened was going to be something to report as a grievous flaw with taking a Trailmon long distance. It seemed like there hadn't really been any fatalities but there were definitely wounded. Wounded that...Gihai couldn't really help. Well, not with techniques obviously. She knew basic first aid from her time as Coolmon's First, And Greatest Student!
"Tracks don't just get blown off willy-nilly, so someone likely did it. The reasoning why is obviously about as known as the answer to life." The green Guilmon set herself to keeping a close eye on the people she knew from her car. "Little sore...Uh. Roche, Horus, any thoughts...?"
Immediately, Roche piped up, the Gammamon obviously having come to a few ideas on what to do. "Help patch up who we can and probably scuttle before whoever did this comes by to make like a vulture's my first guess." Horus? Uh.
He kind of already decided what to do. And Gihai more or less scurried over with him. Roche looked over to En-En and Marina. "God, I wish this was a prank. You ladies are the sole lighteners of the mood, please keep talking." There was zero hint of sarcasm. All sincere.
Where was this post going again? Oh, right. Gihai and Horus. They headed on over towards Sakura and company--annnd... "...Well, time to put Miss Coolmon's first-aid training to the test." Gihai said, preparing to help set the bone back in place. "I'm going to warn that this is going to hurt, a lot, and also say to please focus on...literally anyone that isn't me. Or your leg. Don't want to end up having a vasovagal reaction from anything..." There was a pause.
"...It isn't much, sure, but it'll at least keep things in place before we can hopefully seek proper medical aid." She concluded with a nod to the Lillymon.
"Kid, look away." was all Horus really had to say. Towards the very obviously distressed Gammamon. "It's already a terrible day, and I don't foresee it getting any better. Simply know that ultimately, our band will do their all to keep those aboard the train hale and hearty."

Some conclusions had been drawn too soon! It seemed like, indeed, somebody had perhaps suffered life-threatening injures, and it was no other than the human that almost every digimon present was flocking to. To say the least, this was the opportunity of a lifetime!
As everyone was rushing towards the human, the Tutomon herself did the same, bringing a notepad and a pencil with herself, and licking the tip as soon as she was around the group. “Hello, hello!” She greeted cheerfully. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’ve never seen a human get injured, so would you mind answering some questions?”
Maybe this wasn’t what Gihai meant when he asked the human to focus on literally anything else, but it’d certainly help, right? “How does it feel when one of those so-called ‘human bones’ break? Is the pain enough to prevent you from moving, even when not using your affected limb? Does that wound have a localized effect, or its effects are general to your body? Are there any symptoms you’d like to describe? Please don’t skip out on anything!”
While Marina was carrying on with her interview, En-En remained near the Gammamon. She didn’t know what to make of him as of now, but he definitely appreciated the company of a digimon over the small gathering her younger sister favored. “I can see it being a fairly elaborate prank.” The Weathermon said, thoughtful. “Had it not been for the filt-ahem, the human’s frailty, I think this situation would have caused a lot less of a commotion. The efforts could’ve been redirected towards fixing the tracks, and we’d be on our merry way once again. Or, maybe, whoever did this only wanted to target humans; I can see that one being a possibility as well.”
Just a little cold, but that’s how she saw the situation. She gave him a look, before adding. “Why aren’t you near them, anyway? I thought you were related to the Gammamon over there. Guess I assumed wrongly.” Who could fault her, though? Most of the time when stumbling into exactly two digimons of the same species, chances were they were either twins or siblings.

It was safe to say that Adrian was not having a good time right about now. He was inside of a crashed train with a fractured leg, he was in unbearable amounts of pain at the moment, and since Shoutmon and Gem weren't quite healers, they had no idea what to do or how to help their human friend. "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god..." Adrian was muttering over and over, since he was pretty freaked out with the fact that a bone was piercing outside of his leg at this very second!
Thankfully, more Digimon passengers came and saw that Adrian was in distress. One Lillymon took the most initiative, finding materials to splint Adrian's leg while Shoutmon agreed to watch over her Terriermon brother. While she was looking for supplies, however, one Tutomon came up and started asking Adrian questions about his injury, like what it felt like or any additional symptoms. Adrian was visibly pissed off. "No offense, but right now is REALLY not a good time for this!"
"Just get away from him," Shoutmon growled at the Tutomon, understandably angry that she was being completely disrespectful to his partner right now.
Finally, Sakura came back with the supplies to splint Adrian's leg. She asked the bystanders for help, which Shoutmon and the green Guilmon both stepped up to assist with. Said Guilmon warned that this was going to hurt like hell, and even advised Adrian to look away for the moment. "Just do what you have to do," Adrian said with a pained expression, looking away as the Guilmon had advised.
And then it began.
"AAAAAAAAAUGH! GNNNNNH... AAAAAHAHAHAHAHOWWWWUGH!" Adrian couldn't help but scream out in pain as Shoutmon, the Lillymon and the Guilmon all helped put the human's leg bone back into place in order to splint it. The pain was absolutely unbearable to Adrian, his hands clenched as tightly as they could... he wasn't even aware that such pain like this was even possible. It was enough to even bring Adrian to tears.
"We're almost done, Adrian! I promise!" Shoutmon said to try and reassure his partner, with little to no success.
And then there was Gem. Despite the Black Shoutmon's warning, Gem couldn't move due to the pure distress and shock of it all. He watched as his father and two strangers had to put Adrian's leg back into place, causing this human that he had known and loved all his life be put into such great amounts of pain. The Gammamon couldn't believe what he was watching as tears rolled down his face, and his face becoming more and more distorted from trauma. Suddenly, he could hear a dark and twisted voice in his head...
It's all their fault.
"Huh...?" Gem quietly asked himself, still unable to truly move.
The ones that caused this trainwreck to occur in the first place. You heard it yourself; the train tracks had been blown up. Someone deliberately caused this to happen. THEY caused this human you love to suffer. You must find them... find them and give them their just desserts for their irredeemable crimes! Make THEM suffer as much as they've made others suffer!
"Make... them... suffer..." Gem muttered to himself once more, as if he were letting whatever dark presence this was take over...

Sakura did her best to ignore Adrian's screaming as she helped to splint his leg, focusing on the task at hand, but the sheer agony in his voice still made her feel sick to her stomach as she finished her work. She did send a brief glare the Tutomon's way, since the hamster-like Digimon's attempt to conduct an interview really was not helping things at all.
Once the splint was done, she gently caressed a whimpering Mint with one arm to soothe him (the poor Terriermon was clearly traumatized by everything that was going on), and addressed Adrian. "Now, do you want me to help you out of here, or do you think that you and your partner can make it on your own? I'm here to help if you want me to."
When Gem started muttering, however, Mint untangled himself from his ears and went over to the young Gammamon to gently pat him on the back. The poor Gammamon definitely wasn't taking this situation very well, so Mint was trying to help the little guy feel better.
Outside the train car, there was a loud commotion going on, and it certainly didn't sound like whatever was causing the ruckus was friendly. Case in point, a Vegiemon actually stuck it's head into the car and looked around before calling to someone over it's shoulder after it saw the group gathered around the injure Adrian.
"Hey, Boss! We got some people in this car as well!" The Vegiemon called. An indistinct voice could be heard responding to the Vegiemon, which caused the plant Digimon to don a sinister smirk. "You got it, boss!"
The Vegiemon fully hopped into the car, shortly followed by two more Vegiemon behind it. "Alright, punks. This is a robbery, so hand over anything valuable in your pockets and nobody gets hurt!"

Getting his leg splinted was probably one of the most painful things that Adrian had gone through in his life. He had broken his leg once when he was four or five, but that was a clean break, and it healed naturally. This, though? His bone was sticking out through his skin. That kind of thing just simply wasn't supposed to happen. And seeing Adrian go through that kind of pain did not sit well with neither Shoutmon nor Gem. While Gem was still becoming reclusive thanks to the trauma, Shoutmon felt like he was going to vomit up everything currently in his stomach just from hearing Adrian's cries of pain. Finally, the suffering was over. Adrian's leg was successfully splinted, and the Lillymon that helped him asked if he needed any more help out of here. "I... think we got it from here," Adrian said to the Lillymon, still gritting his teeth a bit from the pain. "Thanks for splinting my leg. I don't know how bad it would've gotten if we had to wait until we got to Rosewood." "Yeah, thank you for helping my partner," Shoutmon said to Sakura with a big genuine smile on his face. "That makes you a friend in my book. I think I can take it from here though, once we make sure everyone else on the Trailmon is alright." That was when the loud commotion could be heard outside. Adrian, Shoutmon and Gem all looked towards the door, all with concerned expressions on their faces. A Vegiemon then stuck its head through the door before calling to someone else over its shoulder. At first, one would probably assume that they were here to help. But then the sinister smirk the Vegiemon gained said otherwise, before it entered the car along with three other Vegiemon, and demanded that the group all hand over anything valuable. Adrian flashed back to around fourteen years ago, when he was in a similar situation at home. Strange men with knives entering his house, taking him and his family hostage and demanding valuables. His eyes widened as he tried scooting back. "No, not again... not again, please, not again...!" Adrian began to mutter over and over again, the look of childhood trauma present on his face. It was as if he forgot he was older and had seen much worse before, as well as forgetting that he had a Digimon partner of his own now.
Gem however... he had a different reaction. He stared at the Vegiemon in front of them for a few moments, his brain slowly putting together the pieces. These Vegiemon were trying to rob innocent people caught in a terrible Trailmon accident... they didn't seem concerned that a Trailmon had been de-railed. And Adrian was not only seriously injured, but now reliving some sort of trauma that Gem didn't know about. It all came to one conclusion... THEY'RE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE. KILL THEM.
Gem's eyes turned to pure black as he suddenly let out a blood-curdling scream. The white Gammamon would then float up into the air, surrounded by what appeared to be blue flames. Adrian and Shoutmon could only watch in absolute shock as this was going on. "GEM? WHAT'S HAPPENING?!"
"GAMMAMON SUPER EVOLUTION!"
In place of Gem was a draconian creature that only barely resembled the Gammamon that came before. The creature had black and pink skin with a grey face, glowing purple eyes, a yellow horn on his forehead, a red jewel embedded in his chest as well as his claws, a harpoon-like tail, a blue tattered cape, and an almost sinister smile on his face. "GulusGammamon."
"Gulus...Gammamon..." Adrian repeated, as he was having trouble believing what he was seeing. This... this wasn't Gem, was it?
"GulusGammamon" then sharply turned towards the leader Vegiemon, who was no doubt close to shitting himself by this point in time. Before either Vegiemon could react, GulusGammamon used his superior speed to dash towards the leader, picking him up with both hands, his claws piercing the Vegiemon's skin enough to cause pain to the thief. GulusGammamon looked at Vegiemon in the eye... and smirked.
"Yo," GulusGammamon had said, his voice much different than Gem's voice now. "You like robbing others after injuring them, correct? You don't care about the well-being of your victims, their friends or their family, you just want their shiny stuff and would do anything to get it. Does that sound right?"
"Gem, what are you doing!?"
GulusGammamon ignored Shoutmon's question. "Well, I like shiny stuff, too. The shiny stuff Digimon turn into when they die. Allow me to demonstrate."
RRRRRRRRIP!
As if it were like ripping a piece of paper. GulusGammamon had dug his claws deeper into the Vegiemon he was holding and ripped them apart. If it weren't for the fact that the Vegiemon immediately burst into data afterwards, the scene would've been a lot more bloody. But the data did not scatter; GulusGammamon absorbed it all into himself. GulusGammamon had committed the biggest Digimon taboo of all: loading a Digimon.
"Oh my god..."
Once that was over with, GulusGammamon shifted his terrifying gaze over to the remaining two Digimon. "You two. Bring me to your boss... unless you want to share the same fate as your friend." The look on GulusGammamon's face said it all: it was no empty threat. He was VERY much willing to kill the other two Vegiemon as well.

So far so good, they had managed to stave off the worst for the human. Both Gihai and Horus alike let out a sigh of relief while Roche continued hanging out with what...seemed to be a new friend? The Gammamon was unsure. But En-En seemed to favor the smaller company away from the...humans. ... He couldn't fathom a lot about them. These gave Digimon power beyond power? Really? It...always seemed like the contrary... "They're...always like that, in my limited experiences. What we shrug off as nothing is magnitudes worse for them. Perhaps the culprits didn't care about who they harmed, but...you're right in that we could've been doing more conducive things in this time." He shook his head. "No, never met him. Frankly, I'm shocked there are even Gammamon outside of ElDoradimon. My name's Roche, yours?"Meanwhile, with Horus and Gihai? "It's no problem, uh...I usually do what I can to help others. The best I can, actually. Just as Lady Coolmon taught me." ...A former Knight of the Rose, if anyone cared for the name. As much as she would've enjoyed continuing the conversation? Problems in the form of Veggiemon bandits arrived. Of course, Roche, Gihai and Horus all stepped up between the trio and everyone else, but...Things...quickly deteriorated. A dark Digivolution(?) occurred within the non-Roche Gammamon, Gem, and resulted in... "...Ah. Another one. You know, I hate that that's possible in people of my species in the first place. Such a...disgusting form..." The Gammamon murmured, retching. That was his own Champion form. And to even know he held the capability to access such a thing was vile enough to him. To know others did as well? Anathema. "Hey, the hell-" Horus began, before Gihai raised a claw. The BlackShoutmon had been about to protest when he noticed a look in her eyes. A look of...many emotions. It was one thing to give someone their just desserts after causing something like a trainwreck. It was another to go much too far in that, and even worse to revel in the loss of life... Gihai may never have been a Knight of the Rose, but she had been trained by a student of K. She had to put a stop to this herself. Because at this rate, this edgelord persona could very much go to harm everyone else on the train, bandit or not. And that riled her up. Such a disregard...How...Vile. How... Disgusting.Gihai took a deep breath, and then exhaled. "Right, I'll...mmmgh. I'll handle this..." The Digital Hazard symbol upon her chest began to change color from a pitch black to a golden glow. "Guilmon. Warp Digivolve...to..."Four words. Four words that should've been yelled. Should've been cried out with anger. Yet they were spoken calmly. Firm, sharp as a razor. A step forward as a golden glow began to encapsulate the Guilmon. Two steps. Three. Four. A stomp, and a leap as it became a sphere that grew ever-larger. As she landed behind the black Gammamon, the sphere shattered to reveal a very peculiar variant of Megalo Growlmon. Green and gold armor. She did not waste any time. She reared back and aimed to SLUG GulusGammamon on the side of the head, using one of the blunt ends of her arms, and with zero warning. "What is she-" Roche started, before he realized. That WAS her warning. "You are not judge, jury nor executioner. Neither is this any way to go about this. Remember this, or I, Megalo Growlmon, will have your head, scum.""Since...when was she able to..." Horus was a little surprised at the events.
