Located on the Southwest to the Southeast, the most futuristic part of the city, with its architecture focusing on technocraft and convenience. Tourism areas concentrated on the northwest, while the production area concentrated on the northeast. The economic district host attractions such as shopping centers, theatres, music halls, cinema, restaurants, hotels and such, while the craft district are where the factories of Ys are. To prevent avalanche and needless echoes within the city, the factory area are made soundproof by installing dome-like barrier. KIZNA's Craftmanship and Development Division branch is also located in this place.

Located on the northern to northwest end of the city, with the architecture focusing on simplicity and elegance. It's a district focused on development of secondary interest pertaining to education and self improvement. As such, gyms, various vocational institutions, library, museums, and even the biggest observatory and laboratory of Ys is located here. The biggest building on the north is Cerulean Gym, a temple-like building jutting out from frozen waterfall, hosting various training gadgets and facilities. KIZNA Research and Exploration Division, also Assault and Combat Division branch are situated here.

The member-only (and authorized personnel) only part of the city. A black shrine-like building made out of coral, separated into two, slightly conjoined buildings. It spans multiple levels, close to seven floors upward and five floors downward. The front are place where the member reside, while the back are where the actual lore of the team are located. The building is theorized to be connected to the city. As the city grows, the building's mystery slowly unravels.
